“keep things organized”

Pros

Working with a team feels much more organized with the software especially when everyone is contributing equally to the project. It helps a lot with creating lists, sharing them with others and even keeping track of estimated time versus time already spent.

Cons

A few features are still missing though it's not a major drawback. It would be even better if it included options for sharing spreadsheets and documents with others since that would make certain tasks much simpler.

Pros

Using the software's Kanban boards makes team collaboration feel more engaging and it turns project progress into something really clear to see and even enjoyable to track.

Cons

Its limitations show up when you need more flexibility with data, charts, automation and similar advanced features.

After trying a bunch of different tools, the software is still the one that stands out for its simplicity. It handles what you need without turning everything into something overly complicated.

It doesn't include every automation feature I'd want but it's still manageable for what I need.

Pros

Running my business without this software isn't something I can imagine. Since our team already works in GSuite for email, the Gmail plugin makes it really convenient to add items straight to our boards for internal communication and it works smoothly even when everyone isn't in the same office.

Cons

Getting started with the software can take a while for people who aren't familiar with the platform or who haven't figured out how they want to structure their system. There are templates available but they can be hard to locate and they don't always fit a wide range of use cases.

Pros

Has been a huge part of how we work and I genuinely love the features it offers. It's become a key tool across so many of our operations, from onboarding new team members all the way to deployment.

Cons

The only downside is that the mobile app can be a bit lacking at times and doesn't always offer the best experience.

It has been really effective for keeping our team focused on daily tasks especially when the day gets broken up by constant interruptions. It also helps people sort out other priorities they have going on and stay clear on what they need from their supervisors. We've even used it to track the progress of subcontractors working with us and it's been extremely efficient for that.

Cons

The reporting feature didn't perform as well as I was expecting.

Pros

Getting started with the software took less effort than with any other project management tool I've used. The interface is simple which keeps everything high-level and running efficiently. At the same time, if you want more functionality, there's a huge range of plugins available to expand the platform however you need. It's also very budget-friendly.

Cons

Built-in tools for tracking project velocity and team speed aren't really there. That said, there are well over a hundred plugins you can add to strengthen the platform depending on how much you want to spend.

Pros

Really useful for collaboration and note-taking! I've been using it for a long time and it continues to help a lot because it lets me manage work around timelines and the whole interface is pleasant to look at.

Cons

It would be even better with more integration options so it could become more powerful and pull in more resources from other platforms.

Pros

After trying a bunch of other productivity apps, this platform is still the one I come back to and use every day across pretty much every part of my life. I keep separate boards for work, my business, a shared one with my partner, a personal board and even one for topics I want to study. I also use each board in a different way depending on the need: one works like a Kanban board, another is more of a running list and another helps me organize categories. The best part to me is how simple it is.

Cons

I wish this tool included a calendar view by default. I know the premium plan gives access to extra plugins with different views and added tools that work alongside it but I'd still prefer to have more of that built in. As much as I appreciate the simplicity, there are still a few things I wish I could do directly inside this software.

Pros

Being a free tool is probably its biggest advantage especially for a platform that does so much! We use it to track development progress across all of our projects! Creating a board is pretty easy and once you build a template, copying it for new projects is really convenient. It's also very simple to use overall, I only needed about 15 minutes to get team members with no Agile background comfortable with it.

Cons

A few features are still missing although some can be added through extensions. Things like time tracking and exporting would be useful to have built in. It also lacks batch selection for modifying multiple tickets at once which would make updates a lot more efficient.

Getting started with it was simple and it's been an excellent way to assign tasks to different people and keep an eye on the status of ongoing work. We also rely on it to organize all of our company information so if someone needs to reach a support agent, everything is already in one place :)

Cons

It can start to feel pretty cluttered when there are too many tabs or pages. It's also fairly common for someone to forget to move a ticket which can create confusion later on.

After using the platform for years, it's hard to imagine going back to anything else. The customization options feel endless and for a free platform, it offers an impressively wide range of features.

Cons

A few add-ons still come at an extra cost like background images and honestly, that doesn't feel like the kind of feature most people would really want to pay for.

Creating task lists and cards in this tool is very easy which is something I really appreciate. I also like being able to add checklists, links and other details inside each card since it helps break work down clearly. That makes tracking tasks much simpler and I still have plenty of freedom to organize everything however I want.

Cons

Part that feels a little confusing is deleting a card. If I create one by mistake or end up with a duplicate, I have to archive it first before I can actually remove it. To me, archiving makes more sense for tasks that are completed or no longer relevant. It would be better if there were a more visible delete option, with a confirmation step for safety.

This tool has been awesome to use! I enjoy it so much that I even started using it to keep my personal life organized. It's one of the most user friendly tools out there and it also offers extra functionality through plugins whenever needed.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. I'm a huge fan of the software and it feels nearly perfect to me. A few features took a little time to learn but it was completely worth it in the end.

After relying on Post-its for my Kanban boards, this felt like exactly the kind of tool I had been waiting for. It gives me the same simple but powerful workflow online and I can easily share everything with my clients. The interface is colorful, user friendly, free and it also connects nicely with other tools like Slack.

Cons

Overall it's a very well designed platform. The only thing that gets a bit annoying is when working with a large group and trying to add someone to a card because it pulls up every available name including people assigned to other tasks who I may not even recognize.

Pros

From the start it felt very easy and simple to work with. It helps keep my clients' projects moving forward without a lot of friction. Different teams use this software in their own way but for us, we create cards for each task, assign them to a specific person and add a deadline. Those cards then move across different boards until they finally land in the completed column. That setup keeps everything organized and makes it much easier to keep work progressing.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. If anything, I'd say the integrations with other tools and software could be better. We were trying to set up a Gantt chart and that integration didn't work as smoothly as we expected.

Right away the clean interface makes this platform feel very easy to use. Our team can quickly see who is working on what, what is sitting in the backlog and the overall status of tasks at a glance. The email integrations are also simple and useful since we can forward tickets directly from our ticketing system without much effort.

Cons

Accessibility could definitely be better. Drag-and-drop is clearly the simplest way to move cards between lists but if you need to do it without manually dragging them, that option is buried pretty deep in the card menus.

Pros

The tool's biggest strength is how flexible it is. The board layout makes it really simple to organize tasks and manage collaborative work without things feeling messy. Its Power-Ups are also a strong advantage since they let you customize the platform and turn it into a tool that can fit all kinds of workflows. On top of that, it's so user friendly that even people who aren't very tech-savvy can start using it comfortably.

that's tough to answer because I really don't have anything negative to say about this platform. There's genuinely nothing I dislike about it.

“Better scheduling”

Pros

Being able to create groups and use the calendar feature was a huge plus for our team. With several project channels to manage, the tool has kept everything much more organized. Since we started using it, our scheduling mistakes have basically disappeared.

Cons

I still wish this solution offered Gantt charts because they would make task prioritization a lot more visible. They would also be useful for our operational planning and help us optimize workflows even better.
