Pros

Has become the way my team manages all of our video projects. We set up a column for every stage, from pre-production through distribution and create a card for each project. It gives us a clear visual overview of everything on the board, including what's coming up and which deadlines are approaching.

Cons

The power-ups can be a little finicky at times. I'd prefer if everything worked together as one smooth product.

Pros

This platform has a really appealing layout and feels very accessible to use. Being able to view projects at a glance has been incredibly valuable and it has completely changed how we handle bug fixes, product improvements and release planning. Different teams can all use this platform to monitor the status of updates and fixes which has given us much better visibility into what we're delivering to customers.

Cons

I'd still like to see stronger support for time-based tracking as cards move through each stage. That would make it easier to spot bottlenecks and recurring delays across our development teams which could help improve our SLAs. Aside from that, we've been very happy with the platform.

Pros

Using this tool every day has been really helpful for me. The board and card setup works very well and everything feels convenient and simple to manage. I also pair my cards with a scheduling system which helps me stay organized and makes my workflow more productive.

Cons

I don't really enjoy the messaging system. Notifications from teammates can get confusing and sometimes it's difficult to tell which message belongs to which card. Looking back through older messages can also be frustrating and I've spent quite a bit of time trying to track down past conversations.

This platform turned out to be a really useful workforce management tool because it gave me clear visibility into how my sales team was performing. I could pull up dashboards and monitoring tools to better understand where things stood and identify the obstacles we were dealing with.

A frustrating part was having to keep updating the date manually all the time. If there were a way to automatically track and refresh the data through an integration, it would make a huge difference.

Collaboration feels very natural in this tool and the visual board layout is one of its strongest points. Everything is clear at a glance so it's simple to understand how things are organized without needing much setup or training.

Cons

Like most workflow tools, it really depends on how people choose to use it. One thing that would help is having the option to lock cards or lists so other users can't make changes to them which would keep things from getting out of hand. If that feature already exists, I just haven't run into it yet.

This software feels like a blank workspace that can become whatever you need. Its flexibility is one of the best parts, with options to customize workflows, add automation and assign the right roles across the team. It works like a white canvas for organizing work and above all, it helps move projects through to completion.

Getting started with the application can be a bit challenging the first time. Because the mechanics look so simple, it can give the impression that the tool is more basic than what your actual needs require. That same impression can also spread to the rest of the team so having some training beforehand is usually a good idea.

It feels a lot like having sticky notes on a wall which makes everything very accessible. The layout is simple to follow and it's easy to start using right away without needing any real learning curve.

The connection can be a bit slow at times and adding images to a note isn't as easy as it should be.

From the start, this software made project workflows very easy to visualize and the whole interface feels wonderfully accessible. It only takes a few minutes to set up, share with colleagues and start managing projects without much effort.

That said, it doesn't really hold up for deeper, more complex projects. Some frustrating text-formatting limitations also make it hard to rely on the application as a true repository for project data. I ended up using another project workflow tool to store the actual user stories, while the application stayed more of a quick visualization tool.

I wasn't completely convinced at first but once I began managing several projects at the same time, this quickly became my favorite tool. It lets me see exactly what I need because I can choose the information I want to include, instead of relying on the other system we use at work in the cloud. It also feels more personal since only my team and I can access it. It worked so well that I even created another account to organize private events, like moving house and similar things. In the end, I started using it for both my professional work and my personal life.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have a search button that makes it easier to find cards that were archived during the past year.

Getting started with this tool takes only a few minutes and the whole platform is very easy for new users to pick up. It works both in the browser and on mobile which makes it convenient to use anywhere. Sharing boards and bringing in new users is also simple since you can just send an invite link. I also appreciate being able to add custom fields to cards and the Zapier integration is really useful for triggering actions when cards move between specific columns. On top of that, the free plan includes a lot so the freemium offering feels very generous.

An issue I ran into was with access after inviting someone. A user was able to join through the invite link but when I later sent a direct card URL, that same person still couldn't open the card.

Built around the Toyota-style Kanban system, this software just makes sense. It works in manufacturing and it works just as well for how I organize things. I can use it to plan my daily life and keep anything from slipping through the cracks. The automation tools are especially useful for reminders, whether it's something small like flossing, school assignments or even managing order fulfillment, this software handles it all.

After a recent update, you now need to pay at least $5 per month if you want to fully use the application's automation features.

After hearing about this platform for ages, I finally gave it a try and haven't looked back since. For me, it's the place where all the moving pieces of my business come together. It's also the simplest way to hand off a clear list of tasks to virtual freelancers. If you want to grow your business faster without having to micromanage everything, this is absolutely the right tool.

An issue I've run into is when setting up certain new tasks from scratch. I'd really appreciate some kind of smart template feature that offers different ways to use the software based on what I'm trying to track or manage. A sales funnel, for example, is very different from managing the production of my YouTube channel. Because of that, I've had to rely on some trial and error which ended up taking extra time.

Years after first trying this tool and stepping away because it was missing a few things I needed, I ended up coming back to it and now I absolutely love using it. It's a really solid fit for someone visual like me who wants to understand everything at a glance without dealing with the extra complexity that comes with some project management tools.

The only real challenge has been getting other people on my team introduced to it. After a short walkthrough, they usually understand how it works. I've also noticed the platform isn't the ideal option for people who aren't very visual so the workaround we use is keeping spreadsheets and linking them to the board.

One of this software's biggest strengths is how flexible it is. It's not limited to team projects or office use either,you can just as easily use it for personal tasks or even to organize something like a family weekend trip. Collaboration is another big plus since multiple people can work on the same project at the same time and see updates in real time which saves a lot of time. On top of that, the free plan offers really solid value.

The application does have a few downsides though. The Kanban style works well in many cases but it's not the right fit for every user, team or type of project so it won't meet everyone's needs. It also relies heavily on having an internet connection because without one, most of its features are basically unusable. Another limitation is that it's missing some tools that feel important for project management such as a built-in real-time chat or messaging feature.

Between the to-do lists, due dates and all the customization options, this platform has become my go-to for staying organized. I've got a board set up for just about everything,work, personal tasks and anything else I need to manage. It really helps me stay on top of things.

Honestly, there aren't many downsides to the software for me. If anything, it could be even better with more of a central hub for communication between team members.

This software has been amazing for keeping everything organized in one place. I use it to manage passwords, assign tasks so my team stays on track, handle project management and even map out my finances and personal to-do lists. It covers a lot more than I expected and fits really well into both work and personal planning.

If anything, the only minor downside is the learning curve. A better onboarding experience that shows new users how to get the most value from all its features would help but aside from that, it's been incredible overall.
