“A lot to do with it!”

Pros

The platform has been one of the most useful virtual vision board apps I've used so far. There's a lot you can do even on the free plan which makes it really valuable. The phone app is also really nice and works well.

Cons

The cost of adding team collaborators feels a bit high. On top of that, needing a higher-tier plan just to invite someone to a private board as a viewer without edit access seems pretty silly. It can also take some people a little time to get used to the platform.

“endless ways to stay organized”

Pros

From business tasks to social media planning, budgeting, nonprofit work, team communication, moving, home renovation, project planning and event organizing, this tool has covered just about everything I need. The range of ways I can use it feels endless and it's been incredibly useful across both my work and personal life.

Cons

Personally I would change the requirement to give every card a title especially when I'm only using a card to view photos. It would also be better if, when creating a new card, there were an option to open the full card window right away instead of entering a title first and then clicking again to access the detailed view.

“connects with other tools”

Pros

Right from the start, this platform feels very easy to use and connects with plenty of other tools. It's not overly complicated at all and just by looking at the page, you can quickly understand what it's for and how to get done what you need to do.

Cons

My only real concern would be security. If a startup or even an individual is using it, there could be a strong need to store sensitive information there. While that's useful from a functionality standpoint, it could also create some security concerns. I'd really like to see features such as two-step authentication or something similar that would make the platform feel more secure.

“easy to see everything”

Pros

This tool organizes work with boards and cards and that setup is exactly what I enjoy using. It's very visual which makes it much easier to see where everything stands and gives me a real sense of control over the project.

Cons

With the version of the platform we use, cards are limited to a single project. There are times when it would be really useful to share a card across multiple projects and this software doesn't offer that.

“I rely on it heavily”

Pros

This software has become the tool I rely on most to stay on top of my work. It makes tracking project progress really simple and the interface feels very accessible to use. Honestly, I'd be lost without the tool at this point. It has made me much more productive overall and it also connects well with other essential tools like Google Drive.

Cons

Using it on mobile can be a bit difficult because the screen feels too small. It's definitely better suited for a laptop or desktop.

“quick setup”

Pros

Getting started with the software took barely any time at all which I absolutely loved. Setting up projects is very easy and being able to arrange the boards however I want is a big plus. I also enjoy choosing different photo backgrounds for each one especially for goal boards because adding something inspiring helps keep me focused and motivated.

Cons

Honestly, there's not really anything to complain about. It does everything I need it to do, other than actually completing the tasks and projects for me, of course which is a bit of a shame!

“friendly interface”

Pros

Compared with other project management tools I've used, this one stands out for having a very friendly interface and being simple to navigate. I'd absolutely recommend it over the others especially for people who are new to project management or don't have much experience with this type of software.

Cons

At times, it can still be a bit hard to keep track of everything. It would really help if it had an automatic reminder feature or something similar that could send notifications on its own.

“wonderful tool!”

Pros

Whether I'm on my iPhone, iPad or sitting at my desk, the platform helps me keep everything organized. The interface feels very accessible and I can quickly drag and drop projects between coworkers or across the different lists I've created. Another feature I really appreciate is being able to update individual cards and assign them to specific team members. It makes it simple to set deadlines, build checklists and leave comments all in one place within the same card.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is a better way for team members to collaborate inside cards. I can tag people in a card but there's no option to have a single card appear on multiple lists. That's something we could probably work around by adjusting our workflow so it's not a dealbreaker and my team is managing fine without it for now.

“Great organizer for projects”

Pros

Even as a free tool, this software is incredibly impressive. I first used it as a student for IT projects and never upgraded to the premium version but it still worked really well for what I needed. I actually continue using it now to keep my life organized and track which jobs need to be done. It's easy, user friendly and very simple to work with.

Cons

It can feel a bit too simple sometimes. What I mean by that is I'd like the board view to show more detail directly on the screen, instead of having to open each ticket individually just to see all the information.

“handles everything for us”

Pros

Incredibly simple to figure out! We managed to organize our entire company around it, using it to handle everything from basic daily tasks to more complex projects without much trouble.

Cons

A few add ons are only available with the paid plan but that is not really a major issue especially when the solution is being used for a company.

“helpful boards for web projects”

Pros

This tool really helped our team stay in sync while building a new website. We were able to set up a section for each page which made communication and organization much better throughout the project.

Cons

An issue was that some text would get hidden and there were times when I had trouble finding things. That said, it may have partly been due to user error on my side.

“limited features, clear layout”

Pros

Access through the free trial is genuinely helpful and signing up plus setting everything up is very easy. Even someone without much IT experience could start using it without trouble so the user friendly design is definitely a strong point.

Cons

At the same time, it's still one more platform that requires a separate account, password management, team setup and all the extra admin that comes with it. Compared with other tools on the market, the tool also felt more limited when it came to functionality, integrations, connections and automation. The interface itself is friendly and the color scheme does help with navigating the dashboard and linked pages. However, that same use of color can become a downside because once there are lots of boards, tasks and progress stages, everything can start to look cluttered and confusing.

“User friendly”

Pros

Using this tool feels very easy. Creating cards is quick and I can assign them to specific people, add due dates and use color coding to keep everything organized by category.

Cons

I'd still like a few more features to be included in the free version. As it is, the tool can feel a bit limited and I'll likely switch to a paid plan once it makes financial sense.

“makes life convenient”

Pros

The platform is user friendly, the interface is clear and easy to understand and accessing files is easy. It has made collaboration across the team on shared boards much more convenient. The software feels well built, is simple to set up and is especially useful for organizing meetings and keeping track of follow-ups.

Cons

To be honest, this tool feels like a polished platform with excellent features and functionality. I really have not run into any downsides with it so I do not have any complaints about this software. Overall, I am a satisfied the platform user.

“versatile planning for work and home”

Pros

Biggest strength for me is how simple and accessible the interface and setup are. It's easy enough that it works just as well for everyday personal use as it does in a business setting. I used the platform in my role as a product manager and I liked it so much that I ended up bringing it into my home life too as a way to keep my family organized. That may sound a bit over the top for household planning but it genuinely made organizing and following through on tasks more enjoyable for everyone.

Cons

During my time using it at work, one limitation I noticed was with image uploads. I often need to attach screenshots of bugs or other visuals to provide context and while uploading is usually pretty direct, there have been times when I wished I could rotate or make quick edits to an image after adding it. Aside from that, I really haven't come across many other downsides.

“beginner-friendly”

Pros

A web-based project management tool that works especially well for beginners because it lets you organize projects clearly using boards. It feels much more practical than dealing with a pile of sticky notes and the fact that it's free makes it even more appealing. Even someone new to this kind of software can understand it quickly and start using it without much trouble. The interface is user friendly and creating tasks plus assigning them to team members is very easy. One of the biggest advantages is being able to track task details in one place where everyone involved can access them. That really matters in a project since work is less likely to get mixed up or overlooked. Adding new members is simple too and you can even invite outside users when needed. It also gives you flexibility to create either public boards or boards with limited access, depending on your preference. Real-time updates are another useful feature since everyone can immediately see the changes being made.

Cons

It would be better if the software included Gantt charts. Also, each board only allows for a fairly simple description which can feel a bit limiting.

Pros

Lets you create cards for every pending task in your business, whether you work at a company or as a freelancer. It helps a lot with organizing your time, collaborating with teammates and even staying connected with clients. You can also build activity lists within each work card and attach everything from images to audio notes. The solution feels like a fresh and innovative application.

Cons

The interface could use a little refinement especially when it comes to where some side menu elements are placed. That said, it is a minor issue and easy to overlook when the platform is organized well enough that most users barely notice it.

Keeps things simple while still being flexible enough for different workflows. The integrations are useful and it includes plenty of functionality even in the free tier.

Cons

Calendar integration could be more effective and deleting items from lists takes a bit more effort than it should.

“So easy to figure out”

Pros

It's very simple, accessible and you can figure out about 90% of the platform in under 10 minutes just by clicking around. It's also flexible enough to adapt well to pretty much any type of project you want to manage.

Cons

There are only minor issues, really. I'd just like to see better keyboard shortcut support and a few features could be reached with fewer clicks. Small changes like that would make it even more efficient.

“works for quick planning”

Pros

Within minutes you can create a new board, add lists and cards and begin tracking pretty much anything, whether that's a project, a to-do list or even planning for a trip. It also supports collaboration well, with reminders and notifications for specific activity. The platform is quite flexible so it fits a range of use cases and can be adjusted to match the way you prefer to work.

Cons

There is definitely a point where this platform starts to feel limited especially when more people are involved or when you want more advanced ways to track work. It works really well as a Kanban board for simple projects but if you want to measure things like how long features take to be released, it doesn't offer much in that area, at least not on the free version.
