Great task boards for everything

Pros

From the start, the software felt like one of the best apps I've added to my phone. It helps organize and sort tasks for almost any kind of project, whether it's cleaning the house, coordinating a work team or even planning vacations. It's an excellent tool for assigning responsibilities and showing people clearly what needs to be done. That kind of clarity is a big part of why teams and companies work well and this app handles that really nicely. I use it mainly for managing chores at home because things used to be pretty chaotic, with toys, food and clothes all over the place. With this platform, I was able to assign responsibilities to each family member, set up rewards and penalties and everything started working much better. I also really enjoy adding images to the boards since it makes everything more visual and practical.

Cons

Personally I would change the design because it could use a fresher, more modern look. I'm not a fan of the blue color scheme although that's just a personal preference. It could also be interesting if the app included more social-style features something a bit like Facebook Messenger where each member has a profile and maybe even a rating based on how well they complete their responsibilities.

organized setup, limited timeline

Pros

Getting tasks and cards set up felt easy and the way everything stays organized was something I really appreciated. It was also a big plus that it works well across different platforms.

Cons

The card based task interface just isn't my preference. If you enjoy working with cards and don't need a timeline view, this software will probably suit you much better.

flexible boards for many workflows

Pros

The boards are really flexible and can be organized in a lot of different ways depending on the project. There are also plenty of online examples from the platform and other users that show different board setups which makes it easier to see how it can work for all kinds of projects.

Cons

Getting started can take quite a bit of time because setting up boards and lists often changes once you become more familiar with the software. I often end up reworking how I use a board or list after realizing my original setup was not very efficient. This software does offer some basic integrations but it still feels like you have to put in extra effort to keep a board updated. For instance, using the Outlook plugin or emailing directly to a board in this platform still means I need to log in and reformat or adjust how the card was created automatically. When a board has a lot of users, keeping everything maintained can become even more inconvenient.

plenty of options

Pros

Having a separate board for each project makes the tool really accessible to work with. Inside every board, you can set up multiple lists like to do, in progress and done, then add task cards to each one and organize them with colors, tags and more. Each card can hold text, links, attachments and due dates and even the free version supports Google Drive and several other integrations. As deadlines get closer, everyone assigned to the task receives notifications which helps a lot with staying on track. You can also share boards with teammates working on a project or make them public, depending on what you need. Even without paying, it comes with a lot of useful features.

Cons

Navigating the main page can get a bit awkward once you end up with a large number of boards although it usually takes quite a lot before that becomes a real issue.

Handy checklists

Pros

Keeping my business life and projects organized has been so much better with this platform. The free version is really effective and everything feels easy to use. The layout and structure are a big part of why I enjoy it so much and I absolutely love the little checklists built into the cards.

Cons

Something that doesn't quite work for me is how limited the columns can feel. I wish there were more ways to arrange or rank them the way I want, almost like stacking cards in a game of solitaire, haha.

Accessible workflow

Pros

Compared with other project management tools I've used before, this tool has a much cleaner interface. It works really well for managing tasks and keeping projects organized and the whole system feels accessible so it doesn't take long to learn.

Cons

My only real complaint is that I wish the free plan included more integration options.

valuable tool to have

Pros

After using this software for both personal and professional projects over several years, I can say it has been a really valuable project management tool for me. At first, it takes a little time to understand how to use it properly and adapt it to your own needs but the tool provides a huge number of helpful articles that make the learning process much easier. Their news and blog are also worth following. The interface is clean, clear and very accessible, honestly one of the best interfaces I have worked with. The visual organization works especially well so it's simple to tell labels, lists and boards apart. The software also offers a very solid team collaboration system with permissions. I've only used it with small teams of 2 to 5 people but it feels reliable enough that I believe it would work well for larger teams too.

Cons

The only thing that really bothers me is how the tool handles to-do list items. It would be much more useful if those items allowed added comments, deadlines and completion times. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

powerful organization for every project

Pros

Keeping work organized feels much more manageable with this tool. It's really useful for arranging everything in one place, planning meetings, assigning activities to the right people and attaching images or files when needed. I also appreciate being able to share information easily and the fact that it connects well with Google is a big plus. The mobile app is another helpful feature and it works just as well for personal use as it does for business.

Cons

A downside is that it still does not seem to have very much worldwide publicity.

boosts teamwork

Pros

Our team relies heavily on the boards and they've been consistently dependable for organizing tasks and keeping everything on track. Being able to attach documents, links and other important items right where they're needed saves a lot of time and helps us hit our goals faster and with better results.

Cons

A limitation is the Slack integration since it doesn't let you edit or update tasks directly from Slack. Instead someone still has to go back into this tool to make the change and then the platform simply posts an update to the chat like another participant. It would be much more useful if there were extra Slack commands to create or edit tasks right from the conversation, almost like having a secretary built into the chat. It would also be valuable to see some accounting-related features added because in startups it's very easy for funds to get lost track of and having tools to monitor available money would make a real difference.

Works well

Pros

As someone who prefers easy tools over overly complicated ones, the platform has been an excellent fit. It works really well for to-do lists, tracking tasks and collaborating with other people. Having multiple boards is also very useful when managing different projects at the same time. Adding new lists or updating cards is quick, simple and very no-nonsense. The design is clean and user friendly and the mobile app is a huge plus when I need to manage things on the go. At this point, this software is what I rely on most to keep track of both work and everyday life tasks.

Cons

Unless I'm overlooking it, there doesn't seem to be a way to fully delete items instead of only archiving them. I'd also love to see more customization options for themes, colors, fonts and backgrounds.

boards that keep me motivated

Pros

Right away, the board, card and task layout felt well organized and pleasant to use. There's something really satisfying about checking off a task and watching the progress bar jump forward with an instant percentage update on the overall project. Small touches like that genuinely help keep me motivated and make it easier to stay focused on finishing what I start. Another thing that stood out early was how accessible everything feels. I rely a lot on keyboard navigation and prefer not to keep reaching for my mouse for minor actions and this software works really well for that. I'm not even saying it has a huge list of keyboard shortcuts built in, it just feels naturally well designed for moving between sections efficiently with the keyboard.

Cons

There aren't many downsides here. It took a pretty normal amount of time to get familiar with the software but the short tutorial was actually useful and did a good job of explaining the main areas of the platform.

I like the add-ons

Pros

This platform works as a very flexible board for organizing all kinds of information in different ways. The setup of lists containing cards, with each card holding different types of content, makes it incredibly versatile. The email feature is especially useful because it allows cards to be created directly from email messages and the Chrome extension is a nice addition for saving web pages as cards.

Cons

There's very little to complain about with the solution though the overall design especially the card layout, could be a bit more compact to make better use of space. It also feels somewhat outdated visually but that doesn't really impact usability.

fantastic team collaboration boards

Pros

Working with a team feels much more organized with this tool. When everyone is trying to map out projects and stay on top of deadlines, the board layout gives a clear view of what's getting done and makes communication much more effective. Honestly, it's one of the strongest collaboration and project management tools I've used. It also works well with Google and is simple to navigate.

Cons

There really isn't anything significant that bothers me about this app. The only minor issue is that since I'm colorblind, the color schemes aren't especially useful to me but that's not really something I would hold against the platform.

helpful checklists

Pros

Their checklist feature is one of my favorite parts especially how quickly it can be added to different cards along with reminders. Being able to assign multiple people to a specific board is also really useful and the overall flow of the software feels very natural. Whether it's for events, projects or working across several teams, this software makes collaboration really convenient.

Cons

It would be even more helpful if there were a simpler way to connect it with email and import tasks directly.

Really useful to have

Pros

Over the past few years, this software has been useful for just about anything I need to organize. I've mainly used it to manage individual company projects and it works especially well in a team setting. Collaborating with others is really easy, whether it's tracking progress, staying updated on tasks or communicating along the way. More recently, I started using it for personal life goals too, almost like a vision and mission board. It's surprisingly effective for keeping things organized, staying focused and actually following through. I've even recommended it to my close friends and they've all ended up loving it too.

Cons

This is mostly just personal taste but I'd enjoy having more color options for the boards. Other than that, it does exactly what I need and does it very effectively.

Simple solution

Pros

This solution is incredibly simple but that's exactly why it works so well. It can handle just about anything you need to organize or manage, whether that's planning a family vacation or coordinating a new network infrastructure rollout. On top of that, you can integrate, customize and extend it in ways you may not even realize you need at first. You can connect it to a calendar, make cards fade over time or even turn it into a Gantt chart setup. There's a lot you can do with it. And since there's a free plan available, there's really no reason not to try it.

Cons

At times, this tool can feel so minimal that you may notice it's missing certain features you'd get from bigger platforms like Asana or Monday. That said, if you haven't used those tools before, the platform will still work really well for you right out of the box.

brilliant security

Pros

Everything stays really well structured when building out projects and it's simple to move through tasks while keeping full visibility for the whole team. Everyone can easily manage work or check who is handling which project and the information stays up to date. It also works well for tracking a wide range of tasks by setting up different boards and the projects themselves feel agile and flexible which suits software work nicely. The integrations with cloud services like Dropbox and Google Drive are very useful and the security and access control are excellent, it works amazingly well.

Cons

If I could, I would add a numeric progress indicator for each activity because it's difficult to tell how much work is left or how much has already been completed. Another drawback is that statuses still need to be updated manually and I think that should happen automatically. Right now it wastes a bit of time although hopefully that will be improved in a future update.

feature-packed team coordination

Pros

The tool has grown into a really feature-rich platform over the years and it goes far beyond being just a simple agile Kanban or project board. It's quick to start using, flexible to customize and simple to roll out across an entire team. It also gives immediate visibility into where projects or processes could be improved. On top of that, the software offers plenty of plugins and connects well with most major tools on the market, including Jira, Outlook, FogBugz and Teams.

Cons

Even though the app is excellent, it's pretty easy to get carried away with all the customization options. There is some documentation available but it doesn't cover every scenario so finding guidance for specific situations can be difficult. I also never really felt that the paid version offered enough value to justify upgrading.

helped with team management

Pros

Managing a team of about 15 people with this product management tool worked out really well for us. Its simplicity is a big plus and the level of customization makes it fit different workflows nicely.

Cons

At times, it can feel a little too open-ended. To really take full advantage of everything it offers, you may need to look up tips and tricks in forums since it's not immediately obvious that the tool can do more than what you see at first.

fantastic kanban boards!

Pros

This tool works really well for kanban-style task management. I can create a separate board for each project and add as many custom columns as I need. The drag and drop setup feels polished and simple to use.

Cons

Swim lanes would make the kanban approach feel more complete. The plug-in ecosystem is solid too but I'd still prefer some of the most widely used plug-ins to be built directly into the platform.
