“best way to organize plans”
Pros
This software is hands down the best way I've found to organize thoughts and ideas and turn them into actionable plans. I'm a visual learner so having everything laid out this way really clicks for me. Honestly, anytime you bring another one of the five senses into the mix, the whole experience feels more effective and the tool does that really well. It's incredibly simple but also fast enough that I can quickly do a full brain dump into one central place. Then I can come back later, expand on ideas, narrow a few down, build something from them and keep track of the progress the whole way through. That makes it a pretty special tool.
Cons
If I could change one thing, I'd love to have a custom layout mode where I could drag cards lower in a stack without them automatically snapping right up against another card and the same goes for lists. I understand why it works the way it does but there have definitely been times when I wanted extra space between cards, ideas or tasks just to help me mentally map out a plan more clearly.

“love the power-ups”
Pros
Our team really appreciated how easy the software is since anyone can jump in and immediately understand what they're seeing. The interface feels simple but still capable and the added power-ups and integrations make it even better for managing tasks.
Cons
There are times when the site slows down a bit especially with larger boards packed with lots of cards. Another limitation is the lack of view options. For the most part, unless you rely on paid integrations, platform boards and lists look the same throughout the platform which has led us to use other tools for higher-level planning and timeline views.

“does a lot!”
Pros
The solution does a really good job of helping me organize different kinds of projects into separate cards and I always have a clear visual sense of where everything stands. My favorite setup is using a time-based board like My Week, My Month and My Year, then sorting my goals into each one. It's also simple to shift things around whenever priorities change or something new comes up.
Cons
The one thing I'd change is the way archiving or deleting cards works, it feels a little less accessible than it should since it takes two steps.

“Great tool to have!”
Pros
Across our startup, the platform has become the place where we manage everything from product development and marketing to HR and legal work. The board-based setup is really flexible so it can be shaped around whatever your team needs. Since we work with Agile and Scrum, the format is especially useful for organizing backlogs and planning sprints in a practical way.
Cons
That same flexibility can also create problems if nobody on the team really knows how to structure and maintain the boards properly. Without clear setup and ownership, it can quickly turn into a catch-all tool for every kind of discussion and activity. If you're implementing this software, it's important to make it clear that the boards are meant for task tracking, while broader conversations should happen somewhere else.

“colorful boards with live updates”
Pros
Everything feels very organized and the colors and images keep it looking bright instead of dull. It also updates in real time for everyone which makes collaboration much better.
Cons
Setup can feel a bit rigid so some teams end up having a hard time deciding which feature should be used for certain tasks.

“handy organization with some limits”
Pros
Creating new categories and adding subsections within them is very easy. It also works well for leaving comments on project progress and once something is finished, archiving it is simple. Overall, it's a really useful way to keep everything organized.
Cons
Free version comes with quite a few limitations especially around how many categories you can create and some features are locked or unavailable. I get that this is meant to encourage people to pay for the service but it's definitely the biggest drawback.

“excellent task tracking flow!”
Pros
Keeping tabs on team tasks is really effective with this tool. You can set up lists for each step in a workflow, then use cards for the individual tasks that need to get done. As work progresses, each card is moved into the next list which makes the overall status very clear. The alerts also help assigned users stay on top of the lists they're responsible for.
Cons
Things can get a bit inconvenient if the process isn't mapped out before building your lists. It works best when each list is planned as a specific stage within a larger workflow. The board from Invoice Ninja is a solid example of how to structure it well.

“Soo convenient”
Pros
Using cards to organize and group tasks on shared boards works really well. It lets you comment, send notifications and reminders, upload files, assign work to team members and set due dates. The interface is colorful and simple to navigate, it works across multiple platforms and overall it feels like a very complete application.
Cons
I honestly don't have any negative points to mention about this application.

“Boards for every project”
Pros
Nothing has worked better for me than the software when it comes to organizing multi-level work projects and even personal to-do items like shopping lists. Its biggest strength is how simple it is , most of the workflow comes down to moving cards based on progress. You create boards, then split them into lists and cards which makes everything very clear and easy to follow. Sharing boards with coworkers is also really useful since everyone can add comments or suggestions and collaborate more comfortably on team projects. The whole app feels clean, easy and genuinely pleasant to use. Another feature I really value is being able to access all my boards and projects not just on my computer but also on my tablet or smartphone. I use this platform on my phone quite often so that flexibility matters a lot to me.
Cons
At the same time, the simplicity that makes this platform so appealing can also feel like its biggest limitation. Some people could reasonably say it is basically a shared task list with a few extra features added on top. It does not offer more advanced options like document editing or interactive add-ons for creating presentations or graphic designs together. Public boards are also somewhat restricted because collecting feedback or opinions from people outside your team is limited to users of the platform only. Unfortunately, it does not really connect with other social media platforms for that kind of broader interaction.

“good software overall”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how many other tools connect perfectly with it, like PomoDoneApp, Todoist and Toggl, just to name a few.
Cons
Once a board starts filling up with too many cards, it becomes painfully slow even on the paid plan, while similar tools seem to handle that without any trouble.

“Really useful”
Pros
The platform has been a really useful tool for me. It keeps my tasks well organized and makes communication between my coworkers and me much simpler. The part I enjoy most is how customizable it is. It works well for all kinds of list-making and task planning, whether I'm using it at home or for work.
Cons
I do wish the software felt a little more accessible. Some of the tools can be confusing and a bit overwhelming at times.

“Keeps everything on track”
Pros
Running my web design and support solo business would be a lot harder without the tool. I use it every day to stay organized, assign tasks to partners and outsourced help, schedule appointments and map out new website projects. The pricing is affordable, the features are easy and there are plenty of add-ons that make the boards even more useful. Honestly, it has become one of my go-to tools.
Cons
At times, the software can feel a little too basic when I need to organize more complex work although maybe that is part of its charm since it pushes you to keep things simple.

“visual boards at a low cost”
Pros
This platform is very simple to use and the free plan or low-cost options make it a really affordable choice. It's also highly visual, with color-coding, tags, assignments and other features that make organizing work much clearer.
Cons
After you get into the more advanced features, the interface doesn't always feel as accessible. I also recently heard they increased pricing for small teams which is a huge disappointment. Another thing I'd love to see is the ability to reactivate an entire board so it could be reused more effectively as a project review tool.

“For planning and organization”
Pros
Has been fantastic for both my personal and work use. I rely on it for planning, brainstorming, time management and also for things like documentation and onboarding at work. The drag and drop setup is incredibly convenient and the labeling and search features are strong enough to make it feel like a really powerful tool.
Cons
Needs a little more flexibility in the free version especially allowing more than one power-up per board. I'm not asking for unlimited options but even having two would make a big difference. Turning the calendar into a standard feature instead of a power-up would solve a lot of that for me since it's the one I use all the time and I often end up wishing I could add one more feature alongside it. I also split different parts of my life into separate teams but it's still just me using them so paying a monthly fee for each team doesn't make much sense. A pricing model that better supports solo users managing multiple teams would be a welcome change.

Pros
The free tier offers excellent functionality, it's very simple to use and new features get added quickly.

“flexible boards and file sharing”
Pros
The layout works really well and there are plenty of labeling and list options that make it simple to keep everything organized. I also appreciate being able to archive items and bring them back to the main dashboard when needed. Adding or removing collaborators is easy and the file upload feature is useful for previewing and sharing documents.

It would be even better with a built-in calendar feature and some kind of instant messaging option.

“versatile collaboration that clicks”
Pros
Whether I'm coordinating with a team or organizing personal tasks, the platform works really well in both situations. It makes collaboration with multiple people simple and the clean web interface along with mobile access makes it easy to keep track of everything at a glance.
Cons
An issue of how simple this software is to adopt is that it can create shadow IT concerns. Since people can start using it so freely, it becomes harder to keep an eye on what information is being stored in the tool.

“much more useful than expected”
Pros
This platform ended up being useful for far more things than I ever expected. Being able to customize each board with its own background is a nice touch and the different ways it lets people collaborate are fantastic. I use it at work, in my personal life, with my church congregation and for school as well. At this point I'd definitely consider myself a power user of the platform even though I was pretty skeptical at the beginning and barely used it. The tool won me over completely and now I rely on it all the time.
Cons
The sorting options still feel a bit limited. I wish cards within each list could be sorted more like rows in an Excel spreadsheet.
