One thing I really appreciated was how quickly and clearly I could share my status throughout the day. Creating cards for whatever I was working on and showing whether it still needed attention, was in progress or was already finished helped both me and my team stay focused on other parts of the project instead of constantly checking in with each other. My favorite part and honestly one of this platform's best features, is how fully you can customize a personal or team board to fit any tasks, cards or lists you need. That flexibility makes it possible to really fine-tune this platform so it matches the way your team works.

Getting used to the site and figuring out how to move around the different boards was a little confusing at first.

Pros

Using this tool has helped me stay organized while following the Getting Things Done (GTD) method. It's one of the better productivity tools available especially for managing to-do lists or keeping track of leads.

The feature set is somewhat limited but since it's free, it's hard to complain when the no-cost version already includes so many useful features.

Planning projects with this platform feels really easy. It does a fantastic job of helping me keep up with all the moving parts of a project and my to-do lists. I even use it outside of work to organize my D&D campaign, including NPCs, locations, rules, magic items, world lore and even ideas for possible situations.

The one thing missing is a timeline view. Adding that would make project planning even better and it would also be really useful for tracking events in my D&D game.

This tool has been incredibly flexible and simple to use. I can set it up as a Kanban workflow or organize things in whatever way makes the most sense for the project. One of its biggest strengths is the really capable free plan which lets me invite clients to boards and handle fairly complex projects without spending anything. The mobile app is also a big plus because it helps me stay on top of tasks when I'm away from my desk.

Over time, I realized the platform works best when there are some clear rules in place for how tickets are created and managed. It does take a bit of planning at the start and having some understanding of GTD and Kanban definitely helps. I also need to align with my clients and team on how we'll use the boards so they don't become cluttered. Once that structure is in place though, it works extremely well.

One of my favorite things about this software is how well it handles multiple projects at once. The card-based layout makes setting everything up simple and gives a clear view of where different projects or client accounts stand. Being able to assign team members across several projects while keeping all the key details in one place makes it a really strong fit for an agency like mine.

At times, cards and projects can start to feel a bit cluttered when they include too much text or too much content. I also don't see the application as the best option for sharing updates directly with clients. It works better as an internal tool to keep everyone involved in the project aligned and informed.

Pros

Getting started with this platform takes almost no time at all. I was able to sign up and begin using it for task management in about 30 seconds and within another 15 minutes I had a good handle on some of the more advanced things it can do. It also works really well for collaboration. Since the signup process is so quick, it's much easier than most tools to bring other team members in and get them comfortable using it as part of their daily routine. Another big plus is that the basic version is free. Our team of 12 uses it every day and we've never had to pay anything. If we ever needed to expand and work with other teams, we'd probably have to move to a paid plan but even then it would still cost much less than a lot of competing options. I also appreciate how simple it is to manage multiple boards which makes it convenient to keep both my personal and business tasks in one place without juggling different logins.

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about with the software for smaller teams or organizations. Its main features are a little more limited than some of the leading project management platforms but the paid plans add a lot of useful functionality that helps close that gap. I probably wouldn't choose it for managing projects across a company with hundreds of people but for what we need, it does the job extremely well.

Whether it's for work projects or personal to-do lists, this tool handles task management really well. The best thing about it is the Kanban-style system which is based on a well-known Japanese scheduling method. I'm especially impressed by how quickly cards move from one column to another. It also lets us set due dates for tasks and keeps us updated with email reminders and desktop notifications.

A drawback is the speed on mobile devices. The platform doesn't perform as well on phones compared to using it on a laptop or desktop.

Using this software feels very natural because the interface is simple to navigate and the drag-and-drop functionality makes everything feel like working on a whiteboard. The extra power-ups add even more value and can really improve the overall experience. The mobile app is also very helpful for checking information while away from your desk and the integrations with tools like Zapier, Integromat and Google Drive make it even more practical to use.

An issue with the application is that it does not offer enough reporting tools. It does an excellent job of organizing a large amount of information but it falls short when it comes to generating reports or getting deeper value from the data you are creating in the app. There may be power-ups that cover this but at the moment I am not aware of any.

Getting organized with this platform feels really natural thanks to the drag-and-drop setup. Adding new boards and lists is easy and the platform as a whole is genuinely useful. On top of that, the fact that it's free makes it even better.

Cons

There's nothing I really dislike but it would be helpful to have a zoom in and zoom out option on boards so it's easier to step back and see the bigger picture.

Getting started with this tool takes almost no effort since there's no setup or configuration needed before using it. You can begin right away by inviting team members and working from there. The UI/UX feels clean, neat and easy. It's also very flexible so it can be adapted in whatever way works best, whether for a team workflow or even for an individual managing personal tasks.

The same things that make this product appealing at first start to feel limiting as the team gets bigger especially when there's a need to define workflow rules or track process metrics.

Being able to map out plenty of information on digital boards and then reach it from the mobile app, a desktop browser or even a mobile browser is incredibly convenient.

The text formatting choices are pretty limited and images get added as attachments instead of being placed neatly inside the sticky notes.

Everything is laid out in a very visual way which makes it pleasant to organize and use every day. Being able to drag and drop cards between lists and assign specific users to tasks is something I really appreciate.

A tighter integration with GitHub would be helpful for streamlining some QA tasks, similar to how Jira handles it but overall it's still an excellent program.

Right from the start, the list and card setup felt very natural and simple to work with. It makes it incredibly convenient to organize multiple projects which frees up more of my time to actually focus on the work itself. The team structure is also really useful because it keeps the right information visible to the people who need it while letting everyone stay updated on overall progress. Adding Butler was a huge upgrade for us since it automated most of our project management tasks.

Cons

One thing I still wish it handled better is exporting data for reporting. At the moment, I rely on a Zapier Zap to get that done.

We rely on it to keep our projects and subgroup activities within the congregation aligned and on the same page. My secretary and I also use it to stay on top of due dates and goals. Since we started using it, far fewer things slip through the cracks during planning. It has genuinely changed the way we operate.

Using the mobile app can feel a little outdated at times. It really makes more sense to set everything up and learn the system on a computer first. After that, it becomes much easier to understand and use on mobile as well.

Right from the start, this app feels excellent. Even the free version delivers really strong organization and being able to share tasks with multiple users makes it much faster and easier to see how processes are moving. The icons are accessible so even without any previous Kanban experience, it is still very usable. It fits a lot of different areas beyond technology and marketing and it even works well for planning something as simple as a party. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to use it.

Getting everything set up was challenging at first since adjusting the dashboard into a model that was clear and easy to view took us quite a bit of time. Using another API on the platform for the first time is also somewhat complicated and could be better and the user limit on the basic plan is another downside. Still, once those points were sorted out, duplicating things across other columns became very fast.

Getting project work organized in this tool feels very natural especially with how simple it is to sort information, adjust task priorities and keep track of work across different team members. It's a really solid starting point for structuring project management activities and bringing the whole team into the process from the beginning.

Task visibility still has room for improvement. Without a well-defined setup in place and some added guidance on how to maintain that structure, the daily workflow can become difficult to follow because boards tend to grow quickly and fill up with too many entries.

Working with this software feels very collaborative and it's incredibly simple to use. It includes all the core features needed to organize and manage work for small teams and the integration with Elegantt is especially useful when you need a Gantt chart view.

Once you start having a lot of boards, the main view can become quite cluttered which makes it harder to quickly find the specific ones you need.

There are so many features available and even though the interface is mostly simple and user friendly, you can go much deeper when it comes to customizing project boards, individual cards and tasks.

I didn't like that it wasn't very clear how to customize list settings or access some of the other features.

This tool gives our team a fast, easy way to keep track of priority work. Adding a new list and populating it with cards takes almost no time and each card can hold detailed notes, context and supporting instructions so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done.

Cons

A limitation with the platform is around automation. After using it for some time, it became clear that as we grow, we may eventually need a more advanced platform that can better handle automation, along with more effective rules and process creation.
