Thanks to the way this tool is set up, I can customize it to pretty much anything I need. I keep all my to-do lists in there which helps make sure nothing gets missed or forgotten.

Cons

The business plan for bigger teams doesn't seem to scale very well. It can end up being quite expensive, depending on how many people you have on the team.

Pros

This tool starts with a basic concept, basically a digital whiteboard and builds on it with features, integrations and automation that make it incredibly flexible and useful. It can be adapted to so many purposes especially once you connect it with other tools, that it is hard to put in just one category. It can work as a to-do list, a CRM, a support ticket system or even a way to organize files. Whether the goal is planning a basement remodel or setting up automated workflows for an entire tech support team, this tool can likely handle it.

Cons

The pricing walls seem to show up at odd moments which can be frustrating. I would much rather see them get rid of the "gold" account setup since it feels more suited to a B2C product and move toward pricing that better matches the B2B role the platform is clearly growing into as more features are added.

Pros

This software has been especially valuable for keeping my team aligned with Agile workflows and helping projects reach completion successfully. Being able to set up separate boards for different projects and invite the right collaborators to each one is something I really appreciate.

Cons

Needs to handle better board control when former employees created them and are no longer part of the organization. A couple of unused boards were set up by someone who has since left and I still can't remove them because I'm not listed as the board owner. That creates an extra problem since I've already hit the board limit on my current plan yet some of those boards are no longer needed and still can't be deleted.

Pros

Getting started with this platform is incredibly easy and the fact that most of the core features are available for free is a huge plus. It's accessible enough that even someone completely new to the software can spend about 30 minutes exploring it and be able to use it effectively. Our teams rely on it to organize project tasks and it gives project managers a clear high-level view of everything happening across the project.

Cons

A few of the more advanced features do come with a monthly cost but that's fairly standard for software designed for this kind of project and task management.

Pros

This tool works really well for businesses of any size. It connects with almost every major online tool through Power-Ups which makes it incredibly versatile. For instance, you can link it to Google Calendar and automatically have deadlines added there. It also offers plenty of customization options and the interface is very user friendly.

Cons

Once a project gets bigger, the boards can start to feel overcrowded and harder to manage. I'd also like to see more reporting capabilities, along with a dashboard view that makes it easier to track progress across all the to-do lists on a board.

Pros

I first used it for personal tasks and ended up bringing it into my workplace too because it's so simple to pick up and hardly needs any explanation. You can also tell the team behind it genuinely cares about the product and that really shows in their extensive how-to resources.

Cons

The only real drawback I've run into is that you can't select multiple items in a list on mobile and possibly on desktop as well which can make organizing things feel dull at times. On the plus side, they recently added the option to place a card anywhere in a list and that's been very useful.

Pros

Creating boards and cards feels accessible so people across different age groups can usually pick it up without much explanation. The color-coding is also a nice touch and the visual layout makes it faster to locate things when everything is organized well. I also appreciate being able to forward emails straight into cards for storage, attach files or photos and add due dates. Another plus is the flexibility inside each card,you can choose between notes, checklists or other ways of organizing information all in one place.

Cons

At the same time, it's also very easy to end up with too many cards that aren't organized well. When that happens, the board can start to feel visually overwhelming especially for team members who don't really follow the system you used. It can also get slow to load when there are lots of cards or long lists to scroll through. The business plan feels a bit expensive considering what the free version already offers and the 10-board limit on the free plan means you have to be selective about how you organize everything.

Pros

This tool's biggest strength is how simple it is. If all you need is a clean, easy board to organize a project or manage a team, it does that really well. Setup is quick, the Kanban style works perfectly and there's basically no training needed before people can start using it.

Cons

At times though, it can feel a bit too simple. It won't be the right fit for every kind of project and when you need something more effective, you may end up moving to a fuller tool like Jira.

Pros

Having multiple task lists on a single page while still keeping everything organized separately is one of the best parts. It also works really well for team collaboration on a shared board. We've had plenty of situations where people from different departments needed to coordinate on the same project and it made it very convenient to assign and lay out tasks by person, even when everyone was working from different locations.

Cons

I genuinely love using this software and my only real wish is that it offered more integrations than it currently does. It would be really useful to pull data from other websites or tools and have the board update in real time although it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Pros

Starting the day in this platform feels genuinely pleasant because the interface is so clean and visually appealing. It has a polished look that makes opening it in the morning feel motivating and being able to switch up the background adds even more of that boost.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is more keyboard shortcuts for the different tasks I need to handle. At the moment, I still end up relying on my mouse quite a bit and I'm trying to cut back on that.

Pros

Getting a new board set up only takes a few minutes and the layout is simple enough that everyone on the team quickly understands how it works and how the workflow moves.

Cons

The mobile app isn't as accessible as the desktop version. Also since the labels rely on colors, they're tough to identify at a glance especially when we're working with 10 or more of them.

This software gives a really clear bird's-eye view of projects and campaigns. If you're familiar with Kanban boards, this feels like an ideal digital version of that setup. The integrations with third party apps were also incredibly helpful especially for automating repetitive tasks that would otherwise be boring to handle manually.

Back when I was using it regularly about three years ago, one thing I really disliked was how hidden the "delete" function was inside multiple sub-navigation prompts. I needed a direct delete option for the many automated tasks being created. Those tasks were important while tracking progress but once a campaign wrapped up, they needed to be removed. Having to go through that process felt unnecessarily inconvenient.

Pros

This tool has been one of the best team and task management tools I've used. The Kanban interface is clean, lightweight and simple to work with. It also supports real-time updates and moving cards between boards or from one list to another is very convenient, along with several other useful actions.

Cons

There were some issues when I used certain power-ups and I'm still not sure whether that's a bug or just a limitation. Our team leader has the premium plan and added a few power-ups but the rest of the team couldn't access them. On top of that, the plans feel expensive for small teams and companies.

Pros

Keeping projects organized with coworkers has been much better with this software. Its board feature gives a clear overview of everything in one place so it's simple to check progress and refer back to project details whenever needed.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any weak points or areas that need improvement in the application. Based on how it has worked for me, it really stands out as the best tool of its kind.

Pros

Adding team members to a board makes it simple for everyone to see what still needs attention and what's already finished. The Power-Ups are also really useful for bringing in extra features and improving the overall functionality of the software.

There really aren't many downsides since it's a very easy task management tool to use. My only real wish is that the free plan allowed more Power-Ups. People who are just trying it out often don't fully understand how valuable Power-Ups are until they've had the chance to use two or three of them.

Some of the premium power-ups are genuinely useful as well. I've used one that automatically adds a due date the moment a task is created which saves time. It's also helpful that you can manage multiple boards under a single account.

A frustrating part is that tasks can be deleted accidentally and recovering them is not very simple. It also becomes harder to manage when there are a lot of tasks or users especially compared with dedicated agile or scrum tools. People tend to create lists like John - Pending, John - Completed, John - In Progress and John - Blocked which can quickly turn into 40 lists with a 10-person team. On top of that, several power-ups feel like features that should already be built into the core product.

Pros

Out of all the project management tools I've worked with, this one is still the most user friendly by a long shot. It's incredibly simple to use and for the price, I haven't come across anything else that delivers this much value in return.

Cons

At times it has felt a little slow and the interface could be a bit more polished but honestly, at this price point I can't complain much. Even with that, it still performs far better than the software I have to use at my regular 9-to-5 job.

This platform is incredibly user friendly and works wonderfully as an organization tool especially for creative people. I really appreciate how simple it is to set up a board for just about anything. I use my boards in the platform for work, fun and personal planning alike. Ever since I started using this platform to manage business projects and keep tasks on track with the deadlines I set, I've been getting far more done than I ever did with a paper to-do list.

I'm not especially fond of the lack of a list view. There are times when it would be helpful to look at one long list of tasks with their due dates or even have everything laid out on a calendar.

Before adopting this tool, our teams had no consistent way to plan things out. Some relied on spreadsheets, while others used their own separate tools. Since switching to this tool, it's become much simpler to track the status of projects across different teams. The interface is also very approachable for people who haven't worked with similar software before. Even team members who aren't very tech-savvy were able to learn it quickly and start using it without much trouble.

A few teams have taken it a bit too far by creating too many separate boards, when those items probably should have been handled as phases within one larger project. That feels more like a user habit than an actual problem with the software itself.

This platform has been a really helpful way for me to share new ideas and feature requests with our developers for the website. It's very user friendly and makes it much easier to discuss organize and manage different ideas as a team. The comments and file-sharing features are especially useful because they let us quickly talk through specific points and move work forward without much back and forth.

Cons

I honestly don't have many complaints about this software. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of direct file editing. For instance, when sharing a PDF, there's no way to mark the exact area that needs changes directly inside the software. Instead, you have to download the file, open it in another tool, make the note there and then upload the updated version again.
