Pros

This software turned out to be exactly what our team needed. We wanted something that would let us collaborate on project status and tracking without forcing us into a system that felt overloaded. A lot of other tools we looked at were too complex and packed with features we simply didn't need. This software gives us plenty of flexibility and useful options but it never feels outdated or unnecessarily complicated. It was the right match for what we were trying to find.

Cons

One thing to watch out for is how you set up your boards, lists and cards. It really helps to agree as a team on how the application will be used before everyone starts adding content. If you don't, things can quickly turn into a messy collection of cards that becomes hard to manage. That said, I don't see this as a platform-specific flaw since the same thing can happen with any similar tool but it's still worth mentioning.

Pros

Using boards, lists and cards makes it fast and easy to build an organizing system for almost any kind of work, whether it's a complicated task, a small project or something much larger. I even use it like a notebook. Moving cards around is very convenient since you can drag and drop them between lists, reorder them and rearrange entire lists too. It's also possible to move cards from one board to a list on a completely different board. On top of that, each card can include tags, checklists, comments and attachments. I also appreciate being able to email directly into a board and choose which list the emailed item, along with its attachment, should go to. Every card has its own email address as well. The Power-Ups add even more functionality and integrations and with the premium plan, you can use an unlimited number of them.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides for how I use this software. The only issue that has been frustrating at times is syncing across multiple devices since it can occasionally create duplicate cards or place cards in the wrong list.

Pros

Managing a volunteer staff with full-time jobs and remote schedules takes the right tool and this tool is the one we rely on most for our church work. It's incredibly versatile, with plenty of useful features and it's also very user friendly. I really appreciate how flexible it is especially when it comes to integrating with other programs. It truly makes project management feel effortless.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything I dislike about the platform. Of course, a lower price is always welcome but the current pricing is still competitive.

Pros

This software has become part of my daily routine and I genuinely love using it. I keep one board for my tasks for the day, another for later in the week, one for things I'm waiting on and another for future projects. Across my whole organization, we rely on it to organize priorities for projects and requests as well. For instance, when we need the Product or Dev team to take on something, we add it to their board in the platform so they can review it in meetings and decide where it belongs in the priority list. It's also really helpful that you can assign tasks to other people, set due dates and move cards around the board as things progress. Overall, it's an excellent resource.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. At first I thought it might be a little more accessible but that really feels more like a learning curve than a true flaw. I'm still discovering features myself so there's probably more it can do than I already know. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be making it easier to invite outside users who aren't part of the organization or who use a different email domain, unless that's already been added.

Right from the free version, this platform has been incredibly useful for me. I eventually started paying for the Power-Ups and kept upgrading from there and it really feels like every add-on connects with everything else perfectly.

Butler is still something I have trouble with and I think it would be much more helpful if it were explained better.

This tool works really well for me because I can keep things as simple or as advanced as I need. One of the things I appreciate most is how flexible it is! It can handle one project, my own personal workflow or even a full team or department setup. On top of that, the platform feels very accessible to use. I've never had any formal training or spent time watching tutorials yet with a bit of creativity I've been able to shape it around exactly what I need.

Cons

An area where the platform could improve a lot is the app experience. I'm fine using it in a web browser but the app didn't feel all that useful the last time I tried it. If I were part of a team running its whole workflow through the platform, a stronger dedicated app would make a big difference especially with things like push notifications, Google integration and an easier way to move between boards. And if some of that already exists, it definitely wasn't obvious or accessible when I used it.

Pros

Right from the start, this software feels very simple to use while still being incredibly powerful. It has become indispensable across all kinds of work. You can organize tasks that need to be completed just as well for individual use as for team collaboration. At my workplace, we use it in every department of the company. My team especially relies on it to manage our day-to-day activities. It makes communication and tracking everything that needs to be done much more practical and its wide range of power-ups adds even more value.

Pros

Whenever a new project lands on my plate, this platform is the first app I turn to for managing it. I set up a custom-labeled card so I can spot it quickly later, then add everything related to the task in one place, from ideas and resource links to checklists and the final deadline. My boss can view the cards I make as well which means progress is always visible without needing constant updates. Keeping all of that organized in cards makes staying on top of my workload much more manageable.

Cons

Issue I've run into is that cards can completely disappear into the mix if they aren't labeled correctly especially when you're expected to follow a specific naming system set by your employer. A few times, I've had to reach out to my manager for help tracking down the card for an active project because it had been moved to the wrong column or tagged incorrectly.

Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels very accessible. The design is modern, elegant and practical which makes the whole platform very comfortable to use. It's genuinely simple to work with and the free version gives access to almost all of the features.

Cons

Problem is that once a card is archived, it can be hard to locate again. Also, users on the free plan are limited to using only one Power-Up at a time.

Compared with tools like Jira or Redmine, this software feels much more easy and less complicated which is something I genuinely appreciate.

There are a few frustrating downsides: Slack integration is difficult to set up, there's no real way to assign a task to a specific person and performance gets very slow with larger boards. Even when a filter shows only around 50 tickets, the application still seems to load all 500+ tickets in the background which really drags it down.

Pros

From task tracking to shared information boards, this platform can be used in a lot of different ways. At our company, we mainly rely on it to see which tasks are currently in progress but it also works well for collecting information, allowing team edits, using color coding and more. The layout is clean, easy and very user friendly which makes it pleasant to work with.

It's worth checking a few online guides if you want to understand everything the tool can do. At first glance, the software can seem like it has limited functionality but once you learn how to use it properly, it becomes a very helpful everyday business tool.

Right away, this tool feels like a really engaging workspace with handy tools that let employees and managers communicate quickly and without hassle. The interface is very user friendly and well designed so getting around it doesn't take much effort. Managers can assign plenty of tasks and each employee can easily spot the ones that belong to them. It's simple to open a task, read the description and leave comments on the task or its details. Once the work is finished, the employee can just drag and drop the task card and everyone on the team, including managers, can instantly see that it has been completed.

One thing worth mentioning is that the environment is extremely easy to use. The user interface is clean and simple and you can also customize it by changing colors and setting themes. Honestly, there isn't really anything complicated to do or hard to understand in it.

Managing projects in this software feels simple and flexible especially with how customizable the cards are. Shifting priorities is really convenient too since I can just drag and drop cards wherever they need to go.

I really don't like that it's missing higher-level planning tools, like roadmap timelines or better task nesting to connect work with bigger objectives.

This platform really stands out in how many boards and categories you can create for your team. There are plenty of choices when setting up topics and sections for each project or department which makes organizing work feel very flexible. Adding teammates is also easy so getting people onto the right boards doesn't take much effort.

Beyond all the collaboration features the software offers, the part I liked least was the level of visual customization for boards and cards. You can upload your own images which helps but some parts still felt limited when it came to adjusting the appearance or colors of each section. That said, there are quite a few ready-made templates available so it's not a huge issue.

Keeping tasks and information organized is much easier with this software. It works really well as a to-do list and has been a dependable project management tool for me. The layout is simple so getting started doesn't take much effort and that simplicity makes it comfortable to use overall. One of its strongest points is the flexibility it offers, along with a functional plan that lets me invite clients to boards and handle more complex projects without spending money. It also allows files to be shared among team members and users. Another plus is that this software can be used across different platforms, including computers, mobile phones and tablets. The colored labels are also very helpful for keeping track of deadlines and making sure nothing gets missed. Overall, this software is a really solid project management application.

A downside is that the application needs a stable and strong internet connection to work properly. It is also limited to installation on smart devices and computers. On top of that, it tends to be better suited for smaller projects and is not the best option for larger projects involving many teams. Another restriction is that basic members can only upload files up to 10MB. Other than these limitations, I still find the application very useful.

This platform has been incredibly helpful for keeping my day-to-day life organized. I use it to plan personal tasks, stay on top of client work for my freelance projects and make sure nothing gets missed. It's also useful for managing my finances because I can create boards to track both expenses and income in one place. On top of that, it works well for vacation planning since I can build a list of daily activities and organize everything clearly.

What bothers me is that the software doesn't offer Gantt charts or bar chart features. I also can't create documents or a wiki directly inside boards which would make it more complete. Another downside is the storage cap: basic users only get 10 MB per upload, while gold members get 250 MB. The software is generally a good fit for smaller projects but when it comes to large-scale work, those feature limitations make it less practical to use.

Across all the task managers I've tried, this one is by far the simplest to work with. The interface feels very accessible and it stays easy without giving up the functionality I need. I've used it on both large and small projects and it has always been reliable.

Cons

I'd change the way task details are added. After creating a task, you have to go back and add the rest of the information and that really should happen in a single step instead of two. It also offers fewer features than JIRA although most of JIRA's extra tools aren't useful to me anyway so that isn't a real issue in my case. Still, if you want a true drop-in replacement for JIRA, this probably isn't the right choice.

Working with this software has been very easy. Since I started using it, my day-to-day has become much more organized. It's essential for projects run with agile methods especially when there's a large number of projects to manage at once.

Even though it's very simple to use, the application still has a few basic limitations especially around card attachments and some features.

I've tried plenty of other task and project management tools loaded with every feature imaginable but this platform stands out because it lets me build a workflow that actually works for me instead of forcing me to adapt to the software.

There aren't many help buttons or built-in demos so getting started can feel like something you have to figure out through trial and error. There are also still a few compatibility issues though they tend to be very minor overall.

Really appeals to me because it doesn't lock me into a fixed workflow. I've tried plenty of other task and project management platforms packed with every feature imaginable but this one gives me the freedom to build a process that actually suits the way I work. Instead of adapting to some preset system, I can shape this tool around whatever I'm managing at the time, whether that's organizing video content ideas on my own or keeping track of project progress while collaborating with a team.

I'd still like to see more bulk action options so multiple changes could be made to cards at the same time.
