Pros

Our social media team relies on the software heavily to keep client work and internal projects organized and quite a few people have even started using it outside of work to manage personal activities and family trip planning. The cards can be customized in full and the interface feels modern and very approachable. Moving cards around with drag and drop is simple and it also updates any assigned dependencies automatically. With so many moving pieces across our paid and organic campaigns, the software has made our workflow much more efficient and helped increase the team's productivity by giving us one convenient place to manage every stage of a project from idea to execution to final completion.

Cons

Since our team works specifically in social media, we would really like to see stronger integration with scheduling platforms like Sprout Social and Salesforce. It would also help a lot if the software offered more customizable automation for reminders and triggers, along with stronger admin-level user management features to better maintain team hierarchy.

Pros

The software has become like my right hand when it comes to planning my day. It helps me organize my time around the tasks I need to complete which keeps me from wasting time. Another big plus is how simple it is to use and arrange tasks without any hassle. It's also worth mentioning that the free version includes the essential features and tools needed to manage your time really well.

Cons

The only downside for me is that I can't add a timer to my tasks. That would be really useful for tracking how long each task takes me to finish.

What makes the software work so well is its core layout: I can build lists of related items, view everything at a glance and drag and drop cards around to organize them better, set priorities and keep track of everything without losing anything.

One thing I'd really like is the option to stack lists vertically instead of only adding them across the screen and having to keep scrolling sideways. On some boards I end up with lots of lists but several of them are short so it would be much better if two or even three lists could sit one above another and let me see more on a single screen. I also think power-ups are useful but going through all of them can feel overwhelming and the pricing starts to add up pretty fast.

Creating multiple cards and keeping track of work was something I really enjoyed in the software. The layout is clean so moving around the platform felt very natural and that made it simple to use from the start. My team was also able to switch over without much trouble because the interface is easy and it makes following daily tasks very convenient.

At times, the interface slows down when too many cards are added. It is not a major problem in my opinion but I do feel it could be a bit more responsive. That was really the only issue I ran into with the software.

The software is one of the best tools to use when you want to stay more organized, whether it's for running your business or managing things in your personal life as well.

The software still has some features that could be improved especially when it comes to placing cards on dates in a way that better shows priority.

Running small teams and projects with the software has been really effective for us and it's something we rely on every day. It integrates very easily with other tools and offers really strong automation features especially once you add Butler into the mix.

The pricing model is the part I'm not a fan of. Once you start using the TEAMS setup, the cost goes up for each member. If you keep the same people as invitees with full functionality instead of organizing them into teams, the pricing stays lower which makes the whole structure feel awkward to me.

Pros

Getting started with the software for project management takes very little effort and it's simple to make the most of it. Being able to collaborate with clients or small teams even on the free plan is something I really appreciate. On top of that, the Gmail calendar integration and task syncing have been incredibly valuable for keeping everything organized.

Cons

The free plan does feel a little limiting since you only get two power-ups. I'd especially recommend using the calendar one though, it's easily one of the most useful free add-ons the software offers.

Pros

The software has become part of my everyday planning and I've also used it to support my volunteers. Normally, new entry-level volunteers are expected to work through a 200+ page guidebook to figure out their role which is a tough sell for most first-timers. I ended up breaking that guidebook into the software so getting started felt much more manageable. Each card lays out exactly what needs to be done and which tools are needed to do it. The ability to add links and attachments is a huge plus because everything people need is right there in one place and easy to search.

At the beginning, the software can feel a bit intimidating. Even though I really enjoy using it and have shown about a dozen people how it works, every one of them was overwhelmed at first. After an hour or so though, they usually start to understand the setup and end up really liking the system.

Pros

Nothing else I've used has come close to the software's Kanban view and I've tested just about every option out there. The mobile app feels quick and responsive, the Slack integration is something I really enjoy and they've continued improving the rest of the platform too.

Cons

It does get expensive for a small company especially when you start scaling with more clients but aside from that everything feels fair and solid. I honestly haven't found a better product in this space. After more than a decade in management and being a total product management nerd, I still keep coming back to the software because of how simple it is.

Feels incredibly lightweight and accessible while still offering a lot of room for customization. I really enjoy the Butler scripts since they let you chain several custom actions together with a single click. It's also very affordable and having multiple boards makes it simple to separate work across teams or keep personal projects organized.

Cons

It's still missing a few integrations that would make it a more practical fit for my team especially SharePoint. For larger enterprises, a bigger and more established platform may check more boxes with broader capabilities, while the software focuses on doing one thing really well without offering much beyond that.

Using the software as a planner still takes quite a bit of manual input and I think adding a few more features could really improve how functional it is.

Running an architecture firm means juggling a lot of projects at once so having a card-based organization tool that actually fits the way our company works has been incredibly helpful. The software gives us one place to see every project, check its current status and even invite clients in so they can follow along as work moves forward. That visibility has become essential for us. The interface is very accessible, easy to move around in and honestly one of those tools you get comfortable with quickly. We've looked at other platforms like Basecamp and while they may offer more features, the software wins for us because it's simply much more user friendly overall.

Searching inside the platform can feel a little overwhelming at times. Because of that, it's really important to keep everything organized carefully and build a structure that makes sense for your workflow from the start.

Is an easy tool that can support just about any project and it works well for people across all kinds of teams.

Every day, the software helps me stay on top of everything I need to do. I keep multiple boards set up for different companies, personal interests and general organization. It's very accessible and it doesn't take long to notice the benefits right away.

One issue I run into is that the software reminders sometimes don't get sent and I'll come back weeks later only to see that a lot of my deadline cards have already passed and need to be cleaned up. Still, as long as you keep up with your cards, it's a really useful tool.

Adding the next task to a to-do list can feel a little complicated at times. It's a solid tool overall but the platform still lacks some important features such as Gantt charts, time tracking, progress reports and billing functions.

We relied on it for quite a while to handle our hiring workflow and backlog management. It lets you set up team collaboration, customize each board, add tags, leave comments, set due dates and adjust the pipeline to match the way your process works.

The search feature isn't completely reliable. At times, it only finds a card if you type just part of the name, while entering the full and correct title still doesn't return it. The free plan also comes with a limited number of boards.

Every day at work, I rely on the software and have set up separate boards for projects that are currently underway as well as ones still in the planning stage. Being able to drag cards from one column to another makes the whole system very user friendly and features like mentioning teammates in comments, attaching links or documents, building customer checklists and adding Salesforce Power-Ups all add a lot to the overall experience.

Up to this point, I really haven't come across many downsides to using the software in my job and I've been genuinely enjoying the tool.
