“So simple and easy”
Pros
Is an easy Kanban board that's very simple to use. It makes it easy to invite people from your organization and keep track of progress across tasks.
Cons
I still struggle with app integration or maybe I just haven't figured it out yet. I'd like a simpler way to connect the software with my other tools on my phone or desktop without having to rely on the web browser.

“very user friendly setup”
Pros
Has been really easy for our team and the ease of use along with its user friendly design has been one of the most important things for our environment.
Cons
An area that still needs work is the integration with drive software and the mobile app could also be improved.

“helpful task tracking for teams”
Pros
Working on a group project with 11 people, this tool has been really useful for keeping track of tasks. It's especially convenient that it's free for us to use through my school and I assume my university has a license that makes it available to students. Adding tasks is something I enjoy doing in the software. I've used Rally before though I'm still not sure whether this would be the better choice for larger, cross-geographical projects.
Cons
It works fine for project management on smaller projects but I still think Jira by Atlassian is the better option overall.

“I'm happy with it”
Pros
Works really well for both personal projects and business use because it's highly customizable. The drag and drop setup makes updates quick and simple and it doesn't take long to learn at all. It's especially useful for collaborating with people who aren't very technical since they can jump into a task board easily and manage their activities without much trouble.
Cons
I would like to see changesto the board layout. I'd prefer the option to display boards in a square-style format so I could see more at once without needing to scroll to the right.

“still a solid task board”
Pros
It used to be my favorite because it was so simple to work with although tools like Notion and Airtable now offer features that compete pretty closely with it. Even so, I'm optimistic that since Atlassian acquired it, the platform will continue to evolve with plenty of updates and improvements.
Cons
I'm bothered by the lack of visual customization for columns like being able to insert a spacer column between Backlog and To Do

“Allows for cross-team collaboration”
Pros
Across our marketing, sales and tech teams, this has been a really effective tool for collaboration. We've used it for around four years to keep important information moving back and forth between departments and it has worked smoothly for everyone involved.
Cons
A few features would make the product even better and either they're missing or not very obvious to find. The biggest one for us is the ability to clearly show task dependencies.

“Keeps our design team aligned”
Pros
We're a design team handling very different tasks but each one depends on another getting finished first so every project has to pass through the whole team's eyes and workflow. It adds speed and flexibility to the way we collaborate and it helps us avoid delays and miscommunication. The layout makes sense for everyone on the team. At the same time, it is only as good as the information you put into it so everyone needs to keep it as updated as possible for it to deliver its full value.
Cons
We really don't have any complaints. The concept clicked quickly for most of us although a few people on the team had a harder time understanding its full potential since they didn't come from a design background.

“visual boards for clear progress”
Pros
The visual board layout makes organizing work really easy. Whenever a new project comes up, I set up a separate board and arrange everything by priority. I've created specific stages and move each project through them which helps me keep track of progress at a glance. I use this tool for project planning, workflow management and team collaboration and it's been a really solid tool for all of that.
Cons
At this point I don't really have any complaints. I also haven't explored much beyond the features I currently use so checking out what else it can do is still on my to do list.

“Things are now more manageable”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized has become much more manageable. It has made my work life a lot simpler especially because I can sort tasks into different categories. That setup lets me clearly see what has not been finished, what I am currently working on and what is already completed. I can also go back and track completed tasks whenever I need to follow up on them later. It is very simple to use and the templates are friendly and easy as well. Tagging co-workers is another helpful feature and it makes monitoring tasks much more convenient. I also really appreciate being able to attach important documents since that makes each task clearer, more presentable and easier for everyone to understand.
Cons
Still has plenty of room for improvement when it comes to storage options. I also noticed that keyboard shortcuts are somewhat limited. Another issue is that handling a large number of tasks can become quite hectic at times. Right now tasks can only be assigned to a single project or board and I think the platform would be better if it offered stronger coordination and connection between different boards.

“Boards with realtime sync”
Pros
Everything feels very accessible right away and the layout is pleasant to work with. Real-time syncing across devices is also a big plus and keeps everything updated everywhere.
Cons
Overview of the different plans and pricing could be better. It is not very clear what each paid option includes exactly so more transparency around the available offers would really help.

“Gets the job done!”
Pros
Definitely fits the way I manage work because the structure is so easy. You can create one or more boards, then organize everything with vertical lists and cards. My setup is usually lists like "To Do Today", "To Do This Week", "Done", "Backlog" and "Blocked" and that alone gives me a clear view of what the week looks like without needing much upkeep. I only do a quick refresh during the week and a bigger review at the start of each new week. Labels are also a huge advantage. Since I usually handle 3 to 6 clients at once, I'd rather not jump between a bunch of separate boards just to track tasks. Keeping everything on one board and tagging each client with a different color label makes it much easier to see progress across all projects. With around 10 to 20 tasks in a typical week, that visibility matters. Overall I just need a simple task manager for a small number of projects and this tool does that better for me than other tools I've used. I still work in Asana for one specific project and I've spent a lot of time in JIRA too but for consulting work I prefer this setup. The one free Power-Up on the free plan is also a nice bonus. I use the recurring tasks Power-Up for 5 to 10 repeating items like monthly payroll and weekly recurring meetings.
Cons
Where it falls short for me is search and reporting. Search in particular makes finding old information harder than it should be. If you're part of a larger team or rely on your project management system to revisit past decisions and solutions, this could feel pretty limiting. Because of that, I keep most of my detailed notes in Google Docs so it only becomes a problem once or twice a month. Reporting also seems pretty limited from what I've seen. I don't need anything especially advanced but once I started using a process where exports would have been useful, I found the built-in options lacking. I upgraded to the basic paid plan to get that but it wasn't valuable enough for me to keep paying. On a related note, the free plan only includes one Power-Up. Honestly, that feels fair since the product is free but it also means I rarely explore other Power-Ups because I already need the recurring one. I did notice the premium plan option at $5 a month for 3 Power-Ups and that actually seems reasonable for a solo user. Still I probably won't think about upgrading again until I revisit my workflow later in the year.

“I'm impressed”
Pros
The visual layout makes everything easy to organize and shifting priorities around is quick whenever plans change. Team discussions stay clear with comment threads, file attachments are really useful for collaboration and the checklists with percent-complete progress help keep work on track. Archiving is also handy when I want to clear things out without losing anything.
Cons
I'd prefer to see the label name shown inside the color label on the front of the card, even in a tiny font because remembering what each color means gets old fast. It would also be nice if cards could lightly change color as the due date gets closer so they stand out more at a glance.

“clean boards and quick setup”
Pros
One thing it does really well is give a clear high level view through its board layout. It works especially well for bug tracking and brainstorming sessions. The column and card format is easy so the boards can be used for all kinds of workflows without much effort. Setting up a new board is quick and it starts being useful almost right away. Search and filtering are solid too which helps when trying to locate a specific card. Email alerts for card updates are also a helpful touch.
Cons
As the columns start filling up, the board becomes harder to take in all at once. Cards that sit near the bottom of a long column are easy to miss because they end up out of sight. A second view option that lets you see only card titles would be really useful since it would make it possible to scan more cards at the same time.

“It keeps winning me over!”
Pros
It keeps winning me over because of how simple and user friendly it is! I've tested other project management platforms in my business including BaseCamp and Asana but I keep coming back to the software for both internal projects and client work. It feels far less complicated and nowhere near as bulky as many other planning tools. I also really appreciate the Power-Ups since they make it possible to customize the software to fit exactly what I need.
Cons
The setback for me is the limited number of board color options. I prefer using a solid color background instead of an image because it's easier to read but with so many boards, I've already gone beyond the available color choices. It's a minor issue overall though I'd still really like to see more options added.

“task visibility that keeps me on track”
Pros
From the moment I start working, it is usually one of the first tabs I open in Chrome, right along with Outlook. Everything you need is laid out clearly in front of you and being able to see all the tasks for you and your team (whether they still need to be done, were finished or were missed) is incredibly useful.
Cons
Archived tasks don't appear on the calendar as an option. It's frustrating not being able to archive a task once it's completed and still have it visible on the calendar. I also never thought the image and file sharing features were all that good.

“Perfect!”
Pros
As someone who thinks visually, this tool makes it simple to see every detail at a glance while keeping everything organized. Being able to share cards and boards has been incredibly valuable for both my work and personal task management. I use it for all kinds of things, from managing my content calendar to keeping track of household to-dos. It's a very user friendly project management tool and the Power-Ups make it even more useful.
