It feels incredibly flexible! You can shape it around exactly what you need and keep adapting it over time as your workflows change and develop.

I honestly don't have much negative to mention. At times the interface can feel a bit cluttered but considering how much the software is capable of, it really isn't a major issue in my view.

Pros

This tool stands out to me because it's incredibly lightweight and simple to work with especially on mobile where there really aren't many comparable lightweight options. The interface is clean, accessible and visually appealing so everything feels very easy from the start. There's basically no learning curve which makes it really convenient to add and manage stories while on the go. The card system fits both small and larger teams really well. I also rely a lot on the Slack integration and features like power-ups and drag-and-drop make customization much more flexible.

Cons

My only real complaint with the platform is that it doesn't support a hierarchical structure so cards can only be organized in a linear way. Aside from that, I don't really have anything else to criticize about it.

Pros

Whether it's for CRM, project management or onboarding new clients, this tool handles just about anything I need it to. I'm using it for all three right now and once I got past the initial learning curve, it turned out to be incredibly useful. The biggest plus is that the free version already offers more than enough for most users.

Cons

Filtering by tag could definitely be more accessible. It's possible to do but it took me a long time to figure out the process. Aside from that, the software feels polished, well designed and very pleasant to work with.

One of the best things about this platform is how clean and easy the interface is, even though the platform itself can handle quite a lot. The UI honestly deserves a 10/10. My team uses it to collaborate, stay aligned on everything that needs to get done and clearly see who is responsible for each task. Tasks can be structured in a hierarchy, managers can assign them and the cards include a progress bar that makes it simple to check the current status. The people working on a task can also add subtasks which helps a lot. It makes following overall progress and seeing who is doing what incredibly convenient and being able to attach files and images to cards is really useful too. Once you start using this platform, you genuinely wonder how you managed without it before.

The only downside I can point to is the regular emails from the software which get a little annoying although there is probably a setting somewhere to turn them off.

Jumping into this tool takes almost no effort. It's very easy to use, with hardly any setup time or overhead involved. If someone can navigate a site like Facebook, they'll have no trouble using this tool.

Since it's designed to work right out of the box, the feature set is fairly limited. For bigger teams that need more specialized functionality, another tool would probably be a better fit.

Getting started with this software feels very natural and it doesn't take long to learn at all. It works really well for sharing information across a team or even between different teams. It's also a very effective place to keep information that needs to be checked or revisited often.

Some of the advanced features and customization options are locked behind paid plans which can put them out of reach for smaller companies. Even with that, the free version still offers a lot of useful functionality.

Using this platform's board, list and card setup has been really effective for sharing tasks and handing them off between departments while keeping production moving. Our company launches more than 200 new products a year so having production details passed along clearly from one team to the next works really well with this tool.

The gap between the Free plan and the Business plan is pretty steep. There's not much middle ground if you want to move gradually into a paid version and for larger organizations the Business tier gets expensive fast. That said, the free plan still handles everything we currently need. The biggest issue is backup and recovery: while you can download JSON files as a backup, there's no way to restore lost data from them. If something were lost, every card and detail would have to be entered again by hand which would be a disaster. Their import/export functionality really needs attention because right now it's basically nonexistent.

Pros

Working with a team is much better with this because it makes it clear what everyone else is doing. The Kanban layout is universal so people understand it right away and the drag-and-drop cards are actually fun to use. I can add attachments, set card cover images, build new boards and organize them by type of work. It also includes lots of smaller useful features like labels, due dates, checklists and more. The interface is very user friendly and pretty much anyone can learn how to use it quickly.

Cons

When the platform is missing a feature, it can usually be added through integrations called power-ups. For example, if I want time tracking, I can connect something like Toggle. The downside is that I only really control my work time by opening the Toggle app which means using two separate tools instead of managing everything in one place. Aside from that, I honestly couldn't be happier with the platform. I've used the free version for 4 years and genuinely have almost nothing to complain about.

This software has been a huge help when it comes to getting organized. My thoughts and work habits tend to be all over the place, with notes and ideas scattered everywhere and this software gives me plenty of ways to bring that chaos into order. Between separate boards for different projects or task categories, lists within those boards and individual cards, the level of organization you can build with its to-do system is really detailed. It's simple enough to start using right away but once you dig deeper,especially with this software's power-ups,it can become much more advanced. Those add-ons add a lot of value, from small improvements to core features to major changes in how information is displayed, like the calendar view, plus integrations with tools such as Google Drive and Dropbox. Out of the box, this software works well even for someone who isn't naturally organized, while still offering plenty of depth for power users or anyone who wants a more structured system.

Beyond all of its strong organizational features, one of the application's biggest selling points is how well it supports sharing and collaboration. My team which is around 10 to 20 people, works from one shared board with card lists assigned to each person across all of our projects. Because everyone has visibility into everything, that setup has occasionally created some awkward situations or confusion between team members. That may be more about the structure we chose than the application itself,so the downside might partly just be people. Another issue is that there doesn't seem to be a very clear undo option so if someone makes a mistake on a shared board, it can create a mess for everyone else. The notification system also leaves something to be desired. If you need to get someone's attention right away, the application probably isn't the best tool for that.

This platform comes with a lot to appreciate. It helps keep every kind of task organized, whether it's household chores, vacation planning, grocery lists, business projects or office work. Another big plus is how simple it is to share projects with family, friends or teammates. For example, instead of reminding your partner what needs to be done at home, you can just share the task board and everything is there. Creating categories is also very flexible,you can set up lists such as TO DO, IN PROGRESS, IDEAS or anything else that fits your workflow. That makes it much easier to focus only on what matters at the moment without extra clutter. On top of that, tasks can include images, due dates, attachments and can even be assigned to specific people only. The checklist feature is especially useful because it lets you track each step inside one task and mark things off as you complete them. There are also different templates for organizing tasks across different parts of life such as home, business or study. The interface looks really attractive and polished which honestly makes working in the app more enjoyable. I also appreciate that everything syncs across devices like PCs, laptops, phones and tablets. You can plan out your whole week on a computer and then keep checking your tasks from your phone during the week without any hassle.

Up to this point, I really haven't run into any problems while using the app. It feels accessible, user friendly and capable enough for all kinds of needs. If you want more advanced functionality, there is a paid option but the price feels very fair considering how many useful features are included.

Our team has relied on this tool for years and it has been a really valuable tool for collaboration and making sure day-to-day tasks actually get done. With so many people involved and so many moving parts in our program, things could easily slip through the cracks without a clear system in place. This tool keeps everything organized and on track and that's honestly one of the biggest strengths of the platform.

Looking back, it has definitely become more user friendly over time but when we first began using the platform, it felt pretty confusing. Since then, they've added automatic guides when you get started and that has made a big difference. Using this software day after day feels accessible and enjoyable and it makes it really hard to let anything slip through the cracks.

Some people still don't really see the point of using it since keeping everything updated does take time but that's more about the agile way of working than the software itself. It's also not a good fit for a waterfall approach because there are no Gantt charts built in although add-ons can cover that. Prioritization isn't included natively either but there are add-ons for that as well.

This tool has quite a few things going for it, even though not everything is perfect. One big advantage is that it's completely free so I can use it without paying anything and still keep all my information together in one place. The mobile app is also really useful because it lets me stay updated and quickly add new ideas whenever I'm away from my computer. Another plus is that the website loads fast, even when the internet connection isn't that strong so getting to what I need doesn't take much time.

At the same time, one part of the platform really gets on my nerves: you're limited to those vertical columns and every new list just keeps getting added farther to the right. That works fine at first but once you start collecting a lot of ideas, issues or general to-do items, the board becomes messy and hard to manage. With the board I'm using now, it feels like I have to scroll forever just to reach the other lists. I'm exaggerating a little, of course but you probably get the point. I really wish the interface were clearer and better designed especially to make teamwork on the same board more practical.

Works really well as a project management tool for teams collaborating on the same project. It's especially common with software development groups, small startups and entrepreneurs building something together. The platform makes it simple to communicate, track task updates and keep an overall view of the project. After using it myself, a few strengths stood out. The interface is very easy and it was surprising to see even older college professors using it comfortably. Because of how simple it is, almost anyone with basic tech skills can pick up the fundamentals quickly. Another big advantage is being able to access it across devices. When you're away from your laptop, you can still manage boards, lists and cards from a phone or tablet without much trouble. Notifications are also helpful since they keep everyone current on project activity through both the mobile app and the web version. On top of that, the layout of the boards, cards and lists makes it easy to understand project status at a glance and find details in the right place.

Cons

The storage limit in the free version is a drawback. File attachments can only be up to 10 MB which becomes an issue when a team needs to upload something larger like a PDF, video or slide presentation. A workaround is to share a Google Drive link inside the software but having to create and manage that separate file can be inconvenient. Another frustration is the commenting system. When progress changes, it would be useful to edit an earlier comment to keep communication clear for the team but the software doesn't allow that. The only option is to post another comment which can get a little annoying and may create confusion.

Pros

This tool works really well for managing projects across different teams. Being able to set up Boards and Teams, add plenty of plug-ins to customize each board and switch between mobile and desktop without any hassle makes it a tool we rely on for tracking office tasks and projects. I even end up using it personally when planning group trips.

Cons

What could be better is sharing Boards with new users. It isn't completely accessible which can make onboarding harder and sometimes slows down adoption.

Pros

It makes handling tasks, schedules, reminders and customization really manageable. You can set up separate boards for each team or department which keeps everything organized. The drag-and-drop feature is especially useful and even when the number of cards starts to pile up, the search tool makes it fast to find what you need.

A limitation is that the calendar works at the account level which I assume is one of those add-on features reserved for paid plans. That said, you're still able to share the calendar.

This platform is part of our daily workflow for keeping business deliverables on track. After spending a little time getting familiar with it, the platform becomes simple to navigate and really helps with staying organized.

I'd really want improved the ability to export a list into a clean document. There may be an export option already but the output includes timestamps and names which makes it feel cluttered and not very practical. The notification system also needs work. There have been plenty of times when I've commented and tagged coworkers and they still don't notice it so we usually end up sending a Slack message too.

Honestly, this tool has been a game changer in every way for me. The customization, integrations, data sorting and sharing, team collaboration and the way it supports both personal and work organization are all incredibly useful. It has genuinely changed my life as well as my clients' lives. I use it to manage real estate listings and transactions and my clients can see every step I'm taking. They always know exactly where they are in the listing or transaction process and it makes communication between us much simpler. It is also incredibly helpful for storing information and keeping workflows on track. On the personal side, I use it for grocery lists, sale items, projects and even health insurance issues. As a new mom, I also keep a running list of questions about my daughter's pediatric care in this tool and pull it up at every appointment. I love that I can use it on both desktop and mobile without any hassle. On top of that, it's free for up to 10 users and connects with thousands of other apps and programs. For a small business, it's an amazing tool.

A setback is that you have to share an entire board rather than only specific cards. If the platform added that feature, it would pretty much be the perfect solution. That has been the biggest challenge for the way I run my business.

This software feels a lot like a digital bulletin board and I can customize it pretty much however I want. It's simple to grasp and get running without a bunch of training which I really appreciate because I can't stand tools with a steep learning curve. The Power-Ups also make connecting it with other systems very convenient.

This isn't really the software's fault but getting some of my teammates to adopt the application for workflow and process organization was challenging. That seemed more like a team buy-in problem than a platform problem. My only real complaint with the application itself is that each card only allows one due date. It would be much better if there were a series of due dates to track progress along the way.

Pros

Using the checklists makes it simple to lay out tasks and stay on top of everything and the color-coded labels are especially useful for spotting specific card types quickly at a glance.

Cons

Something that bothers me is that cards can't actually be deleted from a list and can only be archived instead.
