Pros

Among planning and organizer tools, this platform feels like one of the most approachable options out there. It's very functional, flexible enough to customize and the software runs reliably overall. I keep it installed across all my devices and the syncing between them works smoothly. It's also incredibly simple to navigate no matter which device I'm using.

Cons

Handling attachments in the workflow can be a bit frustrating at times. The software is also fairly basic so it may not be the best fit for bigger teams, even though it works wonderfully for solo use or smaller groups.

Pros

After trying all kinds of project management and personal organization apps, this tool was the one that finally stayed in my routine. The app is excellently designed and the user experience feels outstanding on any device. It doesn't get cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary extras which is something I really appreciate. This tool stays focused on its core purpose and handles the important things extremely well and that's exactly why I still keep using it. It also works really well for collaboration. It may not be a full DevOps platform and some people may criticize it for that but it absolutely has a place within an agile organization.

I don't really see this as a downside myself but I can understand why some people feel the platform isn't strong enough for enterprise-level project management. Their point makes sense although I mainly use it for personal project and task management. I also believe a lot of projects could still follow an agile approach with the platform supporting that process but in the end it comes down to personal preference.

Pros

After struggling with Asana's interface and seeing users hesitate to adopt it, moving over to this software changed that completely for us with a 100% adoption rate. It offers plenty of add-on features, connects well with other systems and the visual card setup makes it really simple to view and manage projects.

Cons

The cost can feel a bit high for what it offers especially once you have a large number of users. Even so, it still feels worth paying for when multiple teams are handling several projects at the same time.

Managers, supervisors and similar roles can clearly monitor how projects are moving along for each team member. It also gives remote teams a solid way to collaborate effectively. On top of that, project managers get a much better understanding of overall team progress.

Some software developers are not very enthusiastic about using tools like this because they feel it can slow their work down but it still supports strong software engineering practices.

Pros

Seeing each phase of a project or every step in a pipeline laid out visually is incredibly useful. The drag-and-drop setup makes managing everything feel very natural and accessible.

It wasn't a complete fit for everything we needed. As our projects became more complex, we eventually outgrew that project management style and decided to move to something else.

One of this software's biggest strengths is how simple it is to put into practice in a professional setting especially when a team needs easy management software to plan everyday office tasks in detail. It does a good job of improving collaboration, helps keep pending work well organized, stays synchronized across any device and connects quickly with other apps commonly used in the office. It also makes it convenient to track the progress and status of every scheduled task directly from the main dashboard.

The way the application works is fairly simple and that can become a downside for more demanding users. The platform doesn't offer more advanced tools or resources for professional time management and team dependency planning. It also lacks visual reporting, along with individual and group efficiency metrics which can feel limiting and disappointing in certain situations.

Getting started with this platform was very easy. Setting up boards takes little effort and it's quick to get the whole team involved. It also connects well with other web apps and the wide range of automations saves us a lot of time.

I really don't have any complaints about the software. We're behd happy with it and even the pricing is very affordable. It offers excellent value for the money.

It's also pretty easy to lose a lot of time tweaking the platform and setting it up exactly the way you want. On top of that, with so many different software tools out there, getting everything to work together can be challenging.

This software feels incredibly quick to work in and very easy to pick up. As a developer, I really appreciate the keyboard shortcuts since I prefer not to rely on the mouse. It also has a very accessible flow when creating and editing cards, almost like it anticipates the next thing you want to do.

I'm bothered by the lack of bulk actions. For example, there's no good way to move several cards to another list at once. I usually go through a list card by card and then I still have to open or click each one individually just to move or archive it. Having the option to select multiple cards and apply one action would make a big difference. It feels like a pretty basic feature to be missing and not having it hurts the overall convenience of the software.

Pros

Our team really values how easy this tool is. We can create task cards and move them through each stage of the workflow until they're finished. It also gives us a clear at-a-glance view of where the team's attention is during a sprint.

I'd still like to see additional keyboard shortcuts and better email integration. It would be helpful to set a marker so that when a card reaches or passes it, specific team members are automatically notified by email.

After trying just about every project management app I could get my hands on, this tool still comes out on top. The interface looks really good, gives you plenty of room to customize and makes it simple to stay on top of work when several team members are involved.

It's not that the platform is absolutely perfect but honestly I don't have any real complaints. It's flexible enough to be customized to fit most kinds of projects without much trouble.

From planning projects to getting them over the finish line, this software works really well. It becomes even more helpful when several teams or departments need to collaborate. Compared with Asana, adding freelancers or outside partners is much simpler and they can jump right into the workflow without much friction. Setting everything up is also very easy and the platform feels accessible enough that no real training or enablement is necessary.

That said, the feature set is still fairly basic and moving to the paid plan costs about the same as Asana which gives us more extras for the price. Another frustration is that when boards include external collaborators, upgrading means paying for those guest users too which becomes a blocker. It's also disappointing that subtasks don't include a deadline option.

Pros

Managing several projects at different stages has been much more organized with this platform. Getting everything up and running took under 15 minutes and the team picked it up very quickly. Having separate boards for different project workflows is really helpful and I've also made good use of assistant tools like Butler to automate tasks and ensure everyone involved has what they need to get their work done.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how limited the Butler feature is before you have to pay for an upgrade. If the free version included more options, it would be simpler to see the value of those assistant features and make a clearer case for budgeting for them.

The interface is easy so it doesn't take long to figure out how everything works. It follows the Kanban style which makes it simple for any team member to pick up a task at any point. It also does a good job of showing who is handling what so staying on top of responsibilities is much easier.

Cons

It works really well for basic projects but once you need more advanced project management, the limitations start to show pretty quickly. Things like time tracking, estimating when a project will be finished and similar needs aren't handled that well. There are plugins available, of course but some of them feel low quality and others still don't fully solve the problem. That's definitely something to keep in mind before committing to the platform.

Every day, this software keeps my projects and tasks in order and honestly I'd be lost without it. The Outlook plug-in integration is something I really appreciate and use a lot.

I wish it had a ServiceNow plug in. I end up copying and pasting information from a ticket in the platform into my ServiceNow ticket pretty often, mainly because I can access my boards in the mobile app on my phone while I'm out in the field and we don't have a mobile interface set up for ServiceNow.

Pros

This tool works really well because it's simple to pick up and flexible enough to fit different project management styles. I used it across several side projects outside my main development work and it helped me stay on top of progress while keeping the workflow organized for a small team and smaller projects. The plugins were enjoyable to experiment with too and I especially loved the "aging cards" feature for highlighting cards that had been sitting too long without moving forward.

Once our work started growing across multiple projects, the platform began to feel a bit outdated to manage as a developer. I wanted to keep using it but the pricing and feature set felt like they limited how far we could take it with several agile teams working across many projects. It probably could have worked to some extent but our contractors wanted something closer to JIRA for software development project management. Because of that, we never really got the chance to explore many of the platform's broader features or plugins. I did use it for tracking tasks connected to JIRA issues and that was fine but in the end I switched to handling those tasks directly in JIRA. Overall, it's difficult to clearly organize sprints and the tasks within them without constantly creating extra labels or separate boards just to distinguish one sprint from another.

Pros

Has easily been the best task manager I've used and even the free plan is enough for most complex or large-scale task management needs. The mobile apps are a huge advantage because they're just as fully featured as the web version which makes things much more convenient. The drag-and-drop task lists are very accessible so even new users can pick them up quickly. Checklists are one of the strongest features for handling tasks and being able to create personal or team boards is something I really enjoy. The tagging feature is excellent too especially when tasks need different priority levels. On top of that, the notifications are clean and easy.

Cons

Things can get a bit harder to manage once there are too many boards since they all appear together in one place. It would also be much better if the application included a built-in time tracking feature. Another downside is the file upload limit on the free version which feels too restrictive.

Works the way my brain works! I'm very hands-on so having something that feels a bit like digital Post-it notes really clicks for me. I can organize all my projects and drag them from one board to another which gives me that satisfying sense of making progress. I also appreciate that every card can be its own little workspace, with photos, videos, links and other attachments all kept together. That makes it really useful for tracking the ongoing conversation around a social media post or a blog article. Each card becomes a place to store ideas and it helps me keep everything in one spot.

The only thing I really wish the software offered is the ability to use more than one Power-Up on the free plan. The plugins are excellent and I've tried several of them but being limited to just one at a time for free is frustrating. I'd really love the option to use two without having to upgrade.

Starting with this product was very simple which I appreciated right away. It has a really attractive design and it's genuinely useful for managing tasks, tracking the different stages they go through and making team project management much more organized.

What I think could be improved is the number of integrations available. It would also help to have support for a larger number of tasks, along with some kind of statistical system for tracking time and analyzing projects.

Using this software has made project management much more manageable. On teams I've been part of, we were able to put together a complete content calendar to keep deliveries on track across a wide range of marketing activities.

Getting started was a bit challenging when it came to deciding how to structure the columns for project delivery though we eventually landed on a setup that worked well. Another downside is that phone support would be really helpful but unfortunately that option is only available to enterprise users.
