boost productivity

Pros

Right away, the interface feels visually appealing and very accessible. Moving things around is simple when new ideas come up and the collaboration tools are a really nice fit for team use. I also enjoy how flexible the boards and cards are especially with the drag-and-drop setup. Updates sync instantly between the iPhone and PC apps which is a huge plus. Overall, it helps me stay organized while also making me more productive and creative.

Cons

Some of the terminology, like board, card and archive, takes a little time to understand although it works perfectly fine once that learning curve passes. The bigger downside is that free users can only access a limited number of power-ups which cuts back on functionality. The platform still works very well without them but the automation those power-ups provide is definitely useful. I'd also really like to see an Apple Watch app for quickly adding things while on the go.

Great integrations

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this solution is that the basic version is free which makes it a solid option for small teams that need to create boards and keep track of work. The layout is easy so it's simple to build task cards organize them clearly and monitor the progress of each task. It's also helpful to have all the related details in one place, including attachments and comments. On top of that, this solution connects with a variety of other tools like Slack which is a big advantage for keeping your tech stack well connected.

Cons

Even after using this software for around two years, I honestly have not come across any downsides.

keeps everything moving

Pros

This software fits right into the bigger system I use to manage all my "stuff." Paired with Gary Allen's "Getting Things Done" method, it works as my list keeper, reference board, digital sticky note space, client-trainer tool and more. It does a really good job of keeping me organized and helping me move through my task list efficiently. The multiple swim lanes, the boards on the dashboard and the assignee feature all help keep work progressing.

Cons

It would be even better with stronger integrations to other software. A plugin that lets me create cards directly from Gmail would be especially useful.

helpful team notifications

Pros

Working with this application has been really useful for projects especially when collaborating with a team. Every time there is an update, email notifications are sent out which helps both the client and the project team stay aware of the current stage of the work. Another feature I appreciate is being able to add documents or links in the comments as resources to help complete the project.

Cons

Something that gave me trouble was deleting items from the to-do list since that action is not very accessible in the app.

organized and simple

Pros

Keeping project tasks organized with this has been quick and easy. I use it every day with a team of more than 20 people to stay on top of the work and it just does the job reliably. My board is packed with cards, everyone keeps them updated and it gives a clear visual of what each person is working on. Stickers also make it simple to spot when someone is blocked on something. It fits the agile software development approach really well and the integrations with other apps make it even more useful.

Cons

The only issue for me is that the free sticker options feel a bit limited although the paid ones are really impressive.

love this software

Pros

Across our different teams, this platform has been a really convenient way to assign and organize tasks. Being able to add checklists and attachments to cards is fantastic and the labels make it much easier to separate projects and products in a way that keeps everything organized. The email alerts when I'm tagged on a card, along with notifications when tasks are completed, are a big plus. When several teams are working from the same board, I also appreciate how neatly the cards stay arranged within each column. The option to "watch" a card is another useful feature for keeping up with task progress and completion.

Cons

The one problem is having to scroll horizontally when there are more columns than can fit on one screen.

consistent across devices

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how consistent the interface is between the Android app and the web version. The mobile app barely feels limited compared to using it in a browser which means I can stay productive no matter which device I'm on. That's especially valuable when I'm out and about and need to keep work moving.

Cons

I did run into a problem before where I moved a card from one list to another in the phone app but when I checked again later, the card had gone back to its original list.

clean task tracking

Pros

The software uses a easy Kanban board setup for managing projects. Once you organize each column or "list," with stages such as To Do, In Progress, Waiting for Approval and Done, keeping up with task status becomes very simple.

Cons

I would like a way to mark a task as completed without having to assign a due date to every single task.

can be used for anything

Pros

Getting information onto the screen is quick and the overall interface is very simple to use. The add-ons and power-ups are a nice touch and this solution works well across just about any industry or use case because of how adaptable it is.

Cons

That same flexibility is also where this tool falls a bit short. Since it can be applied to almost anything, it sometimes feels like it lacks a clear specialty. It doesn't have the stronger project management focus you get from tools like Asana or Basecamp and features like time tracking plus creating tasks and subtasks can feel limited. The collaboration and sharing options are decent but they don't quite measure up to some competing platforms. Because of that, it's possible to see this tool as a really solid tool while still being unsure exactly where it belongs in a workflow.

flexible boards for everything

Pros

This software has been fantastic to use. The level of customization it offers for organizing work is impressive. I've used it for both Scrum and Kanban projects to keep track of tasks and I've even set up the "Getting Things Done" method in this software to organize my entire life. You can build columns to match any workflow you want, customize with colors and categories, assign tasks to different users and create checklists, comments and attachments within each card. It's a very flexible and practical tool.

Cons

Honestly the only setback feels more like a temporary growing pain than a real problem. The software keeps expanding and regularly adds new features so it can sometimes be a bit hard to stay on top of everything that's now possible. That said, the core functionality has stayed the same so it hasn't caused any real issues for me.

dynamic for teamwork

Pros

The tool has been a very effective project management tool for us. It feels modern and dynamic and the board-based setup makes information much more visual and easier to follow. The system is organized through cards, where you can assign the tasks that belong to each team member. Those cards also include useful features like reminders and due-date alerts and they make collaboration better by letting everyone share files, notes and comments in one place. Overall, it really helps improve communication across the whole team.

Cons

What to watch out for: you need to have your tasks planned out beforehand and avoid stuffing the cards with unnecessary items. If too many tasks are added, the main board can start to feel crowded especially when you are managing multiple projects at once and that can make organization harder. Keeping things simplified and specific is really the best way to get the most out of the software.

one of the best out there!

Pros

Built for kanban projects and it has genuinely handled the job well. Getting started is very simple so I was able to set everything up and begin working on the project right away. I also really appreciate that the free plan comes with fewer restrictions than many other tools. A board can hold multiple tasks and each task can include several checklists which makes organizing work much better. Once a task is finished, I can quickly drag and drop it to another board and that helps keep the workflow fast. Collaboration at the board level works very well too. My team can work together on one board while other teams handle separate boards and inviting people is as simple as sending them an invite. The 2-factor authentication is another big plus because it keeps the platform both convenient and secure. It gives me confidence that no one can tamper with my work.

Cons

Built-in time tracking is missing. Because of that, I had to try more than five different time-tracking tools to figure out which one fits this software best. Without native time tracking, I also cannot generate reports showing how much time I spent on each task. Another issue is the lack of proper card search functionality. As cards grow over time, finding a specific task means going through the entire project manually which takes a lot of time. Also, when tasks are moved to another board, the update does not appear immediately for other shared users. They have to refresh the page themselves to see the change and that can create confusion and workflow errors.

accessible boards for team projects

Pros

Platform works really well for handling projects and tasks at a business level. The interface is very visual and accessible which makes it simple to spot when something is off in a task or project that's in progress. Using it feels easy since you mostly just drag and drop notes to add or move them around. It's also practical to assign work by simply mentioning someone with an @ which helps speed up the workflow because each team member can jump in and complete different steps of the project. Another thing I appreciate is how customizable the interface is especially with color-coded labels that make everything feel both organized and a bit more engaging. On top of that, the pricing is quite affordable.

Cons

The tool is not a flawless platform and there are still a few areas that need improvement. One issue is that it doesn't let you create labels in bulk which can become inconvenient when you have a lot to manage. The search function also lacks filters so if you need to run the same search again, you have to type everything out from scratch and that ends up wasting time.

fast, fun and accessible

Pros

The tool is quick, simple and very easy to use. Pretty much anyone can pick up the basics in a minute and it actually makes organizing work feel fun. The design has some smart touches too and the performance feels modern and responsive, with cloud syncing that happens instantly without any waiting.

Cons

At times, the platform can feel a little too basic and ends up missing some important features that a lot of companies will eventually want. There are plugins to cover those gaps but adding them can take away from the clean and simple experience that makes the platform appealing in the first place.

keep teams aligned

Pros

Using the software, it's simple to map out a project visually with boards. You can add documents, build checklists, set reminders on cards and tag teammates on tasks or in comments. It's user friendly and connects nicely with other tools people already rely on, like Google Drive and Slack.

Cons

An issue is that boards in this platform can end up getting neglected pretty quickly if the team doesn't agree on a clear workflow and set of conventions. It really helps to decide early on how the board should be structured, whether that means separate boards for different team members, project stages or subprojects and to put some ground rules in place. For instance, assigning one person to act as the board owner can work well, with responsibility for adding tasks and deadlines for all action items after each meeting.

A game changer

Pros

This solution's drag-and-drop approach is the kind of feature I wish every platform with file uploads would adopt. It makes organizing things feel natural and the fact that you can archive pretty much everything even on the free plan is a huge plus.

Cons

The interface can come across as a little too playful or childlike for my taste though the customization options do help a lot in making it feel more personal.

helpful boards and calendar view

Pros

Getting everyone on board is one of the best things about this software. Even team members who aren't very comfortable with tech can pick it up quickly without feeling confused or left behind. It's a really practical way to keep thoughts, tasks and projects organized and the calendar add-on is especially useful for seeing deadlines at a glance.

Cons

The free version feels a bit limited when it comes to extra features. Having access to one add-on is nice but I'd love to test out a few more without needing to pay for a subscription that I can't really justify.

simple task tracking

Pros

The card-based setup makes it really easy to assign tasks, update them and allocate work to different users. Keeping track of progress and seeing what's been completed is also very convenient.

Cons

custom workflows and smart integrations

Pros

Having the business plan adds some really useful features especially the ability to connect other apps directly to the board in the platform. I get updates about status changes and card activity right in Slack which keeps everyone aligned in a very efficient way. The custom cards buttons and other personalization options make the platform feel flexible and genuinely fun to use. The biggest advantages for me are assigning people to tasks, monitoring progress, setting due dates and using app integrations to keep everything connected.

Cons

The file attachment limit is a downside. It would also be much better if there were a built-in global card or section for "files only" that collected every shared file in one place along with useful metadata.

best roadmap sharing for teams

Pros

Nothing has worked better for us when it comes to sharing the product roadmap with the team and keeping tabs on assigned work. The board layout makes it really simple to spot my tasks, see which ones are currently in progress and understand what should be tackled next based on priority. I can create a card, assign it to a teammate and follow the progress without any confusion. It's also helpful that resources can be attached directly to a card so there's no need to jump into another app just to share files and using the Google Drive integration makes that even more convenient.

Cons

Problem is that the free plan now has a lower file size limit and fewer boards allowed per team so we had to reorganize all of our data again.
