“clean boards”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized is much more manageable with the software. It lets you create multiple boards to track different deals and responsibilities and sharing documents with the team is simple. The integration with Google Docs is also built in nicely which makes collaboration even more useful.
Cons
I really want spellcheck added. The storage limit can also be restrictive when working on larger projects and file uploads sometimes take longer than expected. It would also be a big improvement if there were an offline mode available.

“planning powerhouse”
Pros
Whether I'm managing a personal project or working with a team, this tool has handled planning really well. It lets you keep track of to-do items, notes, group conversations and pretty much anything else tied to organizing work at any scale. I've used it in both solo and collaborative settings and in each case the features were more than enough for what we needed. There's also no meaningful cap on how many cards, lists and similar items you can add to a board which makes it very flexible. The interface is clean, accessible and adaptable to different organizational styles. It fits into just about any team setup and makes it possible to document work and collaborate on tasks of different complexity in real time.
Cons
There's not much to complain about because the software does what it promises and stays affordable. The only real downside I've run into is the checklist limit on a card since a single checklist only allows around 20 items. If you need to track hundreds of checklist entries, you have to split them across multiple lists which can make a card feel cluttered. It seems like a resource-saving design choice but for some teams it could definitely become frustrating.

“powerful free planning boards”
Pros
Even the free version offers a lot and I could see fairly large organizations managing just fine without needing to upgrade. The interface feels accessible and user friendly, assigning tasks to specific people works really well and the way older inactive cards start to "brown" is a thoughtful little detail.
Cons
This tool starts to lose its advantage when a board gets overloaded with too many cards because it becomes pretty outdated at that point. It works better for smaller projects, unless you're very disciplined about using the archive feature. Exporting data is also difficult so once you've built everything in this platform, it can feel like you're somewhat locked in.

“simple workflow”
Pros
Right out of the box, this software does exactly what I need from a workflow management tool. Its simplicity is a big plus and once I set up my workflow and created all my work items, it became a central source of truth for everything my team is working on. The notification feature is also really useful because it keeps both me and my team updated whenever there are changes to cards or work items. I also enjoy being able to customize board backgrounds with the preset images and it's nice that I can create multiple boards for personal use or invite friends to collaborate on a project.
Cons
At the moment, I honestly can't think of anything about this software that I dislike.

“this tool keeps it all together”
Pros
Juggling multiple teams can get messy fast so having one place to keep everything organized makes a huge difference. I originally used this platform just for personal organization but now it helps me manage both home and work as well. Over time, the tool has improved a lot by adding useful features and making it even more convenient to keep everything in one place. The ability to create multiple lists and cards is really helpful for daily tasks and it's even better that you can add checklists, due dates, assign specific people to cards and connect tools like Slack or Google Drive without any hassle. There are plenty of similar platforms out there but when it comes to usability, this solution still stands above the rest.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about here because the platform does everything I need it to right now.

“calendar planning that keeps me on track”
Pros
This software really hits the sweet spot for me with its calendar integration and project planning tools which are genuinely simple to use in practice. A lot of project management platforms feel either ridiculously expensive or far more complicated than they need to be but this one avoids both problems. Since switching to it, I've been able to stay on top of everything much better and I don't lose track of what's been completed and what still needs attention.
Cons
Email integration needs to be improved. It would be much more useful if I could add an email into the platform and have it show up in a format similar to an inbox message, like a rectangular item with the subject line and sender clearly displayed. I also think my coworkers would be much more open to adopting the software if that feature existed. Even better, I'd love a dedicated board where incoming emails could land automatically, with rules to sort them into the right lists because that would make the whole system even more valuable for me.

“handy labels”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and each team can build out a setup that fits the way they work or matches their process. The labeling feature also works really well.
Cons
Customizing the board for more specific tasks can take a fair amount of background knowledge.

“project tracking done right”
Pros
If I had to point to just one standout, it would be the overall user experience. This platform makes managing multiple projects at the same time feel really simple and it's great for tracking progress, creating tasks, assigning them and handling plenty more along the way.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. If anything, the interface could maybe be developed a little further to make it even more user friendly but aside from that, I really don't have any complaints.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool feels very accessible and simple to work with. Being able to create and share multiple workspaces makes communication and collaboration with different team members really easy. Even the smaller feature set in the free or lower-priced plans actually helps keep everything clear and user friendly.
Cons
At the same time, it does not offer as many features as some other project and task management tools. Depending on how your team works and what you need it for, those limitations can become obstacles for things that other platforms might handle more easily.

“amazing software”
Pros
The tool really knows its purpose and the audience it's built for. Compared with heavier tools like Jira, Planner and Wrike, its lighter feel and simpler feature set are a big plus. It's especially well suited for small teams that just need to stay productive and the boards can be customized in plenty of useful ways. The unlimited color-coded labels are essential for keeping my many different projects organized. There are also lots of ways to move cards across boards and keep track of them as updates happen. On top of that, the wide range of integrations makes it easy to add workflow automation whenever needed.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see improved is the email notification setup since it wasn't always clear and I didn't consistently receive alerts for the tasks I expected. It would also be better if labels were sorted by most recently used instead of only by color.

“A lifesaver!”
Pros
Running my appliance repair business, I rely on this every day. It works really well whether I'm on my phone or at the computer and being able to attach files to tasks and customize almost everything is a huge plus. I'd definitely recommend it. I use multiple boards for different needs, from tracking repair research on specific parts to handling accounting tasks.
Cons
What bothers me is that completed tasks don't get archived automatically. I have to archive them myself which means a lot of "finished" tasks can end up cluttering the board.

“visual boards for teamwork”
Pros
Using boards to map out projects and tasks makes coordination much more visual and easy which really helps with managing team activity.
Cons
It still needs at least two additional levels of drill-down inside cards. The information you can keep there feels too surface-level so it has to be connected to another app for a team to manage a project properly. That makes the software less practical for project management if another tool is required alongside it.

“feature rich”
Pros
Right away, this project management tool felt accessible and the fact that it's free makes it even better. It includes everything needed to keep a team aligned, from online collaboration and email notifications to a clean, simple design that helps everyone stay on track.
Cons
If I had to point out one thing I like least, it would be the background images. This solution defaults to a dark green forest look which isn't especially attractive though it's really a very minor issue overall.

“satisfied user”
Pros
Using this tool has been really helpful for organizing my work. It lets me create board-style tables to track tasks and also share reports and information with colleagues who have been given access. The drag-and-drop functionality keeps everything simple and easy to use without any hassle. I'd definitely recommend it to people who spend most of their time on computers especially those in marketing roles. It really helps with managing pending work, completed work and any other custom sections a user may want to set up.
Cons
I'd still like to see more features and further improvements because the platform feels like it has the potential to offer a lot more services.

“has boards for everything”
Pros
Back in my student days, I began using this tool for group projects and nearly five years later I'm still relying on it every day as a Mobile Engineer at a Paris-based startup with more than 150 employees around the world. A lot has changed since then but this software has stayed part of my routine. At our company, it's used for nearly everything, from onboarding workflows to sharing development best practices. Custom bots also let us automate even more of our processes. The software is an incredibly flexible tool.
Cons
A few things can still be a little complicated to manage in the software.

“works for everything”
Pros
Feels incredibly accessible and highly customizable! I'd recommend it to any individual or small team juggling projects and wondering whether they really need project management software. It goes well beyond basic project tracking too,you can use it for managing marketing assets, customer-facing reports and honestly just about anything else you need to organize. With the premium plan, doing almost anything in the platform becomes even more convenient.
Cons
A limitation is the lack of a solid, reliable way to sync cards across boards which reduces the tool's usefulness once your workflow gets more advanced.

“offers fun boards”
Pros
This platform has been a really solid free alternative to JIRA for me. The fun background images make the boards feel less dull, the drag-and-drop setup is simple to use and it works well with a lot of team members. I also appreciate the privacy options which make it easier to control who can see what.
Cons
