“sleek boards that work!”
Pros
This has been a favorite of mine! I haven't used another tool quite like it. The lists are fantastic, the design looks clean and polished and sharing boards with coworkers makes collaboration really convenient.
Cons
Honestly I can't come up with anything bad to say about the software. It simply works.

“post it style magic”
Pros
Using the software feels incredibly accessible. It's basically like dragging a post-it note from one column to another, while assigning tasks and editing details right on each card.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is a pop-up inside Gmail. Something like the old MS paperclip would be useful with options to add items to the software or detect an email or subject line as a possible the software-related task.

“solid for small projects”
Pros
For small projects, the software works really well. It's excellent for keeping tasks and time organized and the interface is accessible enough to pick up quickly without much effort. On top of that, the pricing is quite affordable for what the platform offers.
Cons
Once the team grows beyond 5 people, the software starts to fall short. The mobile app experience is pretty bad and it also doesn't integrate with our ticketing/support software which is a significant limitation.

“friendly boards for remote teams”
Pros
Using the software has been really user friendly and easy. It helps us keep better track of everyone's daily tasks, gives us more control over what's being done and makes it much easier to stay organized as a team and individually. It's been especially useful now that remote work has become so common.
Cons
There really wasn't anything wrong that stood out to me. I'm sure it can still be improved over time but it already includes even more features than we actually need.

“powerful add ons”
Pros
It pulled me in right away with its user friendly Kanban-style layout. Being able to drag cards from one list to another makes handling tasks and projects really convenient. Where it really shines though, is its strong range of power-ups which add extra features and integrations. Whenever I need more functionality, there's usually a power-up that does exactly what I'm looking for.
Cons
I'd like to see more customization built into the software. On the core platform, the background is pretty much the main thing you can personalize. A few power-ups add some extra customization but it still feels fairly limited. I'd also prefer richer text fields with HTML or more advanced formatting options since the current formatting tools are pretty basic.

“User friendly”
Pros
Incredibly easy to use!! You can get it set up quickly and anyone you invite usually picks it up right away. The drag-and-drop approach is simple and effective and it's the style of Kanban board that became popular enough for a lot of SaaS companies to copy.
Cons
The free plan's board limit is the part that bothers me. It used to allow unlimited boards and plenty of competitors still do so restricting boards feels like a strange way to push people toward the paid version.

“affordable boards”
Pros
Setting up boards is quick and it makes handling different tasks across both internal and external teams really easy. I can also control who has access to what which is a big plus. On top of that, it's incredibly affordable. It's a really solid tool that costs next to nothing.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. I've been using the same core set of features for a long time and I'm sure there's probably more value I could get from it but I just haven't had the time to explore the features I'm not using yet.

“Setup doesn't take long”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and once everything is set up making changes to your process is just as simple. Adding statuses and power-ups takes very little effort and reporting on project status is really convenient with this tool.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is that the columns don't show a card count at the top. It would also be helpful to have a clearer view of all the cards in each list.

“helps with organization”
Pros
Being able to list every activity and organize it on a kanban board is the part I value most. It makes it simple to keep track of all the tasks connected to a project.
Cons
The downside is that integrating it with other apps especially Google tools, is not very easy and getting project management visuals or charts is quite difficult.

“Flexible templates”
Pros
Compared with tools like Jira, the interface feels much more accessible and easy. The customizable templates also make setting up similar projects quick and convenient.
Cons
For bigger, long-term projects, it can be harder to manage epic and story-style tracking the way Jira does. There are also some objects where adding comments and screenshots just isn't possible.

“free basics with plugin limits”
Pros
For running a small project, the biggest benefit is that all the core management features are available for free. If you need more functionality, you can add plugins to the project and each one brings in a specific feature like card numbering or time logging. On the free plan, there is still enough included to manage a project successfully. It's also very user friendly especially compared with JIRA which usually needs some training and can feel overloaded with features. The software feels accessible and easy to pick up. Another plus is that it works across platforms so it's accessible on both mobile and laptop. There's also a large community around the software that shares practical ways they use it in everyday work and that has been genuinely helpful.
Cons
The free tier feels quite limited because the features are very basic. You can extend it with plugins but on the free plan you are restricted to only two of them. There are also user count limits on each project under the free tier. Another downside is that everyone gets admin rights to edit the cards or tasks that have been added so anyone can modify or even delete something you created. The biggest issue is that features added through plugins do not show up on mobile and are only visible in the browser version.

“fantastic assignment tracking”
Pros
As an intern, I've been using this software to receive assignments from my boss and it's been amazing. Each card represents a separate writing task which makes everything very organized and pretty cool to follow. It clearly shows how much time is left to finish an assignment and I also get notifications whenever any change is made to a card. Because of that, communication with co-workers stays really strong and up to date.
Cons
I wouldn't really call this a downside but it did take me a while to fully understand how the software works. I ended up watching a YouTube tutorial before I could figure out all the features and learn how to use it more effectively.

“boards available for every project”
Pros
Works really well for organizing and tracking projects, whether it's for one person, a team or an entire company. I first used it for my own projects and it quickly became clear how useful it is for group work too. At my office, we started using boards to coordinate events and projects while everyone was working from home or from different office locations. It makes communication between people in different places very convenient and the mobile app lets you keep working wherever you need to. the software's blog is also very useful and the templates make it faster to get new projects up and running. They're always adding improvements to the boards so the platform never feels stagnant and gives you plenty of room to keep growing your workflow.
Cons
It offers so many options and templates that getting started can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. When launching a new group project, it helps to have one administrator set up the board first so there's less confusion or conflict. The card system especially having some details tucked away on the back of cards, felt a bit unusual to me at first but once I got used to it, everything became much easier to manage.

“accessible design”
Pros
Among all the project management tools I've tried, this one stands out for its simplicity, design and flexibility. It's incredibly easy to use, with an interface that feels as accessible as an iPhone. Even the free version covers almost everything most people would need and if you want a few extra features, upgrading adds that final touch. Honestly, it's rare for me to have so little to suggest for improvement with any software. Even the Mac and iPhone apps are fantastic.
Cons
This is hardly even a real complaint but on the free plan you're limited to using just one power-up at a time. The software clearly knows how valuable those integrations are because there are plenty of useful ones you'll want on your boards. I can understand why they keep that restriction in place and aside from that, I really don't have any other negatives to mention.

“Increases productivity”
Pros
Right from the start, the design and layout felt very accessible. The interface is accessible, simple to navigate and doesn't take much effort to get used to. It has increased my team's productivity by around 50% and really helps us stay organized and focused on the tasks that matter most.
Cons
Quicker access to archived items would be nice. There are times when I need to look back at an older task card and it takes extra digging through the archives to find it.

“drag and drop ease”
Pros
The drag and drop setup makes it simple to rearrange boards whenever priorities shift and it also helps when moving items around within a card.
Cons
The dashboard's front view shows only limited task details. It would be better if cards could expand there instead of having to open each one individually.

“No effort needed”
Pros
Getting started with the software takes almost no effort. The interface and overall functionality are very easy so you can begin creating lists and managing projects within minutes. Sharing boards and controlling access to lists and files works well, the color coding makes it easy to see status updates at a glance and there are plenty of integrations available. It also fits nicely into a broader team workflow and makes it simple to bring other team members into the process.
Cons
Customization is a bit limited although that has not been a major problem for us. The software does its core job very well. Reporting could be stronger but we were able to work around that by using color labels and integration tools to create a dashboard that tracked project status effectively.

“affordable and simple task tracking”
Pros
It is very affordable and easy and those two things make it a perfect fit for my team and what we need. It takes a no-frills approach to task management which is exactly why it works so well for us.

“customizable workflow that looks great!”
Pros
The workflow feels really natural and there's a lot of flexibility to customize everything so the boards look polished and organized.
Cons
The limit of 10 boards on the free plan doesn't work for me and the paid pricing is charged per user each month. Since I run a large agency, that ends up being far too expensive.
