“collaboration made easy”
Pros
Working with this software has been a really easy way to collaborate on small to mid-sized projects. Tasks are created as cards and organized on specific boards which makes everything clear and manageable. Each card can be expanded with different attachments and it's simple to assign tasks to team members and set due dates for them. You can also create separate boards for each department or role which helps keep responsibilities organized. On top of that, the tool connects with popular services like Google Drive which makes it even more useful.
Cons
Needs a special notification when a card has passed its due date but the task still hasn't been completed.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
Getting started with the software is easy thanks to its clean interface and just-enough feature set to keep you productive. You can sign up and begin using it right away. It also doesn't force you into a rigid process so you can adapt this platform to fit the workflow you already have.
Cons
The problem is that the free plan is quite restrictive when it comes to power-ups. Being limited to only one power-up makes it hard to add more capability especially since no single power-up covers everything we need. That means we're stuck trying to combine features but the free version doesn't really allow for that.

“Go to tool!”
Pros
Has been one of our go-to project management tools because the interface is easy and simple to understand and task assignments and notifications are handled really well. I first started using it years ago when every task looked like a little yellow Post-it note. It has evolved a lot since then but the core idea is still the same, you place tasks on your board, assign them to whoever owns them and add all the details they need to get the work done.
Cons
There are plenty of other Kanban tools available now and a few of them offer features this tool could probably borrow. Even with that, we still prefer the platform overall because it feels more accessible and helps move our projects along faster.

“Good experience”
Pros
The UI/UX feels polished and getting started with it doesn't take much effort at all. It does a really good job of notifying users about task progress, keeping up with comments and activity tied to tasks and the overall task management setup is very clean.
Cons
The new notification section is very detailed but it could be more compact so more notifications can fit in a single view.

“boards available for everything”
Pros
Keeping projects and daily tasks organized feels effortless with the tool and it has become an essential tool for helping me prioritize everything on my list. It works so well that I even use it for family plans and personal projects too which probably makes me a bit of a nerd but it's honestly that useful. The mobile app is another big plus because everyone can access the boards and cards, make updates and add what they need so the whole group always stays current.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to anything bad about this software.

“work and personal use”
Pros
Keeping both my work and personal tasks organized has been much better with this tool. It's very easy to use, the interface feels accessible and being able to customize my cards and boards makes it even more useful overall.
Cons
I'd really like to see a better way to reference cards beyond just the title such as an ID or something similar that's easier to link. I've also noticed that performance tends to slow down when a board has a large number of cards.

“visually engaging and effortless”
Pros
As soon as you create an account, you can begin using it right away without any hassle. Another thing that stands out is how visually attractive the platform is. That polished look actually makes it more enjoyable to use and helps keep motivation up when there's a lot to get done.
Cons
I really looked for something negative even across both the PC and mobile versions of the platform but honestly I couldn't come up with anything I'd consider a downside at this point.

“Everyone likes it!”
Pros
This software has been a hit with just about everyone I've recommended it to, clients, friends, family and even the company I work with. Honestly, I love pretty much everything about it and still think it's the best. The biggest draw for me is how visual and accessible it feels. Since I'm a creative, I also really enjoy being able to change the background with my own photos and the Unsplash partnership is such a fun bonus because their images are fantastic. I used to work in Asana but the drag and drop card layout and the visual appeal of the photo backgrounds are exactly what made me switch and never want to go back.
Cons
I was really excited about the card syncing feature but it hasn't lived up to that expectation for me. It feels like it has a lot of potential yet it still needs real improvement to make the user experience better. Right now, it comes across as buggy and I'm not a fan of how it generates dropdown items with random alphanumeric names.

“Keeps teams aligned”
Pros
Working with the software feels like having a digital whiteboard full of sticky notes, except far more effective. It's a collaboration tool that helps organize both official and personal work by breaking a project into sets of cards. For example, when a team is handling a new software development project, everyone can use this platform to plan and schedule their tasks. You can assign responsibilities to specific members, then quickly check what has been completed, who is handling what and what still needs attention. It does a really good job of keeping everything organized. Using separate boards for different tasks makes tracking much clearer and the search feature helps you find a specific task and check its status right away. Labels also make it easier to see all the important details at a glance. Since it is fully online, there is no need to rely on many functions from your computer and it also works on smartphones. That makes it very useful for staying updated on tasks even when you are away from the workplace. Another plus is that you can control secure access by allowing only the users you want and you can search for and add new members to your cards as needed.
Cons
Up to this point, I really have not run into many disadvantages but there are a couple of things I would still suggest. Board storage feels limited and it would be much better if this platform also allowed users to work without an internet connection.

“travel-friendly”
Pros
Rolling this out to a 10-person team went really well especially since they weren't used to project management tools and are often on the road. They picked up the workflow quickly and were able to start tracking projects without much trouble. The mobile app's offline mode has been a huge plus too. Since a lot of our staff travel frequently, being able to make updates on a plane has been incredibly useful.
Cons
A limitation is that pulling metrics from this tool isn't nearly as effective as it is in more full-featured tools like Jira. I'd really like better reporting for things like lead time and cycle time. There are plugins that try to cover this but the ones I've seen have been pretty underwhelming.

“simple and accessible”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels simple and accessible to use. The fact that it's free is a huge plus and the interface is clean and easy from the first minute. It syncs in real time which makes keeping everything updated really convenient. Sharing boards with coworkers is very helpful and assigning tasks or issues is quick to manage. The integrations are also a big advantage especially with Slack, Google Drive and Zapier.
Cons
It gets frustrating that I often want to add more detail to board entries than looks good on the card itself. I usually end up putting the extra information deeper into the task which can be a bit inconvenient and makes it easier to lose track of important details. I also wish it included a calendar feature.

“more practical than sticky notes”
Pros
As someone who thinks in visuals, this feels like the perfect mix of spreadsheet-style organization and the practicality of physical sticky notes. Being able to scan all the areas of my business at once, leads, current clients, past clients and more, makes it much easier to see where my time and marketing budget should go. I also really appreciate that each card lets me add notes along the way on the "back" so I can keep the structured, objective details upfront while still storing more personal information like kids' names or hobbies in a spot that's quick to access.
Cons
A few more automation features, or better integration with databases like SalesForce, would make it even better. For example, if I enter client information such as "purchasing a home for $500,000" in a card, it would be fantastic if the software could recognize that automatically and place it in the right column. I tend to move quickly when entering information so I sometimes have to go back later and clean things up when I have more time. Still, that's a pretty minor downside.

“fits the way I stucture things”
Pros
Built around the Kanban approach, this platform fits perfectly with how I've organized work for years. It lets me separate everything into clear lists for what needs to be done, what's in progress and what's finished. I also like being able to prioritize the backlog so the highest-value tasks stay at the top which makes it simple to pull in the next most important item whenever the progress list is empty.
Cons
The solution is especially well suited to managing household or simpler task lists but beyond that it can start to feel a bit confusing.

Pros
At any point during a project, I can quickly see where the whole team stands. The card system makes it simple to track which stage each person is in and that keeps the workflow much more organized.

“remote teamwork made better”
Pros
This software has a very user friendly layout for creating cards which makes it simple to assign, track, create and organize tasks. In our case, we also use it to open trouble tickets and assign them directly to each support team member. The card assignment feature makes it very clear when a task has been completed. This app really helps improve communication and efficiency and it works especially well for remote teams as well as larger groups.
Cons
The free version we use does have some limitations. We can still get a lot done with it but there are certain features we do not have access to. Notifications can also be a little delayed at times although it does not happen constantly. On top of that, learning how to fully use the tool takes a bit of time so you need to invest some effort to understand all of its features and functionality.

“full-featured planner we rely on”
Pros
The software has become our go-to for organizing both work projects and personal plans. It gives us all the features we need without feeling complicated and it's really simple to keep everything updated. The app is a big plus as well and we genuinely enjoy using it.
Cons
What would make it even better is if some of the current add ons like Card Counter for this platform, were built directly into the core product. That could also make those features available in the app which would be a nice improvement.

“project tracking companion”
Pros
Keeping projects organized feels effortless with the solution and it lets you get a lot done while using it as a lightweight project management tool. Most of the time, there just isn't enough time to work with overly sophisticated platforms so this tool ends up being the right choice for keeping projects on track and making sure everyone involved stays aligned.
Cons
I've come across other tools that look a bit better and feel more visually appealing than this tool but they usually don't offer as many features or power-ups.

“visual workflow”
Pros
Setting up boards and moving cards around gives you a highly visual way to organize each stage of a product. The drag and drop feature works really well and it's helpful to keep communication centralized within the cards so there's no need to jump to another platform.
Cons
It doesn't work that well for larger projects because this software is most effective when you can see everything at a glance without having to scroll sideways through all the product stages. Also, there isn't a easy way to delete a task.

“clean design”
Pros
The platform looks really nice and its simplicity makes it easy to use. It also does a good job of helping users stay coordinated with each other.
Cons
The layout wasn't ideal for me. I had to do a lot of scrolling across columns to find what I needed and I would have preferred a wider overall view. I also couldn't assign items directly to team members so I had to create to-do lists inside cards instead which made things harder to follow.
