Pros

We were looking for something easy that everyone could use, from the office staff to the less tech-savvy crew working out in the field. This notice-board style setup has been a perfect fit across all our departments and the best part is how well it carries over to mobile phones too.

Cons

Nothing stands out as a problem right now. We probably are not even using all of its features yet so there may be something down the line but at the moment it is working perfectly for us.

Pros

Right from the start, this software feels packed with useful features while still being very simple to navigate. The interface looks beautiful, the backgrounds can be customized and the drag-and-drop functionality is incredibly accessible. I also appreciate having checklists and templates available and it works really well for collaboration. Another plus is that there's no need to worry about manually saving anything.

Cons

I can't think of any real downsides. I never even needed to contact support because the help articles already answered every question I had.

Pros

Best of all, it's completely free! You can set up the board however you want, customize the whole "canvas" and shape it into something that actually works for you and your team.

Cons

Adopting any new app can be a challenge because some people resist the change. This one really depends on the whole team being on board since it loses a lot of its value if certain people choose not to use it.

This tool makes it really simple to keep my daily tasks organized. Having separate boards also makes it much easier to stay in sync with my coworkers about what I'm working on, while giving me visibility into what they're handling each day and whether I can jump in to help with anything.

The platform hasn't caused any major problems since we started using it more than two years ago to keep our department aligned on daily tasks. There were a few small bugs here and there but as far as I can see, the platform has addressed several of the minor issues I noticed before.

Pros

This software has been a perfect fit for the way my mind works and I recommend it to just about everyone. As an administrator, it helps me keep my task list organized in a way that actually makes my work more effective. I usually use it as a triage system, separating the things that need immediate attention from the ones that can wait a bit. I use this software both at work and at home to manage household chores too and it has been incredibly useful in both settings. I genuinely love using this software.

It honestly took me a while to come up with anything I dislike about this software. The only issue that comes to mind is that when you add more task lists than can fit across the screen, you have to scroll sideways to see everything. I would prefer if it allowed you to scroll downward instead.

Pros

Keeping events organized with this platform has been really effective. It offers a easy, manageable way to track everything. You can set up boards for broader topics, like "Marketing 2019" and access them right from the platform's home page. Inside each board, it's simple to add cards with all the relevant details and you can include as many cards and notes as needed. Due dates can be assigned to items, adding team members to boards is quick and archiving older boards or cards is just as convenient.

Cons

The only frustration I've run into is not being able to reassign certain activities to someone else when needed. For example, a team member created an activity on a card and later left the project but I wasn't able to find a way to transfer that activity to another person. I also couldn't see any option to remove that activity entirely.

Pros

Each card lets you add checklists, set due dates, upload images and include pretty much any other content you need. It works really well for staying on top of daily, weekly or monthly tasks and it's also an excellent way to keep a record of the work you've completed.

Cons

It's possible to end up with too many lists though so if you don't keep them organized and specific, your completed tasks can start to feel unclear or harder to follow.

Pros

This software has a clean, attractive layout that makes everything pleasant to look at. It lets me quickly scan the tasks I have lined up for the week and handle whatever needs to be done. Setting up tasks for my staff is also very easy with the boards and lists, whether I'm assigning work, adding due dates or organizing what each person needs to do.

Cons

One small quality-of-life improvement I'd love to see is completed tasks moving automatically into the Completed list. It's not a major issue at all but it would make keeping the board tidy a bit more convenient.

Pros

Having separate boards, lists, cards and labels gives this platform a really organized feel but at the same time it stays incredibly adaptable because you can combine and use those pieces however you want to manage tasks. Another big plus is that it works well for just about anything you need to organize.

Cons

Issue is that it can be a little too dependent on a stable internet connection. A few times, when I updated cards while on weak Wi-Fi, those changes ended up disappearing later. It doesn't happen often but it's still frustrating when it does.

Pros

This tool has been a really useful way to organize tasks quickly and sort them based on priority or purpose. We've used it across our warehouse operations for incoming and outgoing freight, different inventory processes and sending work orders through the warehouse.

Cons

I'd still like to see a more advanced communication setup inside the platform. Tagging a person or department gets the job done but a more integrated Microsoft-style approach would make it much better for staying engaged with everything happening in the system.

Building a project management workflow inside each task board has been one of my favorite parts and collaborating with teammates there feels really natural.

Something I'd still want is a little more functionality inside individual cards, like being able to add as many label colors as needed.

Whether you're brand new to organizing tasks or you've been managing projects for years, this platform fits really well at any level. If you're just getting started, it's simple to keep everything in order, from wedding plans and household budgets to project tracking and research notes. And if you're a more advanced user, there are tons of extra tools and shortcuts that make handling projects feel very efficient.

At times, switching between multiple boards can feel a bit sluggish although it's honestly not bad enough to stop us from using it. That said, the slowdown could also be because our team has a huge number of boards, lists and cards running on the free plan.

Getting different boards set up, assigning permissions and inviting people is very easy and the overall interface looks polished and pleasant to use. The way everything flows feels just right too,moving from one board to another, adding notes, wrapping up projects and sharing updates with teammates works about as well as it possibly could.

We really haven't run into any major downsides with the platform. If I had to point out one thing, it's that because it's an online service, you lose access to your notes and data when the network is down. For projects where outages are possible, like core firewall replacements, it's smart to keep offline copies available just in case.

This software is a pretty standard task tracking app and its biggest strength is how simple and user friendly it is. The whole thing is easy to use and doesn't take much effort to get started with.

Compared with something like Jira, it definitely offers fewer features although that trade-off comes with a much simpler experience.

As someone who prefers seeing everything laid out visually, this platform's board design really works for me. The free plan is surprisingly solid and if you're not working with a team, it gives you more than enough to manage things well. It's also very simple to use which makes the whole experience even better.

What I don't care for is that the free version only lets you use a single power-up which feels a bit limiting.

Pros

The biggest advantage with this software is that it's free. Honestly, I wouldn't pay for it but because it doesn't cost anything, I end up using it all the time. It's a very basic project and list management tool built around cards that you move into different lanes to track what you're working on, what still needs to be done or whatever system makes sense for you. One thing I really appreciate is how customizable the boards are,you can create as many lanes as you want and call them anything you want. The cards can also be color-coded and you can add images and links so it's possible to pack a lot of detail into one card. I mostly use it to manage my personal and business to-do lists and it works well for that. It's also helpful that you can invite other people to a board so they can add cards and move things around too which makes it a solid option for staying organized with a spouse or a small team.

Cons

An annoying issue with the application is a bug where, if I've left it open in a browser tab and haven't clicked back to it for a while, it sometimes freezes when I return and try to use it. Refreshing the page fixes it right away so it's not a huge problem but it still gets irritating. It happens often enough to notice,usually two or three times in a normal work week. On top of that some actions take more clicks than they should. Adding a label to a card is one example and it starts to feel repetitive if you have a lot of cards to update. I also really wish there were a way to select multiple cards at once and apply bulk changes instead of editing each one individually.

Pros

Between the many ways to tag a card, this platform gives us a lot of flexibility. You can use custom labels in different colors and add your own text and there's also the option to tag people on a card. We've even come up with a creative use for the people-tagging feature when tracking status like Invoiced, Unpaid and Paid by creating users with those names and tagging the cards accordingly. With one quick look, we can tell whether I, U or P is attached to the card. I'm convinced that around 90% of small businesses could get by perfectly well without paying for extra features which makes it an excellent free tool until you're ready for the added convenience of the paid extensions.

Cons

Something that can get a little messy is how different teammates prefer to store task-related information. Some of my teammates would rather leave certain details in the card comments, while I prefer having everything kept together in the description in one place. We settled on using comments for this specific case but it really comes down to personal preference. When you have multiple teams working across multiple boards, each group tends to organize things differently and that can make onboarding new teammates more confusing.

Pros

This tool has been an excellent project management tool for small to mid-sized businesses. It's very simple to use, works well with Google Calendar and I'd definitely recommend it.

The platform does fall short on some advanced capabilities especially when it comes to handling multiple large projects or sharing files of any size.

Incredibly simple to use and doesn't require any tutorial at all. It's the tool I rely on to manage tasks across customer support, my design team and even product development. I typically organize everything into three or four lanes like Backlog, To do, In progress and Done. It's easily one of the simplest and most effective tools out there. I'd highly recommend it, even for large teams and software development work.

Cons

I honestly don't have any major complaints. At times, I wish it offered a few more capabilities like Asana does and having time estimate tracking would be a nice addition although it's not always necessary.

The platform is really user friendly and that's a big part of its appeal. It helped bring the Kanban style into mainstream project management and it balances simplicity with enough functionality for everyday users. The interface stays clean and uncluttered while still being capable enough to handle typical workflows.

Cons

Once you want to do anything more advanced, you usually have to rely on add-ons and the cost of those can pile up fast. It also doesn't really meet the expectations of the hardcore agile people I work with,they're looking for more specialized Kanban features and every possible option, even things like per-user, per-column WIP limits. This tool just isn't built for agile purists.
