“all project details in one place”
Pros
Having a single place for everything related to a project has been incredibly helpful. As a volunteer, it can be tough to reach people after business hours when information is missing and this has really cut down on the endless email chains by keeping it all together. It makes it simple to check what assignments I have and everyone can clearly see the deadlines. I also love that the whole team can collaborate in one space when a graphic needs review instead of sending it to multiple email addresses and trying to track who replied. It has made assigning volunteer tasks much more organized. The @tag feature is especially useful for making sure nothing gets overlooked and the project history is nice to have when I need to see when comments came in or when deliverables were updated.
Cons
This is not really an issue with the software itself but as a volunteer, the hardest part is that it is one more platform I have to keep up with alongside my work and home tools and I do miss the email notifications sometimes.

“clear project visibility”
Pros
The platform is very easy to use and gives an instant overview of projects which makes it simple to see what's happening at a glance.

Working with it across several groups can be challenging and it's not very practical to manage anything beyond basic workflows.

“quick onboarding”
Pros
One thing that really helps with this software is how quickly people understand it. The layout feels a lot like the sticky notes people have been using for years so it feels familiar right away. Getting started only takes a few minutes and after just a couple of hours of training, most people are already up and running.
Cons
There wasn't anything major I disliked about the software.

“satisfying workflow”
Pros
Keeping track of work in the platform feels really easy. The interface is clean, accessible and simple to move around in so managing tasks and projects all in one place is effortless. It's very clear what needs attention first which helps a lot with prioritizing. Sharing boards is also quick and convenient making collaboration with other people work really well. On top of that, checking items off a list is genuinely satisfying. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
I honestly don't have much I'd change about it. If anything, I'd just like the option to choose the default background image since I usually end up changing it myself anyway but that's really the only minor thing that comes to mind.

“a dream for list lovers”
Pros
Being a list person, this platform feels like a perfect fit. It works especially well for our team since we juggle multiple projects that need constant updates and ongoing progress tracking. My favorite part is how clearly and thoroughly it shows the status of a project at every stage. The board customization is another big reason it works so well as a productivity tool. I'm even a little hooked on watching YouTube videos to see how other people set up their boards so I can keep improving the way I use it.
Cons
Honestly there's not much I dislike. If I had to point to anything, I'd say the options for sending and receiving updates could be more noticeable and quicker to get to. I also wish the Power-Up features were explained in a more easy way so I could take full advantage of the customization options.

“Keeps everything moving”
Pros
Across several projects, this tool gives me plenty of ways to stay on top of things with due dates, planning tools and organized follow-up. I can save webpages to a card and come back to them later and I can also turn an email into a card so it becomes a proper task to track. It's very simple to use overall.
Cons
Adding and locating team members can feel a little awkward at times but aside from that, the platform has been amazing.

“flexible boards”
Pros
Having multiple boards for different purposes is really useful. I keep one for my own internal projects and tasks and another serves as our active content calendar. It works really well because we can move cards around as deadlines change while still keeping all the content-specific details in the comments. The checklist templates are also valuable when building a repeatable cadence or process that involves several team members. On top of that, the integrations are a big plus. My team relies heavily on Google Docs so being able to connect the two without much hassle is something I really appreciate.
Cons
I really wish this tool offered the ability to assign multiple deadlines to a single card. Since we use it for a content calendar, we often have one internal deadline for editing and another separate date for publishing and there is no clear visual way to show both. The same issue comes up with podcasts, where I might record on one day and publish on another and right now the only workaround is creating two separate cards. Cloning cards can also be a bit inconsistent at times. I sometimes want to duplicate an older card because it already has the checklist and notes I need but then I am stuck with previous comments that I do not always have the option to delete.

“accessible for remote teams”
Pros
This software's clean, accessible layout makes it quick to set up, simple to work in and really helpful for staying in sync across an organization. I used it as a freelancer with a startup and it immediately improved how well we kept projects moving with a fully remote team. It also works well for tracking team progress and making sure deadlines stay realistic and manageable.
Cons
The only real downside I ran into was how slow customer support was to respond. We had a problem getting a new team member onboarded to the account and it took a couple of days before anyone got back to us. Once they did respond, the support team was very helpful but waiting around 48 hours was still slower than we would have preferred.

“visual project tracking”
Pros
The tool's biggest strength is how visual everything is, you can tell the status of a project at a glance and immediately see what needs to happen next. And honestly, dragging a card into the Done column is incredibly satisfying.
Cons
An issue is that some of the most useful features are locked behind paid Power-Ups and it's not always clear which Power-Ups are available.

“fantastic for team task tracking”
Pros
Keeping a team organized is much easier with this tool especially when you need to track what each employee is working on. I really appreciate the wide range of power-ups, including calendars, member time-tracking reports and integrations with Google Sheets, Zendesk and more. It's a perfect fit for a small team that's just getting started. One of the biggest advantages is that the free version is already very useful and every person you invite gives you free months of the Gold version.
Cons
The interface is not the most attractive visually. It can also take a bit of time to get used to if you've never worked with boards and cards before.

“user friendly task organizer”
Pros
This platform has a really user friendly setup that fits perfectly into my daily routine. It helps me keep track of work tasks as well as personal to-dos for different projects and the whole organizational system is simple to navigate and available from anywhere.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about the tool. It has been an excellent tool for organizing both company-related tasks and personal projects or assignments. The layout is very user friendly and once you get familiar with it which doesn't take long since it's pretty self-explanatory, you can use it to organize just about anything.

“clean boards that just work”
Pros
Keeps things very easy and accessible to use. Even though it offers quite a few features, with many of them tied to paid upgrades, the overall design and user experience still feel uncluttered and focused. The fact that the interface has stayed this minimal and clean over the years really says a lot about the company. The mobile app is also simple and reliable, supports offline editing and syncs back to the cloud without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any major complaints. My only wish is that the entry-level paid plan were a little more affordable since I mostly use it for personal projects.

“handy for daily planning”
Pros
The software works really well for project management. It lets you add and update daily tasks, set due dates, use checklists and keep everything organized in one place. You can also share task lists with your team and it's useful that you can create a personal board for your own work too.
Cons
Once the number of lists starts growing, you have to scroll all the way across to reach the last one. It would also be much better if there were a search option to quickly find a specific list.

“clutter-free”
Pros
Among the project management tools I've used, this solution stands out as the best. The customer support is excellent, the interface is very user friendly and the feature set is really strong. I'm able to upload files, keep my calendar updated and track projects without any hassle. It has always felt less cluttered than other similar software which makes day-to-day work much easier. I can prioritize every task based on what I need and handle it on my own schedule. The color labels are also a nice touch for keeping everything organized. Definitely a must-have project management tool.
Cons
One frustrating issue is that this tool's mobile app keeps crashing on my iphone. It has happened several times and because of that I've missed messages and work updates from colleagues which is really upsetting. A few of my coworkers who use the same operating system have run into the same problem as well. It works perfectly fine on Android but not on iOS. On top of that, the free version is limited and it's not really suitable for larger projects which can make potential buyers hesitant about committing to the software.

“collaborative campaign tracking win”
Pros
Running multiple direct mail, email and mass market appeals is much more manageable with this software. Our entire Annual Giving team can work together in one user friendly, collaborative space and it's simple to pull up a calendar by due date or assigned team member, then sort, filter and organize everything we need.
Cons
My only real complaint with the software is the mobile experience. The desktop version feels much better to use than the app.

“easy setup”
Pros
The tool goes well beyond a basic to-do list. It gives you a solid way to organize and prioritize multiple projects across several team members at once. The layout is fairly easy although it does take a little time to get used to everything it can do. Out of all the apps I've seen for handling multiple projects with different people on a team at the same time, this one stands out the most. One of the best parts is that every team member can have a customizable list and workflow so a manager can view everyone's progress while each individual only has to focus on their own tasks.
Cons
Because this solution is such a unique app, it takes a bit of adjusting at first to really understand how to make it work in the best way for your needs. Once you get how it's meant to be used though, it gives you a huge amount of flexibility for managing lots of projects and team members. It also switches up the screen views depending on whether you're looking at a personal list or a team list and that can feel a little inconvenient at times.

“simple workflow”
Pros
The platform has been an excellent task management platform for our organization. We rely on it to assign and organize work for each team member and its user friendly interface makes using the platform genuinely enjoyable. It gives us clear visibility into what everyone on the team is working on at any time. On top of that, the commenting feature is really useful for leaving updates once a task is finished or for asking questions related to the work. Another thing that works really well is the ability to set up different stages such as to do, review and done. As tasks progress, we can quickly move them across these stages which helps us manage the workflow efficiently.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any problems with this tool. I'm simply a big fan of it.

“powerful boards for every project”
Pros
Handling multiple projects at once feels much more manageable with this platform. The interface is clean and easy, the card-based setup works a lot like a checklist and adding attachments is very convenient. I also really like how the colored statuses make each item easy to scan quickly. It's simple, capable and even free unless you need the premium features.
Cons
The only thing I'd still want is a few more customization options for backgrounds and the overall interface in the free version although I realize that might be asking for a lot.

“clean boards”
Pros
Getting comfortable with this tool doesn't take long because the UX and UI are very accessible. Even the base boards already feel quite capable and the optional power-ups in the paid plans make the kanban setup even more effective. Each card can hold multiple checklists, file attachments, due dates, color-coded labels with a color-blind option, team members added by email, copied cards for recurring tasks, comments, plus archiving and sharing. It also logs all activity on every card which is really helpful. On top of that, the interface is visually pleasant so staying on top of projects feels even more manageable.
Cons
A few of the tools I was hoping to use are locked behind the paid tiers. As a one-person design business, paying extra for those features just doesn't make much sense. Also, the stickers are fun to look at but they don't really add anything useful to the cards from a functional standpoint.
