This tool's interface feels very accessible and user friendly. You can quickly scan the overall status of a board, whether it's for one project or managing work across a whole team and then jump into a specific card with just one click. On top of that, there's a wide range of Power-Ups available that help automate a lot of routine processes.

Cons

After the Atlassian acquisition, the account setup changed and you're now pushed to merge accounts. I had multiple boards connected to different teams and different email addresses and that never used to be a problem. Before, switching between them was simple and didn't require constant signing out and back in. Since that change, my workplace has actually stopped using the platform and I ended up moving all of my other accounts over to one personal email instead.

Pros

This software has been really useful for managing our work team and we rely on it at the company to organize every stage of production. The part I enjoy most is the suggestions and voting features since everyone on the platform can participate, share ideas and regularly bring creative input for the upcoming phases of our projects.

Cons

In the application, the lack of an option to duplicate a task that has already been completed is missing. We handle a lot of recurring tasks in the company so not being able to copy them automatically ends up being inconvenient.

Pros

Switching to this platform was surprisingly quick for our team and everyone got comfortable with it in about a week. Compared with other tools we've used, it feels much more easy and far less complicated to roll out. It's a thoughtfully designed project and task management platform that lets us build boards with cards and share them across the team with no hassle. Keeping track of timelines, deliverables and ongoing task status has become much more smooth. We can organize lists, stay on top of everything and keep everyone aligned in one shared space. We actually began on the free plan which handled most of what we needed and later upgraded for the Power-Ups. All in all, it has been a really solid choice for us.

Cons

That said, it can come across as a little too informal for bigger teams working on large-scale projects especially when more complex status reporting is needed. It feels better suited to small and mid-sized businesses particularly with its workflow automation and mobile app access. So overall, I really don't have much to complain about.

One of the reasons this tool works so well for me is how it keeps me connected with my team no matter where I am. I can set up private conversations or group chats, share ideas and discuss projects without any hassle. It also helps me manage the time I spend on tasks so I can get things done faster. The interface is user friendly and I can access the software from different devices which makes it even more convenient.

The platform has been an essential tool for organizing and prioritizing the progress of my projects. I honestly have not run into any issues and I am fully satisfied with the application. From what I can see, the platform is moving in a very positive direction.

This software brings a fresh way to manage projects with an inventive, flexible interface. It also works really well for team collaboration on projects. Being able to drag tasks and assignments around like cards is especially convenient and it gives an excellent overall view of the project.

I'd still like to see some improvements to the checklists inside cards. They can feel repetitive when trying to copy and move them to new cards or boards since you have to click into the card first and then go into the checklist.

Whether I'm coordinating office work with my team or keeping up with personal plans, this platform has been really useful for managing projects. It lets me create activities, assign tasks and keep track of progress without any hassle. I use it both at work and in my everyday life because it helps me organize and follow my own projects clearly. Another reason I keep using it is that it's easy and doesn't come with the extra complexity that many other apps have.

The software has done a very good job helping me stay organized with my projects and it has worked well for what I need. Because of that, I honestly don't have any negative comments about this software.

Pros

This tool has been a really solid task and project manager for both my personal and work use although it definitely suited my personal life more than my professional setup. On the personal side, the free plan is very generous and gives you plenty to work with for tracking organising and managing everyday tasks and household projects. In a work setting, it was a bit more of a mixed experience. Getting started was easy and the team picked it up fast during onboarding but once we tried to make it part of our regular workflow, a few issues came up that we couldn't really iron out. That said, setting up boards, assigning tasks to teammates and uploading supporting files was all very simple. I also appreciated the extra touches, like being able to customise boards with designs which gave the more creative people on the team a way to personalise their space. The board and card structure also gives you a very detailed and reliable view of everything moving through your pipeline. On top of that, the mobile app works really well alongside the desktop version and for the most part, you can do nearly everything from your phone that you can do on the web version, aside from a few minor exceptions.

Cons

Once we got deeper into using the platform as part of our day-to-day workflow, its limitations became more noticeable for the way our team operates. To give some context, we were managing things like creative production workflows, advertising timelines and projects involving external partners. This is partly down to preference but the way the platform structures and organizes those kinds of processes never felt completely natural to us. Moving tasks from one stage to another, along with how documents were managed inside each card or board, didn't line up well with how we handled a high-volume flow of work. Over time, that started to create frustration for some team members especially because task statuses had to be updated manually so often. We also really felt the lack of automation when tasks reached specific milestones which made the process feel more hands-on than it should have been.

Pros

One of the best things about this software is how flexible it is. We rely on it at work to track projects and even manage parts of employee performance follow-up. At home, my wife and I also use it for grocery lists, wish lists and saving ideas. Another feature I really enjoy is being able to connect other apps and add functionality from different websites directly into the boards and cards.

I've been using this software for almost 8 years and honestly, I haven't had any real negative experiences with it.

Pros

This platform's board-based layout feels a lot like working with real walls covered in post-its, where you can add notes, upload files and link comments. It's genuinely pleasant to use and the interface makes you want to stay connected and keep collaborating with your team.

The paid features don't really feel worth the cost. On top of that, to get the most out of everything the platform offers, it helps a lot if your team already knows how to use the tool.

Helped our development team collaborate much more effectively. Being able to organize tasks into lists, assign card owners and set due dates was a big win for us. The tool is very simple to use since board setup is basically drag and drop. We also got a lot of value from the wide range of Power-Ups which let us expand the functionality and do more with the app. Another feature we really appreciated was the activity history since it makes it quick to check recent board updates at a glance. It also fit into our workflow without much effort because our team already follows the Agile methodology.

An improvement I'd really like to see in the platform is native integration with Google Calendar. That would be a major advantage for planning tasks and logging work directly on the calendar. Another limitation is the lack of built-in reporting and Gantt chart functionality. Having those features included would definitely make things more convenient.

Pros

Works really well as a mix of visual organizer, notebook, planner, calendar and task management app. It gives you a clear visual hierarchy which makes it much easier to keep up with complex projects and items that have a lot of moving parts. The nice part is that the details stay tucked away until you open boards, cards and other layers so you can start with a clean overview and only drill down when you need more specific information.

Cons

Its minimalist, repetitive design can sometimes make navigation less accessible than it should be. There are moments when it takes extra effort to figure out what action to take or where to focus inside a card. Since each section on a card uses the same background color, everything can blend together visually which makes it harder to concentrate on one specific section at times.

Pros

Easy to get started with and the fact that it's free makes it even more appealing. Extras like the Ultimello Chrome plugin add a lot of value and I also appreciate how well it connects with plenty of other tools through Zapier.

Cons

I do wish some Ultimello features, like card counting, were built into the software by default. Still, considering it doesn't cost anything, it's hard to complain much.

Pros

Using this tool with a team works really well for project management. It lets everyone see which tasks other team members are handling and when project information gets updated, the whole team stays informed. The visual layout is also a big advantage and makes everything easier to follow.

Cons

Getting used to the interface can take a little time and saving changes is not always immediately obvious. Still, spending a few extra minutes learning how the platform works is usually enough to get comfortable with it.

This software stays in constant rotation for me, both in the browser and on the app because it's so interactive and practical for everyday use. I keep separate boards for my college club, collaborative projects with a teammate and my own personal planning and switching between them takes just a click. Having multiple boards is one of the biggest advantages. It's also more than just creating cards since it clearly shows who is responsible for each task and when it needs to be finished which adds real accountability. Those two features are easily the most useful for me and this software has become my go-to task list.

Cons

One thing I'd prefer is having a true Delete Task option instead of only being able to archive items. I'd also really like the ability to highlight specific tasks in different colours based on category or the person responsible so they stand out clearly, feel more obvious at a glance and are less likely to be missed.

Getting started with this platform feels very natural and the templates are honestly one of the best ways to work across different boards. The free plan is also a big plus especially for smaller teams or personal use. I also appreciate the Bitbucket power-up and the ability to leave comments directly on cards which helps keep communication tied to the work.

Cons

There are still a few limitations around how many power-ups you can use and handling multiple boards can get confusing at times. Searching for archived cards is not very accessible either. Another downside is that card descriptions do not keep a history so it is very easy to lose important information if something gets changed or removed.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is how much planning functionality it includes in the FREE version. It feels like an excellent value especially compared with other tools whose free plans are either barely usable or only available for a short trial period. This tool doesn't do that which makes it much more worthwhile.

To be honest, I do not really have anything I dislike about this software. The closest thing to a downside (and it is not really a con) is that there is a bit of a learning curve if you want to take full advantage of some of the extra features. The nice part is that the platform still works really well without them so you can use it effectively and not feel like you are missing much from things like Butlers or Power-Ups.

This software gives me endless ways to organize my thoughts, projects and goals for both personal and business use. I recommend it all the time. Working with a team is simple since you can collaborate easily and assign deadlines without any hassle. Both the app and the website are very user friendly and the visual layout is a huge plus. Regular lists never work that well for me so being able to move things around and actually see everything laid out visually is exactly why this software fits the way I work.

Cons

I really can't get past the horizontal scrolling. There's a reason other platforms moved away from that and I wish the application would switch to vertical scrolling too. The free-version backgrounds are also distracting, cluttered and honestly not very attractive. I get that limiting customization is meant to encourage upgrades but it still leaves a bad impression especially when I'm recommending the platform to other people.

Pros

I really appreciate how much organization this platform makes possible especially with the cards, the option to add users and setting due dates. It helps a company stay much more organized with deadlines, comments and task tracking overall.

Cons

I wish it had a notifications tab where we could reply or comment directly without needing to open each task. It would also be helpful to have a chat between users for discussing tasks and smaller details. At the beginning, navigation can be a little hard to get used to.

Pros

After Evernote started feeling overloaded with too much content, I turned to this tool as a better way to manage lists and priorities. It ended up being a really strong match for that. I can keep my main projects and current focus right in front of me and the visual board layout makes each project clear at a glance. Drag-and-drop movement makes organizing everything feel very natural. I also enjoy the different photo background options because they add a personal touch and actually make me want to come back to my to-do lists. The Chrome extension is a big plus too and I appreciate that this tool connects with the Spark Mail app.

Cons

There is not much to complain about overall. One thing I would still change is the way attachments work. It would be better if I could add an image or document without having to type in a title or text first or at least be able to enter the title and attach the file in one step. From what I can tell, you have to type the title, save it and then go back in to attach the file afterward. That part feels a little outdated.

Pros

This software is incredibly flexible which is exactly why it works so well for me. I can set it up around my own process and customize it to match the way I usually manage workflow. No matter if a project is large or fairly small, I can keep track of the next action items that need to be completed to keep things moving. It also gives me a very clear at-a-glance view of all the projects I'm actively working on.

Cons

That same flexibility does come with a learning curve. Since the software is so open-ended, it took me some time to really understand how to use it effectively. Before adopting this tool, I was using another project management tool that was far less flexible which made it quicker to roll out right away. The downside was that I hit its limitations pretty fast. The application feels much more capable, almost without limits but it definitely took longer to figure out.
