“Useful integrations”
Pros
The software gives me a lot of flexibility because I can keep my workflow very simple or make it as detailed as I need. I can also set up teams around specific projects which helps keep everything organized. Another big plus is how well it connects with other services I already use. For instance, I'm able to track the time spent on a project right from the board or the card tied to the task I'm working on.
Cons
I don't like how cards are arranged inside boards. Everything runs horizontally from left to right and I really wish there were an option for a mosaic-style layout instead. It would be much better to see all the cards at once in a single view especially on projects that have a lot of them. Since I'm responsible for overseeing everything, having that full-picture view would help a lot. Constantly scrolling side to side gets tiring. The other features still make the solution worth using but that layout definitely slows me down and makes me lose momentum.

“share boards with other departments”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for us is using platform boards to run company meetings. Being able to share a board with other departments right away makes it much clearer for everyone to see which items matter most. That visibility has created a huge boost in efficiency across the organization. The solution is built on a simple idea, it's quick to get set up and the workflow feels very natural. We've tested several other organization tools and none of them have felt as efficient or as easy as this tool.
Cons
I'd still like to see more flexibility in the way lists can be displayed. I prefer keeping everything in a single view but I often have 7 to 10 lists open at once. A few of those lists fall into the same category so it would be helpful if they could be grouped or stacked together. I'm not sure whether that feature exists already or if it just isn't available.

“fast setup”
Pros
Seeing all project tasks in one place really helped with visibility and kept everyone aligned. I also appreciated being able to turn larger subtasks into separate cards whenever they became too big to handle as-is.
Cons
The tradeoff for being lightweight and fast is that this software doesn't include every feature you might need. That became more noticeable when managing more than one team at the same time. Even with separate boards, the setup feels a bit awkward to work with. The thing I miss most is a way to view the same cards from both a team-board perspective and a task-board perspective. That really only becomes an issue when multiple teams and projects are running at once.

“easy tracking”
Pros
Quick to get figure out and my team really enjoys how simple it is to use. It doesn't take much time to set up and once it's running, tracking tasks and following their progress is very easy. We moved over from another Atlassian product and the software has worked well for handling both team workflows and everyday task management.
Cons
It's doesn't have built in subtasks so we have to rely on checklists instead. There is an extension that adds this but it really feels like something that should be included by default. It would also help to have a better way to clearly separate or identify sprint-related tasks.

“So accessible”
Pros
Out of everything this tool offers, the biggest advantage for me is how accessible it is to use. You can jump in and start organizing and prioritizing projects almost immediately, with basically no learning curve at all. On top of that, it works for just about anything that needs structure, whether that's office-related projects or personal to-do lists.
Cons
At the beginning the lack of photo or image backgrounds bothered me. It sounds minor at first but once you start using the platform heavily, managing a lot of boards with only a small range of colors becomes frustrating. They've addressed that since then though so it barely feels like a real downside anymore. Honestly it's tough to come up with any major cons beyond that.

“great team tracking tool!”
Pros
After just a few minutes of clicking around, it becomes pretty accessible and you can pick it up quickly. It works especially well for team collaboration because everyone can see progress in real time thanks to the fast live sync. The activity log is also really helpful so nothing gets missed. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to copy and paste screenshots or images directly into cards which makes it much easier for teammates to understand the work being shared.
Cons
A reporting feature would make this even better (like a burndown chart so management can track each employee's performance more clearly). I'd also like to see improvements in how boards are presented and organized because it can be difficult to find the specific board I'm looking for.

“love the easy design”
Pros
I really appreciate how flexible the boards are. They can be adapted to pretty much any kind of project which makes the tool useful in a lot of different situations. Assigning tasks to team members is also very easy so collaboration feels effortless. On top of that, the interface looks excellent and is very accessible to navigate. The checklist option inside each card is another feature I value a lot since it lets us mark items off as soon as a task is completed. It's also a big plus that both the web version and the mobile app work really well.
Cons
I can't think of any real issues whenever I use this platform. Everything about it has felt just about perfect to me.

“flexible task boards and fast search”
Pros
The solution is one of the best tools for managing tasks. It uses cards so users can keep their own tasks organized separately. From an IT perspective, there's no need to worry about tracking tasks project by project because this tool provides plenty of options to manage both projects and individual tasks confidently. The mobile app is also very convenient to use so even without the web version, everything can still be handled from anywhere through a phone. When there are many projects stored in the platform, finding the right one is quick with simple keyword search. Another valuable feature is the ability to integrate with Google Drive, Dropbox and similar services. Project members can also leave comments on tasks and email notifications are sent for every single change.
Cons
A drawback is that this tool requires an internet connection to be used. Without it, team members cannot see updates from others at all. The background color options are also limited and if someone wants to upload their own background image, they need to pay for the premium version. It may not be a major issue but charging users just to change a background picture does not feel very user friendly.

“Project tracking powerhouse!”
Pros
The platform's biggest strength is how flexible it is for the way we work. We've been able to build a setup that tracks our web development process from start to finish. That includes clearly seeing where each project stands, whether it's in development, testing, preproduction or production. We also use a separate board in this platform for marketing projects and it gives us that same level of flexibility and visibility so we always know where those projects are within their own workflows.
Cons
I wish this software allowed adding pictures directly to individual checklist items. It's not a major issue since images can still be attached to the card itself but it would be more convenient to link a checklist item to a specific image, like a screenshot.

“team coordination made simple”
Pros
Working with a team becomes much more manageable with the tool. I help volunteer on designing and balancing cards for Shadow Era, an online card game and our group has to create and revise roughly a hundred different cards. Trying to handle that through a regular online chat would be completely unworkable. The software lets us comment on separate cards at the same time and go back to review each other's changes later. That setup makes it much easier for everyone to share ideas, stay involved and make sure nothing gets overlooked. I'd absolutely recommend this platform to teams that need to organize and coordinate a large volume of tasks efficiently.
Cons
Issue is that notifications can sometimes pile up when multiple team members are commenting across lots of cards. It worked very well for my group of about 7 to 8 people but I can imagine this becoming more of a problem with a larger team. We personally didn't run into issues here but it's worth noting that anyone can edit the cards so contributions may occasionally be removed, whether by accident or on purpose. That said, similar collaboration tools like Google Docs have the same limitation so I don't see it as a major concern as long as the group has a solid level of trust.

“task tracking that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
This platform does a fantastic job of keeping tasks and team work organized with clean, well-structured cards. Inside each card, I can add due dates and checklists which helps a lot with staying on top of everything. It has made communication and overall organization much more manageable for our company.
Cons
I'd really like to see card syncing across multiple boards. If I update a comment or check off an item on one board, it would be really helpful if those changes automatically carried over to my other boards as well.

“kanban boards that keep everything organized”
Pros
Whether it's managing user stories or just keeping a personal to-do list in order, this tool does a really good job of making Kanban-style task tracking practical. It's simple to set up lists and cards, then move tasks through different statuses so everything stays visible and organized. I even used the platform to plan my move with cards like "pack up bedroom" and "pack up kitchen," and it genuinely made the whole process feel much more manageable. Being able to change the board background is also a nice little touch that makes it more enjoyable to use.
Cons
Nothing major really comes to mind but I would appreciate a bit more customization overall. It would also be fantastic if each task or card could include multiple subtasks.

“simple boards”
Pros
What I really enjoy about this software is how easy it is to use. It works just as well for keeping basic thoughts organized as it does for handling more detailed project management. I work in HR and I use separate boards for the recruiting process to track where candidates are, for short- and long-term projects, for my daily to-do list and for different parts of an employee engagement initiative. I also really appreciate the visual layout and how simple it is to arrange and rearrange information whenever needed.
Cons
I'm honestly not very picky so I don't have much to mention in terms of dislikes.

“My recommendation!”
Pros
Across several organizations and even in my own personal projects, the software has been consistently useful so I was genuinely excited when my current organization picked it up for our L&D team. Our team is set up in different pods that handle training needs analysis, discovery, definition, design, development and delivery and even though people take on slightly different responsibilities from project to project, this platform makes it really simple to track progress, prioritize work and share updates on where everything stands. I'd recommend that any team managing either easy or more involved projects at least try the free version or test out a paid plan. It does help to first sit down together and map out the structure and workflow you want to use.
Cons
I can't point to much that feels missing or frustrating in the software. It's one of the more accessible project management tools I've worked with and the integrations with other apps and platforms only add more value.

“I like the outlook sync”
Pros
Using this tool's card-based layout has been fantastic. The cards can do a lot and being able to drag them between lists, embed images, add color labels, include subtasks and more makes the whole system really flexible. Another feature I really appreciate is the Outlook integration. I can turn emails directly into cards from Outlook and even assign due dates which is incredibly helpful for keeping track of email follow-ups.
Cons
Something that's still missing is the ability to change the color of the cards themselves or at least that option isn't available yet. It sounds like it's planned for a future release.

“appreciate the integrations”
Pros
One of my favorite things about the platform is the integration. I use Harvest (the time management app) all the time so it was really nice to see that I can access Harvest directly from platform tasks.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints but I'd love to see more stickers included in the free version :) They add a bit of fun and make daily tasks feel less heavy.

“perfect for design task tracking”
Pros
I started using the tool about two years ago after a colleague recommended it and it has been an excellent tool for managing work. I mainly rely on it when coordinating with graphic designers because I can assign tasks and upload everything in one place. Since the software supports all kinds of file formats, it works really well for sharing images, videos and other project files directly through the platform.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have any real complaints about the software. It has worked perfectly for the way I manage tasks.

“fantastic drag and drop workflow”
Pros
Using this software feels really accessible and the overall user experience is excellent. The card drag and drop feature works very well and makes organizing and coordinating a project feel very easy.
Cons

“accessible shared task boards”
Pros
This tool has become part of my everyday routine, both personally and at work. The interface feels very accessible and when I've introduced coworkers to it even the ones who are hesitant about new tech have picked it up quickly. It has played a big role in improving project management where I work. I especially appreciate how it turns a basic to-do list into a collaborative tool for a team, with useful features like user tagging, due dates, categories, checklists and more.
Cons
This is not really a downside, more just something worth mentioning: even though I've earned free months of the premium plan through referrals, I still haven't tried those features. I'm hesitant to start using tools I might rely on and then lose once the free access runs out.

“my daily task hub”
Pros
Walking into the office feels a lot more organized with this software. It keeps my notes, ideas and tasks together in one place and the interactive layout makes it simple to stay on top of everything. Early in the morning, it almost works like a personal assistant by giving me a clear picture of what's coming up for the day. I also really appreciate being able to send items into the tool from other apps like Slack. I'd absolutely recommend it!
Cons
At first glance, the interface can come across as a bit too plain or basic but the Help section includes really useful tutorials that show how to build sample boards and customize things to fit your needs.
