Pros

This software feels very accessible, quick and accessible. It gives a really helpful at-a-glance view of how a project is moving along, what needs immediate attention and what can wait a bit. Being able to drag and drop images and text directly into it is a huge plus especially when I already have another browser window open and I'm doing research. That makes sharing things much faster. The label feature on card lists is also really useful. A lot of my clients don't spend much time digging through everything I post in this software because they're busy and only want what's necessary. I can add labels like "Needs Feedback" to a stack and they get used to checking for that so they know when to respond. It also works really well for real-time collaboration while I'm on the phone with someone. Since it can be accessed from any web-enabled device, I'm able to check it or work in it from pretty much anywhere.

Cons

The only feature I really wish the application included is markup. I'd love to be able to draw on images or add pointers to visuals that are posted there. Aside from that, I honestly can't think of much I'd want changed.

Pros

Pretty much everyone knows this platform by now. It's the tool that really brought Kanban boards into the mainstream. Even now, it's still the simplest option for setting up basic swim lanes like to-do, doing and done, while giving the whole team a live board to work from. At our small startup, we use this platform for every sprint since we're somewhat Agile and it matches exactly what we need. Depending on how your company works, you may need a few plugins to get the functionality just right. For example, printing cards isn't very practical without one. Still, you get one free plugin and for most teams that's usually enough.

Cons

Since the newer billing setup was introduced by Atlassian, staying within the free plan takes a little more planning though it's still completely manageable. Our workaround is to archive all of our completed cards at the end of each sprint and then rename the board for the next sprint number or name. We used to just clone the board when starting a new sprint but that approach doesn't really work anymore under the current free-tier limits.

Pros

The visual layout in this tool is one of my favorite parts. It does a really good job helping our team stay organized and prioritize work clearly. The platform is very accessible so it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with it. I also appreciate how detailed it is especially being able to tag users and use labels to keep everything organized.

Cons

I wish the platform offered the ability to switch from a kanban view to a list view. Our previous tool had that option and even though it wasn't something I personally used much, several people on my team still really miss having it.

Pros

This software has been a favorite of mine because it lets you create as many boards as you need and organize them by priority however you want. Inside each board, you can add cards and break them down into task lists, then attach reminders through the nicely integrated calendar. It also supports attachments of almost any file type, plus links which makes it really practical. On top of that, you can add teammates to individual cards, assign responsibilities to each person, even set someone up as the team lead and everyone can keep track of how the work is progressing. The default card stages are to do, doing and done but they're fully customizable. I also appreciate how it automatically shows progress when only some subtasks are completed making it clear what's left. As tasks move forward, cards can be shifted from to do to doing and then to done once everything is completed. Features like starring a board, copying it, sharing links and offline syncing make it even more useful.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any complaints about the application. It has been working perfectly well for me without bugs or other issues. The only thing worth mentioning is that first-time users may need a little guidance at the beginning since the platform comes with a lot packed into it.

Pros

From the first glance, this platform feels incredibly accessible,you can open it and immediately understand how to use it. Working across different teams like engineering, design, support and sales has been really effortless with it. At one point, our entire company was basically operating through just two tools: email and this platform. Even now, whenever a small project comes up, the quickest thing I can do is create a board in the platform, set some goals and invite the right people. It's very easy and genuinely useful.

Cons

My biggest requirement is a Gantt chart and the available power-ups haven't really met my expectations. If there are better add-ons that handle that properly, I'd gladly pay well for them.

Pros

One of the best things about this tool is that the free version already does everything needed for most use cases. I've honestly never had a reason to use extras like 10GB attachments and even if I ever needed them, the pricing is very reasonable at just $45 per year.

Getting started with the platform didn't feel very accessible to me at first but once I got used to the board-based setup, it started to feel completely natural.

Pros

Whether it's work or personal stuff, this is the app I keep coming back to. It's incredibly flexible and the add-ons are a big reason it's my first choice for pretty much every project. I do a lot of software development so I rely on it to manage sprints but I also use it as a daily workout tracker and journal. On top of that, it helps me stay on top of my goals, learning and even little things I want to remember in my relationship.

Cons

The only real downside for me is that I'd love more control when it comes to setting up different kinds of columns or grid layouts.

This platform is a really versatile web app. It works around simple lists which means you can adapt it to almost any kind of workflow you want. I usually set up boards with lists like "TODO," "DONE," and "ALPHA1," then move tasks from one list to another, similar to an Agile Kanban process.

Cons

The desktop version does feel a bit limited when it comes to space organization and responsive behavior. For example, there isn't much control over the layout and you can't set a preferred width for the columns.

The layout is very easy and it's simple to move items around or relabel them whenever needed. Being able to attach different kinds of media is really useful and the interface has a nice level of customization. It also works really well for collaboration especially when people from different organizations need to contribute together. Another thing I appreciate is how the most active items stay the most visible which helps keep your attention on what matters most.

Cons

A few of the default settings felt a bit confusing and frustrating at first. For example, when an image is added to a card, it automatically becomes the cover image and I couldn't find a way to disable that. Archived items also seem a little harder to go back and review, even though that's something you occasionally need to do. Still, these feel like fairly minor issues and I'm sure the interface will continue to improve.

Getting started with this software takes almost no time because the interface feels very accessible right away. It comes packed with plenty of features and the drag-and-drop functionality works really well which makes organizing tasks feel natural.

Cons

Compared with some other project management platforms, it can come across as a little less professional because of its playful pinboard-style design. At the same time, that visual style is a big part of what makes it so approachable, creative and simple to use.

This platform has been a favorite for keeping my daily tasks organized while staying in sync with my team which makes collaboration much better. It's very versatile and simple to use and the way it lays out all pending work on a main board helps everything stay clear and well organized.

It still lacks is the option to create a list of recurring work tasks and that feels like a missing detail in the app.

Running a coworking space means I always have a stream of new ideas and ongoing projects to juggle and this tool really helped bring structure to all of it. It gave me a clear way to organize everything and follow the progress of each task the team was handling. We even set up an external board to share updates and communicate activities with our clients. That turned out to be a lifesaver when we had to move around a hundred clients to a new location before the space was fully finished. We used the board to outline upcoming improvements and future plans sometimes in broad strokes and sometimes in more detail. That external board was a real win for us, saving a lot of time and cutting down on client complaints. On top of that, I genuinely enjoy their newsletter since it highlights new features and also shares useful productivity and time-management tips.

When you're using the platform with a team, it really only works well if everyone fully commits to using it and keeps it updated regularly, whether that's daily or weekly. This style of organization may not suit every person so some cards can end up sitting untouched for a while.

Whenever I have a lot to handle, I turn to this software to keep everything organized in one place. It lets me create boards and within those boards I can set up lists, then add cards under each list. Every card can include its own description and checklist and I can also assign labels to keep things clearer. Sharing a specific card with other people is possible too which is really useful when collaborating. There's also a comment section on cards and even reactions can be added to those comments. Moving cards around is simple since I can just drag and drop them into a different position. Boards can be grouped into categories or marked as favorites and I can choose whether they stay public or private. This software also allows creating personal teams or business teams which makes it work well for different kinds of projects. Another helpful part is the availability of templates so cards can be created faster and save time. On top of that, the board appearance can be customized by changing colors or using photos.

Cons

A limitation is with board customization because I can't upload photos directly from my local system. I have to choose from the photos that the application already provides.

Pros

When working on a project, each team member can clearly see the cards and tasks assigned to them, along with the other teammates connected to those same tasks. It also makes progress very visible since you can move cards between headings like "Sprint 1," "Done," and "In Review," which helps keep the campaign or project moving forward in an effective and efficient way.

None at all. This product has genuinely helped me and my team stay on top of priorities and manage projects better.

Pros

After using the free version for years with a few clients, I eventually upgraded to Business Class and the Butler automation tools combined with Zapier have made a huge difference. They let me create tasks and stay on top of client work and deadlines with very little manual effort. I've set it up to generate cards from Excel spreadsheet rows, emails and other sources so a lot of the process now runs almost automatically.

Cons

One thing that still bothers me is the lack of control over how boards are arranged. My work boards are inside my own workspace but since they're newer than some of the others, my personal boards for clients I barely use end up showing above them. Starring a board helps a little but it's not enough since it isn't the only board in my organization. I really wish I could drag and drop boards into the order I want from the main screen, not only within the workspace view.

Pros

This software has been incredibly versatile for me. I've used it to manage notes for current clients, track potential clients, store different versions of my bio for speaking opportunities and even organize recipes, grocery lists, paint colors and team collaboration.

Cons

Getting started with the application and setting everything up can take some effort but the upside is that it's flexible enough to adjust whenever a setup isn't working for you.

This platform has become my favorite project management tool because the interface is very user friendly and simple to work with. It lets us follow every task in a clean organized space and the boards help each team member manage their time more effectively.

There really are not many negatives to mention since overall it is a very friendly program. If anything, I think the user interface could still use a bit more improvement.

What I appreciate most about this software is how simple it is to build a clear, well-organized to-do list. It also makes it possible for other people to follow along and monitor the progress of each project. Because of that, collaborating with a team becomes much more efficient and manageable.

A downside is that many features are locked behind the paid version so free users do not get access to everything the platform is capable of offering. Another weak point is the limited number of templates. Compared with competitors like JIRA, it feels like there are fewer options available and that is definitely an area where the application could improve.

This software has been a favorite of mine. It's simple to use but still gives you more than enough ways to stay organized. A lot of other tools try to do too much and end up feeling overwhelming, while this software presents everything in a clear, spread-out way that just makes sense.

My only complaint wasn't really about the software itself but the mobile app. It felt a bit outdated and didn't match the look they were promoting on their website. That said, as of writing this review, the app has since been updated.

Pros

What really helps is how clearly this platform shows deadlines so it's hard to miss anything. Another big plus is that the basic version is free which means I don't have to spend money on it, even though there are paid features available that I haven't needed to buy. I can also access this platform from my phone and that matters a lot because I spend much of my time outdoors when I'm not at work. On top of that, it sends notifications whenever someone comments on my task or adds a new task related to me so I stay updated and don't miss anything important.

Cons

A downside is the attachment upload limit which means I can't always send my files through the software. It's not really an issue for smaller things like code but if I need to share a large Excel file, it can definitely become a problem. Another limitation is that the software doesn't work offline so if my laptop or phone isn't connected to Wi-Fi, I can't use it at all.
