love it!

Pros

Back when I was using this tool, it felt fantastic. Even after being acquired by Atlassian, what I really loved was how quickly I could jump in, set things up and have a board ready for personal use, work or whatever tasks I needed to track. The free plan is honestly a really solid option for anyone searching for a task or project management tool and being able to share a board publicly or with friends so they can follow progress or check status is a feature I appreciated a lot. That's something JIRA still doesn't offer and I've always wished it would.

Cons

The free version already covered so much that I never really understood the value of paying for the premium features. I also would have liked to see more board types available although now that it's under the JIRA umbrella, I'm not sure whether that will ever happen.

works for every project

Pros

Our team relies on the software to keep marketing projects organized and coordinated. We follow a lighter agile process for marketing work and each week we plan our sprints in the software. It's lightweight and simple to use which means it never gets in the way or adds extra steps we don't need. I use it for personal projects too and for such a easy setup and interface, there are countless ways to adapt it. The mobile app is fantastic as well for checking updates and tracking progress while away from my desk.

Cons

I do wish a few more configuration options were included by default although I understand that some of those are separated out because of their pricing model.

useful scrum boards, weak reporting

Pros

This solution works well as a project management tool when you're following a scrum approach. Creating cards, assigning them and using the default card setup is easy and accessible. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it simple to manage tasks and having the full board visible at once helps a lot with tracking the project's current status and what each team is working on.

Cons

It really falls short on reporting. Since it's built around scrum, I expected better tools for measuring team and project performance but the reporting features needed to properly support agile management just aren't there.

friendly for small teams

Pros

Getting started with the app feels very natural since it's simple to use and mostly self-explanatory. The interface is clean and user friendly which makes day-to-day work easier. One feature I really appreciate is the email notification system for tags because it helps me stay updated without missing anything. Being able to assign a priority level to a card is also a big plus especially when deciding what should be handled next. It works especially well for a young startup with around 10 to 15 employees and the filtering options are genuinely very useful.

Cons

Once the company starts growing, managing cards across boards in the software becomes more challenging. It also gets hard to keep a board organized when too many cards are added. A few extra features would make it more practical as well, such as adding an expected time to complete a task and showing the completion percentage for each individual card.

remote teamwork stays organized

Pros

Keeping teams aligned is where this software really shines. It has been especially useful for the organization I work with because so much of our collaboration happens remotely with employees located all over the country. Assigning tasks to specific people is simple and it helps everyone stay current on what each person is working on as well as the progress of the group overall. Those same benefits still apply even when a team is working in person. The mobile app is also a big plus and makes it even more convenient to use.

Cons

There honestly is not much that stands out as a negative. Like most tools with a lot of functionality, it takes a little time to learn everything and get fully comfortable with it but that investment is definitely worth it. One thing it does not offer is live chat with other members and that could be a helpful feature to add later on.

versatile boards for small projects

Pros

The platform works really well for small-scale, non-technical project management. It lets you create and share tasks organize different project phases and keep everything visible in one place. Another big plus is that it's accessible no matter which platform you're using which makes it very flexible and versatile.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about this software.

helps to organize

Pros

Keeping track of daily tasks has become much more organized with this platform. I used to rely on a corkboard and a whiteboard at home to manage my to-dos but now I just use the app on my phone. Whenever something comes to mind, I can quickly create a card right away. The widget is especially helpful since it lets me view the tasks I need to finish directly from my phone's home screen.

Cons

My only wish is that the widget offered more customization options. Even so, the default version still works fine and doesn't take away from how useful the app is overall.

useful subtasks

Pros

Creating boards in this tool for each function is very easy and adding subtasks inside the cards makes everything much clearer and easier to follow. The software is very user friendly overall.

Cons

It works well mainly for Kanban-style projects but it is not very effective for managing Scrum projects. It also does not let you generate charts.

helpful task tracking and teamwork

Pros

The software's card-based features make it really convenient to track ongoing tasks and stay on top of everything. Assigning work to other team members is simple and being able to set deadlines helps keep the current to-do list organized. It's a practical way to manage tasks while still covering all the small details.

Cons

There are still a few features that feel missing especially the option to merge two cards into one. The interface could also use some improvement and it would be even better if time limits could be set directly on individual to-do list items within a card.

fast setup

Pros

Getting started takes barely any time, within less than five minutes, everything is ready to go. If you already know your way around Google apps, learning this solution feels almost instant. It also connects well with third-party tools so linking things like pipelines and documents to boards is very convenient. Creating a team makes it much easier to keep a clear view of everything happening in a project and the pricing feels quite reasonable for the value you get from staying organized and on top of tasks.

Cons

Issue is that you still need paid memberships for other software, like a sales CRM, if you want to manage those through this tool so it ends up acting more like a hub for other paid tools. It's also completely cloud-based which means if there's no internet access, there's no way to get to your information.

clean layout but too manual

Pros

Getting started with this software takes almost no time thanks to its simple design and uncluttered layout. It works fairly well for keeping track of open support tickets, Jira items and any follow-up actions that need attention. The team features are useful too and being able to customize tags and add reminders helps keep things organized.

Cons

One frustrating change was the reduced limits on free and lower-tier plans which felt like a push to force upgrades after people suddenly found themselves over the new cap overnight. It also falls short on automation so updating cards and moving tasks from one stage to another ends up being a very manual job. On top of that, plugin support is pretty limited which makes it harder to connect the software properly with other systems.

good tool to have

Pros

The tool works really well because the functionality is so easy. I've used it for both personal and work-related projects and the mix of collaboration features and customization options makes it a perfect fit for a wide range of things I need to manage.

Cons

I'd change the ability to invite people to be assigned to a list, instead of only being able to add them to a board or a card.

perfect for shared planning

Pros

The platform helps me keep my work organized and makes it simple to share plans with coworkers. My family is even using it right now to organize a holiday and everyone is really enjoying it. Compared with other productivity apps, it feels much more user friendly. It also lets me monitor progress clearly and see how each team member is contributing.

Cons

At times, details can get buried as a board becomes larger. I've ended up losing sight of a few projects that weren't top of mind. Although it works very well for me most of the time, I've also worked with people who struggled to use it. Some never really took the time to learn the system and that caused the work to fall behind.

feature-packed

Pros

This platform is a fully featured project management tool that makes collaboration feel smooth. It's very user friendly and getting employees trained on it doesn't take much time at all.

Cons

The free plan only includes a limited number of power-ups. That's understandable though and I'm just glad the company is still going strong.

fantastic task organization everywhere

Pros

Out of all the project management tools I've used, this tool has been the best for handling projects and daily tasks effectively. It works really well across every device I use, whether that's my phone or desktop. The simple interface is a big reason so many people are drawn to it. When it comes to organizing different tasks and projects in a reliable way, it honestly feels hard to beat. On top of that, this tool helps us keep our work and activities on track and it makes sharing nearly any type of file with coworkers very convenient.

Cons

Using the platform is genuinely fun and very easy. One of the few things missing is a built-in direct chat feature. Aside from that, it has been an extremely helpful tool and I really don't have any complaints. The support team is also very responsive and delivers excellent service.

organized boards for teamwork

Pros

Sticky notes and spreadsheets have always been common ways to manage to-do lists. They're useful and necessary but they don't always keep things organized. The software takes those basic ideas and makes them feel much more structured without overcomplicating anything. The card system really works well and it's especially helpful for collaborating with a team.

Cons

That same simplicity is also where this platform can be harder to pitch especially to people who are already used to other project tracking or collaboration platforms. To get the most out of the boards, you still need someone with solid manual organization skills to keep everything arranged properly.

real-time teamwork done right

Pros

One of the best things about this solution is how instantly cards update. While working with teammates, I can see their changes as they happen and they can see mine at the same time. It works really well as a collaboration tool for tracking tasks within a specific project. We also rely on this solution when giving status updates to project managers. The activity log is especially helpful for audit purposes. On top of that, we can add checklists, leave comments and keep track of deliverables. We set up separate boards for each division and control access so only certain users can view specific boards. Security has also been a strong point. Another big advantage is that it's cloud-based so our team can access it anywhere there's internet. That has made remote work much more practical and has helped boost productivity.

Cons

Honestly, it's hard to point to anything we dislike about this tool. We use it every day and consider it one of the most valuable tools in our workflow.

clear project view with this platform

Pros

This software helps me organize and present my projects with charts, lists and cards in a way that feels both effective and visually appealing. It makes it much easier to spot the important parts of a project, address issues quickly and keep everything structured and tidy in a more systematic way. Another big advantage is being able to see the project information at a glance without having to dig through piles of paperwork.

Cons

An area that could still be improved is security. Since some project details are highly sensitive, adding a two-step verification system would make the software feel more secure.

best value for design teams

Pros

Something that worked especially well for us was how cards in the tool handled everything in one place, from cover images and categories to search and comments. With a team of 4 to 6 designers, including two who worked remotely, it ended up being the best value for what we needed.

Cons

Honestly, there were no real downsides for our team. The only thing we never really got was this solution's sticker feature but that was about it.

handy integrations

Pros

Has been a lightweight, flexible and user friendly project management tool for me. The interface feels accessible and looks polished and the card-based layout makes creating, moving and reorganizing tasks as simple as dragging and dropping. The mobile apps are also really solid which helps keep boards updated from anywhere. It also makes collaboration much more easy by keeping my team's tasks and related information centralized and easy to follow. On top of that, the platform connects well with popular tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and Slack.

Cons

A limitation is the color coding which feels fairly basic. I'd also like to see more customization options for the cards. Another frustration is that this software doesn't really let you fully delete items. There are times when archiving content isn't enough but unfortunately that's the only option available.
