Pros

Working with boards that break down into subtasks makes it much easier to dive into the details of every task. That satisfying slash across the UI when a task is completed gives a real sense of accomplishment. The constant reminders also help me stay on top of what needs to get done. On top of that, the interface is very user friendly and customizing boards to match the way I want to plan things feels flexible and convenient.

Cons

Not being able to switch a board into list view is a setback. A calendar view would also be really useful to have. I'd also prefer a better way to mark tasks as completed instead of relying on the archive option.

Pros

The software has been a very flexible list-based project management tool that I can adapt to exactly what I need. It works really well for managing my own tasks and it's just as useful when collaborating with a team.

Whenever everything starts piling up and my thoughts feel scattered, I turn to the software to dump everything out of my head and turn it into tasks. Doing that helps me stop overthinking the organization part and just concentrate on the next task I need to get done.

Getting started with this software is very easy especially for first-time users. The software helps our company keep every project organized and gives multiple team members a way to track progress, share input and leave feedback throughout the entire process. We've also started exploring some of its built-in integrations which are helping improve efficiency and add more automation to our workflow.

An issue that comes up from time to time is minor glitches when previewing files particularly Word documents.

The modular setup makes it simple to keep personal and professional boards clearly separated and the collaboration features with permission controls work really well. The interface is very user friendly and accessible and the free version is surprisingly effective without feeling too limiting for most users.

There really are no major downsides, as long as you understand what the product is meant to do and what it is not designed for. The only minor issue is that the notification system can occasionally become a bit noisy.

Having used the software for over two years, there's very little I dislike about it. The only area that could use some improvement is performance since it occasionally takes a bit longer than expected to refresh.

It would be even better with a dark mode and a web app that syncs smoothly across all devices. Offline access would also be really useful while traveling so updates could still be made without an internet connection.

Managing big groups is where this software really shines. Everyone on the team can follow the overall progress of a project while also seeing each person's individual tasks which keeps everything clear and organized. It works wonderfully for school assignments, general project planning and even personal goal tracking. The platform was very simple to get started with and it feels genuinely original compared to other tools I've used. I haven't come across many programs that feel this innovative and relevant. Butler is also a very helpful feature especially for automatically creating task cards.

The only downside is that file uploads are limited to small sizes unless you pay for the premium plan.

There are quite a few add-ons that require paying extra. I get why that's the case but honestly I'd love to have all of it available for free. I know that's not realistic and I don't fault the software for charging.

It doesn't look as polished or visually striking as some of the other tools in this space. Even so, it still feels far better than Basecamp which I really don't enjoy using.

It still feels like a few important features are missing that would make the product much better especially time tracking for individual projects and stronger collaboration options with other users. I also wish it had a calendar view for seeing task deadlines and timestamps on comments so updates are easier to follow.

After more than six years of using the software, I still genuinely enjoy it. I use it for both personal planning and work-related task and project management and it remains one of my go-to tools. Creating new cards and tasks is simple, the visual layout is really appealing and it offers plenty of features that are implemented in a very practical way, like setting deadlines, adding cover images and moving items between lists. On top of that, the free version is packed with features and is more than enough for a wide range of uses.

The app and website are very user friendly and we rely on it at work to stay organized, collaborate and keep communication clear within the team. It's helpful that you can set up a team space, add notes and use templates as well. Dragging cards around adds a bit of fun to the workflow while also making it practical to track everything that needs to get done. It's not just useful for work either, we use it in personal life too, whether it's making a to-do list, planning a vacation or organizing other tasks. The software really feels like a unique app/website.

Issue is that people who are not very familiar with the software can accidentally delete cards or move them around by mistake. It would be better if the app/website had more restrictions or permissions for who is allowed to make certain changes. I've also noticed that the website can sometimes crash when a board has too many cards on it.

The software works really well as a visual to-do list and we use it to keep an eye on workloads across different parts of the business. It's easy, clear and very visual.

It would be much more useful for our business if it integrated with WorkflowMax since that's the main system we rely on.

One of the things I appreciated most about the tool was how it helped us manage tasks while working from home. We can move folders to teammates who are not physically close to us but are still responsible for part of the same workflow so the work continues by passing the folders to the next person's board. Our team started using the software a few months ago because of the pandemic and since then our coordinators have been able to follow all of our daily routines because they are included in our function boards and get notified whenever something is completed. The reminder feature has also been very useful although I think it still has room for improvement.

When I need to search for a process, the software cannot find that task board if I type it in a different format. For example, if the reference is written as FLIFEM20060027 and I search for flifem20060027, the software does not return the result. That should be improved so the search looks for the reference itself instead of depending on whether it was written in uppercase or lowercase. It would also be better if reminders appeared on the screen at the scheduled time instead of arriving only by email. Another thing that would help is having some kind of Hangout or built-in chat inside the boards so we could use an @ mention and discuss a specific board directly with the team members involved in that process.

After getting familiar with the right way to use it, the software proved to be a really solid tool. The interface is clean and easy and making updates is quick and uncomplicated. Information sharing works very well and it serves as a strong team-focused hub for both project work and day-to-day non-project activities.

When you compare it with more traditional project management platforms, the software does feel a bit limited in terms of functionality. That was not an issue for us since we already rely heavily on Microsoft Project but if someone is looking for a single tool to handle absolutely everything, it may fall short depending on how much project management depth they need.
