“Great for work and home”
Pros
This software is really simple to use and the shortcut keys make adding items fast. It also syncs with Outlook for quick entry which is really convenient and it makes collaboration easy. I use it all the time for both work and home.
Cons
I don't like that the cards have to be archived instead of deleted. If I create something by mistake or end up with duplicates, I'd rather remove them completely than have them sitting in the archive.

“flexible boards for everything”
Pros
This platform gives me the freedom to organize pretty much anything with customizable boards. I'm a bit of a control freak so being able to manage everything from personal trips to client project approvals in one place really works for me. I can set up separate personal and work boards and keep everything clearly divided.
Cons
My only real issue is that there aren't enough options for recurring tasks. It would be much better if there were a built-in way to set up daily, weekly or monthly tasks, like having something repeat every week and then marking it as completed.

“Organized teamwork”
Pros
Since we started using this software, our productivity has gone up noticeably. It keeps everything well organized and everyone on our team knows which tasks they need to handle, the deadlines involved and all the details connected to each one. We're also able to stay updated on the progress of every project across the team. It lets us break work into sections very conveniently and the dashboard is clean, accessible and comfortable to work with.
Cons
I honestly don't have any drawbacks to mention at this point; it's simply the best planning tool I've used.

“helpful for sprint planning”
Pros
The tool is really useful for teams that need to keep their work organized, including schedules and team meetings. It works especially well for sprint planning so anyone managing agile projects can get a lot out of it. I used it in my role as a Scrum Master to build and manage the product backlog and it was very effective for that.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning when starting with this software and it can also be tricky to use when integrating it with other applications.

“customizable”
Pros
Among Atlassian's products, the platform is one of the better ones I've used. It packs in plenty of functionality through its boards and cards and the power-ups make it even more useful by connecting with lots of other software to keep workflows moving better. There are also many customization options which makes it flexible for different kinds of projects.
Cons
Pricing feels a little high which can make it tougher to fully commit to. There is a free plan but it comes with quite a few limits especially around integrations. It can also start to feel cluttered and harder to manage once a project gets bigger and you're dealing with a large number of boards and cards.

“visual boards available”
Pros
This solution has been a fantastic way to organize my ideas visually with cards. I store a huge amount of information across my lists and use it for content calendars, podcast workflows, product ideas, resources, newsletter planning and more. The checklist feature is especially useful because I can build out every step of a project and make sure nothing gets missed. It really handles just about everything I need. Adding the Butler power-up has made an even bigger difference since it automates parts of my workflow and saves me both time and mental energy. I've set mine up so completed checklists trigger color coding and moving a card can automatically generate a checklist. It can also notify people about their tasks automatically. At a glance, I can tell exactly what stage each project is in and what I need to tackle next. It works incredibly well for running things solo.
Cons
One limitation is that a lot of people use this tool as a task list or to-do list but while I do appreciate the checklist feature, it works best within the specific board or list where it was created. It's not as effective when you're trying to manage tasks across all your different projects at once. Because of that, building one master task list that combines everything from business and home projects isn't very accessible.

“accessible platform”
Pros
Right from the start the software feels easy to use, with an accessible layout and just the right core features. As a Kanban board, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. The cards within each list are highly customizable too so you can attach files, create checklists, add labels, set due dates and more. It's also really simple to share boards and collaborate with a team.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about with a tool this easy. It does its job well and I haven't run into any problems or ever needed to contact customer support.

“Free boards that keep me focused”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks in the platform is simple, it works pretty much everywhere and being free makes it even better. It's also been a big help with my ADHD and staying focused.
Cons
Interface could definitely use some attention and a visual refresh. At times, it feels like it was built back in the Netscape and Altavista era.

“Project tracking at zero cost”
Pros
Being free and simple to use is a big plus. Even without a manual or extra guidance, the tool feels self-explanatory and makes it easy to keep track of changes across a project.
Cons
The sharing feature isn't as strong or as capable as what you get with other tools like Jira.

“simple boards”
Pros
The platform works really well when the project follows a set, repeatable workflow. In our case, content creation usually moves through the same steps: idea proposal, first or second draft, editing, proofing and then publishing. Using the software for that setup makes it very clear for everyone on the team to see the status of a project at a glance just by looking at the board. It has also been a very effective tool for managing our customer service appointment bookings especially once we connected it with Calendly and Zapier.
Cons
Projects that were more complex and needed a more flexible workflow didn't fit this software nearly as well because the board structure felt too rigid. We may have been able to configure it better but in the end we moved our project management work over to Jira and continued using this platform only for appointment bookings.

“task tracking that keeps us aligned”
Pros
Having all our tasks and to-dos in one easy tool has been really helpful. I can quickly check the status and progress of my team, assign new work when needed and keep track of my own responsibilities for better personal accountability. This tool is also handy for notifications since it alerts me when something is coming due or when a teammate finishes a task.
Cons
The free plan is missing some features although the paid version is reasonably priced and feels worth the cost.

“Clean, collaborative and accessible”
Pros
Getting started with it is incredibly easy. The interface is clean and well designed, setting things up and managing processes is simple, the editing options are clear and it works really well for collaboration.
Cons
When it comes to project planning, there's a noticeable lack of built-in integration between tools unless you pay extra and add more features. That really feels like something that should be included out of the box. It also doesn't offer reporting by default.

“better process tracking”
Pros
This software makes it really easy to build and monitor process workflows exactly the way you need them. It's quick to get up and running and it has completely changed how we keep track of our processes.
Cons
There's not much to complain about. The only downside is that Butler which feels essential if you want automation, is only available with a paid plan.

“fantastic task planning flow”
Pros
Right from setup the tool feels like a really strong project management tool for handling projects and resources from beginning to end. The interface is simple, accessible and very user friendly so pretty much anyone can get comfortable with it quickly. It lets you define projects, set milestones and requirements, assign resources and deadlines and keep everything organized in one place. You can add people to cards, clearly outline their responsibilities and send real-time notifications as things move along. It's also useful that boards can be kept private for personal to-do lists which helps with staying focused and on track. Team members can comment on cards to share status updates on assigned tasks or deliverables and collaboration works well through attached documents and files. The part I appreciate most is the advance notifications before deadlines which makes planning much more manageable.
Cons
Something that feels missing in a project management tool like this is budget tracking. That feature is not included yet and it would be a valuable addition in future versions of the software.

“My review”
Pros
Working with this software across several clients has been excellent for brainstorming, communication and overall project management. Being able to move cards between boards, add comments, make edits and upload project-related files makes collaboration really convenient. It has that nice balance of feeling flexible and open-ended while still keeping everything structured which is exactly what I want from this kind of tool.
Cons
Every now and then some older boards would get "greyed out" and I never really understood what was causing it.

“all tasks in one place”
Pros
After using this for about a year before changing jobs, it honestly felt like a lifesaver. Our creative team was just two people so being able to leave notes or send updates to each other without juggling separate emails made a huge difference. The tool kept everything together in one place and having a board with all the urgent tasks laid out clearly made it simple to shift priorities whenever needed. It also helped us keep each other updated right away when something was finished.
Cons
There really wasn't anything to complain about because it suited exactly what we needed. Keeping everything in one place helped us avoid missing small revisions and the pricing felt fair as well. I never needed to contact support so I can't say whether that side of it was good or not.

“handy hub for team tasks”
Pros
The platform is a lightweight project management tool that both engineers and sales teams can quickly get on the same page with. It's been a really helpful all-in-one place for our small cross-functional team.
Cons
It doesn't come with reporting features which hasn't mattered for our current setup but it was something that caused problems on a previous team at a larger company.

“Versatile collaboration powerhouse”
Pros
This tool has become one of the tools we keep coming back to, switching between it and other planning or management apps depending on the team and what different collaborators prefer. We tend to rely on it most when working with people across multiple institutions who are harder to reach through email or more traditional communication methods. It's a very flexible platform and goes well beyond basic task lists and reminders when it comes to collaboration. We're able to share files, data and other key project details so everyone involved stays current on the latest updates. It also connects well with other file-sharing services which helps when we need to send something to someone who can't access this solution directly.
Cons
Because the platform includes so many features, it can also feel a bit challenging to navigate especially when you're trying to locate one specific function. The interface makes sense for basic tasks but once you need to do something more specific, like sending a particular calendar invite or messaging one user about a file without notifying the whole group,it becomes much less easy. There's definitely a learning curve and it takes some time to understand all of the smaller details and quirks of the platform.

“reusable lists”
Pros
Being able to create different groups, build lists and upload files has been really helpful. It makes organizing everything much simpler. I also appreciate that I can come back to a list I made a year ago, reuse it and remember exactly what I included the last time.
Cons
What bothers me is having to use another tool just to uncheck all the items on a list. That really feels like something this tool should already include. I was still able to get it done but it's not very easy for someone who's just getting started.
