This tool works well for project management. You can create cards to assign tasks, add comments for updates or discussions and keep everything organized in one place. Being able to sort organize and color-code cards across different projects makes a huge difference. It's much easier to see progress at a glance than with other tools I've used.

I'd really want a more user friendly way to download all of the data instead of getting it only as code. A clearer backup option would help everyday users feel a lot more confident about having their information saved.

This solution is one of the most widely used web-based project management tools today and it's easy to see why it has become so popular. Its visual layout is appealing and the platform is flexible enough to fit different ways of working. It works especially well for teams spread across different locations who still need to collaborate on the same project without too many barriers. The app lets team members share files and create cards to represent tasks that need to be done. Each card can be given a color label based on priority which makes it easier to keep track of urgent work and avoid missing deadlines. When creating a card, you can also assign a due date. As that date gets closer, the card changes color to yellow and if the deadline passes, it automatically turns red. That setup is really helpful for staying aware of timelines. Another advantage is that this solution can be used across multiple devices, including computers, tablets and mobile phones.

Cons

A limitation is that this tool depends heavily on having a stable internet connection. If the network is weak or unavailable, the application really cannot be used properly. It also seems better suited to smaller, simpler projects rather than large-scale work involving multiple teams. Another drawback is the attachment size limit for basic users since you can only upload files up to 10MB per attachment. Anything larger than that cannot be uploaded unless you are using a Gold or Business Class plan which increases the limit to 250MB.

This software feels like the ideal tool for anyone trying to stay on top of work and actually get things done. It works especially well for teams since tasks can be assigned to specific people and it also lets you upload photos, add checklists and connect with extensions from other apps like Google Drive and Butler. That combination really puts it near the top of the productivity tools I've used. Another big plus is that it's free to get started which makes it even more appealing.

Cons

As a free option, it's an excellent app. The one thing I'd really like to see is a pro plan that bundles all of the add-ons and apps into a single subscription price instead of using the current a la carte model.

Pros

After using the tool for years, I still see it as one of the best project management tools out there. It's more than just a solid product with a ton of integrations , what really makes it stand out is that they don't push users to pay. Offering so much for free feels genuinely generous. That kind of approach says a lot and I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!

Cons

I do worry about, joking aside, is whether offering so much for free is sustainable for them. On a more serious note, the issue with public boards being indexed by Google is concerning. I don't believe that's the default setting but some important boards still end up public and their owners may not even realize it.

The platform stands out because it's so simple to use. It's one of those tools that helps you organize a lot without adding extra hassle. No matter the skill level across the team, people can jump in quickly and before long everyone is aligned and working from the same page.

There's honestly not much to complain about. If I really had to dig for something, I might point to third-party integrations but that's me being pretty picky.

Working in a fast-paced, growing environment means we're constantly juggling new projects that often involve several departments at once. Over the past year we tested a few different tools and this platform was the only one that truly made a difference for us. It's very accessible but also flexible enough to cover different needs. The Kanban board view makes it simple for everyone involved to stay updated on the latest project status. Each card can be filled with checklists, attachments, deadlines and labels which keeps everything organized and makes items easy to spot on the dashboard. The notifications are also really helpful especially when you're tagged in a card or when something gets updated so nothing slips through the cracks.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints about the tool itself but more about the best way to work with the tool. For new users, it would help to have a bit more guidance on how to organize cards properly. Creating boards and cards is very accessible but figuring out how to keep everything well-structured can be a little challenging at first for some people.

This tool is really fun and simple to work with. The collaboration features are one of my favorite parts especially being able to share with a team and connect cards to other cards, projects or outside resources. As a marketer, I use it to organize blog and campaign ideas and map out quarterly goals. It works really well for task management and I can definitely see it being useful for Agile or sprint-style project setups. The customizable backgrounds are also a nice bonus.

Cons

The platform makes the most sense for teams that already work in an Agile or task-focused way. If that's not how your team handles projects, I probably wouldn't suggest it. It also isn't the best fit for bigger projects where constant communication and input from a lot of people are needed.

Across every part of our business, the software makes setting up multiple project boards incredibly simple. Whether it's sales or infrastructure, it helps us keep track of where everything stands and supports day-to-day progress across the whole company.

Cons

It may not scale to the same level as Atlassian's larger tools but I don't really see that as a downside. To me, this platform really shines because of its simplicity and clean interface.

One of this solution's biggest advantages is how well it fits teams that are just starting a startup. It's free and you can share boards with other team members without any hassle. The platform is very easy so people can pick it up quickly. You can also customize the columns, create tickets, move them between stages and archive them when they're done.

Cons

The downside is that this tool is basically a simple shared task management tool and that's really the whole idea behind it. It doesn't offer advanced or complex features. On the other hand, that simplicity is also what makes it accessible for almost anyone to use.

Pros

Right from the start, this software felt accessible, visually appealing and really motivating when it comes to staying productive. I'm able to assign tasks, monitor due dates and there are so many ways to organize everything that it fits almost any workflow.

Cons

Problem is that I sometimes end up spending too much time in it as a way to procrastinate. Also, uploading photos and documents can be slightly frustrating at times.

Pros

Running our software development process in a Scrum setup with the tool has worked really well. We keep separate boards for backlog work, the current sprint and completed items and that structure keeps everything clear. We also use the Scrum add-on for the tool which lets us add estimates and track actual time spent on each card. That gives us a easy list of work items and the tool makes them incredibly simple to organize and move around as priorities change. It's actually difficult to fully describe how much this helps with workflow management because so much of the value comes from how effortless the tool is to use. You can literally open a card, start typing and then drag and drop it wherever it needs to go. The interface is so simple that it removes the need for training which is a huge benefit. Because it's that accessible, people across the organization adopt it almost immediately. On top of that, the free version is surprisingly capable. At some point you may want to pay for additional features such as Active Directory integration but it's a big plus that they offer such a functional, feature-rich version at no cost for as long as you need it.

Cons

The only real issue for us is more of a wishlist item than a true complaint. Once you start dealing with a large number of cards, it would be very helpful to group them and manage or view them as a set. We often have multiple cards connected to the same epic and when something changes at the epic level, each related card has to be opened and updated individually. Right now we handle that by using careful card naming that includes the epic name which works but it would be much better to have a built-in way to organize and manage those card groups more directly.

Whether it's boards, tasks, cards or issue tracking, the platform handles all of it in a very easy way. It's versatile enough to fit whatever workflow you want to build and the pricing feels quite reasonable. On top of that, the free version lasts a long time before you even need to think about paying for a plan.

Cons

A setback is that it can start to feel cluttered depending on what you're managing. With larger teams, the number of cards can pile up quickly and the board becomes overwhelming to look at. It also gets tougher to maintain order when anyone with access can freely move things around.

Content marketing used to be a mess for us especially when handling press releases, branded blog posts, landing page copy and other assets through stages like draft, review, edit, another review and finally publish. This platform gave us a clear linear system to keep everything organized and move each piece across every step of development. I've worked with and led large content teams of up to 20 writers and this platform does an excellent job of bringing order to that chaos with a process that's easy and practical. It's a simple tool but it has a real impact when you're coordinating remote writers and juggling multiple assignments.

Honestly, none. In terms of usefulness, it feels perfect and the simplicity is exactly what makes it so effective.

Working in social work also means managing projects through the different stages needed to build effective public policies that can impact communities. Because of that, having tools that help track every process is essential and this tool has been exactly that for me. It's a very pleasant platform to use, with a friendly design that actually makes you want to stay organized and keep up with your tasks. The functionality is excellent as well, it keeps me informed about everything coming up and everything that needs my attention. On top of that, I can bring my teams into the planning process which has led to much better collaboration and high-quality group work.

Cons

No negative points to highlight about this platform. It has been a very valuable tool and has helped me a lot in my professional practice.

Pros

One thing that made a huge difference for our team was discovering that the software works inside Microsoft Teams so we can see everything without leaving Teams. That alone has been incredibly helpful. You can choose which categories to bring into Teams and leave the rest out which keeps the channel from feeling cluttered or overloaded. On top of that, it's really useful that you can set up team boards, personal boards and private boards depending on what you need. Every board in the software also lets you adjust visibility settings, invite other people to collaborate and manage access pretty easily. I also enjoy being able to customize each board with different backgrounds, filter cards, add stickers and use power-ups which I'm still exploring. There's also a menu on the right side of each board that shows recent activity and includes plenty of settings to keep everything organized. It's very user friendly overall. The software has been excellent for us.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this platform to mention here.

It's highly visual too, you can use profile photos on icons to quickly see who owns each task and colors help separate clients or different project types. Most things feel accessible so even someone completely new to this software can usually get comfortable with it in just a few minutes.

Cons

Once you're juggling multiple tasks with several short deadlines though, the tool becomes pretty inefficient overall. Even for personal project management, the platform's structure and visual layout start to break down once you get beyond a few dozen tasks making everything harder to stay on top of. The software's simplicity also comes at the cost of customization since you're limited to a fixed set of colors, a preset font and only a small range of built-in actions.
