This tool is very user friendly and works really well for managing personal projects and staying organized. It also syncs with your phone without hassle which makes it convenient to keep up with specific tasks wherever you are.

Cons

I don't really have any particular complaints about it. If anything, it feels like there are still features and capabilities available that I haven't fully explored yet so I'm probably not even getting the most out of the tool.

Right away, this software feels polished and visually appealing. It includes pretty much all the features you'd expect, even on the free plan and it's very simple to use. For most teams, the free version is more than enough and the automation capabilities also seem really promising.

When I compare it with Asana, the application's free plan does feel a bit more limited in some areas,for instance, you don't get the calendar view. I also wish there were an option to share a view-only version of a board without having to make it public or manually add someone to the team.

I really enjoyed being able to personalize the board background. There were lots of options to choose from which made the dashboard feel a bit more inviting. It was also helpful to have one place to keep track of tasks and reminders instead of relying on sticky notes and random papers all over my desk. That alone cut down on a lot of stress and I appreciated having a cleaner-looking workspace whenever someone came into my office.

Cons

The frustrating part was not being able to easily delete cards in the platform after finishing a task. I could mark them as completed or move them into a "done" list but I had a hard time figuring out how to remove them completely. Eventually I stopped trying. Over time, the board started to feel just as cluttered as my desk had been before. At that point, I ended up abandoning the software because it felt like I could probably find a better tool for staying organized.

Keeping projects organized and in order is where this platform really delivers. It's one of the best tools for structuring each project clearly and helping optimize time much better.

The interface is not always the most accessible especially for someone who doesn't have much experience with this kind of tool. A more user friendly panel would make it easier to navigate.

Right away, this tool feels simple and easy to use. Updating boards is quick and efficient which makes it really practical for day-to-day project tracking. I usually organize each project in its own set of Chrome tabs and keep a board in the platform open for each one. One feature I really appreciate is that if the same board is open in two browser tabs, any change made in one tab automatically shows up in the other. That prevents accidental overwriting of previous updates which is a very smart touch. It's also helpful that you can search inside boards to quickly locate a card with a specific detail or item you need.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to using some of the macros in comments and updates. For newer or less experienced users, it would be helpful to have a quick-reference tab available while writing a card comment that explains the formatting macros, like bold text or code blocks so they are easier to use.

This software feels lightweight and quick to pick up. The features it does offer are handled really well and the overall readability and usability of the platform are excellent. Being able to organize work into columns and build a custom workflow is especially useful. The assignment tools help keep team members clearly accountable for finishing tasks on time and the integrations with other platforms make file management and attaching relevant documentation much more convenient.

The add-ons don't always feel well thought out and could benefit from better screening by the application. They're not always accessible and in some cases they make the overall experience feel more outdated. The application could also do more to show how different card management strategies can be adapted for specific industries or use cases. Right now, new users don't get much guidance so it often takes a while to figure out the platform's best practices.

One of the best parts of this platform is how adaptable it is to different projects and workflows. I use it every day both at home and at work and it fits what I need in each setting really well. The free version has been more than enough for me and I haven't run into any issues that make me feel like I need to upgrade to a paid plan right now.

I started using it with my team and it worked really well for organizing our projects. We assigned goals to each teammate through cards, created smaller groups around specific cards when needed and used labels to mark anything that was urgent. Even the free version gives you a lot to work with and the plugins are incredibly useful.

The interface could definitely be better. Even though the post-it style design has its charm, urgent tasks don't always stand out as much as they should, while some other tools make that kind of priority much more visible.

A big reason this works so well for our virtual team is the visual layout and how flexible the boards and cards are. Everything is presented in a way that makes the status of work instantly clear so you can quickly see where things stand. We use it to manage client projects with several milestones and it helps us keep track of progress across every case without digging around. The cards are especially useful because they act almost like a Facebook-style feed where you can add documents, photos, scans, notes and even hold discussions in one place. Deadlines can also be added to cards and the reminders on desktop or phone are very helpful. It is also nice that apps are available for all major platforms and email notifications can be turned on if needed. One feature I really appreciate is being able to reuse an existing checklist as a template for a new card. That allows us to turn our SOPs into checklists and keep them updated so everyone working on a project follows the same standardized way of measuring progress.

One small annoyance is how usernames get assigned since they can feel oddly random. For instance someone named "Frank Michaels" might end up with a username like @frankmich2453 and that is what has to be used when tagging him in a conversation so he gets the alert. It does not hurt the functionality but it looks a little awkward and feels more like an aesthetic issue than anything serious. Definitely not something that would stop us from using the software.

This tool does a really good job of helping manage backlogs with a clear, easy Kanban setup. I use it with my team mainly for collaboration and reporting and the integrations with external apps are genuinely useful. For teams that are mindful of deadlines, the Time Limits feature is also a nice addition and works exactly as expected.

Cons

The visual Kanban boards are excellent but having to manually move task cards from one section to another may not appeal to everyone. It can also become pretty disorganized when the backlog grows too large especially compared with tools like Pivotal Tracker that are built to handle that kind of volume better.

Using this software has been really easy and the dashboard brings all the features together in a very organized way. It lets you create different boards, tasks, cards and lists, save customizations, assign multiple users and do a lot more within the platform.

It's missing a stopwatch feature which I would really prefer to have for tracking team hours spent on a specific task.
