Running a team is much more organized with this platform. It works really well for companies that collaborate in groups and from a manager's side it makes it simple to assign tasks to each person and keep an eye on how everything is progressing. I can check the status of every task, see which stage each employee is working on and add due dates for every assignment. On top of that, it's very simple to use and the interface is excellent so practically anyone on the team can start using it without trouble.

Cons

The software doesn't really come with any major issues for us. It covers what the company needs and supports us consistently in day-to-day work. If I had to point out something that could be better, it would be the pricing although in my case I can't really complain too much about it. The task history could also be improved but overall it remains a very solid tool without any serious flaws or major problems.

Working across different projects feels much more organized with this tool. It lets you split a big project into smaller tasks and team members can leave comments to share updates and track status along the way.

What would make it even better is a connection with a chat platform like Slack especially for sending alerts through direct messages.

We also rely on it quite a bit for storing and sharing files and the only downside is that some clients can't afford the paid plan needed to handle larger file sizes.

One of this tool's biggest strengths is how well everything is structured: cards for tasks or items sit inside lists and those lists sit inside boards. Since each of those elements offers at least some level of customization, it becomes a very capable solution that can adapt even to highly specific user needs. It's also really helpful that cards can hold different kinds of content, including text, files, images, links to other items in the platform or even files from Dropbox so it works well for all kinds of use cases. I use it for organizing things around the house like shopping lists, saving pictures and sharing documents and it covers everything I need as a user. On top of that, collaboration works really well too,sharing boards and working with someone else takes very little effort.

Cons

After using the platform for a long time, the interface has started to feel a little stale. There haven't been many noticeable changes over the past few years so visually it can come across as a bit boring now. A refresh of the front end would definitely be welcome. That said, it's not a major issue since the functionality matters more than the appearance.

This software has become a daily part of how I stay organized. I rely on it every day to sort out my tasks and keep track of what has already been completed. Our team uses it to structure work across daily, weekly, monthly and long-term projects which helps us keep everything in order. Because we update it constantly, everyone on the team can instantly see the current progress. It also gives the team manager a complete view of the team's workload and makes it possible to review everything with plenty of detail.

Cons

A limitation with the application is that you need to be online to use it so it becomes useless when you are disconnected. Another downside is that all tasks seem to carry the same weight and are arranged in the same way since there is no real hierarchy between activities. It would also be much better if there were an option to mention a whole group at once instead of having to tag people one by one manually.

Getting started with this platform feels very easy because the platform is simple to understand and use. The dashboard is clean organized and very user friendly. It also comes with strong features, like assigning tasks to team members, setting due dates, adding priority levels and more. This platform also connects well with other software such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. We even set up a ticketing system in it to handle customer requests and bug reports.

There really is not much to dislike about the software. If I had to point out one area that could be better, it would be the activity history on tasks and cards. Right now, the history can feel a bit too crowded and at times it is not very simple to spot the most important actions that were taken.

Keeping up with project progress feels really simple with this software. I can add cards, set up separate boards for each project and organize everything with my own lists. Editing, updating and archiving items is all very quick and easy. I also really enjoy the label feature since it adds a visual way to instantly tell what stage a project is in.

Honestly, there's nothing about this software that I don't enjoy. If I had to mention one tiny thing, it's that on shared boards with other users, everyone has to use the same background image. It would be fun if each person could view the shared board with their own selected background but that's really just a small extra.

When something like Jira feels too heavy, this platform works really well for managing personal projects and to-do lists. Being able to organize items into swimlanes helps with prioritizing work while still keeping a clear big-picture view of upcoming tasks and how they connect to one another. The card history is also a feature I really appreciate since it makes collaboration easier and lets me quickly see what work others have already done.

Something I'd still like to see is a better way to define dependencies between cards so the most efficient path is more obvious when planning work.

Considering it's a free project management platform, this tool is really impressive. It's simple to navigate and the feature set is strong enough to handle basic project management work. Being able to collaborate with teams across different sizes and departments is a big plus. The drag-and-drop functionality is especially enjoyable to use!

My only real complaint, coming from a digital media buying perspective, is that the platform lacks a couple of useful features such as reporting and time tracking.

At this point, I honestly can't imagine getting by without this platform. I use it for just about everything. Creating boards and cards is really simple and moving things around while keeping track of every little detail makes staying organized so much easier.

As much as I rely on the software, I do run into a few pretty frustrating issues with it. I really wish there were a way to export the information or print it out since some of our higher-ups strongly prefer having things on paper and that's not something I can do here. I'd also love to see more integrations available.

Pros

Seeing work laid out visually is one of the best parts of this tool. Tasks appear as cards that can be moved through different steps which makes everything much clearer. You can attach files to each task, connect this tool with lots of integrations like CRM systems and Google apps and assign work to different team members with due dates. The card-based interface is very convenient and it also helps that apps are available on both iOS and Android.

Cons

There are no major downsides that really matter. If I had to mention something, it would be the limited user interface customization and the iOS app is not the most convenient to use.

It's particularly helpful when you've got a small team of 1-3 people handling a client side project and you'd rather not disrupt the workflow in your main project management system.

Biggest thing missing for me is checklist deadlines. I appreciate being able to add subtasks and checklists but it would be much better if each one could have its own individual due date.

Out of all the project management tools I've worked with, this platform has been one of the best. Our team relies on it to manage workflows and larger projects and it makes it really simple to keep everything organized. I regularly use the checklists and comments to leave feedback on cards and track what still needs to be completed. The tags are especially useful for color-coding and filtering related tasks. It also does a really good job of turning a large project into smaller, manageable pieces and assigning each person their part, all while keeping everything visible on a single board. The power-ups and automations help speed things up and I use the calendar view often to see how the week or month is shaping up.

The free version does have some limits especially on how many boards your team can create and how many power-ups you can use which can be a little restrictive for smaller teams or companies.

Adding new members while setting up a basic structure for assigning and completing workplace tasks didn't take much effort. We used only the free version but it still gave us the core features we needed to manage multiple projects, stay on top of upcoming deadlines and track responsibilities by individual users.

The labels and boards are fully customizable so you can set things up exactly the way you want. Each project stays separate which is helpful when different teams or users need different permission levels. You can mention collaborators directly and keep discussions inside the task card itself. It also supports attaching files, links, images and more. The interface is very accessible since most of it works with drag and drop and you can quickly understand how a project is progressing just from the main board view.

A cleaner visual design could make it even better. I know the background images can be customized but I still feel the main layout has room for improvement and a more polished look would make the overall experience more visually pleasant.

Pros

Turning projects, agile sprints and even basic to-do lists into something enjoyable is where this platform really works for me. I mostly use it as a Kanban board to manage different phases of a project and it gives me a clear view of who is handling what and when it needs to happen. Creating cards is simple and adding due dates or attachments is just as convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the pricing structure since it gives me flexibility in how I want to use the platform. I'm on the free plan at the moment but upgrading to a paid option feels reasonably priced. Sprint planning is also very convenient because I can move cards from one sprint to another and make updates in real time. It's a huge improvement over the old note-card-and-marker method we used before.

If I had to point to a downside, it would be that the free plan could really use a bigger file attachment limit and support for more boards since it caps out at 10. Naturally, the paid version offers a lot more than the free one but that's honestly my only real complaint. Sure, I'd love to have full functionality without paying anything which I know is a bit unrealistic but if I'm being pressed for a negative, that's the biggest one. Realistically though, until the board limit or attachment size starts getting in my way, I'm happy to keep using the free version.

New users can pick it up quickly which is especially helpful for larger business teams that may not have much time available for staff training. It also handles large projects well, with plenty of lists and even thousands of tasks. Sharing boards with multiple suppliers is simple and the cards can hold detailed information plus attachments which works really well for adding briefs. On top of that, it is cost-effective for bigger organisations and offers solid security integrations.

A few of the more advanced capabilities depend on power-ups and those power-ups are quite restricted on the free plan. On smaller screens, boards can involve a lot of scrolling around which slows things down during use. Also, unlike Jira, the platform is not available for on-premise deployment which can be a limitation for organisations that need everything kept within their own network.

I keep using it because of the freemium model especially since adding team members gives me premium features at no cost for a limited time. It works across platforms so I can switch between my computer, phone and tablet without any hassle. The layout is accessible and we've used it for all kinds of purposes,task planning, feature requests and ticket tracking. I even set up boards for holidays so fellow travelers can share must-do activities.

There really isn't much to complain about because it does its job very well and the available integrations make it even more useful. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that it feels fairly open since entering the wrong email when inviting someone could accidentally give the wrong person access to the data. That said, this seems more like a limitation of the freemium version and if it became a serious concern, I'd just pay for the added control.
