Pros

When a bigger project comes through at the office, This is the tool I rely on to keep the workflow organized. I still keep a small personal to-do list for everyday tasks but for larger team projects, a board in the platform helps me track what's already been completed on each task and what still needs attention. One thing I really enjoy is how quickly I can get a full overview of the project and then jump into an individual task to see the finer details.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides for me. Over the years, the platform has gradually improved by adding useful features here and there which I've appreciated. If I had to point out one thing, it would be nice if comments and descriptions could be moved to a rich text field instead of a markup-based one.

Pros

Right from the free plan, this software covers most of what you need, with plenty of integrations and add-ons that are fairly priced. It very quickly turns into the default place for planning and managing team tasks. The interface is simple and accessible so anyone on the team can start using it without much effort.

Cons

Setting up new boards is almost too effortless which can result in having more boards than you really need. A few useful manipulation features are locked behind paid power-ups though that feels understandable considering how much functionality is already included for free.

Pros

This platform's board setup is a huge advantage for product management. You can keep things very simple or build them out with as much detail as a project needs and the drag-and-drop card system makes it really natural to move work through each stage of the process. I use different boards for social media work, a personal board to stay on top of my own tasks and another for a professional organization I run so our events stay organized and on track.

Cons

The software is very user friendly overall but if I had to point out one downside, it would be the lack of built-in template boards for new users, at least as far as I know. Starting from scratch can feel a little overwhelming when you're trying to map out the best board structure for a project lifecycle and having templates available would make onboarding much more approachable from the start.

Pros

Having a team scattered across the country, this tool made it possible for us to roll out a new initiative without hassle. It kept everything clearly organized around what needed to get done. The real-time updates across the team, along with the way each person could stay on top of their own time management, ended up being the biggest advantage.

It's difficult to point to much that I dislike about the platform. If anything, its simplicity could be seen as a downside for some people. Coming from more complex technology and marketing tools, adjusting to something this easy took a little time.

This software was one of the earliest project management tools to popularize the kanban view and that still shows in how accessible it feels. Moving between projects is easy and managing boards is very simple. One thing I really appreciate is being able to create as many boards as I want since it helps clear out clutter, separate irrelevant information and spin up a fresh board anytime I need one for a short-term project.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is the limited number of add-ons and integrations. I can manage without them but having a wider selection of options would definitely make the platform more useful.

Pros

Makes organizing ideas and writing topics feel really natural. I've used phone notes and Excel sheets before but the easy card-based layout works so much better. It actually makes me want to keep adding new blog post and story ideas under specific topics, along with notes, comments and even photos.

There's very little to complain about especially for the way I use it. I'm not using the software as a full project management tool like some people do. I keep things pretty simple and use it mainly as a way to stay organized with my writing ideas.

This is one of the apps I rely on regularly, mainly for work but also now and then for personal tasks. I appreciate that it lets me stay focused on the actual problem I'm trying to solve rather than spending time figuring out how to organize cards on a board.

The interface can feel a bit sluggish at times and is occasionally quite slow. Also, while there are add-ons available, the quality of some of them could definitely be improved.

Getting started with this software takes almost no effort which is one of the best things about it. There's no steep learning curve so you can jump right in and begin using it straight away. It makes project organisation really easy because you can expand your view and clearly see the different parts of what needs to be done at each stage. Marking tasks as complete also gives a real sense of progress and achievement. It's far better than keeping a paper to-do list since you can look back at notes and actions anytime, while also sorting, reordering or archiving things as you go.

Honestly, there isn't really anything I dislike about the application. It's a fantastic addition to any workspace and it's there whenever you need to access it.

This tool gives me a lot of control over my personal to-do list while also making it simple for my team to stay in sync across multiple projects. We're using the free version right now and still get a ton of value from it, managing a large amount of information across different boards without any issues or missing data. Having everything tied to one task card is incredibly useful too since comments, attachments, calendars and other relevant files can all live in the same place.

There's really only one issue I have with it: switching from the Kanban view to other views isn't very quick or flexible right now. That part could definitely be improved with an update.

This software has been a lifesaver in my day-to-day work. My entire team relies on it and I also use it when collaborating with clients. It gives everyone a real-time view of where each project stands and what every team member is working on. Since it's web-based, people can log in and access it from anywhere which makes coordination much easier.

Even though this software is essential to my daily work, it does come with a few challenges. The biggest one is that it takes a while to fully learn how to use the application. When I was just getting started, I ran into some difficulties and found certain parts a bit complicated to use.

Problem is the frequent maintenance updates which end up interrupting ongoing work. At least once a month, the site seems to go down for maintenance and blocks progress.

The due date setting could be more visible right when creating a new card. Other than that, I honestly don't have many complaints since the tool covers just about everything I need.

Juggling entrepreneurship, healthcare work and motherhood meant I tried all kinds of systems to keep up with tasks and projects. I went through Google Calendar and several phone apps before landing on this software and that ended up being the best fit. Since I'm a visual learner, the way this program is laid out matches how I process and remember information really well. Before using it, I would lie awake at night with random to-dos popping into my head,remembering my daughter's school items for Wednesday, needing milk from the grocery store, submitting monthly tax information to Texas for my business or finishing continuing education for work. This software changed that for me. Now, if something comes to mind, I can quickly add it in the app on my phone and go to sleep feeling more at ease. It has honestly helped me rest better and I think that has even been good for my overall health. Thank you, this software!

This platform has been a perfect match for a lot of the systems I run in my business. My team uses it to upload content for my review, I collaborate with clients on it as well and it's extremely user friendly. I really appreciate how visual the platform is and how much can be customized to match exactly what each project needs.

Email notifications are a bit inconsistent. At times I get updates when changes are made to boards and other times I don't and it's not always clear what causes the difference.

Pros

This tool's biggest strength is how adaptable and accessible it is. In UX design school, we relied on it for all kinds of things, from affinity mapping and Kanban boards to coordinating group activities with people located across the country and even anonymous voting. It works incredibly well because it can shift into so many different roles depending on what you need. On top of that, it's very easy to use. Everything you need is right there on each card which kept the learning curve low for new users,especially important when time with a client on a call is limited.

Something that could be better is the interface which feels a bit dated. The layout is organized and everything functions well but the front-end style comes across as a little quaint, cozy and even slightly cutesy. It's definitely not a deal breaker, just not the most ideal look for a team of designers.

Keeping work organized is much better with the card setup, along with the filters and labels. The usability is very good and the integration between boards works really well. The calendar feature is also a big help in day-to-day planning and follow-up.

Security around deleting cards or moving them between boards could be improved. Right now someone can accidentally archive a card or move it to the wrong place and then it can end up getting lost. It would also be useful to have user-level permissions so some people can add information without being able to archive or delete cards. Another thing missing is a dashboard showing completed tasks, overdue items, deadlines and activity by person and by board.

This platform worked well for sharing information with our team. It was fairly simple to build what we needed without requiring much support. Being able to have people interact with posts was especially useful since we were trying to monitor usage. The fact that it was free made it an even better fit for our organization. The app itself was also quite simple to use and had a visually friendly layout.

We were using it to build an online manual for our student staff. Although it was simple to add everything into the platform, it lacked a few elements that would have made it more useful overall. I also felt there were better ways the information could have been organized. On a computer, the way the information was displayed felt odd and not very user friendly.

One of the biggest advantages of this software is that it costs nothing to use,you just create an account and get started for free. It really helps simplify project management because you can invite other contributors, create separate boards, assign tasks to each person and they can mark them off once finished. The real-time updates are also very useful and it works well on mobile too.

A notable drawback with the platform is that it doesn't include a built-in Gantt Chart feature. It also lacks a calendar within the platform.

It is a really flexible app that works for all kinds of planning. I've been able to use it for software development organizing things at home and even planning content for my blog.

My only concern is that the application doesn't end up overloaded with extra features. The last update introduced a few additions, like Butler. They haven't gotten in the way so far but I'd rather they not keep adding more.
