Excellent option

Pros

Feels very accessible right from the start. The layout is clean and modern and being able to customize board colors makes everything look more attractive. It works really well for tracking tasks through customizable boards and categories and it's also convenient to collaborate with other people when organizing work across a team. Beyond the core features, it also lets you add extra organizational details to tasks, like trends over time, location, checkboxes and more. Overall, it's an excellent app that just about anyone can pick up and use comfortably.

Cons

The only small issue I've noticed is that there isn't a way to jump straight to the end of a card list within a board so you have to keep swiping until you get there. It's only a minor annoyance though since you can at least collapse the cards to show two at a time on the screen which makes moving through them a bit faster.

amazing for organized teamwork

Pros

This tool works really well not just for professional use but for personal organization too. When it comes to work though, it's especially impressive because it feels like a to-do list with a lot more built into it. You can create tasks and attach helpful information directly to them, including comments and photos that relate to the job. It also lets you assign tasks to other people which is very useful for teams that want to split responsibilities clearly and keep everything transparent.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be that the platform doesn't offer much that you can't already find in other platforms like Asana or monday.com. I'd really like to see the platform introduce some additional features on its website that make it stand out more from other productivity and organization tools.

organized cards

Pros

Running plans and projects through the software works really well because everything ends up in a clearly organized space where goals, progress and tasks are easy to follow. Each card can hold related files and details and it's also possible to assign a small team to a specific task, add tags and leave comments right inside the card. I also appreciate the customizable backgrounds, including personal images which help keep the workspace connected, practical and secure. On top of that, having three privacy modes gives useful control over who can see the work.

Cons

There is a lack of chat or direct messaging, as well as any kind of likes or interactive features so there's not much that makes the platform feel motivating beyond choosing a nice background. Another downside is that notifications are unreliable whether by email or on mobile and overall the alert system doesn't work as well as it should.

effortless planning

Pros

Using this solution feels very easy and one of the best parts is how many different ways I can adapt it to fit what I need.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is being able to view more tiles at once without having to scroll around.

my thoughts

Pros

The interface is very easy to work with and moving cards around by drag and drop makes task management feel natural. You can assign several people to the same card which is really helpful since everyone gets email updates whenever someone edits the card or leaves a comment. Adding file attachments is useful too.

Cons

Once the number of tasks starts piling up, things can feel a bit overwhelming. Search helps somewhat but the software really works best when the whole team stays organized and that is not always how things play out in real life.

clear teamwork visibility

Pros

As the team grows, collaboration naturally gets more complicated and keeping communication clear becomes essential for any project to succeed. The tool really helps with that by giving everyone one place to track how the team is progressing and share the work that has already been finished.

Cons

I honestly haven't noticed any real downsides here. The software has been working very well, I haven't run into any bugs and it's genuinely a pleasure to use such an accessible tool.

productivity boost

Pros

One thing that really helps with the platform is how much detail I can put into each task since the description space is basically as long as I need it to be. Adding checklists is useful too and I've been using it for both my personal tasks and my work projects. It has definitely helped me stay more productive and makes sure I don't forget or miss anything important.

Cons

The only issue is that when I finish every item in a checklist, the card doesn't automatically move to the Done tab.

Keeps us aligned

Pros

Using the free version worked really well for keeping our team connected and giving everyone visibility into the projects and programs we were all involved in. Since everyone could see updates and make changes at the same time, we saved a lot of time and avoided having to track people down for status updates or accidentally duplicate work.

Cons

A few features felt pretty basic. I especially wish there had been a dashboard where we could see every card we were tagged in so it would have been easier to work through tasks and mark things off as we completed them.

so helpful

Pros

The software was really helpful for keeping task lists organized, whether it was for bigger project work or just day-to-day tasks. It also made working with a vendor on a project or coordinating with a teammate on assignments very easy.

Cons

This may not really be this platform's fault but I sometimes had trouble getting through bigger groups of cards when one list became too long. A feature that lets you hide completed items while still keeping them attached to their original list would be useful. If that option was added after I last used it or if it was already there and I simply missed it, then that's on me.

clean setup

Pros

Right from the start, this solution feels appealing. The setup only takes a few minutes to finish and it skips a lot of the unnecessary prompts that many other apps seem to pile on. The interface looks really good as well, with icons that are easy to spot and navigation that feels quick to move through. I also appreciated how much you can customize the Boards feature to fit the way you want to work. On top of that, this solution connects with other workplace tools like Slack, Gmail and JIRA which can definitely help with collaboration and productivity.

Cons

One of this tool's biggest shortcomings is the lack of a reporting feature. That will likely be a dealbreaker for larger organizations that rely heavily on reporting and analytics.

works for every team

Pros

Being able to create multiple teams and then set up several boards inside each one is one of my favorite parts of this software. It helps me keep different parts of my work life organized separately, while also giving my personal projects their own buckets. I can also invite only the specific people who actually need to collaborate on a certain board which makes managing tasks and projects much more focused and efficient.

Cons

Whenever I kick off a bigger project, I usually have to build a brand-new board with all the required tasks created as cards and many of those include subtasks added as checklists. While I can assign each card to a board member, I really wish the software let me assign individual checklist items within a card to specific people too. If that feature existed, it would make it much easier for us to handle larger projects within a single board instead of splitting them across multiple boards.

versatile boards

Pros

The tool works really well across our development, accounting and client-facing teams. It clearly has a tech-oriented feel but not to the point where non-technical departments can't collaborate with the developers using it. It's especially excellent for tech support work and agile development projects though it can also handle non-technical projects when you want to apply a more engineering-focused way of thinking.

Cons

The adjustment can be a little tricky for team members who are used to more conversational project management tools like Asana or Basecamp since this solution's task structure feels different. It helps a lot to have clearly defined workflows for submitting tasks and moving projects around before giving people access to the boards.

love it!

Pros

Getting started with the platform is very easy. The layout looks really nice and there's plenty of room to customize it the way you want. It also offers a fully functional free version that you can keep using long-term which is a huge plus. On top of that, the Power-Ups add even more functionality and let the platform connect with other apps which is fantastic.

Cons

Something it's missing is the ability to create subtasks or parent tasks. There's also no option to change the color of lists and that would be really helpful as a visual guide when moving around the board.

powerful boards for every project

Pros

From household to-dos and family plans to work projects, this platform lets me keep everything organized in one place. Using lists, I can track the progress of each task and with cards, I can assign more detailed activities to each team member so they can handle them independently, at the same time or in sequence when one task depends on another. That setup helps me build a clear workflow for every project on each board. Inside the cards, I can include specific details like due dates and task descriptions and both my team and I can leave comments or attach files when needed. Another thing that helps a lot is being able to drag cards from one list to another across the board which makes monitoring the workflow much more practical. This platform also connects well with the apps my team uses most and everything stays synced across all my devices so I can keep up with my team's progress whether I'm on my computer, tablet or phone. Because of all that, I honestly see this platform as the most powerful planning tool out there.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints to mention right now; for me, it's simply the best planning tool.

daily task lists that deliver

Pros

Every day, I rely on this tool to keep my marketing work organized. I jot down "marketing" on my yellow pad and when it's time to tackle it, I open this tool, where I've set up a separate list for each day with everything I need to finish. I can jump into that specific day, check off tasks as I complete them, add notes and create follow-up tasks when something new comes up. That's really the core of how I use it and it does the job really well.

Cons

At times, the platform feels a bit bulky for what I need and since I'm using the free version, a lot of the more interesting features are locked behind a paid plan. One thing that really bothers me is that there's no way to print from it.

accessible labels and task tracking

Pros

Creating task lists and keeping everything organized feels very accessible and easy. My favorite feature is adding labels to tasks and then pulling up every related item just by using a label filter. Even when the number of tasks starts to grow, it's still simple to locate what you need and quickly check what's still left to finish.

Cons

Every now and then, a small bug will mark me as "watching" a task which turns on notifications even when I'm not assigned to it. Since I mainly use this platform to manage personal tasks, there's usually no real need for those alerts. Thankfully, it tends to fix itself pretty fast.

useful task boards for teams

Pros

Working with this solution has been really helpful for organizing different work tasks with teammates. You can list pending tasks and, once they're completed, simply move them to done. It also lets you customize tasks, such as using different colors. Another plus is that each task can include photos, links and other items which helps keep all the information better organized. On top of that, this solution can be used for free.

Cons

A downside is that if you want to handle more complex workflows, you end up needing other tools. It also doesn't let you create recurring tasks such as something like "send a list of activities every Monday."

useful integrations

Pros

The drag-and-drop card layout feels comfortable to use especially if you work a lot with lists. The free version already gives you quite a bit, including sharing features which makes it a solid value. There are also plenty of power-ups and integrations available and it works well for managing projects or keeping information in one searchable place that's easy to come back to.

Cons

I wouldn't really call this a major downside but there's definitely some overlap between the software and other tools you might already use. For instance, I sometimes keep notes in the software and other times in Evernote. It also makes me wonder whether the software might be better if it stayed a little simpler instead of trying to cover every kind of task. The structure can become confusing too since you have boards, then lists inside boards, then cards inside lists and those cards can also contain their own lists along with other list-style elements. Because of that, it's not always obvious how something should be organized. Should a new project be its own board, a list within an existing board or just a card under a list? The flexibility is nice but it can definitely lead to overthinking the setup.

keeps everything on track

Pros

A colleague introduced me to the tool and it has been a lifesaver for staying organized and keeping things from slipping through the cracks. As a project specialist, I'm juggling several projects at the same time and follow-ups from other team members used to occasionally drop off my radar. Being able to create a dedicated "follow up" list and keep all my task notes there has made a big difference in helping me stay on top of everything. Sharing boards with teammates has also been incredibly useful because it lets us work more efficiently and check the tool for updates instead of spending 15 minutes in meetings just going over where things stand in the process.

Cons

I'd really like to see a better Outlook integration for task reminders. Right now, it seems like you have to rely on logging in or using the app to notice when something is due. It would be much more helpful if this solution could send email reminders through Outlook when a part of a project is coming up due.

flexible boards

Pros

The platform works really well on its own but it also becomes even more useful with the many extensions available. It helps assign tasks to team members, keeps track of what is still pending in a project, lets you set deadlines, gives a clear overall view of everything in progress and even links due dates to the calendar. I'm also using the free plan which makes it even better.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this software. I can't really comment on the support side though since I've never had to contact them.
