“helpful onboarding”
Pros
Right after installing the software, it greets you with a welcome board that walks you through what the app can do. There's an introductory card you can open to add descriptions, comments, images, links, checklists and tags and it also shows you how to create as many lists as you need and archive cards. The app basically teaches you how to use it which makes it excellent for project management. It feels very practical and because everything is so visual, it's not hard to learn at all. Another strong point is how well the software works across different platforms like Windows and iOS. Even if it's not installed on your device, you can still access it through a browser and use it without any trouble.
Cons
An issue I've run into is creating teams in the app. I only managed to do that on the computer through the website. When I click add in the app, I can create a new board and choose which team to place it in but I still haven't figured out how to create a brand-new team there. I'm not sure whether that feature isn't available in the app or if I'm just missing something. Another downside is the limited number of power-ups in the free version. I can only add one so if I want to use both Dropbox and Evernote, for example, I can't. That said, it feels fair since the software also has a paid version and if you need more tools for business use, paying for them makes sense.

“fantastic task organizer”
Pros
Built around the Kanban approach, this application feels very easy and user friendly. It works well no matter your level of technical knowledge or project management experience. I really appreciate how neatly it lets me organize boards, lists and cards and the security settings for each user and board are also a big plus. The software is affordable and the freemium option was especially helpful for us at the start. We began with the free version and moved to the paid plan as our needs expanded. Overall, I've been very impressed with this project management tool. It helps keep tasks organized and makes team communication much better by keeping priorities and deadlines front and center.
Cons
Since this is an Atlassian product, I can see the difference compared with Jira which is built more with enterprise needs in mind. The software fits small to mid-sized businesses better but it is not the most practical choice for managing sprints and similar workflows in product development. It also falls short when it comes to handling large-scale projects.

“outstanding real-time task tracking”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized in real time with the software has worked really well for us. It lets us quickly see who each task is assigned to and when it needs to be completed and the way the whole system is set up has been consistently outstanding.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say about the software itself but I would appreciate better renewal pricing or discounts when it's time to repurchase for the following term.

“powerful visual workflow”
Pros
The software works really well for organizing tasks and projects. It gives you a dashboard with its own associated email address and from there you can access all of your boards. Each board is where the project is structured though with more complex work you could even use the whole dashboard for a single project. It's very flexible so a lot depends on how creative you want to get with it. Inside each board, you have lists that you can add, move, rename or delete whenever you want. Within those lists, you create cards. A card can be one simple task or even a mini-project since you can add checklists inside it for smaller action items. Cards can also be shared which makes it possible to assign work to other team members. You can add dates to cards as well making them searchable and attach images or other markers too. All of that creates a workflow that is simple on the surface but still very capable, with strong visual cues throughout. The result is that each board feels like its own clear, self-contained workspace where everything is visible at a glance. Because it stays so easy, it helps keep attention on the actual work instead of wasting time filtering and tweaking settings.
Cons
The biggest drawback is still the lack of a meaningful connection with Gmail or other email clients, even though the software does offer an inbox-style option that lets you forward emails into a dedicated list. Another weak point is that moving between different boards doesn't feel accessiblely connected.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Collaborating in the software has been really convenient especially being able to share files directly within a specific card. It makes communication with all of my developers simple and I can assign tasks, add checklists, attach files and set due dates for every project without any hassle. The software does a really good job of keeping all of my projects clear organized and manageable.
Cons
Don't like the customer service since it can take a few days to get an issue resolved. I really wish there were a better support option like live chat with a representative, instead of having to wait several days for help.

“custom labels improve teamwork”
Pros
Custom labels make it clear who is handling what and how the work is moving along. That really helps keep projects organized and improves collaboration across the whole team.
Cons
It is missing is a built-in way to pull daily progress reports for active projects. That feels like a pretty significant drawback since I mainly use it for project management. If they added that feature, it would be nearly flawless.

“effective free tool for teams”
Pros
Right out of the gate, the software gives you a surprisingly powerful, feature-rich platform at no cost. It's incredibly simple to pick up and use and it's been consistently reliable without causing any problems. If you need more functionality, you can expand it with paid options. I didn't rate customer support earlier because I honestly can't remember ever needing to contact them. It's that easy, dependable and easy to understand.
Cons
Once your projects start getting more complex, the software can feel a bit restrictive. Atlassian also seems to be slowly removing features from the free plan and it feels like more of those tools will end up behind a paywall over time. They're pretty blunt about it too, they notify you a few months in advance, then it's basically pay up or lose access. That's definitely something to keep an eye on. Even so, for a small business handling fairly simple projects, it's still absolutely worth paying for.

“Great setup”
Pros
From the start, the software has had an amazing setup that feels very user friendly and has saved us a huge amount of time especially when posting live feeds to message boards so everyone in the company can see them. Another feature I really appreciate is that every entry is automatically time- and date-stamped so there's no need to worry about tracking that manually. It's honestly one of the most convenient and well-designed things the software offers.
Cons
There's really nothing I would change about the software at all. The platform feels perfect to me. I've been using it for well over two years and it was already the best when I first came across it back then. Since then, it has only continued to improve over time.

“small teams encouraged to try!”
Pros
Across small companies, different industries and even personal life, this feels like one of the best tools out there. It's very simple to use while still offering a lot of possibilities, like checklists inside tasks and plenty of other helpful features. The free version is also very complete and genuinely useful.
Cons

“helpful boards for team projects”
Pros
The software has been really helpful for group projects since everyone, whether they are on-site or remote, can keep track of their own progress and stay in touch throughout the work. The checklist feature is probably the one I use most and I even use it on a private board to manage my own personal projects. Having the option to keep a board private is something I really appreciate. It is also useful that I can attach files and images needed for a task and make them available to everyone assigned to it. The keyword search comes in handy too especially when boards start to feel crowded during busy periods. Email updates are another feature I value because they help me stay aware of progress and anything that needs my response. I am still fairly new to the software but I am looking forward to using it more and discovering more of what it can do. Overall, it feels reasonably user friendly considering how much it offers.
Cons
This may partly come down to my limited experience with the software but the way attached files and comments connect does not feel very accessible. I do appreciate that when a file is attached within a comment, it also appears in the task's main attachments section. However, if someone comments on that attachment, the software creates a separate activity comment instead of linking it back to the original comment. I would much rather see those replies connected to the first comment in the activity feed, more like nested replies you typically see in online conversations. That kind of direct comment-on-comment feature is missing as well and I would really like the ability to reply directly to another person's comment.

“shareable templates”
Pros
Two things really make the software stand out for me. First, the shareable templates save us from rebuilding every project setup from the ground up. Second, the multi-user collaboration works really well across different kinds of work, from app development to content marketing. We use it to manage several projects at once and it makes sharing files, tracking bugs and updating progress with the team very convenient.
Cons
An issue that does come up is the delay in email notifications. There are times when a teammate adds me to a card for review and the alert doesn't reach me until about 30 minutes later. That delay has caused me to miss important deadlines more than once.

“custom workflows”
Pros
Our team relies on the software to manage projects in a very specific way and it has let us configure everything exactly the way we need it. We've also connected it with other services to expand what it can do which adds a lot of useful functionality. Overall, it does a really good job of keeping everyone organized, aligned and on top of project work.
Cons
Every now and then we run into issues with Zapier which we use heavily alongside it especially when rate limits get exceeded. We can usually work around that by changing a few things on the Zapier side but since we're paying for the service, it would be better if those task limits within a certain time period weren't so restrictive. Aside from that, there are just a few smaller updates I'd still like to see, such as more color choices for labels and a few other simple cosmetic improvements.

“good for working together”
Pros
The software has been a must-have tool for our growing company, whether it's for putting agile methods into practice or simply using a collaborative platform that makes it accessible to organize work across every department.
Cons
The pricing starts to feel a bit steep once you move up to the Business Class plan. Because of that, we're considering switching to an open-source option like Redmine.

“So useful!”
Pros
Right from the start, the software felt very easy to use. Another big plus is the add-ons available which make the platform much more capable. I even used a Chrome add-on that improved it even further.
Cons
Change to the pricing structure bothered me a bit. That said, it was mostly an issue because we were a startup working with a limited budget. Honestly, the product is still worth paying for.

“perfect for small teams”
Pros
Works really well when you're handling smaller projects with a small team. It makes organizing user stories and tasks pretty easy and in that kind of setup it feels like the right tool for the job. For small teams working on small projects, it fits perfectly.
Cons
It starts to fall short when the project gets bigger or when several features need to be delivered at the same time with a larger team. There's also no real time tracking or KPI management and visibility becomes weaker on large projects. Managing a bigger team with the Kanban pull principle was difficult.

“Planning that stays fun!”
Pros
After a long search for task management software that could give me clear and organized planning, the software turned out to be exactly what I needed. I've been using it for over 2 years now and it still feels very complete while staying simple to use. The more I use it, the more I actually enjoy organizing my schedule, morning routine, to-do lists, goals and files so everything is neatly arranged and easy to find. I personally use it in a way that fits my own needs and that's already more than enough for me but it also gives you the option to build projects and share them with a team. Excellent software!
Cons

“What we've been relying on!”
Pros
For the past two years, our company has relied on the software because it's very user friendly and flexible. It's been really helpful for collaboration and for keeping track of the status of every project. The dashboard is simple to customize and moving tasks from one stage to the next feels very accessible in the app. We also use it both online and offline which is convenient. Another useful part of the tool is being able to archive tasks and bring them back only when needed.
Cons
I wasn't a fan of how the app becomes harder to manage when too many tasks are grouped under a single title.
