“productivity boost”
Pros
The software has been a huge productivity boost for my work team. It feels like a lifesaver because I can assign tasks to coworkers and clearly organize pending to-do items which has been really effective for us. Getting started with this tool was simple and the pricing fit well within the budget we had planned.
Cons
Issue is that it doesn't include built-in reporting and there's no time tracking available in the software.

“boards and cards keep work organized”
Pros
At our company, the software is part of our everyday workflow planning. It helps us keep tasks organized by role and sort everything into clear categories. The board-and-card layout is simple which makes it easy for the whole team to use. The features I use most are assigning tasks to teammates, setting deadlines, moving cards between stages and attaching files when needed.
Cons
There is not really any major issue I dislike. My only complaint is that the third-party plugin integrations are not designed very well and they can clutter or disrupt the card view. I would rather see those features built directly into the software instead.

“interactive boards”
Pros
Its interactive design makes the platform very user friendly and being able to set up multiple boards turns it into a really valuable tool for small to mid-sized teams. The integrations with internal communication apps are also a big plus and make collaboration even better.
Cons
There isn't much that causes problems for me. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be adding threaded conversations within cards so messages don't get buried so quickly.

“Boosts our workflow”
Pros
Running our business on the free version has helped us organize more tasks than I can even measure. Everyone on the team enjoys using it and some absolutely love it. They continue to roll out new features and refine existing processes and it has genuinely improved our productivity.
Cons
The paid plan feels a bit too costly for the number of people we have on it. If everyone used it regularly, the pricing would make more sense but many of our users only check in once or twice a day or even just a few times a week. Since every user needs a paid seat, it ends up being hard to justify within our business budget.

“Love the visual organization”
Pros
This platform completely changed the way I stay organized. Before using it, my notes were all over the place on random scraps of paper so having something this accessible and visually appealing made a huge difference for me. I really love how flexible it is too,you can build lists with specific cards, set up workflows and arrange your tasks however makes the most sense for you. It feels very personalized. The color-coding, drag-and-drop movement and the ability to mark things as in progress or done make everything much more manageable. Being able to share boards with other people is also a big plus and makes collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
My only real issue with this platform is that there isn't a simple way to import notes from other tools you may already be using. Because of that, you end up moving everything over manually and organizing it card by card which can take a lot of time. For my team, that part definitely led to some frustration especially for people who were already comfortable with the system they had been using before.

“sleek daily tracker”
Pros
The tool is one of the simplest, sleekest and most accessible tools we use every day for staying on top of projects and goals.
Cons
Issue we run into most often is that our boards can become pretty large and difficult to navigate although that's mostly due to how we use them. It would still be nice to have a few more viewing options.

“boards that just work”
Pros
Compared with heavier tools like the kanban boards we use in Microsoft TFS at work, this software keeps things refreshingly simple. I use it as my bug tracker and development pipeline for my own projects as a solo developer and it fits that workflow perfectly. It really follows the KISS approach, just create a board, add a list and start adding cards. The whole setup is easy, lightweight and still flexible enough to customize the way I need.
Cons
I really wish this platform handled search better. When I search for text, I'd rather it show me where that card sits on the board and jump or scroll me to it when I click the result. That way I could immediately move it to another list if needed. Right now, the search result isolates the card and hides everything else which makes it impossible to drag it around or reorder it in context.

“Good for staying organized”
Pros
Keeping projects sorted out is really easy with this software's drag-and-drop setup. It has plenty of features for everything I need and I especially rely on the labels, due dates and checklists. Being able to look at my projects and understand everything at a glance is a huge plus. I'm genuinely glad I came across this tool and I still haven't found anything else that compares to it. Even the free version comes with a lot of useful functionality right out of the box.
Cons
Paying to upgrade for additional features feels a bit expensive when it's only for personal use. On top of that, having to archive a card before you're allowed to delete it is somewhat inconvenient.

“works well”
Pros
The platform feels very accessible right away and works for just about anything, education, business or even everyday organization. It has basically replaced old sticky notes for me, while giving much better control and letting everything be managed from anywhere.
Cons
What would make it better is stronger reporting for tracking. For example when due dates are set, it would be really helpful to export a report showing all items that have already passed their deadline.

“a tool for everything”
Pros
Whether I'm mapping out projects or just keeping up with daily tasks, the tool is something I rely on constantly at work. Even the email suggestions turn out to be genuinely useful and I regularly make use of the sample boards. At a previous company, we actually adopted the onboarding board with team photos and instructions on where to submit requests. I've also used this solution for employee reviews, audits and shared request tracking. Outside of work, it's just as handy,I keep everything from doctor and plumber phone numbers to our weekly grocery list in there.
Cons
The thing I'd really like to see is the ability to do batch actions such as tagging an entire list at once.

“Stay stuctured”
Pros
for day-to-day work tasks, the platform has been a really versatile and effective tool for staying organized. Once our company adopted it as the main platform for managing tasks, it made a noticeable difference and genuinely improved the way our team works.
Cons
Free version does feel a little limiting and the pricing could be more adaptable for organizations that need to add a large number of users.

“allows for teamwork”
Pros
With how fast everything moves today, having modern tools to organize time and daily tasks really matters and this tool has been a very good option for that. It does take a little time to adapt it to the way you work but once that happens, it fits in well. It works just as well for one person as it does for a team which makes collaboration feel much more practical and productive. One of the biggest advantages for me is that I can access it online without needing to install an app although that also means having internet access is essential. I use it a lot for teamwork in my academic projects and being able to share information through boards is excellent and makes everything much easier. The item labeling, checklist creation and overall visual design are also strong points.
Cons
It adjusts to different user needs but because of that, the person using it needs to have some sense of how these systems work in order to set it up in the most useful way. It could definitely be more instructional and beginner-friendly in the way it presents its features. I have also noticed that it does not work very well with Internet Explorer.

“best option!”
Pros
Whenever I need a project management tool that can adapt to different ways of working, the software is one of the best options out there. It fits well whether you're running an agile workflow or using a more traditional waterfall approach. Creating cards and dragging them across the board is a much more capable version of using post-it notes on a wall and each card can hold tasks, notes, assigned users, attachments and plenty of other details. It works really well for both team collaboration and projects you're managing on your own.
Cons
Even though this software is a powerful tool, it still stays fairly basic and is probably a better fit for smaller organizations that don't need stricter systems to control how tasks move through each stage of the board. It can definitely be used by teams but I personally prefer it more for individual use. For shared project management or situations where more advanced workflows and processes are needed, JIRA,under the same parent company,is the stronger option.

“flexible access across devices”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to use this on my desktop as well as all of my smart devices. I can start something, pause it and jump back in later from whatever device I have with me.
Cons
The setback is the file size limit in the basic plan. Some of my videos and images get pretty close to or go over, the upload limits included in the free version.

“Plenty of value”
Pros
As someone who loves lists and staying organized, this platform has been a really useful fit for me. I've used it in all kinds of ways, from setting up a Pinterest-style board with coworkers for a special event to building a grant calendar that anyone in the organization can follow easily. I only use the free version because we don't have a software budget and honestly, I haven't needed anything beyond that. It gives me everything I'm looking for: unlimited boards, the ability to edit and share them and options to customize colors. You also get one free power-up which makes it simple to connect tools like Google Calendar or Dropbox. For a free tool, it offers a lot of flexibility and customization.
Cons
There's honestly very little for me to complain about with the tool. I tend to pick up tools pretty accessiblely and this one has worked well without much friction. I also don't use it with a large team but for the times I've collaborated with coworkers, it has done the job really well.

Pros
This platform works really well for personal task tracking, taking meeting notes with action items and collaborating on shared projects. It's very user friendly and offers plenty of helpful features, like checklists and the option to attach files or other items directly to cards.

“post-it style project clarity”
Pros
The post-it note layout is one of my favorite things about the platform. It's very user friendly and the connection with Google Docs fits nicely into the way I work. Since I'm juggling different projects every day, this simple tool helps me keep everything organized in one place. The visual board setup works much better for me than a standard list and being able to attach emails, notes and documents that need edits is a big plus. It cuts down on the number of attachment-heavy emails I need to send and makes my overall workflow much simpler.
Cons
I really haven't run into any downsides with it. The only issue is making sure other people remember to check off boxes once they finish tasks but that's more about user habits than anything wrong with the software itself.

“boards that transformed teamwork”
Pros
The tool really helped popularize the whole board-based workflow and that idea caught on quickly both at my workplace and among friends. I also use it outside of work when brainstorming startup ideas with colleagues and it does a nice job of helping us assign tasks while clearly showing where everything stands in the process.
Cons
Even though I personally enjoy the platform's interface some of the colleagues I've used it with have said they struggle to figure out how to navigate it when they want to complete something specific. I've also heard comments that its features don't feel as advanced or as user friendly as competing tools. This solution does have a lot of capability but if that isn't obvious or accessible to new users, it ends up limiting the value of those features.
