polished workflow

Pros

Working with this tool has been fantastic for handling different projects especially small to medium-sized ones. The part I appreciate most is how flexible the platform is. You can run multiple boards for different projects at the same time and each one stays completely separate from the others. There are also plenty of customization options for every board. The tutorial is very user friendly and the overall UX/UI feels polished and pleasant. Creating and managing tasks is simple and you can organize each board based on the specific needs of the project. It also looks clean, aesthetic and well-structured. On top of that, it includes many useful features like attaching external files, using a project calendar, keeping track of deadlines and more. Being able to invite different collaborators to each individual project is another big plus.

Cons

A few features are only available in the premium version but honestly, that has not bothered me much.

fantastic sprint visibility

Pros

Whether I'm using the software in the app or through a web browser, it feels easy to work with. Since our test team is remote from both the developers and management, it has been really useful for keeping communication active between everyone and making sure we all stay aligned on where things stand during each sprint.

Cons

This is not really a fault with this platform itself but if the card system is not managed with enough discipline or if people do not use its full capabilities, it can quickly become something teams end up frustrated with. It is worth making sure you understand how every part of this platform works before putting too much time into it.

task tracking that saves hours

Pros

Having this solution in place has been a huge help for our product manager, who used to spend a lot of time walking around the floor checking on tasks assigned to different developers. Now he can monitor every single task for each team member in one place and instantly see who is working on what at any given moment. Reassigning work has also become much more easy since we brought this solution into the office. It has without a doubt saved us dozens of man-hours.

Cons

Getting new hires comfortable with the app can take a bit of time because it is not always very accessible at first. Still, once they get the hang of it, the time invested usually pays off later. We have also run into issues with task searches being painfully slow at times which can be frustrating. On top of that, I really wish this tool allowed cards to be deleted permanently because that is something we genuinely need in certain situations.

clean boards

Pros

Using this software makes it simple to keep tasks and projects organized with cards, lists and boards. Any card can include subtasks and moving it from one list or board to another only takes a few clicks. The interface is clean so it's always easy to see your cards and all the related details at a glance. You can also add team members to specific boards or individual cards and comments with tagged teammates help keep everyone aware of what needs to be done.

Cons

The software works well for small projects and probably medium-sized ones too. That said, without solid organization, things can turn into a mess pretty quickly.

So valuable!

Pros

One of the best parts is how I can drag and drop tasks and rearrange everything quickly. It gives me a really clear overview of what's going on which is super helpful. My favorite feature is sharing boards with others, not just to keep track of progress but also to leave comments and collaborate directly.

Cons

A few parts of the attachment feature feel a bit outdated.

what a powerhouse!

Pros

From sprint planning to simple task tracking, the platform covers just about everything. When it's set up well, teams can build out sprints or task lists and collaborate on them together without friction. You can tag multiple stakeholders or keep things tied to a single asset depending on the workflow. That's really the strength of it, the platform adapts to the way your team already works instead of forcing everyone into a rigid system. With the right best practices in place, it becomes a very capable platform and can even double as a ticketing tool for smaller teams.

Cons

One area that still feels like it needs improvement is the UI around image integration and video embedding especially for use cases like troubleshooting and issue resolution. It would also be really useful to have better support for grouping image or document collections and linking them directly to cards within a vertical.

simple boards

Pros

Compared with most well-known project management apps, this platform is easily the most easy to use. It offers more structure than a basic to-do list, yet it still feels just right for running small teams. We rely on it every day for all kinds of tasks and it has worked really well for us. It is simple and engaging enough that even the non-technical people on our team keep returning to this platform again and again.

Cons

For a free tool, it is honestly tough to complain much about the tool. It does miss a few features but that is also part of its appeal since the simplicity keeps it from feeling overwhelming to use. Still, if it included just a handful of additional features, it would be far more useful for bigger and more complicated projects.

accessible boards for quick teamwork

Pros

Starting a new project in this tool is really easy. I can set up a team, create a few buckets and begin assigning tasks right away. It does a great job of keeping everything organized and the interface is one of the most accessible parts of the whole experience. When someone new joins the team, it barely takes any time to show them how it works so we can skip the long onboarding and jump straight into the actual work. That simplicity is really where this tool shines.

Cons

The platform definitely isn't as full-featured as some other project management tools. It doesn't handle the more advanced project management functions you'd get in something like MS Project, such as calculations or creating charts. That said since I'm not a professional project manager, the simpler setup is actually a worthwhile tradeoff for me and it more than makes up for the missing depth.

keeps everything on track

Pros

After using the software for a year, I've reached the point where if something isn't on a board in the software, it basically doesn't exist. It has become a huge part of how I manage work and it has really improved the way our agency stays organized. At the same time, I also rely on it for personal projects, I even use it to track my fitness progress. The first thing that won me over was how easy the onboarding felt even though the software can do a lot. I created an account, spent a few minutes getting used to boards and lists and then jumped right into working with my team. The interface is genuinely user friendly and the designers deserve credit for that. Collaboration is probably the biggest reason it's my favorite tool. My manager assigns tasks to my list, teammates add their input through cards and I can set deadlines and start moving on projects right away. It has cut out so many annoying emails and unnecessary Skype calls and now our whole team stays in sync in one place. On top of that, the software has helped me organize personal things much better too. For example, I came across a blogger who shared an AI-focused board in the software and using that setup has saved me a lot of time. The effort was his, of course but the software made it possible to share that valuable work so effectively. I've also used it to monitor my fitness stats and build a solid plan for a new personal project which is an AI blog. In the end, the software makes organizing just about everything feel manageable.

Cons

Honestly, no complaints here. I spent almost 10 minutes trying to think of something I disliked about this platform and I still came up with nothing.

top pick!

Pros

After trying a long list of project management apps for content calendars, task tracking, assignments and more, this software still comes out on top for me. It keeps things very easy while still offering plenty of useful features. On top of that, it connects with almost everything I already use, like email and Slack which makes it even more valuable.

Cons

The one thing I really wish it included is a built-in chat feature. Right now, we have to rely on both Slack and the software at the same time, Slack for conversations and the software for staying organized. If chat were included, it would remove the need to juggle two separate tools.

perfect solution

Pros

Setting up a board is quick, the interface is very easy and I can still personalize it a bit by changing the board background. The drag-and-drop system for cards and lists makes organizing tasks really convenient and the fact that it's free to use is a huge plus.

Cons

When I compare it with Milanote which gives a lot more freedom to shape content, design and flow mapping around specific needs, this solution's templates feel a lot more plain and limited.

versatile boards for daily work

Pros

From managing tasks to organizing ideas and lists, the platform covers a lot and fits really well into our day-to-day business workflow.

Cons

My biggest frustration is that it's only available as an ongoing subscription instead of something I can just buy outright. On top of that, the business plan pricing feels hard to justify since it doesn't seem to offer much more than Gold.

fantastic card planning

Pros

Creating cards, moving them around, sharing them, adding comments and attaching files all feels really easy. It works really well for planning podcast episodes because we can drop in notes, rearrange tasks as needed and everyone can instantly see what's already done and what still needs attention. It covers everything we need without cluttering the experience with random features we never use. Overall, it's a dependable tool and honestly works better for us than a lot of other options we've tried.

Cons

One small thing that could be better is the label customization. It would be nice to have more colors or design choices available especially the option to choose our own custom label colors. It's not a major issue but it would still be a welcome improvement.

powerful task customization

Pros

After the initial learning curve, everything started to click for me. I really enjoy the board-and-card setup for organizing tasks and this tool does an excellent job of giving you a huge range of options inside each task once it's created. That's where it really shines, the amount of customization available makes it easy to customize every task to your own workflow. The sharing features are also a nice touch and I appreciated being able to let certain people add to and rearrange my to-do lists.

Cons

At the beginning, being dropped straight into the app and expected to understand its board-and-card system for creating and organizing tasks felt a little overwhelming. Even though the help resources are solid, it still took some adjustment. I also feel like the platform puts a bit too much emphasis on sharing. My biggest issue though, is that there's no built-in way to bill for the work completed or track the time spent on the tasks you create.

all my projects in one place

Pros

Having one place to organize both my work and personal tasks has been a huge plus and I can share my project boards with exactly the right people. Being able to collaborate with others while keeping all the information I need together in one spot is a big win.

Cons

Getting the hang of this platform and setting up boards, lists and cards in a way that matched how I work took some time. Once it finally clicked though, everything started to make sense. That wasn't because this platform lacks helpful learning resources, they actually have plenty, I just tend to learn better through trial and error. At this point, I'd call myself a power user. There are still a few improvements I'd love to see especially around the way I prefer to organize boards and tasks. One example would be the option to add multiple due dates to a single card.

power-ups that boost my workflow

Pros

One of the best parts of this solution for me has been the built-in integrations and how practical they are in day-to-day use. The whole idea of "powering up" this solution with extra apps sounded a bit gimmicky at first but once I actually had to use Xero through this solution while collaborating on a specific project, it turned out to be incredibly convenient. The Google Drive integration has been just as valuable and honestly feels essential to how I work every day.

Cons

At the same time, this tool can feel a little too basic and doesn't offer as much customization as I'd want. For instance, I wasn't able to work out how to edit images or even do something simple like crop or rotate them. It also relies quite a bit on having a solid internet connection and when the Wi-Fi is unreliable, the constant card loading and refreshing can interrupt the workflow since things either fail to load properly or get skipped.

smart reminders

Pros

Getting started with the UI feels very natural. If someone can handle sticky notes, they can pick this up without much trouble. The newer option to send an email reminder at a specific time for a card or task with a due date is a really welcome addition. It's also very efficient that edits can be made quickly without needing to press save every time.

Cons

Its still missing a way to permanently keep the view set to calendar mode. And while the quick-editing feature is very convenient, I haven't come across an undo option or any edit history which makes it harder to correct mistakes.

love this platform

Pros

The platform feels like a digital version of the Kanban setups I used to build on a corkboard. It's basically Post-it notes on steroids which is how I usually describe it to people. Being able to share a board with someone else and let them copy it into their own account is a huge plus. It also works wonderfully for team use especially for weekly workflows and it's much better than relying on a basic checklist.

Cons

With a few different teams in the mix, the Home page can get a bit messy since it shows the boards I've been opening. I wish there were a better way to organize those boards under each team name.

handy power-ups

Pros

Getting started with this platform was quick and it works well for all kinds of uses. The layout feels very accessible so it doesn't take much effort to figure things out. The free version includes plenty of useful features and I really appreciate being able to use one Power-Up for free on each board. Working with other people is easy too. One feature I use all the time is email-to-board, I can just forward emails I need to deal with later and they show up as cards on my to-do list which is incredibly helpful.

Cons

There's very little to complain about. The only change I'd really want is for the desktop version to match the mobile app when it comes to archiving cards. On mobile, you can drag a card straight into the archive area, while on desktop you have to open the card first and then click archive. Since I archive a lot of cards, that extra step feels unnecessary and having drag-and-drop archiving on desktop would save time. It would also help if cover photos on cards could be resized because I enjoy using them but sometimes they take up so much space that only a small number of cards are visible in each column at once.
