“excellent team project tracking”
Pros
Working with the tool made it much easier for my team to manage all the design pieces for a large event. Each project had its own card with all the details in one place and we could move cards across boards as they progressed. That made it very clear at all times where every project stood in the workflow. It was also really helpful to assign specific people to specific cards so the whole team wasn't flooded with email notifications whenever something changed. Overall, it's a really useful tool for staying organized.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about the software especially when it comes to collaborating with a group.

“perfect for recurring lists”
Pros
Keeping several lists going at the same time works really well for me. I can archive items once they're done and I'm also able to reuse the lists I come back to again and again. I know this platform can do a lot more than I'm taking advantage of right now but for what I need, it's absolutely perfect.
Cons
I do wish that the mobile app had the same level of functionality as the desktop version. I'd especially like to be able to view my archived cards from my phone or tablet.

“A must have!”
Pros
At first, this tool felt a little intimidating because we didn't really grasp how much it could do. Once we got into it though, it completely changed how we manage work. There are almost too many useful features to list: you can build boards, invite teammates, check everything from your phone and get notified every time a card is updated. The fact that we were able to use all of that for free was honestly unbelievable. Even the paid upgrade feels worthwhile because it gives you unlimited Power-Ups which are add-ons that expand what each board can do. Every time we thought, "I wish it had this," the platform already seemed to offer it. Features like Card Counter which shows how many cards are on a board or in a list and Old Pirate Map Aging which visually shows neglected cards by making them look aged over time, are surprisingly helpful. It started out as something we simply wanted to try and now it's something we genuinely rely on. We really couldn't function without it at this point. It's an excellent way to track workflow and it almost communicates for your team automatically. If someone has a question, you can just tag them with @name and they'll get an email right away.
Cons
The only setback is that the free version limits you to two Power Ups per board while the paid plan gives you unlimited ones. Even then, it barely feels like a true negative since it really just comes down to whether or not you want to pay for the extra features.

“accessible boards for any project”
Pros
Managing projects with this software feels easy whether the work is large or small. I can set up my own swim lanes, name them in a way that fits the project and add stories to each lane without any hassle. I use it every day for general project management as well as smaller software development efforts. The best part is the accessible interface which makes the tool very user friendly and doesn't require any learning curve for people who are just getting started.
Cons
Nothing to complain about here. I genuinely enjoy using this tool!

“better for small teams”
Pros
The software worked really well for smaller teams and helped keep group tasks organized. Communicating with the group during a project or sending out a quick announcement was much more practical here than trying to make sure everyone saw an email. It's definitely more beneficial for smaller groups than for larger ones but the platform is very organized and doesn't take much training to understand, whether you're using it as an admin or a regular member. Another plus is that it lets you keep a close eye on what other users are working on and what they've completed.
Cons
It still isn't a very good fit for communication in larger groups. Some of the settings can become frustrating especially when people keep changing the background all the time and getting notifications whenever someone types in the group chat can be annoying and distracting. This platform can also get buggy once too much is happening at the same time and the web page starts struggling to keep up.

“custom boards”
Pros
The solution works really well because you can customize it to fit whatever project you're managing. It lets you set up cards and tabs for the specific tasks or functions you're working on which keeps everything organized. Another big plus is having everything in one dashboard so it's simple to get a quick overview at a glance.
Cons
There aren't many downsides I can point to with this software. It does exactly what we need it to do. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have more background image options or the ability to customize that more.

“team visibility”
Pros
Across our computer repair shop, the platform keeps everyone updated on exactly where each project stands. Since some of us head out for onsite jobs or step away for lunch, it really helps to see where work was left off on a computer or phone so someone else can jump in, finish it and get it back to the customer. We also use it to track what parts are being ordered for each computer which keeps the whole team informed about where a device is in the process and why it is still here.
Cons
I do not have much to list as a downside. It is simple to use and does a good job of keeping everyone in the office aware of a project's status. The only thing I would point out is that it does not offer many reimaging options for pictures which would help when we need clearer visuals of the projects we are working on.

“ad-free boards with strong sharing”
Pros
Even as a free tool, the tool gives you a lot of useful functionality without ads getting in the way or nonstop prompts to upgrade. It's also simple to search through and you can invite other people to access and collaborate on your boards.
Cons
A small issue is that the lists on each board are arranged horizontally. If you have a lot of them, it can take quite a bit of side-scrolling to reach the ones off-screen. It would be nicer if they could tile for easier viewing but overall it's a pretty minor issue.

“keeps projects moving”
Pros
Was the first tool I used for product management and it really mirrors the simple flow of a project's status. You can add tasks into columns like to-do, in progress, completed and tested which makes everything very clear to follow. If you're using Bitbucket, the solution feels like a must-have. It also syncs across devices and connects really well with other developer tools.
Cons
These days, the solution has a lot of competition and some of those alternatives work more smoothly with other products. This tool still does the job well but it doesn't really offer a strong competitive edge over the others.

“fantastic for daily planning”
Pros
Has been excellent for both my personal work and my company projects. The Kanban view is really accessible and convenient to use. Being able to drag cards around and assign team members to them has helped me stay productive all day long.
Cons
The only thing I feel is missing is a wider range of power-ups and I especially wish the Google Drive integration were better. Aside from that, it feels pretty much perfect.

“clean boards for project tracking”
Pros
This year I began supervising a 16-year-old apprentice and this software has been really helpful for keeping his projects organized. It's not about his age at all, the platform just has a simple, clean and very visual interface that makes everything easy to follow. I appreciate that team members can name projects, add descriptions, include collaborators, build task lists and assign due dates all in one place.
Cons
There's not much I disliked about it. The only limitation for me is with bigger, more complex projects, where I prefer having a Gantt chart view and the ability to create dependencies between tasks and subtasks. That said, I assume those features may be available through paid plans or power-ups.

Pros
The software has become our go-to tool for client work because the interface is so easy and the layout just makes sense. Even people who aren't very tech-savvy can jump right in and start using it without much effort.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across any issues with it.

“Perfect simple projects”
Pros
Is an affordable and effective option for keeping track of personal tasks and simpler projects. It fits especially well for individuals and small teams. Being able to assign users, set due dates, add tasks and comments and manage everything directly within a specific project makes it very practical. Updating items and moving them around is easy and the interface is user friendly enough that even very basic users can start using it right away.
Cons
It would be even better if it included more functionality for larger, more demanding projects and the task lists could be designed in a more accessible way.

“fantastic collaboration for teams”
Pros
A few years back, I used this with a large task force at my church and it became the hub for organizing everything we were working on. Leaving comments and staying in touch with the team was really simple even when we weren't together in meetings.
Cons
At times, the way the system is split into separate sections felt a bit restrictive but overall it's an amazing product that I'd absolutely recommend to teams of around 10 to 20 people. The pricing is also a huge plus especially since it's free to get started.

“love this!”
Pros
Getting around it feels very easy and all the cards are clearly laid out in the lanes you create. Viewing or editing anything only takes a click and there's plenty of room to add descriptions, comments and checklists.
Cons
The formatting options are a bit limited. It would be a lot better to have simple controls, like clicking a B button to make text bold.

“powerful add-ons”
Pros
This platform offers a ton of customization through power-ups and third-party integrations, letting you turn cards and boards into workflows that fit exactly how your team works.
Cons
Moving from the free version to the Business plan feels pretty expensive especially since users also need paid memberships which really restricts what free users can do.

“easy setup”
Pros
Right away, this tool felt very easy to use and the interface is clean and uncluttered. It's also simple to customize depending on what you need it for which makes it useful in a lot of different situations. I can share boards with friends, family, coworkers and others without any hassle. It works really well for both personal and professional use. I haven't personally used it with a work team but I've heard it's fantastic for team collaboration. The app is also just as user friendly as the website which makes it convenient to use anywhere.
Cons
A couple of things could be faster though. For example, when I want to customize certain information on a card, I have to open the card and edit it and I wish that process were a little quicker or more direct. I'd also love to see more shortcuts or options for making mass changes at once, unless those features already exist and I just haven't come across them yet.

“task organization”
Pros
This software is an excellent tool for organizing personal to-dos as well as team work. It gives you the freedom to set up whatever system fits your way of managing projects which makes planning and execution feel very adaptable.
Cons
Biggest downside is that the free version comes with some restrictions although a lot of Google Chrome extensions can help make up for those missing features.

“I enjoy using this tool”
Pros
I really enjoy building personal Kanban setups to keep projects moving and organized. Creating groups, breaking work into smaller tasks and collaborating with others all feels very natural because those features are implemented well. This platform also makes it simple to set up different groups which I've used a lot when working on projects with other teams.
Cons
Does offer a lot of strong features but once a project becomes very complex, it can be tougher to keep the same level of depth and structure you would get from a tool like JIRA. It works really well for smaller projects or smaller teams but for enterprise-level work it may not provide enough power.

“visual task tracking done right!”
Pros
The solution works like a digital task calendar that replaces the old paper and email trail by keeping everything in one place. Because it's so visual, it's very simple for anyone to see what's due and when. The standout features for me are linking Drive files and building task lists. You can also tag people on items and they get an email with the assignment. It feels like a more polished version of a sticky note system. Users can set up separate folders or boards for things like communications, proposals and even personal lists.
Cons
At times, Drive links don't connect immediately. Usually, closing the program and reopening it fixes the problem.
