“Really happy with this!”
Pros
It offers a free plan along with other pricing options that can fit different business needs and goals. The interface is tidy, modern and simple to move around in. You can name each project clearly and set up boards for every task which makes it very convenient to monitor what still needs to be done and what has already been completed. It also lets us assign tasks to specific team members making it easier to follow their progress and performance. Another useful feature is being able to mark cards as private or public depending on the company's approach to a project. On top of that, the drag-and-drop function makes shifting cards through each stage of progress really convenient.
Cons
My only issue with this software is that it doesn't include any reporting features.

“A good option”
Pros
Getting started with this software costs nothing which makes it a really good option upfront. It's very user friendly, simple to share with multiple users and I really appreciate how customizable each card is based on what you need. Being able to create a template and share it also makes collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
Some of the extra features are locked behind Power-Ups and come at an additional cost which feels overpriced for what they offer. It would make more sense if those Power-Ups were bundled together as a package. The card layout can also feel overwhelming at times because of how much information you can add at once so having more formatting options would probably make things clearer.

“allows task visibility for teams”
Pros
Right from the start, my team appreciated having a free version available so we could explore the features and test how it worked before deciding to move up to the business plan. The platform was very simple for the whole co-founding team to use, letting us prioritize tasks, manage timelines and assign work without any confusion. Creating a new task was easy, the drag-and-drop setup worked well and marking priorities was clear thanks to the visuals which were especially helpful for sales and business-focused team members.
Cons
We did not dive very deeply into the platform so I can't really say how effective it is at a more advanced level. From a business standpoint, we prefer less clutter and fewer separate tools since having everything in one place is a big advantage. I'm also unsure whether this software could truly replace Slack, Teams and the other software we currently rely on for communication and task-related collaboration.

“helpful for team tracking”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how simple it is to organize work for each employee using separate boards. After logging in, it does not take long to understand where everything is because the layout is very easy. Assigning tasks and archiving them is also quick and uncomplicated. Another reason it has been valuable is that it solves a common workplace issue, not just here in Fiji but pretty much anywhere. Managers and supervisors do not need to keep calling meetings just to ask everyone for updates. It saved us a lot of time because my boss could check the software instead of gathering people to discuss the progress of assigned tasks. It became a practical way to measure whether projects were moving on schedule and likely to be completed on time. On top of that, all tasks can be accessed from a mobile device and real-time notifications come through whenever someone comments on your card or mentions you. That is especially useful when you are constantly moving around and still need to stay updated.
Cons
Even though it works very well, it does have clear limitations when it comes to the kind of projects it can support. It is excellent for smaller jobs but it is not really suited for large-scale projects. In our company for instance, we used it for things like ordering helicopter parts from overseas and tracking freight and shipping until delivery. That worked to a point but the platform starts to feel restrictive with more complex needs. Another issue is the limited storage space which makes it difficult to upload attachments such as mp4 videos and other large media files. There were times when we wanted to include videos in the software so managers could get a clearer understanding of a situation but the storage limits made that difficult. On top of that, the software becomes a challenge when there is no internet connection because tasks cannot be viewed or updated offline. Since there is no desktop version available to fall back on, employees are under pressure to always have mobile data so they can keep up with what is happening on every task.

“fast setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is incredibly quick, it offers a lot of customization and new features are added at a very fast pace.
Cons
There were a few things that bothered me at first although some of them have already been addressed with newer updates. The remaining ones, like having a time limit on a column, will probably be added soon.

“useful for sharing and tracking”
Pros
Has a lot going for it and it's honestly hard to narrow the list down. It's simple to use, simple to share with others and really helpful for keeping track of tasks and projects.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It handles everything I need it to do and there's nothing about it that bothers me or makes me wish it worked differently.

“Works across devices”
Pros
Starting off is quick and the interface is simple to pick up right away. It's also very flexible, letting you create as many card categories as you need for whatever purpose you have in mind. Another big plus is that it works well across different platforms, whether I'm on a PC or using my phone.
Cons
A few of the add-ons can be inconsistent and don't always work the way they should. It can also start to feel overwhelming once you're managing a large number of boards and cards so using a larger monitor makes it much more effective.

“I'm more organized!”
Pros
This has become my go to for managing daily tasks and planning blog topics. I really appreciate being able to see at a glance what I've already finished during the day and what's still waiting on me. On the blogging side, it gives me a place to dump all my ideas, then move them along once they're completed. I used to rely on physical sticky notes for tracking everything but after switching to the software, I'd never go back and I'm easily 100x more organized now.
Cons
This could just come down to me not knowing the platform well enough but the software seems to have a lot of extra tools and features. I just wish there were a clearer way to view everything available so I could make better use of all of it.

“Love this planning hub!”
Pros
Between the web version plus mobile and desktop apps, it fits into whatever device I'm using. It's incredibly versatile and customizable and I can use the same organizational system across every area of my life. Having one digital place where I can plan things out and quickly find everything I need has been a huge benefit.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any unresolved issues or missing features. Any problem I might have expected has already had a solution so I've never really had a complaint about this software.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Takes almost no effort to figure out and the platform feels very approachable right away. Its flexibility is a big plus too since it works well for both creative teams and more technical users without feeling limited.
Cons
Once a board fills up with too many tickets, it can start to feel overwhelming. It's also frustrating that some options are harder to lock down, like stopping people from creating random new labels all the time or moving lists around on the board.

“completely transformed my workflow”
Pros
Juggling freelance videography and film work makes scheduling and calendar management really hard especially with all the small but important tasks that need attention. This ended up being the platform that finally worked for me. My plans shift constantly and moving things around day to day is incredibly simple there. Everything stays backed up and the integration with Planyway has honestly been a game changer.
Cons
The one real complaint I have is about the Google Chrome plugins. I'm glad they're available but to me they mostly fill customization gaps that should already be handled through its own updates. Basic formatting features like bold text, headers and sub headers often depend on installing a plugin to function the way I want. That feels like something the platform itself should be improving over time. If the software rolled those Chrome plugin features into the product as native updates, I'd be much more willing to pay for a subscription. As it stands, the free version still covers what I need.

“clear visual task tracking”
Pros
The card-based format uses accessible visual cues that make priorities obvious which helps the whole team stay focused on the most important tasks.

“No hiccups in organization”
Pros
The interface feels accessible right away and setting up different boards helps teams stay organized. It makes it very clear to see what's being worked on now, what still needs attention and what has already been completed.
Cons
It seems better suited to projects that aren't very complex. I do wish it included graphs and statistics similar to what Jira offers.

“free plan works well”
Pros
What I appreciate most is how well the free version holds up. It's a solid option for keeping my own to do list organized and I've never really felt pushed to upgrade just to get useful features. On top of that, the software doesn't constantly nag you with promotions or upgrade pop-ups which I really value.
Cons
Things get messy pretty quickly when multiple people are working together on the same board. Finding specific cards becomes difficult and the setup starts to feel disorganized fast. It would help a lot to have a filter by assignee to keep everything more manageable but unfortunately that feature isn't available.

“quick card handoffs”
Pros
Passing a project from one person to another is really easy. It's also simple to search for projects, rearrange cards in the order you want on a list and get notifications when something is assigned to you if you're tagged.
Cons
The downside is that if no one tags you, there's no clear way to know a card was added to your list. Also, when someone does tag you, the email notification can take too long to arrive.

“whole team loved it!”
Pros
Right from the start, this software worked really well for our whole team! Getting everyone onboarded was quick and hassle-free and the interface felt very accessible. The click-and-drag feature is especially useful and I also appreciate being able to add plenty of details, attachments and notes. It has a solid, user friendly design that even people who aren't very tech-savvy can pick up without trouble.
Cons
Honestly, nothing really comes to mind as a downside because the tool worked very effectively for me. I've used it both as a project manager and as a team member and it performed well in both roles. I can't comment on pricing since I wasn't involved in that and I never had to contact customer support.

Pros
It is an excellent tool for organizing tasks and working with others across different projects. The interface is very user friendly so getting started and managing work feels easy.
Cons
Issue is that it doesn't offer a built in way to create project timelines or budgets. Having those features would make it much more useful for tracking costs and keeping project scope under control.

“Boosts teamwork”
Pros
Working across three completely different business units, the customization options have been a huge benefit. Being able to set up each board around the specific workflow of each team has really improved visibility and made collaboration much better.
Cons
It's a small thing but I'd love to see completed checklist items sorted by the order they were finished, similar to ToDoist. That would make it much easier to catch up on what was done in a project that's been paused for weeks or even months.

“better than sticky notes”
Pros
Using it everyday feels a lot like working with sticky notes on a wall which is a big reason people enjoy it so much. The interface looks good, responds quickly and is very accessible for everyday use. It gives you effective, visual, multimedia boards that are simple to move around and keep organized.
Cons
The reporting tools and file storage features could be more developed but those are fairly small issues and there are usually simple workarounds.
