Pros

Having free access makes this tool really useful for project management and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It helps a lot with organizing both personal tasks and team activities.

Cons

A downside is the small attachment upload limit on the free plan since more storage is only available with paid accounts.

Pros

The software has become a big part of both my daily workflow and my team's routine. The interface feels very accessible, while still offering a lot of room for deep customization and really solid add-ons. It connects natively with most of the major platforms we already use which makes everything much more convenient. The automation tools especially Butler, are also a huge plus. You can build routines and assign them to board buttons which saves time on repeated tasks. Overall, the software comes loaded with useful features and plenty of flexibility.

Cons

One issue I've run into is the limited number of labels available since there are only 5. It can also start to feel very cluttered and overwhelming once you're managing a large project with a lot of cards. On top of that, the keyboard shortcuts are far from accessible and don't really provide much of a productivity boost.

Keeping all my tasks and our development team's work organized in an interactive way has been really valuable and being able to open and use the Kanban boards quickly makes the whole process even better.

Even though it performs really well, getting around the platform can be a bit confusing especially when there are a lot of boards to keep track of.

This software really sets the standard for kanban-style project management. It's quick to get up and running, very easy to use and works especially well for handling simple projects with smaller teams.

The application starts to fall short when things get more complex. Once you're managing a bigger team, a more complicated project, several projects at once or a mix of all of those, it just isn't enough anymore. Moving across multiple boards, lists and cards becomes very hard to manage and the filtering, assigning sorting and task aggregation features just aren't strong enough.

This platform is really visually appealing. When there's a ton on your plate and everything feels overwhelming, it makes the workload seem much more manageable, no matter how busy you think you are. Moving through each card and checking off boxes one step at a time feels genuinely motivating.

I mainly use the software for the things I need it to do and honestly I haven't run into any issues with it. I still keep a traveler's notebook for anything I want to write by hand, while the software is what I use when I want a digital version.

Pros

Keeping projects on track is much simpler with this tool because it brings more order to the whole process and makes it easier to monitor progress toward the goals we set. I can add my projects, create the tasks they require and organize each one clearly. In our organization, we use this tool to manage time more effectively and this productivity tool helps us stay in control of habits so we can meet our objectives. My team uses it not only to plan daily tasks but even to organize break times as well. I also rely on this tool outside of work for personal goals and responsibilities since it helps me plan projects, split them into batches of work and stay on track to reach the targets I set for myself.

My only complaint about the platform is that the mobile version does not include all the features available in the browser version. For instance, deleting boards and handling certain other actions cannot be done from the app so I have to switch to the browser whenever I need to do those things.

Getting started with this software is really easy and it's flexible enough to adapt to different ways of working. The platform's broader ecosystem is excellent and it connects really well with other platforms.

One thing I still miss is a solid numbers-focused tool inside the application. It would be incredibly useful to assign numeric values to cards and run calculations from them. I understand that's not really what the application was built for but it would make a huge difference for our team.

Managing daily work with this tool feels very natural and easy. We mostly use it to keep our software development tasks organized and it behaves exactly how you want a tool like this to behave: adding comments, dragging tasks across lanes, assigning work to teammates, setting priorities and deadlines, attaching files and creating subtask checklists all just work the way they should. These are not flashy or unusual features but after using plenty of other tools, I know even the basics can be handled poorly. This tool gets those fundamentals right. Another big plus is reliability, we have not noticed any downtime at all over the last 18 months.

The one thing we genuinely miss is proper filtering. You can use colored labels to make tasks easier to spot but there is no way to display only the cards with a specific label.

This software is a very accessible, user friendly tool that has helped me stay much more organized with both personal work and team projects. The part I enjoy most is how simple it is to manage cards, along with all the details and files you can attach to them. It also makes it easy to assign tasks to each team member, track progress by status and create queries when needed.

Since it's a fairly lightweight cloud-based tool, the feature set does feel somewhat limited. Some functions have to be handled in a makeshift way through cards such as adding extra charges or managing task payments.

This platform started out for us as a free tool for planning and to-do lists and it kept expanding right alongside our needs. One of the biggest advantages is that, unlike some other platforms, it continued to fit as we grew and eventually became part of our everyday production and planning workflow.

My only real issue is with the search feature which feels a bit underpowered. The way results are ranked can seem inconsistent, for example, when I search for ACME inc., I'd expect the most recent or most frequently used cards to appear first but the results often feel almost random.

After more than three years of using it, I've really grown attached to just about everything in this tool. It's a simple way to keep my tasks organized, whether they're ongoing projects or short-term to-dos. It also makes it very easy to see the progress of my work at a glance. On top of that, I really enjoy the background themes as well.

Honestly, I'm not sure there's much to complain about, except maybe the pricing. I use it on my own and don't need that many boards so having a mid-tier option somewhere between free and $12 per month would be fantastic.

This software has become a core part of how our SCRUM teams stay organized. The tool works really well for quickly jotting down ideas and doing lighter list organization and the integration options are especially broad. It has also been useful for us as an internal wiki. Where this tool performs best as a task manager is when there's a PM who's comfortable living in it full-time and has enough bandwidth to set up the automations for everyone else. One of the standout integrations for us is Pipedrive since it allows contact lookup and I honestly wish more CRMs handled that the same way. One of this tool's most unique advantages compared with other tools is how well it supports prototyping. We've used boards like separate screens and cards like actions and built mockups for an entire freight load board, a texting platform and several other tools. Publishing a public product roadmap is also another strong use case.

Cons

The biggest limitation is the lack of a quick-edit spreadsheet-style mode, even through a plugin. That's the main reason the platform has never become our primary task management tool. The keyboard shortcuts don't feel accessible or standard and when you combine that with having to enter every task manually, it ends up feeling outdated compared with platforms like Monday.com.

One of the best parts of this software is its integrations. You can even use it like a database for your website with Zapier and the amount of automation you can build is honestly priceless. It may start with something small but before long it can grow into something much bigger.

I understand that with such a large number of users, changes have to be handled carefully but the UI feels a bit outdated at this point. Also, having a solid built-in timeline view for tasks would be a big improvement. I know there are plugins for that but it would be much better to have a high-quality native option.

Whenever I need to manage a task list, this software is one of the simplest tools to use. You can define what each column means and build a workflow that fits the way you work, then add comments, assign tasks, include checklists and set deadlines for every item. It's easy and effective.

Once a board starts filling up with a huge number of tasks, it can get a bit slow at times and I'm working with hundreds of cards on mine. The search works well enough for everyday use but there are moments when I wish it offered more.

It's very easy to make boards more complicated than they need to be and with a creative team, it doesn't take long to get caught up in making projects look amazing in the software instead of actually moving the work forward.
