Working with a team feels much more organized with the software especially when everyone is contributing equally to the project. It helps a lot with creating lists, sharing them with others and even keeping track of estimated time versus time already spent.

Cons

A few features are still missing though it's not a major drawback. It would be even better if it included options for sharing spreadsheets and documents with others since that would make certain tasks much simpler.

Using the software's Kanban boards makes team collaboration feel more engaging and it turns project progress into something really clear to see and even enjoyable to track.

Running my business without this software isn't something I can imagine. Since our team already works in GSuite for email, the Gmail plugin makes it really convenient to add items straight to our boards for internal communication and it works smoothly even when everyone isn't in the same office.

Getting started with the software can take a while for people who aren't familiar with the platform or who haven't figured out how they want to structure their system. There are templates available but they can be hard to locate and they don't always fit a wide range of use cases.

Getting started with the software took less effort than with any other project management tool I've used. The interface is simple which keeps everything high-level and running efficiently. At the same time, if you want more functionality, there's a huge range of plugins available to expand the platform however you need. It's also very budget-friendly.

Built-in tools for tracking project velocity and team speed aren't really there. That said, there are well over a hundred plugins you can add to strengthen the platform depending on how much you want to spend.

Really useful for collaboration and note-taking! I've been using it for a long time and it continues to help a lot because it lets me manage work around timelines and the whole interface is pleasant to look at.

It came into my routine right when everything felt disorganized and several tasks were already behind schedule. The first thing it gave me was a clear view of how much work I had and a better sense of the overall situation. One of its biggest strengths is how well it supports interaction between coworkers especially people from different sectors or units which has been especially important during the pandemic. The category view, while not perfect, is set up really well and motivates everyone involved to keep things updated. It's a fairly simple platform but it includes the essential features needed to manage activities and projects effectively. During all the time I've used it, it never crashed, became slow or failed to display important information. That reliability makes it something I highly recommend. I genuinely enjoy using it and it has helped me save up to 20% of my time each week :)

As for the downsides some of them may be true weaknesses and others may simply come down to personal preference. Visually the dashboard feels like it needs a full refresh to look more modern and appealing which could make routines and projects feel even more dynamic. Another issue is that many of the features are not very well promoted or easy to discover especially early on. The internal search tool also needs improvement because after nearly a year of using the software, a lot of attached files end up feeling buried in the clutter. It would also be helpful if the platform offered more tools for tracking resources and project time.

Adding files to cards can be a bit of a trouble at times. There are too many steps involved especially when you're in a hurry and trying to handle something else.

The time tracking integrations I've tested have all been pretty weak and frustrating to work with. I also don't enjoy needing Markdown to format text in cards in the platform since it doesn't feel very user friendly and I'd really expect a visual editing toolbar instead.

Takes almost no effort to figure it out which is a huge plus! There's no need for training so it's simple to use internally and even together with customers. The API is also really good for expanding what the platform can do and building custom solutions. On top of that the pricing is fantastic!

When it comes to larger projects we still have to rely on Jira because the software is missing some important features for properly handling product backlogs and planning.

Regardless of your skill level, it is very easy to start off with this software. It works just as well for basic task lists as it does for more detailed collaborative project management so it covers a wide range of needs.

A feature I'd really like to see is the ability for a task card to exist dynamically across multiple boards. That way, updating it in one place would automatically reflect everywhere else making it easier for people to track cards on whichever board they use and keep other teams informed on progress.

Right from the start, the software feels simple and accessible to use. You can customize it to match your own workflow or leave it as a standard Agile Kanban board so it works either way depending on what you need. Each task can include subtasks and it's also handy that you can attach files and connect with other tools, including Outlook, to link emails into your process.

Labels could be better. It would help if they showed text instead of only colors because once you start using a lot of labels, they become harder to keep track of.

Compared with other project tools, the software stands out to me for its simplicity and the fact that it offers useful features for free. I really enjoy using the software.

It offers a lot of useful features: checklists, due dates, comments, notifications, tracking and commenting on tasks, background customization, team creation, private boards and plenty more. There's also a mobile app which makes it even more convenient to use.

I don't have any real complaints. We use it as a CRM for task management and in some situations it's simply irreplaceable. Even the free version includes enough functionality to cover what we need.

The interface is one of my favorite parts of the software. It's simple, practical and laid out in a very visual way, with projects and task lists shown in colorful, attractive boxes. Updating things, completing tasks, moving items around, archiving and editing projects all feels very easy. It works really well for basic project and task management especially if you prefer seeing everything organized visually.

Cons

The software doesn't seem like the best fit for highly complex projects involving something like 50 people because I can see it becoming inconvenient and difficult to manage. I haven't personally used it on a project that large but based on how the product is designed, it feels more focused on simplicity than handling very large, complicated team workflows.
