Pros

Keeping both my business tasks and client work organized has been much simpler with this tool. The platform is very easy to use and it also connects well with the systems I already have in place.

Cons

My only real issue with the platform is the cost once you want access to all of its features. There are a lot of upgrades and customization options available which is nice but at times it can feel a bit like you're being nickel and dimed.

Pros

Keeping projects organized feels much more manageable with this software. I use it every day and it still surprises me how much our team gets done because of it. Being able to have several users working on the same board at once, while also communicating directly there for fast responses, is a major advantage. It also helps that we can maintain a history of each board which makes wrap-up meetings and looking back on past work much more useful.

Cons

Board communication could still be handled a little better. Right now someone has to tag another user on the board for that person to get notified. A built-in chat or quick email option would help a lot especially since many users are not checking the software all the time.

Pros

This platform's simple Kanban layout and overall functionality make it really appealing for managing a small team. It may not be as sophisticated as Asana but it does an excellent job of giving clear visual insight into the status of every task.

Cons

Things can become pretty confusing in the software because there isn't a strong enough way to properly label each card and identify tasks clearly. Once several users start replying on the same task, the discussion tends to get cluttered and earlier parts of the conversation can easily get buried.

Pros

Honestly, I never realized how much I needed this software until I started using it. It's a fantastic little tool, available both as a web app and a mobile app so I can stay productive wherever I am. This software manages all my lists, tasks, notes and even attachments through different cards that I've organized, while also making everything visible and workable for my team. On top of that, the commenting feature is incredibly useful and just makes collaboration feel natural.

Cons

It actually took some effort to come up with a downside here because there really isn't much to complain about. Still, if I had to mention one small issue, it would be the reminder system. The application doesn't let you send a reminder to just one specific person on the team. Instead, reminders go out to everyone and there's no way to choose only certain team members for particular task notifications.

Pros

One thing that works really well is how flexible this platform is and how well it fits into our dev team's workflow. We still rely on other project management tools but this platform remains an important part of our process. Everyone manages their own cards and we track progress and reporting through those cards. It's especially useful for getting a quick, low-level snapshot, while our other software handles the bigger-picture goals.

Cons

The part I'd still want improved is the amount of customization available on the cards themselves. We usually don't go deep into the cards or use many of the extra features. If we could choose exactly what shows on the card front, like a title, a two-line description and similar details, we'd absolutely pay more for that level of customization.

Pros

This tool has become the dashboard I rely on to stay on top of multiple businesses, employees, clients and partners. Put simply, it helps me keep everything organized and keeps me sane.

Cons

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that it was acquired by Atlassian although that's not really a product feature issue. I just don't love change especially when the platform already works exactly the way it should.

Between multiple projects and daily responsibilities, this software helps me stay organized and keep track of everything I'm juggling. I can quickly check the progress of each project and make sure tasks are being handled the way they should be. This software is absolutely amazing!

I really don't have any complaints, just keep rolling out new features. One thing I'd love to see is the ability to link Outlook email chains.

Managing a team of independent contractors spread across the United States can make it hard to communicate weekly projects, deadlines and each person's role. This platform's card-based setup is very user friendly and makes it simple to see who is handling what, when it's due and when the work has been completed.

As a small business, we honestly haven't run into any downsides with the software. It fits our company perfectly and we regularly wonder how we managed to stay productive before we started using it.

This tool has a really clean, attractive interface and it's very simple to work with. The automation features are especially helpful and make project management feel much more effortless.

A limitation is that you can't create documents directly inside the platform. They have to be made in another app first and then attached to cards.

This software has really organized the way I manage my jobs. I can quickly see everything I'm working on and check the status of each one at a glance. Since it's fully online, I'm able to log in and access it anytime from wherever I am.

Whats unreliable is the preview for uploaded files especially PDFs. A lot of the time, the preview feature just doesn't work.

Getting boards set up and bringing the team on board is pretty easy. Creating cards and assigning them to people feels simple and convenient.

Label colors are limited to the preset options and can't really be customized beyond that. Adding attachments also feels a little awkward.

Using this tool has been a real plus for our team. The interface is very simple to work with and the design looks clean and attractive. It feels like a dashboard where I can set up different tasks for my team, add due dates and invite colleagues to join in and all of that only takes me a minute to organize.

Honestly I have no complaints about this tool. It's quick, convenient and saves me time during the workday. Everyone can access it through different integrations and using it from a phone is also very practical.

Right from the start, this software feels very user friendly and accessible. It lets me set up project tasks and sub-tasks, jot down notes and add deadlines in no time. Assigning team members and sharing instructions is just as quick. The mobile app is also really useful since I can manage projects and monitor progress in real time. All in all, this software covers everything I need for project management.

One downside is that the free version is fairly restrictive when it comes to team size, task limits and available features. On top of that, the pricing can be quite expensive for small startups and non-profit organizations.

This platform has a very accessible, easy interface that makes it simple to use. Setting up tasks, sharing them, moving them around, collaborating with others and getting them completed all happens quickly and efficiently. The background customization options are a nice bonus too and the pricing is hard to beat.

Nothing comes to mind. We spent a long time trying out two other tools that claimed to offer more or better features but we kept ending up back with the software.

Pros

The Kanban-style board covers almost everything you need when you're first learning an agile approach. I've been using it for project management for quite a long time and overall it does the job really well. It's a useful tool and I currently use it with a few different groups in my company. Pretty much everyone on the team was able to use the platform on their first try.

Cons

It would be more useful if the platform let users create rules based on labels or keywords that could limit or trigger an action. Right now, the automation features don't provide that level of rule creation yet.

Is a really solid tool for planning projects, assigning work and keeping track of how everything is progressing. The drag-and-drop setup makes task management feel very accessible and appealing and it helps teams collaborate without much friction. It also lets you create alerts which is very helpful when a task deadline is coming up and you need a reminder.

Cons

There are still a few features I miss in the application that you can find in other paid platforms like Jira. One example is task dependencies which are especially useful when you're working with multidisciplinary teams. Another important gap is the lack of roadmap creation that includes all team members along with tasks, epics and related work items.

Has become part of my everyday routine. I rely on it to keep my business organized and everything moving along properly. One thing that works really well is the back of each card since it can hold a lot of details, links and attachments all in one place. It's also available across all my devices so I can quickly add a note or make updates whenever I'm out and about.

There's probably always room to add more features. I make my own graphic headers to break my lists into titled sections and it would be nice if there were a faster, more convenient way to create those headers. The labels in the software are useful but headers would take organization a step further.

There's something incredibly satisfying about the way this tool works. Moving cards from one column to another and checking off tasks really scratches that type-A itch for me. If you haven't used it yet, that's honestly the best way to describe the appeal.

Using plugins across a bigger team is where it gets tricky since everyone would need access to them and the cost can add up fast. On top of that, both the website and the app can be buggy at times.

Getting started with this software is very easy and bringing a whole team on board doesn't take much effort. It also offers plenty of extensions that make day-to-day work more convenient. I've used the InVision and Google Docs integrations in particular and really appreciated them. On top of that, the boards are highly customizable with colors, background images, tabs, columns and more.

Cons

A weak spot is the chat/commenting feature which doesn't always work that well. It can be difficult to keep up with the discussion especially when several people are involved in a longer conversation. Comments are simply stacked one after another and there's no proper threading or way to reply directly to someone's earlier message.

Pros

Keeping up with tasks across the organization is much more manageable with this tool. Cards can be organized by team or project and updating progress is as simple as dragging them from one stage to another which makes the whole system very user friendly. The boards also work well for grouping work by teams, scrum and other categories so it is easier to visualize and review the team's current status. It has made our scrum meetings more engaging and more easy. I also appreciate that you can add notes and comments directly on the cards.

Cons

The notification system could be much better and there is quite a bit to understand before setting everything up properly. It also needs more customization options especially when compared with Jira.
