Keeping projects organized is where this tool really shines. It lets you manage tasks with all the important details in one place, including due dates, bullet points and priority labels. Being able to share planned projects with teammates makes collaboration much better and the email reminders for pending tasks help prevent anything from being overlooked by an individual or the whole team. Another big advantage is how simple it is to use. The software makes it easy for users to track, assign and manage their work without needing any special skills or prior experience. Team members can also leave comments and support one another on assigned tasks which makes coordination even more effective.

Cons

Things become more challenging when the software is used for larger projects. The file storage limit is quite small unless you have a subscription plan which can create problems when handling bigger workloads. Users are also restricted in the number of boards they can have without upgrading. Because of that, getting full use out of the software often means paying for a subscription. On top of that, not all users have access to the premium features by default so a paid plan is required to unlock everything the platform offers. It can also become expensive for teams since each member needs their own subscription to use all of the available features.

Keeping tasks visible is where this software really shines and it feels essential when you're working with a team. It helps everyone stay on the same page about each task's status, progress, requirements and next steps. The integrations with other collaboration tools are also a big plus.

The only downside is that the way archived boards are handled can be a little confusing.

This software feels like the benchmark for Kanban-style productivity tools. It presents everything you need in a really pleasing, user friendly way and the overall layout is simple to work with. The biggest advantage is being able to view all the important details on a single screen while still being able to move things around and reorganize them very quickly.

There is not much to complain about because the tool does its job very well. I have run into a few syncing issues between different machines and downloading the Mac app felt a little unreliable. This platform works perfectly fine in the browser but I prefer having apps I use often installed separately since it makes switching between tasks more convenient.

The tool has a really easy setup and the whole idea behind it is simple but it's still surprisingly powerful. There are plenty of power-ups and extensions available that add even more functionality. It's free, very accessible and when I use it with people in my workshops, they're usually able to sign up and get started within just a few minutes.

Working across multiple boards can get pretty inconvenient and the software still doesn't offer a convenient way to sync cards or lists between them. Since Butler was acquired from being a third-party power-up, this has improved somewhat but it still feels like a major weakness.

Juggling the many moving parts of multiple client projects would be overwhelming without this software keeping everything organized. Its integrations and Power-Ups are a big part of what makes it so useful, even if a few of those Power-Ups really feel like they should already be built in. Both the app and the web version are thoughtfully designed and stay in sync effortlessly so no matter where I am or what device I'm using, this software is always right there when I need it.

At first, the learning curve can be a little confusing and when I started using the platform, I wasn't completely sure why I needed it. But it's worth sticking with. The more time I spend using this tool, the more valuable it becomes and the more I rely on it, if that makes sense. One downside is that some of the more advanced features for power users are only offered through add-ons like Power-Ups, even though they feel like they should be native parts of the platform.

This solution has really changed the way my coworkers and I stay organized. The Kanban boards and cards are simple to use but still very capable. There are also plenty of features to dig into and make the most of.

Our team has become much more organized since we started using this software. It gives our boss a clear way to assign daily and weekly tasks and monitor everything properly. Everyone on the team can also see the progress of each task which makes collaboration a lot easier. It really fixed a major issue in our group because task organization and scheduling used to be a big challenge for our boss and now we do not need to hold meetings so often.

At times, the software does not open properly and I have to try opening it two or three times before it works.

Getting started with the software took almost no time and I ended up using it in several different ways because it's so flexible. I first used it for my own project management to keep bigger projects documented properly and moving forward. Later, I also began using it across teams with one of our vendors to manage their work and keep them informed about new items coming through the pipeline. Since we were handling multiple sites, the category flags became a big part of our process for identifying which sites belonged to each project and making sure our account management team was coordinating with the correct people every time. The checklist feature and sharing options were really useful for communicating progress, updates and activity status. The mobile app also does everything I need from the desktop version so I could stay on top of projects and send updates whether I was at my desk or away from the office without any trouble.

I honestly have very few complaints about this platform. It does exactly what I need from a project management tool by keeping things easy, user friendly and especially fast when it comes to getting new people up and running.

Having separate boards for different parts of my life, projects and responsibilities is something I absolutely love. Creating different kinds of cards is really simple and moving them between lists or even across boards feels smooth. The app feels polished, reliable and very well built overall.

My only real complaint is that I wish the free version included a bit more. It would be nice if some of the Power-Ups were available without needing to pay for a membership or subscription.

Our team uses this platform for weekly labor scheduling and even though it's a heavily customized setup, it does the job well for us. The fantastic UI was a big reason we made the switch and continue using it. Being able to drag and drop resources around as needed is really helpful. It can feel a little outdated at times but for a smaller company, we still haven't come across another low-cost option that works this well especially considering it's free aside from some admin time.

At the end of the day, the tool isn't actually scheduling software, even though that's how we're using it. Because of that, it does miss some functionality you'd expect for scheduling.

As a startup, we get a lot of value from this product because it's free and really helpful for task and project management. It's simple for an admin to set up a project board and the team receives instant updates whenever a new task is added. Inviting other team members is easy too which makes collaboration much easier.

This tool feels made for people who think visually and need a collaborative workspace. You can track a task as it moves through each stage by placing it into different columns which makes progress very clear. The visuals are excellent and it's useful that you can attach pictures, notes and comments right on the cards. It works really well for team collaboration especially for group projects and remote teams. Another big plus is being able to create your own columns so teammates can move projects around based on workflow or as different departments contribute to the same task.

When you start adding a lot, the boards can become crowded and messy pretty fast. There also isn't really a second layer of organization so comments just sit directly under the project in plain view which I find distracting. The interface overall could look cleaner and it seems like the platform would benefit from some major design improvements although we only used the free version so maybe the paid plan handles this better. It can also get a bit confusing when cards are moved around and not everyone agrees on whether something is actually finished since that can end up being pretty subjective.

Pros

Using this software has been really simple to manage especially from the mobile app. The whole "create a card" concept feels distinctive and is a big reason the platform is so user friendly without feeling too complex. I also really enjoy organizing the cards,our team even set up a DONE board and moving finished tasks there makes it clear to everyone what we've completed.

It would help if there were a little more guidance around the fact that you need to reopen a card to add its description or upload files. Desktop notifications could also be better since without the mobile app, the only way to notice updates on cards is by having the platform open in a browser. Not everyone remembers to open it or leave it running throughout the workday.

The UI/UX feels very easy and creating a board, adding cards and sharing it with someone else for collaboration is both simple and enjoyable. It works well beyond just work use and the learning curve is extremely gentle.

The collaboration and reporting features can feel limited and it starts to get crowded when managing several tasks, projects or teams at once. It also becomes less fluid for collaboration on larger projects.

The software works really well for moving cards through each stage by simply dragging them into the right list. Assigning people to cards is also very helpful especially since each task can include a due date. The notifications have been dependable for reminding us about work that needs attention and alerting us when deadlines are getting close. We use this tool to track task progress and prioritization and as a QA engineer I also use it to communicate with developers by listing bugs and system issues, then assigning them to the appropriate programmers. I also appreciate the color labels, keyboard shortcuts and the ability to attach files and website links to each card.

Lack of a graph or Gantt chart really is a setback for me. It would also be better if users could maximize space by moving one list underneath another instead of keeping everything only in a horizontal layout.

Right from the start, the software felt very accessible on both web and mobile. It lets you set up a project fast, manage it efficiently, assign tasks and build workflows for everyone involved in the same product. One thing I really appreciate is that there's basically no training needed to start using it or managing a board. People can jump in and begin working with tasks and cards almost immediately and the platform is flexible enough to fit well with different technology stacks. Since it's natively available on both web and mobile, it's also very accessible for a lot of people across our company.

I do wish it included point tracking, better assignment options for cards and stronger ways to organize cards into epics or categories.
