Keeping important details organized in cards and lists across separate boards makes both work and daily life much more manageable. The cards include reminders, checklists, comments, images and calendar sync which makes them really practical. You can also share a list or board with other people and that helps a lot when a team needs to stay aligned and communicate clearly. It's incredibly flexible for planning and tracking just about anything, whether that's work projects, teaching, cooking or something else entirely.

Cons

The free plan only allows a limited number of boosts which can feel restrictive. It also doesn't save information offline so you need to stay connected to the internet to make sure updates and details don't get lost.

Pros

Keeping track of both personal and work-related tasks is really convenient since everything that needs to get done can be listed in one place. It's also helpful that you can assign or add the people who should be involved in a specific task.

Cons

What bothers me is the lack of email reminders when a task is coming due. Instead, you only see that it's overdue after opening the app which isn't very helpful.

A weak internet connection can cause problems with the software. More than once, I've left a file loading and it never actually uploaded. That has happened to me several times and it really shouldn't happen, no matter how long the upload takes.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. The platform even works with another tool I use all the time, Notion which makes it an even bigger plus for me.

Right away, this tool stands out for its simple setup and flexibility. It lets us handle all of our essential tasks without much hassle and it works well for collaboration and keeping projects on track. There are plenty of integrations and customization options available and the interface is clean enough that I can quickly see my lists at a glance.

A few more integrations and stronger reporting features would definitely make it better. Adding new items can feel a bit inconvenient at times and I'd really prefer the checkbox option to be visible directly within the list so I can mark tasks off and view progress at a glance instead of having to open each item.

Pros

Being able to color-code labels and rearrange tasks however I want is something I really appreciate. This software helps clear tasks out of my head so I can stay focused and not only get more done but also feel less stressed, even when I have tons of projects on my board at the same time.

Compared with other tools on the market, the application feels outdated when it comes to UX and UI which makes the overall experience seem old-fashioned. It also becomes limiting if you need more complex card metadata since it's still too far removed from anything beyond a basic to-do and done workflow.

Right away, this platform feels very accessible and simple to use. The free version already offers a lot and if you need extra features, the Premium plan is available at a very reasonable price. I use it to manage my projects and the colored labels help me clearly separate tasks and projects. It keeps my day-to-day work organized which makes it much easier to complete everything by giving my tasks a clear order. Another feature I really appreciate is that it syncs with Twitter, Google Calendar and Evernote.

One thing I'm missing in the software is time tracking. It's not a major issue but adding that feature would make the platform even better.

Getting people started with this tool takes almost no effort. One thing I really appreciate is being able to attach links to every card. It's incredibly easy to use and the interface looks good while still being highly customizable. We use it for project management, time tracking and sharing all kinds of information across the entire company.

The only part I'm not really a fan of is the deletion process. You have to archive a card first and only then can you delete it. It would be much better if cards could be removed right away especially when one was created by mistake. After using the software for about a year, that's honestly the only downside I've run into.

Small details like adding due dates and arranging tasks however you want make it much easier to set priorities. Another big plus is being able to view everything all at once.

It would help if upcoming due dates were more noticeable. A different color for items that are due soon or any kind of stronger visual alert, would make them stand out better.

It is something we rely on every week and often every day, for managing projects and tasks with Kanban boards. It keeps our internal team aligned with contractors across different parts of the world. The setup is very simple to use but it still offers plenty of useful functionality.

There really isn't much to complain about with the software. Tools like Asana, Jira and Slack do offer more effective feature sets but for what we need, the platform matches our use case really well.

Week after week, this software has been a tool I genuinely value for personal projects and for managing my own remaining workload. I can drag and drop all of my tasks or accounts into the right sections, name those sections however I want and create as many as I need. This software also makes it clear who is handling which tasks and where each task or project stands in terms of status.

It does take some thought to manage how you organize your boards, lists and cards in the platform. I'd recommend discussing how your team plans to use the application before everyone starts filling it with content.

Using this product has been really easy and the interface feels highly customizable and user friendly. We rely on it across the whole company for project management, time tracking and plenty of other tasks. I also appreciate that boards can be restricted to specific departments or team members or opened up for everyone to view depending on what administration decides.

The only issue I've run into is with deleting cards. Before a card can be deleted, it has to be archived first which feels unnecessary. It would be much more convenient to delete a card right away especially when it was created by mistake. Aside from that, I really haven't noticed any other downsides during the past year of using it.
