“Effortless!”
Pros
The web version and Android app are both lightweight and everything runs really fast across platforms. It's very user friendly and flexible enough to adapt to just about any project management workflow.
Cons
My only real issue with the solution is that it doesn't offer a very good task view in the style of a bullet journal or a clean list sorted by due dates that's easy on the eyes. I'd also prefer reminders to be separate from due dates. Another downside is the Power-Up limit on the free plan, they should keep allowing 3 Power-Ups like they did before.

“helpful for task tracking”
Pros
Working with both in-office and remote staff on task management has been really effective. We create project cards and each one has its own thread for tasks, assigned staff, attachments and comments which makes it easy to keep ongoing work organized and visible.
Cons
Our organization has a large number of service areas so sorting cards by label can get frustrating since the labels are only color-based. Once you have enough categories, the colors start blending together, light orange can look too much like dark yellow and so on. I'd much rather be able to create written labels or at least pull up a legend whenever needed so I can be sure everything is being sorted properly. Another issue is that there's no real way to mark a project as completed other than leaving a comment saying "project completed" before archiving it. As the board admin, that feels like an unnecessary extra step and adds more hand-holding for staff than it should.

“Great program”
Pros
A few months into using this software, the flexibility is the part that has impressed me most. It works for a wide range of needs and really lets people be creative in shaping it around their own workflow. Because of that, I've been able to use it in both my personal life and at work. I'm still figuring out exactly how big a role it can play on a larger scale in my workplace but I'm optimistic that I'll keep expanding how we use it there. Right now it's been especially helpful for tracking large client pipelines where cases continue moving forward over the course of years.
Cons
Part of the solution's functionality that has been surprisingly confusing is deleting old work. I spent a lot of time experimenting with the setup until I got it exactly how I wanted and that left me with plenty of drafts I no longer needed that were just cluttering up my profile. I think the developers should rethink that part of the design.

“solid fit for us”
Pros
After using the solution's free plan for years, it's proven to be a solid fit for what our team needs. It does miss a few features we'd love to have, like reviewing documents directly in the platform and having calendar views but we also understand those limits come with the free version. Even with that, it still works well for us. The dashboard views have been especially helpful in giving our team better transparency and stronger accountability.
Cons
The customization is fairly limited which is a downside although that's partly expected since we're on the free version. There are also a few features that feel basic enough that they probably should be included without upgrading but currently aren't. Still, despite those limitations, this platform has been a valuable tool for our team.

“organizes my thoughts”
Pros
Getting into Kanban is what first led me to this software and after creating a few cards I could already see how much it helped me organize my thoughts. At first, I wasn't really using it to its full potential because I just jumped straight in without learning much about it. More recently, I took a productivity course where the instructor shared public cards and that's when it clicked that I had only been using a small part of what it can actually do. The interface is wonderfully simple which makes it quick to start using even without reading instructions. It doesn't feel overloaded with unnecessary extras and the drag and drop setup for cards and items makes everything feel very natural. It also scales really well and I especially appreciate being able to use it on my computer, phone and iPad.
Cons
Something I wish it offered was more guidance on how to really make the most of it along with more examples and explanations of the different ways it can be used. It also felt like there was more focus on making boards look visually appealing than on showing off the actual functionality.

“Boosts teamwork”
Pros
Being such a visual person, the boards and cards really click for me because they keep everything organized in a way that's both clear and visually appealing. It helps me stay efficient and productive and it honestly makes work more enjoyable. Team communication and collaboration are also really simple in the platform. The best part is that it's completely free.
Cons
I personally don't have any complaints about this tool. That said, I can see how some people might find the card-based layout a bit distracting and prefer a more traditional list-style approach to project management.

“A planner's dream”
Pros
Keeping my workflow organized with it feels effortless and there's something weirdly satisfying about checking items off the list. Seeing a project get closer to completion, then finally archiving it and clearing it from my to-do list, gives me a little rush every time. It really fits the planner side of my personality.
Cons
The catch is that everyone on the team kind of needs to approach it the same way or it turns into a chore for them to keep moving things along. Sometimes I end up updating cards for other people just to keep everything in order. I don't really mind because it helps me feel less stressed but I do feel bad having to keep reminding coworkers to move their cards. If more people enjoyed working from lists the way I do, it would probably be incredibly successful.

“my review”
Pros
Switching from a whiteboard with handwritten magnetic project tags to this platform was a really natural move for our team. We can set up separate buckets for each person or office function and move tags around whenever needed. Being able to add checklists and attach materials directly to each tag has been incredibly useful.
Cons
Honestly not many downsides come to mind especially since the free plan already lets you do quite a lot. At this point, paying extra for the added extras like customization or add-ons just doesn't feel worth it to me.

“positive experience”
Pros
Shifting tasks around and re-sorting them is incredibly convenient which makes this work well for both personal to-dos and business projects. One of the biggest benefits is that once I finish my part, I can quickly hand the task off to coworkers so they can take over their responsibilities. It really helps organize our workflow and having a built-in place to discuss task details means we don't need to switch to another tool just to communicate.
Cons
I'd just like to see a few more layout options available.

“clean interface”
Pros
Right from the start, this software feels very simple to use, pretty much everyone I've shown it to has been able to understand it and start using it within minutes. The visual layout is really clean and the pricing is among the best you'll find in this space.
Cons
At times it seems like the most important details are tucked one layer too deep such as having to open a card just to view the to-do lists inside.

“powerful cards for teamwork”
Pros
The software really shines when it comes to collaboration and the biggest highlight for me is how much functionality is built into each individual card. You can add just about anything to a card so it can quickly turn into the central place for all the details and information related to a project.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and options to explore. If you are not naturally used to organizing projects in a compartmentalized way, it may take some time to fully understand the setup. Still, the advantages easily outweigh that initial learning curve.

“my go to for everything”
Pros
Has become the tool I use for pretty much everything. I rely on it to plan trips organize recipes, track expenses and even manage more complex projects. Honestly, I can't even remember how I handled all of this before this tool, it must have been total chaos back then. LOL.
Cons
Since I use this tool every single day through the desktop app, the one feature I really wish it had is the option to open multiple boards at once, kind of like browser tabs. And yes, I know the obvious suggestion is to just use the browser but I really don't like mixing everything there and it can end up using way too much RAM which is frustrating.

“organized projects and handy alerts”
Pros
Keeping a project transparent and organized is much simpler with the platform. You can tag people directly on cards, assign them tasks and once they finish, you get a notification letting you know it's done.
Cons
Filtering cards and getting a clear view of the project timeline could be better. It's also not always obvious whether someone is replying to your specific question or commenting on something else since card comments are arranged by time instead of by the topic being discussed.

“Excellent option”
Pros
The tool has pretty much become the go-to name for tools in this category. It's kind of amazing how much value you get from a free product. I've used it across several companies I've worked at and I even rely on it for organizing my own personal projects as well.
Cons
A little more personalization would be nice but honestly, I can't complain.

“clear boards”
Pros
This platform makes upcoming deadlines very clear through its boards and it helps keep my to-do list organized. It's also useful for sharing files like photos, documents and other materials with team members. Another big plus is that it works across every platform.
Cons
The solution does have a storage limitation. You can upload as many attachments as needed but each file can only be up to 10 MB. For larger projects, that limit really needs to be increased.

“color-coded boards”
Pros
Being able to sort all my tasks into card lists and color-code them was really useful. There's also an option to set a deadline on each card which helps a lot when something needs to be finished by a specific date.

“I stay organized”
Pros
The color-coded tabs are a big help, the columns are clear and easy to scan and I really appreciate having checkboxes along with dates and times I can assign to specific notes. The background customization is another nice touch since I can use my own photos and the built-in image options look really good too. Moving the little boards around is also very convenient because the drag and drop feels natural and simple.
Cons
I'd really like to see a way to show percentage complete or overall progress on a note. I usually rely on the color tabs to mark urgency or highlight tasks I need to finish for work but that doesn't help much with larger projects that involve 10 or more steps. In those cases, it would be helpful to quickly tell how much is left without opening everything up. The checklist feature works well enough but when I'm looking at my full board, I still can't easily see how many steps remain. Another small suggestion would be allowing uploaded photos to appear as small icons instead of taking up so much space. I've added pictures to notes before and depending on the image size, a single photo can use quite a lot of room. If they showed up as little icons, it would make them much easier to reference without cluttering the board.

“takes no effort”
Pros
Getting started with the solution takes almost no effort and using it day to day feels easy while still being very effective. It does a really good job of helping me stay organized and work more efficiently. Being able to share boards and invite other people makes collaboration really convenient. I also appreciate how simple it is to move cards and lists around on a board. The option to nest checklists inside cards is especially useful for managing tasks in more detail. I know this tool offers integrations with other software as well although I haven't tried those yet. The free plan adds a lot of value too especially since the platform is so versatile for different kinds of use cases.
Cons
Board customization feels a little limited at times. I'd really like the option to color-code lists and cards to make things easier to scan visually. It's not a major frustration but features like basic math within cards, card merging or linking cards that have dependencies across lists would definitely make me use this tool even more. More noticeable or urgent alerts would also be helpful especially for tasks that still need attention and might otherwise slip past me.

“really helpful”
Pros
Managing 35+ reqs in talent acquisition is a lot and the platform has been really helpful for keeping all of my candidates organized and tracking where they are in the interview process. It gives me a clear bird's-eye view of each req in a way my ATS just can't. Setting up lists and cards is simple and I can use labels to highlight action items or add team members to a card whenever I need others involved. Overall, it's been a really valuable tool.
Cons
For the way I currently use this software, I really haven't run into many issues. If I were using it for heavier-duty project management, I'd probably have more drawbacks to mention.
