It gives us one central place for lists, conversations and attachments, with a clear way to organize everything and share it so everyone stays on the same page. It's also easy rather than complicated which makes it quick to learn and the mobile apps keep it accessible wherever you are.

Cons

The platform doesn't offer many really useful options when it comes to automation.

This tool is the platform we keep returning to because it has become a core part of how our team works. It helps us stay on schedule and within budget and we rely on it for just about every area of the business. Most of our use is centered around software development.

The only real downside is that there aren't many view options for how tasks are displayed.

Whether I'm organizing things on my own or collaborating with a group, this tool's kanban boards make the whole process feel very easy. It's simple to set up, build out hierarchy, add content and share everything with other people. One thing I've consistently appreciated is how quickly information can be added into this tool and then tracked clearly for small to mid-sized projects. Honestly, it's one of those tools I can't see myself not using at some point or in some way.

Cons

There really isn't anything that comes to mind that I dislike about the software especially considering what's available in the free version.

This software has been an accessible and really useful tool for working with my clients especially for keeping track of issues in a Kanban-style workflow.

Pros

Keeping track of my personal to-dos with this platform has been really easy. I use it every day and week to list tasks and adding new cards is quick and uncomplicated. It helps me stay organized, look back at what I completed during the week and also gives me a clear picture of what I've accomplished over the past month or so.

I previously used it for project management too but after a while I outgrew it because it has some limitations. It just wasn't powerful enough for what I needed at that stage.

Honestly I didn't run into any issues. It was simple to set up and just as simple to use.

Uploading files for peer review in this software works really well and the browser-based drag-and-drop feature makes the whole process very convenient.

It does take some time to get used to and the swim lanes aren't always the most accessible to navigate.

Building out a workboard in the platform feels dynamic and strategic and it's helped us follow our day-to-day work much better. I can bring other users into the board, assign tasks through different tabs and in each one share links, add comments and mention teammates when needed. This platform has been fantastic because it lets me create a board that fits the pace of our daily workflow. Before using it, my routine was mostly papers and emails; now everything has structure and hierarchy.

Cons

I don't have any negative feedback about this tool. It's a really good platform that I think every entrepreneur should give a try.

Across teams spread around the world, this tool has made staying organized much simpler. It really feels like a one-stop shop, with pretty much every feature I need to manage work in one place.

Cons

The only thing that feels missing is an authorized Discord integration. It's not really a drawback but I do think it would be a big help for a lot of companies.

Has been really useful for managing day-to-day tasks and staying on top of updates. We rely on it every single day to keep daily activities organized. It's simple to work with and connects well with Jira and Confluence. You can quickly check assigned tasks and timelines and assigning work to team members only takes a few steps.

Cons

The file size limit could definitely be higher. Managing tasks across multiple team projects can also feel a little challenging at times.

“Useful cards but too simplistic”

Pros

The board and card setup went over well with the team and the HubSpot integration was a nice bonus. It also helps that there's a free version available along with a trial so it's pretty accessible to try out.

Cons

Compared with Monday.com, it felt a lot more outdated and the overall setup came across as too basic for what we needed. On top of that, the number of email notifications was a bit excessive.

Gives me a ton of flexibility and feels very agile. I'm able to use it for all kinds of different tasks which makes it really versatile.

I do wish that some of the features I use on the desktop version were also available in the app version.

A problem often associated with the tool is that its workflow and tools can feel quite complicated at first. Getting comfortable with it usually takes some time and going through tutorials is almost necessary to understand it properly. The free plan also falls short when it comes to offering enough dependable features. That said, the platform itself is clearly well designed and well maintained.

This platform has been one of the most dependable and user friendly tools for us, giving our organization better ways to improve communication and collaborate across teams. It's also flexible enough to be set up around our specific needs so customizing it to match our workflow hasn't been difficult. On top of that, it's been very helpful for managing customer support as well.

Using the platform has been a very positive and easy experience overall but there's one thing I'd still like to see improved. I wish business boards and details were kept separate from personal ones so it would be easier to display this solution on a projector without mixing everything together.

It is well known for its standout project management features. It lets us customize the way we work and adjust features to match our needs which helps keep everything organized and makes the team more productive. It also makes task tracking simple and helps maintain a consistent workflow in management.

Cons

A few areas still need updates and improvement. When tracking an issue, extracting the needed data can be quite a hassle. The email integration is also fairly limited. Overall, it works best when handling one task at a time and is not really suited for multitasking.

Getting started with this tool is very easy and the software is genuinely simple to use while still delivering exactly what you expect from it. On top of that, the paid version comes with tons of extensions and added functionality which makes it even more capable.

Cons

The biggest downside is the pricing. The per-user, per-month cost really puts pressure on the budget. It may be worth paying for if your company doesn't have IT administrators but if you do have them, they could probably set up other cheaper software instead.

Pros

Works really well for open-ended brainstorming and team collaboration sessions, whether we're defining team values or talking through hopes and concerns around strategy. The interface feels very accessible and the visual design is welcoming in a way that makes people want to jump in and participate.

Cons

Being able to create new columns on the far left side of a board would really help. I manage several active project boards with my team that already have a huge number of columns and whenever a new one is added, it shows up all the way on the right. That means I have to drag it across the entire board just to place it where I need it and make it visible on screen. I'd also love to see stronger trend analysis and smarter tagging for project cards. Right now, I spend a lot of time manually spotting patterns and tagging cards and it feels like machine learning or natural language processing could improve that quite a bit.

“Work and personal life use”

Pros

Has been the most useful project management tool for both my work and personal life. One thing I really love is the variety of templates they offer for common projects especially wedding planning. I started with the wedding planning template, customized it to fit what I needed and it has made the whole process feel a lot less stressful while helping me avoid forgetting anything important. It's also really helpful that I can assign tasks to my fiance and the platform sends reminders when deadlines are coming up which saves me from having to chase him down myself :)

Cons

I'd still love to see a way to mark tasks as completed within each list and have them stay visible but grayed out. Right now, I use a specific label to show that something is done but it would be much better to have a button near "Archive" that lets me mark a task as finished without making it disappear or relying on an extra label.

Pros

The software's card-based setup feels really smart and efficient. Being able to view all tasks in one place makes it much easier to prioritize work and stay organized. The platform runs reliably and has a very clean interface so getting started takes little to no training. It's also helpful that tasks can be assigned to multiple people and marked complete by whoever finishes them which makes tracking progress and even reward systems simple. The calendar power-up is especially useful and the available plugins add a lot of value overall.

Cons

At the same time, this tool is missing a few important features. There's no built-in way to add a time estimate to a project beyond using the calendar feature so you can't really assign an approximate duration for completing a task. It also lacks a true messaging function and only offers comments which feels pretty limiting. Another issue is that there's no good way to separate one person's cards and tasks into clearer categories so everything ends up in one large pool. Color labels help somewhat but they don't really make it easier to scan. Archived cards also seem to just disappear without much clarity on where they go and there's no option to fully delete cards.
