Backlog management works really well here and the design and feature set feel distinctive and especially valuable for enterprise-level companies. It's easy to use overall and it's particularly helpful for teams working with remote developers.

Cons

The template selection could be more useful and a few features are locked behind the paid subscription. At the beginning, it can also feel a little tricky to navigate because there are so many colors, options and customization settings. It takes a while to get comfortable with everything and really know how to use the platform well.

Pros

Keeping tasks organized across teammates and clients is where this software really helps. It's very easy to use which is a big advantage when bringing clients into the process because they can quickly understand what we're doing and get involved without much effort.

Cons

At the same time, the platform feels fairly basic and could use an update with more built-in features. I also feel the pricing gets expensive when you have a larger number of users on the account.

Pros

Being cloud-based is a huge plus since everything is available around the clock without needing to VPN into a server just to access project documents. It's very flexible too,I've used it for test scripts, project management tasks and timelines, to-do lists, trip planning and even inventory tracking. It also has a fun side, with customizable backgrounds, cute stickers, reminders, embedded links and maps so it feels a lot more personal than most tools. On top of that, it's simple to work with and there are plenty of templates online to get started quickly. Honestly, it feels like there's almost no limit to how many ways this product can be used. It also fits well with 5S practices because it replaces piles of sticky notes and binders full of messy handwritten reminders,just create a note, task or card and it's stored in the cloud for quick access later.

Cons

The one issue I've run into is that you need to upgrade to Business Class if you want to use more than one Power-Up on a board. Power-Ups are those free add-ons that bring in extra features and enhancements, like embedded maps, travel sites, calendars and other useful links. I haven't asked my company to pay for the upgrade yet because I'm still unsure who would actually need access to those boards with multiple Power-Ups especially since that would mean additional Business Class licenses. We dealt with something similar with PowerBI,pricing feels manageable when only a few people use it but the cost adds up fast once more users realize how much it could help their work. Without that extra Power-Up, I can't get task dates inside a card to update automatically when I change the start date and there doesn't seem to be a built-in dependency or Gantt-style feature like you get in Microsoft Project.

Pros

Whether I'm mapping out a story, working on game development or putting together holiday plans, this tool helps keep absolutely everything organized, down to the smallest detail. It makes the whole planning process feel more structured and clears up both my headspace and my to-do list.

Cons

There are plenty of customization features available even on the free plan and paid users get even more but the platform still relies on a very specific layout that can be tricky to get used to at first and a little frustrating over time. The horizontal setup especially takes some getting used to. I'd rather have my lists arranged both horizontally and vertically, with more categories in each row.

This software has been fantastic for staying on top of all my to-dos and seeing exactly where each one sits in the workflow.

Honestly, I do not have many complaints. I use it every day, it handles what I need it to and I have been very happy with it so I do not really have any cons to mention.

Pros

Adding new features is pretty easy and assigning tasks to team members doesn't take much effort. Whenever a card gets updated, everyone involved in that task receives a notification by email or push notification if they use the app. I also appreciate being able to customize the board with different background images and colors.

Cons

The interface could definitely use some improvement. Compared with other tools, the UI feels a bit dated and not as polished. It seems like it's starting to show its age so I'd really like to see a design refresh. Aside from that, it's fine.

Pros

This tool has made day-to-day work much more manageable for me and the rest of my team especially through its dashboards. As a team leader, I can clearly see everything that's happening, while each team member only gets notifications that are relevant to their own tasks.

At the beginning, new users can get a bit frustrated while figuring things out. A tutorial series would be really helpful to make it easier for them to understand how the platform works.

This software's layout is excellent. It keeps my workflow clearly visible at all times and gives me a strong sense of what needs to get done so I can stay on top of my job and be successful.

I'd really like to see the ability to add multiple dates within a card. Some tasks come back around and it would be helpful to keep the original due date for reference while also adding a new one.

Even on the free plan, this platform offers plenty of effective features and I've been able to customize it to fit all kinds of workflows for both my work and personal life.

Because it's so customizable, it can take a bit of trial and error to set things up the way you want and sometimes you need to find a workaround for certain parts of a process.

This tool makes it really simple to jump in, even without much prior experience and still lay out and organize even complicated projects. I've used a physical Kanban board before and this captures that same easy workflow in a much more user friendly digital format. Sharing boards with a team is also quick and it works really well for collaboration.

I don't have many complaints about the platform but a couple of things consistently frustrate me. One is how heavily it depends on Power-Ups for anything beyond the most basic functions and the other is that label tags only appear as colors even when text has been added to them. The Power-Ups offer a huge range of customization and are extremely helpful, honestly almost essential, for the platform to work the way I want it to. Still, I wish more of those extra features were built into the core version from the start instead of relying so much on add-ons for anything more advanced than the basics. The label issue is also a real inconvenience. For example, if I'm using the platform as a scheduling tool and assigning color labels like Priority 1, Priority 2 and so on, I want those names to be visible right away on the main screen instead of needing to hover over each one to read them. That matters even more when I'm sharing the board with my team especially older shop workers who aren't very comfortable with computers and may not realize they need to hover over the labels to understand what the colors mean.

Pros

Keeping work organized across different streams is really useful and the visual layout helps a lot. I can quickly see not only what's on my own plate but also what my teammates are handling, where our work overlaps and where there's a chance to collaborate.

At the same time, it feels a little outdated. The design is fairly basic but not in a modern way and setting up a card involves clicking through quite a few menus. It often felt like the choice was either entering only a card title or dealing with a huge list of fields and options. I'd really like more control over what the tool displays based on my organization's needs. Because of that, getting started can feel a bit overwhelming since it's not always clear where to begin.

Turning ideas into lists feels really quick and flexible in this tool. In my head, it works like a big refrigerator covered with lists which honestly makes it fun to use. I used to keep making endless to-do lists but now I can set up one board like a fridge, fill it with different lists like grocery lists and use cards for each task I need to track. That setup just feels natural. Adding people to cards and assigning due dates is also really simple which I love.

Cons

Locating a card again after it's been created is difficult. If someone @mentions me, I want to jump to it right away and I wish the board showed a clearer sign for which cards have new notifications waiting for me. Aside from that, it's been really good.

Pros

Across both internal and external projects, this software has worked really well for us. We can bring guests into specific boards and keep their access limited which is especially useful. It also connects with a lot of third-party tools and the custom backgrounds add a fun personal touch.

For a small business, the premium pricing feels pretty high and the per-user cost makes it close to not being worth it. We stayed on the free plan for quite a while but once we could no longer keep things under the 10-board limit, that became difficult.

Right away, this platform feels polished and easy, with a really attractive interface that new users can pick up fast. It includes plenty of features but they're organized in such a smart way that the platform never feels cluttered or overwhelming.

Issue is that the power-ups come at an extra cost and basic reporting is not included for users on the free plan.

Hands down, this is the best free team management tool I've used. This tool's organization features have been such a good fit that we rolled it out across the whole company. The board and card setup keeps everyone aligned and there's something really satisfying about marking a card as "complete" when a task is finished. We make a separate board for every project, then add cards for each task. The checklist feature gets used on almost every card and being able to see progress instantly on the dashboard is incredibly helpful.

Cons

After a card is archived, it can be surprisingly hard to find again when you need to look something up. We ended up working around that by labeling cards as "complete" and moving them to the bottom of the board instead. That way, it's much faster to go back and pull previous details when needed. I also wish there were built-in text, color and font formatting options inside cards. It took us a while to figure out the codes for bold, italics and underlining and we're always trying to keep descriptions as brief as we can.

Pros

This software keeps things easy, takes little to no training to get people up and running and simply does what it needs to do. The free plan doesn't offer many add-ons but honestly, that hasn't been much of a drawback. A lot of the extra features in the premium tiers feel unnecessary and can add clutter. When the goal is getting tickets completed efficiently, having fewer distractions is actually a big advantage.

Cons

A frustrating part is how easy it is to accidentally remove information from a ticket without realizing it and there's no real way to undo those changes. The editing permissions are also pretty limited especially when trying to create cards meant to act as templates. It would be much more useful if those cards could be locked and only made available for copying.

Something that's always been valuable is how every action and update gets tracked, plus the option to duplicate a board or keep one private just for the management team. I've been using this platform for about 8 years across several different roles and it's been useful in most situations. The checklist feature is especially helpful too. For example, when onboarding a new client, I can simply duplicate the card and have a fresh checklist ready to work through.

Cons

Overall, I do like it but the feedback I've heard from developers is that they tend to prefer Basecamp or Jira because of how epics and stories are turned into tickets and how simple it is for two developers to collaborate on the same ticket. That said, I believe the software can handle those things as well.

Working with a remote team means I'm not always online at the same time as the people I need updates from or need to assign tasks to. This software has been really helpful for that. It lets us keep projects and task lists current, split up new work and stay aligned without needing everyone available at once. It makes managing everything much more manageable.

A few people on the team had a bit of trouble getting used to working with different boards at first. Most of them were coming from Basecamp so that probably played a part. After they got past that initial adjustment though, they were able to use it without any issues.

Whether it's for work projects or personal planning, this software fits a lot of different situations. It also comes with templates that make organizing things much easier so it's useful well beyond just professional use.

A few features can be unlocked by getting other people to sign up but that access only lasts for a limited period and then those functions stop working. That issue goes away with a paid subscription since those features remain available as long as you keep paying.
