Pros

It works really well when the goal is to map out a timeline or create a customer or client-facing roadmap. That's mostly where I see it being most useful, along with basic note-taking. If you need something for full project management though, I'd probably lean toward a more effective tool like Asana.

Cons

The customization options are more limited than I'd prefer for this kind of platform and I also wish notifications were better especially when tasks get updated.

The collaborative features are easy to use and keeping track of projects is just as simple. Since our organization works as a team, we use the platform's boards to log progress on everything and it makes it very clear who is working on what and which tasks have already been completed. On top of that, it's one of the most affordable tools we've used. We began with the free version which already covered everything we needed and after upgrading, the added features have been really impressive.

We're a small organization so at this point the software is working well for us. Since we only recently upgraded, the only real challenge has been spending a little time getting used to the new features.

Using this product feels very easy. One thing I really appreciate is being able to see live updates whenever my coworkers make changes to the platform's board so I can always tell which tasks are finished and what still needs to be done.

It does feel like there's room for more features. I wouldn't say the program is bad at all but it comes across as a bit plain. It would be helpful to have something that can import different tasks and automatically build a board in the platform from them. More customization for each board category would also be useful since things can get confusing when tasks aren't labeled clearly.

Right from the free plan, this software offers really solid functionality. It covers all the core basics needed for agile project management and the whole platform is very simple and easy to use.

I'd still like to see more built-in functionality instead of relying so much on plugins. Features like project timelines or actual start and end dates, rather than only due dates, would make a big difference. The plugins that handle those needs can be pretty outdated and awkward to work with.

Using the software has been a genuinely enjoyable experience for me. The interface is very user friendly and the platform consistently delivers reliable, trustworthy results. I've used it for around four years now and it has become an important part of how I manage my work. A lot of other tools seem to have borrowed ideas from the software's features and functionality but to me it still feels like the leader in project management. It continues to offer dependable service and one of the best parts is how easily I can collaborate with my team and assign tasks without any hassle.

Even though the software is an excellent tool overall, it has been quite a long time since I've seen any major updates. I'd really like to see the platform add newer and more powerful features in the future.

Keeping tasks and to-do lists organized in the software feels very easy and staying on top of progress is simple. The automation features are a big plus and being able to assign tasks to other people while following their status makes collaboration really convenient.

To get the most out of everything the software offers, you end up needing to connect it with other apps. It would be much better if the software could cover all of those functions in one complete package.

Keeping everyone aligned has been much more manageable with the software since it simplifies communication and teamwork in a way that helps our organization stay efficient and productive. We use one shared Kanban board across the company and it does a really good job of keeping everything moving forward. One feature we especially appreciate is the user friendly open API which has made it possible to connect the software with our other software tools. Because of that, we're able to maintain one central place for collaboration no matter what stage a task is in or what function someone is handling.

I really don't have any complaints about the software. There are also plenty of add-ins and power-ups available if you want to expand its functionality even further.

Getting started with the software takes very little time but it still offers plenty of depth and flexibility. It works really well for collaborating with other people and I use it across work, volunteer roles and my personal life. In each of those settings, it has been genuinely useful for keeping up with different types of tasks. The interface is visually appealing organized and laid out in a way that feels accessible. Following a project from the first step to in progress and then through completion feels natural and well structured. Another big plus is how adaptable it is, whether for professional projects or simple things around the house. It never feels limited to just one kind of use case. On top of that, the software team does an excellent job communicating about the product. They regularly share updates, articles and creative ideas that help users get more value out of it.

Honestly, the only "downside" is that the software can organize my projects and teamwork but it obviously cannot complete the work for me. I still have to handle the actual steps myself. Beyond that, I really have not come across any real negatives. Even the company's communication is entertaining while still staying professional.

Our team relies on the software to keep all of our marketing projects organized. Adding people to cards and assigning responsibilities is easy so it's always clear who is handling what. The checkbox lists are especially useful because they give a clear visual of what's already done and what still needs attention. We use the free version and it still offers plenty of features that cover everything we need. One feature I really enjoy is "Make Template." Since we manage recurring projects, it makes planning ahead much more convenient.

From a content marketing perspective, I do wish there were a simpler way to map out a content calendar. The software has template options for lists and cards but I'd still prefer a setup that feels more like a dedicated kanban-style board.

After bouncing between sticky notes, computer files and a notepad, I eventually landed on the software and it ended up replacing all of them. It became my go-to spot for notes, follow-ups, projects and pretty much everything else I needed to keep organized. Being able to move items through different stages as work progressed was really useful and the labels made tracking things much better. I also really appreciated how simple it was to add coworkers and collaborate together on team projects.

The only thing I really wish it had is the ability to add hyperlinks within my notes but that's a very minor request overall.

I'd like to see a predefined workflow built in without relying on Power-Ups. Right now, customization depends on adding those extras and since they seem to come from third parties rather than being developed internally, I'm still a bit unsure about that.

Keeping projects organized is much simpler with the software because everything is laid out in boards. It gives a quick view of which tasks are currently in progress and who is responsible for each one so the overall status is clear at a glance. It replaces sticky notes by bringing tasks and assignments together in one place which makes things much more manageable. It feels like carrying a whiteboard full of task lists in your pocket since it works on smartphones and can be accessed anytime from anywhere. You can also add comments, due dates and attachments to cards in the platform which makes tracking work more complete. On top of that, it supports collaboration throughout the entire project, from the beginning all the way to completion.

A downside is that team support through email or other channels is not available. There is also no option to set templates for sending emails. A strong internet connection is needed for it to stay stable which can be inconvenient at times. The free version only includes limited features so if you need more functionality, you have to pay for a subscription. It also may not integrate well with other software. Another thing that could be improved is making it simpler to assign priorities to cards.

From planning new features to organizing server work, this productivity app is part of everything we do. It's become such a core tool for our team that we honestly couldn't function without it.

At times, loading all the cards can be a bit slow which makes me wonder whether there's a practical limit to how many cards a single board should hold.

Across all the project tools we've tried, this one gives us by far the most flexibility. We have several very different teams like photography, video, writing, web development and more and each one runs on its own completely separate boards with workflows that fit how they actually work. Other platforms have felt limiting but the software is highly customizable and simple to adjust when processes change. We also set up templates for each team's workflow which made creating new project requests incredibly fast and convenient. The calendar power-up has been especially useful and the way cards can be built out with checklists, labels, due dates, attachments and more gives us exactly the right balance of flexibility and accountability. Honestly, I could keep listing reasons I enjoy using it.

The biggest frustration came when the pricing model changed a year or two ago. Because we're state funded, the increase meant we could no longer afford to keep our original setup so we had to completely reorganize how we used the platform. We ended up moving from nine separate teams into one team and relying on tags to separate everything. Since we manage a huge number of boards, that arrangement was far from ideal, even though it was still workable. The other downside is the restriction on board power-ups. They add a lot of value and the software is still an excellent tool without them but I really wish the rest of my team had been able to use them too since I was one of the only Gold members.

The software has been my favorite project management tool out of the ones I've tried. Setting up boards and keeping everything organized is really simple and sharing them with my team takes almost no effort. The card system is one of the best parts because cards are fast to create, simple to move around and the whole workflow feels very natural. I also use it across my computer, iPad and phone so having everything synced is really convenient. It makes building out projects feel effortless and staying organized while collaborating with my team is a lot easier. My team and even my clients enjoy using it too. If you want a budget-friendly project management tool that's easy and accessible, the software is definitely worth trying.

I honestly don't have many complaints about the software but the storage limit would be my biggest one. Having only 10MB of storage feels restrictive and getting more means upgrading to the enterprise tier which is more than I need. Because of that, the software seems like a better fit for smaller teams. It can still work for larger teams but there are probably other tools out there that make more sense at that size.

After trying tools like Asana and Slack, I realized I was missing that visual way of seeing everything at once. The software gives me that office-style index card view and it really helps me separate and organize projects in my head. I really enjoy being able to attach files and pictures, add detailed notes on the back of each card, set alerts and reminders and move cards around on the same board or across different boards. The iPhone app is very capable too and works really well.

The Power-Ups are very useful but turning them on and off can be a little tricky at times especially when integrating with other apps.

Every day, we rely on the software to keep track of our work, plan upcoming tasks, check our progress and divide the workload across the team. With just a few clicks, we can get a clear view of what each team is handling. It's very user friendly once you get the hang of it. Overall, it's an excellent free tool and honestly one of the best cloud-based agendas for remote teams working together on shared projects with deadlines.

The biggest challenge comes when a new person joins the team because all the features can feel overwhelming at first. The theme options also aren't very well balanced. If we want to switch from colorful layouts to something simpler, the plain color choices feel too basic, while the picture themes feel like too much. There also doesn't seem to be a dark mode or at least I haven't been able to find one.

The software is the one tool I absolutely rely on to keep my tasks organized and prioritized. The color coding makes everything easier to sort at a glance and I really appreciate being able to set deadlines, leave comments and follow progress with checklists. The drag-and-drop setup is especially handy when I need to quickly rearrange things. It's a powerful platform with a lot of flexibility and it has completely transformed the way I manage my work.

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because it begins as such a blank canvas so it's not always obvious how to make the features fit your own workflow right away. That said, the guidance and examples available do make the learning curve much more manageable.
