“fantastic UI and mobile flexibility”
Pros
Right away, this platform felt very accessible thanks to its clean interface and simple setup. It doesn't take much time to learn which makes getting started really easy. I also appreciate how many integrations are available through the power-ups since that adds a lot of flexibility. On top of that, the mobile app is excellent for staying productive while away from the office and it can handle almost everything the web version does.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about the tool. The only slight downside is that when my team gets especially busy, the volume of notifications can feel a bit overwhelming to sort through. That said, it may just come down to personal preference.

“versatile boards for everything”
Pros
This tool has turned into a daily companion for the chaos of both my work and personal projects. I use it for everything, from managing projects to planning vacations or laying out a brand-new idea I want to develop. The interface feels very accessible so much so that I often create a board just to organize my thoughts and look at things from a different angle. Collaboration works really well too, just invite someone, whether they already use this tool or not and tag them on the card they need to check. Instead of chasing updates through calls or emails, you can simply move a card and everyone involved gets notified right away. The drag-and-drop setup is easy and makes the whole process feel more practical. I also enjoy how much I can personalize each board. I like adding my own style to my workspace so being able to change backgrounds and customize each board to a specific project makes every idea feel like it has its own unique place. Another big plus is that I can keep up with my cards from Windows android or pretty much any operating system I use. The Android app is especially impressive because it lets me do basically everything I would normally do on the web version.
Cons
On larger projects, the amount of notifications can sometimes become a bit too much to handle. I'd also really appreciate an option to group boards together because I don't love having my personal and work boards all mixed in where anyone glancing at my screen can see them.

“checklists keep everything on track”
Pros
It has taken my task management to another level. My workload involves a lot of moving parts and shifting priorities and this tool helps me stay on top of every aspect of my job without losing the small details. It's really useful for separating what needs immediate attention from what can wait until later. The checklist feature is especially important in how I work because I can capture all the project specifics for myself while still letting the rest of my team view the bigger picture.
Cons
It's honestly tough to point out a real negative because this platform feels essential to the way I work now. If there's any drawback, it's that the platform only works as well as the effort people put into maintaining it. Not everyone adapts naturally to the kind of documented workflow this platform encourages so getting full team buy-in can sometimes be a challenge.

“versatile free workflow favorite”
Pros
Having a tool that covers just about everything I need without charging for the basics has been a huge plus. There are paid power-ups available if someone really wants them but I've used this solution for both my own work and with plenty of clients some already using it and others I recommended it to, without ever needing to pay extra. Another big advantage is that it runs in the browser and updates instantly so everyone on the team is looking at the same board at the same time. It's especially useful for managing blog workflows and other business processes like that.
Cons
I can't come up with any real complaints. To be fair, I only used one other similar platform before switching to this tool and I don't even remember what it was called so maybe I'm missing some comparison points. Still, every time I've wanted this tool to do something, it has either already had the feature built in or there's been a Chrome extension available for it.

“perfect for staying organized”
Pros
This software has been incredibly flexible for managing tasks and projects. The Google Drive integration makes it even more useful because I can track the different projects I'm handling and keep the actual files linked right where I need them. It's done an excellent job of keeping everything organized and helping me stay on top of my workload.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. It has consistently worked well for me and it keeps getting better over time.

“simple workflows”
Pros
Definitely works well for a certain type of user even if it wasn't the right fit for me or my team. To start with the positives, the vertical board layout is something a lot of people really enjoy because it feels very natural and accessible. Adding cards, updating details and moving information around is all very easy. The interface is also clean and minimal which helps keep the focus on the work instead of cluttering the screen with extra features. It's a solid option for solo users or smaller teams that only need to manage a limited amount of information. Once the volume of data starts growing though, things can become harder to manage and feel a bit chaotic.
Cons
When everything is considered, this solution has a solid concept but it doesn't fully meet my team's needs. It feels somewhat redundant compared with stronger project management platforms like Asana or even spreadsheet-style tools such as Airtable. While this solution offers a few overlapping features, it still comes up short in some important areas. If I were only looking at it for personal use, I'd probably have a more favorable opinion. In a team environment though, I believe there are better alternatives available. The same minimal approach that makes it appealing at first also ends up being the reason it falls short for us.

Pros
After trying to find an accessible tool for a long time, the platform turned out to be exactly what I needed. It doesn't take much time to learn and the layout is clear and well organized.
Cons
I honestly don't have any issues to mention. For me, it's the best tool out there.

“the tool keeps priorities on track”
Pros
Working as a CEO's assistant means the pace never really slows down so staying organized is a must. Since we brought the software into the workflow to manage priorities, my day-to-day has become much more manageable. It uses cards for tasks and each card can hold all the details and related information tied to that task. Those cards can then be sorted into columns which makes it clear to everyone involved how far something has progressed, what still needs attention and who should jump in next. Keeping up with my boss's priorities is far less overwhelming now and that has taken a lot of stress off my plate.
Cons
I wish this platform handled card deletion differently. You can archive cards but you can't fully remove them from the system. I understand why that helps when something gets deleted by mistake and needs to be recovered later but I'd still prefer having the choice to permanently delete a card when a task is no longer relevant or plans fall through.

“transformed our workflow”
Pros
Right from the start, this solution felt very visual and easy. It's accessible enough that even people with zero prior experience can pick it up quickly which says a lot about how well the product is designed. It has completely changed how we organize our work and brought in agile practices that were really missing before. I've been using this solution for two years now and haven't had to pay anything for it and honestly, that feels like a huge bonus.
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind. It covers needs I didn't even realize I wanted from a tool like this.

“beginner-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with this software doesn't take much time at all. Even someone new can figure out how to use it within a few hours which is a big plus. The mobile app is also something I really appreciate because it lets me keep up with my boards on the go.
Cons
What really frustrates me is that when the internet connection is slow, the software sometimes doesn't save changes properly and that can lead to losing data.

“flexible team planning”
Pros
The tool works really well as a proper Kanban and online planning tool. It comes with tons of add-ons and integrations, makes it convenient to share projects and boards across multiple teams and it's simple to use. I also appreciate being able to keep both private boards and work boards under the same account.
Cons
A thing that hasn't been very useful is the newer Home dashboard which feels a bit dysfunctional to me since the regular boards overview works better. Honestly, my only other complaint is that I wish I had started using this solution much sooner.

“well-organized but somewhat basic”
Pros
Using the platform in the browser feels very easy because everything is neatly arranged and the interface is simple to navigate. It does a really good job of keeping projects and their tasks organized in an efficient way. When handling multiple projects, it also helps a lot with sorting out priorities and staying on top of tasks. Most of the features are visual which makes them very accessible to use. It also lets you add multiple users, assign tasks and leave comments. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to organize and plan everything with the calendar, including moving tasks to a later date when needed. The three pricing options are affordable for companies and even for personal use they are reasonably priced considering the number of features included. Of course, the higher-priced plan comes with more functionality.
Cons
We liked using this software overall but it feels a bit too basic at times. In some cases, it wasn't enough on its own to manage a project so we had to rely on another tool as well.

“best setup for ideas”
Pros
Keeping ideas and tasks organized feels effortless with this platform. It's very easy to use, includes one paid extension for free and works as a really powerful tool for creators or anyone who tends to forget things. On its own it already does the job well but with the huge number of integrations available, it becomes even more useful. Right now, I'd say it's the best option for organizing ideas. I especially recommend the Card Repeater power-up since it's perfect for daily task reminders.
Cons
Honestly, I wouldn't change much about it. The only thing that could use some improvement is the Card Repeater power-up because at the moment it's pretty basic and occasionally doesn't work the way it should.

“planning powerhouse”
Pros
Whether I'm organizing a personal trip or coordinating a large business project, the software handles it really well. There are plenty of integrations that work with it and the automation features help cut down on a lot of manual tasks. It's flexible enough to track every little detail for something fun or manage the moving parts of a much bigger project without feeling limiting.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve at first when it comes to figuring out how to set it up for your particular needs but once it clicks, it becomes much easier to use and even more capable than it first seems.

“perfect fit”
Pros
The free version covers everything I need. It took the place of our physical kanban whiteboard with a digital setup and now we can collaborate on boards much more effectively. It's very easy to use so people can immediately see the value of the project management approach instead of spending time figuring out the software.
Cons

“solid boards, limited features”
Pros
The tool keeps project tracking simple with customizable columns and task cards. It lets you build separate boards for different projects, share them quickly with coworkers and send email notifications whenever you're assigned something or someone leaves a comment. It's free to use or still very affordable if you want extra features and overall it's very user friendly.
Cons
That same simplicity can also be a limitation. This solution doesn't offer as many tools as Kapost or some other project management platforms. Kapost includes calendar views, initiatives, content-related options and several features that this solution just doesn't have. If your team has a larger project management budget something like Kapost or Workfront may be a better fit.

“great software”
Pros
Using the platform feels a lot like working with cards on a corkboard, just with a lot more functionality built in. One of the best parts is how quickly most people can jump in and understand it without much of a learning curve. You just create cards and move them between columns whenever needed.
Cons
The search feature could definitely be better and the tagging system feels like it could use more thought. Deleting a card or an entire board also takes more clicks than it should.

“keeps teams on track”
Pros
Setting up and working with this platform feels incredibly flexible and hard to match. Since it's free, it's a really practical option for personal projects as well. A simple project board can be created in just a few minutes and it makes it easy to assign tickets to different team members and keep feedback actionable. Adding deadlines also helps a lot with staying organized and on schedule. The desktop app is especially useful and convenient and the one-month Gold membership reward for inviting a new teammate is a nice extra touch.
Cons
An area that could definitely be better is the overview screen especially when trying to get a quick snapshot of everything at once. Improving that part would save time and make it less mentally taxing to navigate.
