“Keeps everything on track”
Pros
Handling multiple client projects at work is a lot more manageable with the tool because it keeps everything organized in one place. By using its different boards, columns and cards, I can sort tasks by priority, topic, stage of completion and whatever else I need. It's part of my daily routine and I've been relying on it for years.
Cons
There isn't much for me to complain about with this software. The only minor issue I've run into is that sometimes a specific card takes longer than expected to load but it's such a small inconvenience that it barely affects the overall experience.

“templates that save tons of time”
Pros
Biggest win for me with the platform is being able to turn my processes into templates and clone them whenever I need. I build a standard project board with all the steps I need to cover for that type of work, including the tasks and checklists. Then when a new project starts, I simply copy that board, launch it and work through everything from there. It's a reliable system and it works every single time.
Cons
Over the years, the tool has added more premium features and put tighter limits on what you can do with the free plan. I understand why they need to monetize the product but it's still frustrating when you have to upgrade just to access one small feature.

“perfect for teamwork”
Pros
There's something very familiar about this tool because it gives users boards where ideas can be shared from the beginning of a project all the way through completion. It also includes Kanban which is a big advantage since visual work is much simpler to follow. As a project moves forward, you can actually see its progress which makes everything clearer. Having access from the web, along with apps for iOS and Android, makes it a very flexible tool. On top of that, using it is genuinely enjoyable because users can create private or public boards, set deadlines and add checklists which makes it especially useful for collaborative work.
Cons
Even though it works well as a project management tool, I think it still needs more improvements or additional features to properly handle the management of large-scale business projects.

“accessible boards”
Pros
Has been a really helpful way for us to manage task-based SEO and SEM work. There's a lot happening in that kind of work and it's incredibly detail-heavy so having one place to organize tasks, store information and assign work makes a big difference. The features feel very accessible and everything is simple to navigate and use.
Cons
An issue I run into is that I don't always receive notifications. That could be tied to my organization's email settings but right now they only come through about half the time. It would be much better if this solution offered desktop notifications or tighter Slack integration.

“checklists done right”
Pros
After searching for something that felt like a Kanban board or a digital version of post-it note layouts, the platform ended up being exactly what I needed. Getting started is very simple and keeping track of tasks is just as easy. One feature I really appreciate is the ability to add checklists inside each card which is especially useful if you rely on checklists to manage your to-dos. It also lets you create separate boards for different projects but I personally enjoy being able to view everything in one place so the flexibility to set it up around my workflow is a big plus. Even in the free version, you can change the background which is a nice touch. Another feature that stands out is search, along with tags and labels because it makes finding things again later much easier.
Cons
I have not run into many downsides because I have been able to customize it to fit what I need. The free version is also quite solid if you mainly want to manage your own projects and it even gives you the option to add a collaborator if needed.

“clear teamwork”
Pros
Feels very accessible from the start, with a user friendly interface that's simple to work with. Setting up teams and bringing different people into a project is easy and that flexibility makes it possible to coordinate multiple teams across separate boards under the same account. Communication works really well since everything is accessible quickly and transparently for everyone involved. The to-do lists you can add to cards are especially handy and being able to assign several team members to a single card is also very useful. On top of that, the range of Power-Ups is quite broad and helps cover a variety of different needs.
Cons
In the way I use it, I really don't have any complaints. The only possible downside is that it may not be the best fit for software teams that need deep integration with various version control systems and testing suites.

“Great project tracking companion”
Pros
The platform has been fantastic for staying organized and keeping projects under control. It makes it really simple to manage tasks, assign work, set deadlines, build to-do lists, add reminders and always have a clear view of what needs to get done across the team. The integrations and automation features are also a big plus. On the free plan, I can do almost everything I need without feeling restricted. I also really enjoy the mobile app since it lets me add or move items while I'm out and about.
Cons
The only setback is that the free plan is limited to 10 boards.

“flexible boards for teamwork”
Pros
This tool works really well for both simple task management and more advanced use cases. What we enjoy most is being able to connect it with other apps which makes the overall experience even better. We can set up boards for personal tasks as well as business projects, then share them with our team or even publicly when collaboration is needed. It's an excellent fit for a small business or any office that likes to stay organized.
Cons
It would be even more useful if it included additional editing tools since that would add a lot more value to the platform.

“accessible boards”
Pros
It feels very accessible for building Scrum workflows with a small team. Dragging cards from one column to another is really convenient and I love how much you can customize on each card, like the person responsible, due dates, tags and other details.
Cons
It would be even better if it had a connection with GitHub or Jira for handling issues or tasks more directly.

“versatile for every project”
Pros
Getting started with the software is very easy and after a couple of days of using it, everything clicks and you begin to discover even more ways to put it to work. I use it for much more than just my job now,it has also been really useful for school and college projects.
Cons
At this stage, this tool could add more built-in features beyond Power-Ups to bring even more value to each project.

“powerful software”
Pros
Keeping team projects organized is where the software really shines especially with its board-based setup. Adding new items and boards is simple to follow and over time the platform has expanded so much that it would take a full article to cover everything it can do. At this point, I'd be very reluctant to switch to another option unless this software seriously went downhill. It keeps opening up more ways to manage projects and the amount you can organize with your team feels almost limitless.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind. Even in its earliest versions, it already left a strong impression on me.

“fantastic visual task organizer”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform does exactly what it is meant to do: keep our daily tasks and projects organized and under control. The interface is very well designed which makes communication much simpler between coworkers, team members and any users who have access to the system. It also has a strong visual layout that really makes it stand out as one of the better tools for managing projects and ongoing tasks and the browsing performance is very fast. Another feature I appreciate is being able to access it even without an internet connection since the cards sync automatically once back online. Our team has consistently maintained effective communication thanks to the customizable functions and the ability to connect extensions with other apps like Slack. During online meetings, we can assign work roles and set routines for each member and with Butler, we can automate workflows that help with better data processing and clearer information visualization.
Cons
A thing that would make the tool even better is adding a recycle bin in future versions since that would be very helpful for recovering deleted information.

“staying on top of projects”
Pros
Keeping multiple projects organized with this platform works really well even if it's just one project. It lets you quickly see the progress and responsibilities of each team member so staying updated at any moment only takes a few minutes.
Cons
That said, it can turn into a mess if the team isn't disciplined or some people don't really understand how to use the app properly. Instead of helping, you can end up losing information and feeling buried under too many lists and cards which can become more confusing than useful.

“Perfect choice”
Pros
This software feels like the perfect all-in-one tool for the way we work. It matches our workflow really well and gives us the flexibility to build the space we need. It's been amazing to use especially with how well it connects to our other office tools like the Google Office suite. It works really well for team management and helps us keep everything organized while streamlining the work we do.

“crowded boards and shifting fonts”
Pros
Moving cards between columns is simple and the notification system can be customized to fit different needs. It's also nice that you can add an avatar and the integrations with other platforms we use are genuinely useful. Another plus is how much you can customize across the platform.
Cons
Once a board starts covering multiple segments within one department, this solution can feel outdated, crowded and hard to navigate or manage. I'd much prefer one main dashboard with the option to click into separate cards for each area of the department. I'm also not a fan of how frequently the interface font seems to change.

“helpful boards for team coordination”
Pros
I use the platform to keep track of the tasks I need to do along with the details for each one. The shared board feature is really useful for coordinating team projects since everyone can see what they should be working on and how far the project has progressed. The selection of beautiful backgrounds is also a nice bonus on top of an already enjoyable app.
Cons
New users may feel a bit confused when trying to navigate this tool at first. Also, there isn't a direct "Delete Card" option so removing a card takes two steps and doesn't feel very easy.

“quick to figure out”
Pros
Right from the start, the software feels very easy to use. The interface is simple enough that almost anyone can jump in, understand it quickly and start getting value out of it right away. The Kanban board setup is especially useful and accessible and it makes organizing and tracking lots of different things much easier without having to dig around or search aimlessly.
Cons
I'd still like to see improvement in the built-in word processor. It would be better if it handled bullet points and numbered lists more like Word or Google Docs, with stronger formatting options.

“real-time teamwork”
Pros
The tool stands out as a very complete task management platform and that versatility has been genuinely useful. Being able to create checklists inside other checklists is especially handy when dealing with more detailed or complicated tasks. It also makes collaboration simple, whether you're working with another person or a full team, thanks to smooth real-time updates. The mobile apps are a big plus too since they let you manage and update lists from anywhere at any time. On top of that, the interface feels modern and accessible. Overall, it's an excellent service backed by really solid apps.
Cons
Up to this point, this software hasn't given me any reason to complain. It delivers exactly what it promises and does it reliably. The mobile apps are updated regularly as well which helps keep everything stable, responsive and working well.

“live project visibility for teams”
Pros
Being able to share information with multiple people is the biggest reason we rely on this kind of tool. We manage a lot of lists and projects and several team members need access to a live, up-to-date version at all times. It handles that much better than keeping files stored on a PC.
Cons
On the app, it can feel a little inconvenient but that seems to come mostly from trying to fit so much content into such a small screen. I honestly don't have a clear suggestion for how that could be improved.
