“Boards that keep teams aligned”
Pros
Nothing beats the Kanban board view and labels for keeping projects organized. They make it really simple to see what still needs to be done, what's already finished and who's handling each task which is especially helpful when several people are working together. It's also very user friendly whether you're on a computer, your phone or the app. Another big plus is being able to attach files not just from a device but from Google Drive too. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable so adding another person to the team never feels like a tough decision.
Cons
The one feature that really feels missing is having Gmail threads built directly into the software instead of needing to pay for a third-party add-on. It would also be helpful to have the option to export boards and lists into Excel.

“all ideas neatly tracked”
Pros
Having all of our ideas gathered in one place has been really helpful and being able to quickly label them as used, need work and similar statuses makes the whole process much easier to manage.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. Everything has been excellent and there's really nothing specific I can point to as a downside.

“sharing works, adoption doesn't”
Pros
Using it on both my computer and phone felt very easy and sharing information with the rest of my team was just as simple.
Cons
The problem came from the team side. My coworkers weren't really familiar with the platform and never warmed up to it. I'm not sure whether that comes down to marketing or the fact that it may look less professional than other project management tools but at work we eventually stopped using it and switched over to OmniFocus and Asana.

“brought my team together nicely”
Pros
This tool has really helped bring my whole team together! It makes it much easier to manage each employee's goals along with their daily work and ongoing initiatives. Task tracking is excellent and I really enjoy the customization options it offers.
Cons
There are several paid options that I'm sure make this solution even better but I've been using the free version and still get a lot done with it. The initial setup can be a little tricky and getting everyone on board takes some effort. There's a small learning curve though nothing too major.

“no technical knowledge needed”
Pros
Getting started is simple even for someone with very little technical knowledge although proper training is still worth it because there are a lot of features to explore. One of the strongest parts is the wide range of power-ups available. I use quite a few of them and the ones that stand out most are Calendar, Priority, GitHub and others. Collaboration is also really well done, with teams and private boards being very easy to set up. On top of that it feels secure.
Cons
One thing that could raise concerns is the Russian presence or references in the web-based application. I mostly use the desktop app but it is still something that might make some users uncomfortable.

“Best for remote teamwork”
Pros
The layout is easy and easy to navigate whether someone is new to it or has been using it for a while. Because it's accessible from anywhere, it works really well for remote teams and is especially useful for managers during 1:1s. The card-based setup lets anyone added to a board create or move cards which is how we track individual tasks and projects. The columns make it simple to organize those cards under Kanban stages like Upcoming, In Progress and Complete. Tagging is handy for grouping tasks that belong to the same programme of work and the alerts are useful for monitoring progress and spotting overdue items.
Cons
It would be better if it offered more add ons so people could use it in different formats especially users who are less visually oriented. A list view would be a really helpful addition. It would also be useful to have a static section with cards that stay in place during 1:1s for things that do not change often, such as personal objectives or broader project goals.

“Use it for anything”
Pros
I use it for just about everything! The way it manages tasks and shows clearly how much is done and what is still left to finish each project is essential for my business today. I also really appreciate that it's free, with only some parts requiring payment. The variety of boards for inspiration is another big plus and I'm also happy with the design and the support team.
Cons
I would prefer the layout to be horizontal instead of vertical. It would be even better if that were offered as an option.

“Saves me time”
Pros
As a student, the premium plan feels essential. I open it at least a dozen times every day and keeping up with due dates usually takes a lot of time. Thanks to the software's automation, that whole process is much faster and less of a hassle.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to visual customization. For instance, if I wanted to set up a Scrum workflow in the software, the built in options don't provide enough visual flexibility to add custom content directly onto cards in the list view. The only real workaround is using the Power Up API to squeeze things like story points into card titles. If I wanted something more advanced, like adding custom DOM elements to cards, I'd need to build a browser extension to modify the DOM along with a Power Up and a separate API to make them work together.

“make boards quickly”
Pros
Has genuinely changed how I work! It's really simple to start using and getting other people on board is just as easy. Creating a board takes almost no time and it becomes useful right away.
Cons
Text formatting in the platform feels a bit outdated and the due date features for more detailed task management could definitely be better.

“Advantage to have!”
Pros
Creating shared task boards for different teams has been a major advantage for us. The customization options are excellent and assigning permissions to specific team members is simple which makes managing multiple projects much more organized.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. The only real downside is that it hasn't worked well for us offline and our boards don't print particularly nicely. That said, in today's work environment, those issues matter a lot less than they would have 3-5 years ago. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service.

Pros
Keeping ideas organized, bringing projects into one place and assigning tasks is incredibly convenient. It works equally well on the desktop app, in the browser and on mobile which makes it even more valuable.

“free features that keep us organized”
Pros
A really good fit for our small team especially with the free features it offers! It helps us keep track of what everyone is working on each week, makes priorities across the team very clear and also lets us quickly see who is in the office and who isn't.
Cons
I still want a free trial of the paid version so we could properly test whether the software can handle the extra things our team needs like timeline tracking and more detailed Gantt-style task management.

Pros
Its Kanban board is one of the simplest and most user friendly tools I use in my daily work. I rely on it for brainstorming, capturing important ideas and keeping everything organized on one board. I also use it to monitor my expenses.

“accessible boards”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt very accessible and simple to work with. It helped our organization move from a physical kanban board on the wall to displaying everything on an LCD TV instead. That change saved us time, reduced costs since we no longer had to keep buying lots of post-its and cut down the effort of getting up to update things manually.
Cons
There are plenty of useful extensions available through the power-ups but using more than one means upgrading from the free plan.

Pros
Creating and organizing all kinds of projects is really easy and sharing them with the rest of the team works very well.

“clean interface”
Pros
Getting started is very easy and the interface is clean and customizable in a way that makes it pleasant to use day to day.
Cons
The global board setup can be limiting. It's not very clear when trying to show project priorities and assignee priorities and it can also be difficult to have an issue both assigned and watched properly.

“big upgrade for me”
Pros
After years of relying on post it notes and a dry erase board to keep track of everything, switching to this solution was a big upgrade. The old setup only worked if I was in one place but this tool lets me pull up my virtual board and notes from wherever I am. It also made it simple to share everything with my business partner which has been really helpful.
Cons
Some of the smaller customization details can be a bit tricky to understand at first but if you take the time to sit down and work through it, you can usually get everything sorted out.
