Pros

Right away, this platform feels like a product built by a team that genuinely understands what users need. The interface is clean, the free features are generous and every interaction feels simple yet effective. All of that comes together to make this platform an outstanding tool.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't run into any real downsides. The only concern in the back of my mind is that Atlassian acquired it and they're known for bloated products with poor UI and design. Hopefully that doesn't end up changing the software's direction.

Pros

Keeping endless checklists and to-do lists in one place is exactly why I enjoy using this. I can organize everything into categories, create lists inside other lists and keep breaking tasks down however I need. On top of that, having it both on my desktop and phone makes it even better. No matter where I am, I can add something new or check items off right away. It's incredibly convenient.

Cons

A few of the features inside the cards don't look as polished or clean as I'd prefer. The running record of completed items within a card can also be a little inconvenient to read through. It's still a very useful tool overall but I'd love to see that part of the interface cleaned up a bit so it's easier to scan quickly.

Pros

Getting started with this software is quick and the setup and configuration are easy. The interface can be customized to match different needs and it works well whether you're managing personal tasks or collaborating with a team.

Cons

A few of the options available inside a task feel unnecessary for most users. When you open a task, the number of features shown there can be a bit confusing and may overwhelm people who only need the basics.

Pros

Switching to this platform worked out really well for me because the layout and the whole card-based setup just make sense. I can move cards from one list to another, manage multiple boards at once, shift cards between boards and even link cards back to boards when needed. On top of that, being able to add due dates, receive reminders, mark things complete and archive cards regularly has made it a very effective task management system for me. I moved over from a paper planner I genuinely loved and this platform let me keep the parts of that system that worked best while gaining the benefits of an online tool that's easy to use and runs well across every platform I use especially on my iPhone so it's always within reach.

Cons

The calendar view in the software hasn't been very impressive for me although it's possible I just haven't learned the best way to use it yet. I also really wish there were a built-in option to place the same card on multiple boards and have it stay synced automatically. For example, it would be useful to have one card appear on both a project board and my daily task list without creating separate versions. From what I can tell, that kind of functionality only exists through third-party tools.

Pros

Being able to assign due dates to every task and sync everything with my Google Calendar is easily my favorite part of this product. The reminders always come through and that really helps me stay organized and not fall behind. Another feature I really enjoy in this tool is the checklist you can add to each card. Seeing the completion percentage go up as tasks get done is surprisingly motivating and keeps me encouraged to finish things.

Cons

I haven't run into any real issues with the software itself. Before I set up the Google Calendar sync, the hardest part was just making sure I didn't lose track of tasks or forget about them.

Pros

This software being free is a huge plus and it comes with plenty of built-in integrations that don't require any extra payment. That makes it really useful for teams when it comes to planning and staying in sync. My favorite integration is Slack especially because it lets you notify the whole team whenever certain tasks are completed.

Cons

There's honestly not much to criticize for a free tool. If I had to point out one thing, I just wish it allowed more than one Power-Up per board.

Pros

This platform fits naturally with the way I organize my thoughts. Since I rely heavily on lists to manage tasks, it works out perfectly for me. I also really enjoy the Power-Ups especially add-ons like Calendar and TimeCamp. At work, I use it to handle incoming projects by setting up lists for every stage of the workflow, along with lists showing what each team member is working on and what has been assigned so everyone can stay updated on progress. On top of that, I use this platform for personal organization too, including budgeting, goal planning and tracking freelance projects.

Cons

My biggest complaint with the software is the cost once you move beyond the free plan. At $9.99 per user each month, it can be hard to justify for larger teams that have very limited or no budget.

Pros

The way cards can be moved around is incredible and being able to share boards for free with a few people is a big plus. I was really impressed by how adaptable the software is and I've already reinvented my workflow several times by changing how I organize my work.

Cons

The part I liked least was the power-ups since I had some trouble using them. I also think the mobile app could use some optimization.

Takes almost no effort to get started with. The interface is easy, there's basically no learning curve and it makes it simple to manage multiple boards while assigning tasks to team members along with deadlines.

I'd really like to see the option to minimize or collapse lists that aren't relevant to me. On a company-wide board, for example, being able to hide tasks from other verticals would make it much easier to view all the important lists without the board feeling overcrowded.

Pros

Assigning tasks to people on the team is one of my favorite parts especially since they get notified right away. You can build different boards or themes and set up specific tasks clearly for employees. It has definitely been useful although after trying other products, I realized the overall experience was not quite as impressive as I first thought.

There honestly is not much to complain about. It would be nice if deleting cards were more easy and merging cards would also be a helpful addition which may come in a future update. I also wish the layouts were better because right now the design feels very plain.

Pros

This tool is a very simple project management tool and one of the most user friendly platforms I've worked with. The interface makes it possible to customize the look and feel of each board based on what you need. You can create as many boards as you want, with unlimited columns and labels which is really useful for organizing different projects. Another big advantage is the collaboration feature since it allows you to work with team members easily and stay connected on projects no matter where everyone is located.

Cons

One part of the platform that I don't really enjoy is the way notifications are handled. If you're part of a large team, it's very common to end up with a huge list of unread messages every single day. I've also had my mailbox flooded with alerts about even small changes made on projects in my boards in the platform which can become overwhelming pretty quickly.

Pros

You can be up and running in less than a minute because the interface feels very accessible and editing, adding and organizing items is fast. The available templates are also a nice touch since they help spark ideas for different ways to use the boards, whether that's structuring a company workflow or collecting simple feedback. On top of that, each card can be expanded with assignees, due dates, checklists, attachments and more which gives you a pretty wide range of options for keeping things organized.

Cons

That same simplicity becomes a limitation once the work gets even a little more complex. For example, if tasks need to exist across multiple boards, you end up creating and updating them twice since there's no cross-board reference system, at least not that I'm aware of. There's also no real way to get a broader view of everything assigned to one specific person through cross-board or custom views. Another missing piece is the ability to assign a "weight" to cards which makes estimation difficult. Because of that, checklist progress is only reflected as the number of completed items which works in some cases but not in others. One extra note: there are various power-ups available, like custom fields but the free plan limits them and I personally haven't explored those features deeply enough.

Pros

This platform has become my go-to for keeping tabs on the projects I'm handling. The card system makes it simple to see exactly where each project sits in my workflow at a glance.

Cons

Adding hundreds of projects into the software can feel pretty boring. There might be a way to import cards through a spreadsheet upload but I still haven't been able to locate it.

Pros

Getting started with this platform feels very natural. The drag-and-drop setup works well and the board-and-card layout is instantly familiar for new team members. Even though I mention it as a downside too, the stripped-down approach helps keep everyone focused on the core project management tasks that actually need to get done.

Cons

At the same time, it feels like a few key features are missing that would make the tool far more useful. For one, I wish Butler were included for all free accounts and designed in a more accessible way so things like automatically marking tasks complete when they're moved or auto-assigning people to cards would be simpler to set up. Some of that really feels like it should already be built in. I'm also not a fan of cards being restricted to a single board because it makes it harder to understand how work on one board affects progress on another.

Pros

Using this feels a lot like working from a kanban board which makes everything very clear. At a glance, you can tell what the team has finished, what's currently in progress and what still needs attention. My team relies on it every day and it has made everyone much more aware of what's happening across the board than before.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about with this software. If I could change anything, I'd add a few more features for reporting and data analysis. Even so, it still does exactly what we need it to do.

The dashboard is very user friendly, with a variety of cards and useful features that make organizing work simple. It's also a free tool which makes it even more appealing.

A few features can feel a bit complicated at first. I also don't love that anyone can join through the invite link without much control, I'd really prefer having the option to close or disable the link when needed.

One thing that matters most to me is being able to define the number of tasks organize them properly and set priorities based on time limits. On top of that, the UI is very user friendly. Even someone without a technical background can look at it and quickly understand the priority of a particular task.

Honestly, it's the most easy drag-and-drop planner, workflow mapper and organizer I've used. It works brilliantly for keeping my team on track and staying on top of my own workload.

There are a few features I think really should be included in the free version although the paid plan is very affordable so it's not a huge problem. I'd also love the option to set a start date, due date and next action date since that would make planning a lot more useful.

Pros

This tool does a really nice job of keeping its full functionality available without making the interface feel crowded. I only use a small portion of what the platform can do and I appreciate being able to ignore the features I do not need without them getting in the way of my UI or daily workflow. Whenever I need to move beyond my basic day-to-day setup, all of the extra tools and features are right there and can be brought into a more complex process without much trouble.

Cons

Something I would still change is the long horizontal board layout since there is no built-in setting to switch it to something like a grid which would suit me better. That said, I was able to fix that with a Google Chrome extension so it did end up having a workable solution.

Pros

This software really shines when it comes to visualizing information and it's also highly customizable with Chrome extensions and add-ons which makes it even more useful.

Cons

A downside is that its APIs feel fairly limited. It should offer easier connections to more services. Also, once a board becomes too large, navigating it gets difficult. It would be helpful to have a spreadsheet or database-style view in addition to the standard card layout.
