“accessible boards for pipelines”
Pros
Getting started with the software feels very easy because the interface is simple and fairly accessible. There's no need to dig through help articles just to understand the basics which makes onboarding really pleasant. It works especially well for anything that follows a pipeline-style workflow since you can move tasks forward just by dragging cards through a sequence of boards.
Cons
There are some limits to what it can do and certain features aren't available because of the way this platform is designed especially when it comes to structuring complex, deep projects like you can in some other project management tools. That said, the solution isn't really built for that kind of use case so if you use it for what it's meant to do, it performs very well.

“brilliant boards”
Pros
The solution feels very different from a standard to-do list because it uses a Kanban-style board where you drag tasks from one column to the next. I set up five boards in order from left to right: 1. Backlog, where everything that needs to be done lives first. It's basically the holding area for all tasks. 2. New, where I move the items selected for the current week. 3. Working which is for the tasks actively being worked on after they leave New. 4. On Hold, where anything blocked or delayed gets moved and then I pull another task from New into Working until that item can move again. 5. Complete, where finished tasks go. With a setup this simple, anyone can instantly understand what's going on in real time. It's also possible to share the boards publicly as a roadmap for users or staff. Absolutely brilliant software that genuinely makes task management enjoyable.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about the software. I've used the free version for years and haven't run into a single snag, bug or issue.

“helpful mobile reminders”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the mobile app since it keeps you connected anytime and anywhere. It also sends reminders which is really helpful because with so many daily responsibilities it's easy to forget things. The platform notifies you about what needs to be done before the due date arrives. On top of that, it lets you keep a record, maintain control and plan all activities which helps teams work better together, stay responsible and manage projects with stronger organization and efficiency.
Cons
The only downside for me is that once a board is created, you can't fully delete it. If you want to stop seeing it, the only option is to archive it.

“love the drag and drop workflow”
Pros
The tool has become a favorite of mine and I've ended up moving about 90% of my own organization system, along with many of the teams I've worked with, onto it. It's easy to use, visually appealing and gives me one place to keep everything together which makes planning and organizing campaigns far in advance much more manageable. The drag and drop card setup across different columns for specific topics is especially useful and I also really appreciate being able to assign users to individual cards and attach images or videos right there on the card.
Cons
I'd really like some kind of master platform card or board that could pull together and sync cards from multiple boards into a single view so I'd only need to check one place each day without changing what each team member sees on their own boards. That feature might exist somewhere but if it does, I haven't seen it in the free version.

“Excellent tracking”
Pros
Using this software feels refreshingly easy. Its simplicity and usability are exceptional and it does one job really well: helping you keep track of anything.
Cons
An issue is that many people try to use the solution for projects and goals it just isn't suited for. It's unfortunate that this tool even encourages that because it can leave users with a disappointing experience.

“easy to make new boards”
Pros
The interface stays clean and the board templates plus customization options make setting up a new board quick. It's also very simple to check the status of a project and see where everything stands at a glance.
Cons
A mention notification feature would help a lot because it's easy to lose track when there are so many cards. The desktop app is also missing quite a few integrations and it doesn't let me use a YubiKey to authenticate my Gmail. There's a bit of a learning curve if you want to use the platform properly since a lot of people end up treating it like a notes app without realizing how much more it can do. It would also be useful to share boards with external clients so they can follow project progress.

“better method of communication”
Pros
Gave us a much better way to track tasks and communicate which had been a challenge before. Having the whole team looking at the same set of tasks removed the need for a bulletin board or whiteboard-style system.
Cons
It's a solid starting point but it still lacks a lot of the smaller details that would make it the best option available. Butler has definitely improved things though it's still not as easy to use the way I want without jumping through quite a few hoops.

“Exceptional tool!”
Pros
Has been a real lifesaver for our team at work especially when it comes to organizing schedules and assigning tasks. It fixed a lot of the problems we used to run into with tracking who was doing what. Getting started was also very easy and people can begin using it without dealing with a difficult learning process. The overall design makes it clear the team behind this platform really understands the product and the needs of the people using it.
Cons
Honestly I do not have much to complain about with this service but it would be even better if it included support for editing images and text while on the go.

“Best one out there!”
Pros
Out of all the kanban tools I've tried, this is probably the best one. Getting started takes almost no effort and I end up using it for just about everything, project management, note-taking and synthesis, as well as planning content and lecture topics. With columns, labels and checklists, you can organize nearly anything in a way that makes sense. The whole product is also very accessible so learning how to use it doesn't take long at all.
Cons
Things can become pretty messy once a board gets large and several people are working in it together. It's common for the same task to be created multiple times because related items are hard to spot. On top of that, the board can become outdated very fast if no one is consistently keeping it updated on a daily or weekly basis.

“Gets the job done”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how the platform handles individual task management. It uses a Kanban-style board so you can clearly see which tasks are in progress and who is responsible for each one. It also includes useful features like editing comments, reviewing comments and setting deadline reminders. Another feature I really appreciated is the quick filter for personal tasks, if several tasks are assigned across different people and you want to see only yours, you can just press the 'q' key and your assigned cards appear right away. You can also set task priorities which helps a lot when deciding what needs to be finished first.
Cons
This software does not include a calendar which feels like a missing feature. There is also no spell check in the description field. At times, the platform takes a little longer than expected to load. On top of that, working with multiple cards can be confusing because of the way the interface is arranged.

“Easy from the beginning”
Pros
From the start, the tool feels very accessible to use. It works well for just about anything and it consistently runs fast. It's excellent for organizing ideas and projects because you can attach everything you need and the visual layout makes it all easier to follow. The color coding and photo covers are features I really enjoy. The free version is already close to perfect though the extra integrations in the paid plan are definitely a nice bonus.
Cons
It's difficult to come up with many setbacks. The biggest challenge is that a few people I work with still don't use it which makes collaboration harder with them. Also, on mobile, people need to create an account and download the app so it's not very convenient for non-users who just want to view something.

“manage personal and work tasks”
Pros
I use this platform to manage both personal and work tasks and it's very easy to get started with. It doesn't take much time to show someone how to use it which makes onboarding really simple. Moving tasks around as priorities change or projects move forward is quick and convenient. The mobile app also makes it accessible wherever I am so I can keep up with things on the go.
Cons
It doesn't offer the same level of power as some other project management tools and it feels like certain features are missing.

“We loved using it!”
Pros
Ended up being the only tool my team needed while building our product! We really enjoyed creating cards, assigning tasks to team members and keeping every project organized with labels and due dates. I've also used platform boards for work projects, workout routines, moving checklists, family planning and plenty more.
Cons
At times, the integrations don't work as smoothly as I'd like.

“clear boards and team visibility”
Pros
This software gives us a really strong visual overview so it's simple to track which tasks are in progress and who's working on them. On top of that, anyone on the team can efficiently manage, add and view boards without much trouble.
Cons
There are only two things I don't like about the tool: you can't delete a board that was created by mistake and when a project gets larger, it takes more effort to keep everything organized and managed properly.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Watch a couple of tutorials and you quickly realize the platform is so easy that you barely need them. Once everything is set up, changing or reordering the layout is just a few clicks which makes it really convenient to adjust as your project changes. Searching is simple and nothing truly disappears because everything gets archived. It may not be as packed with features as some other project management tools but that actually works in its favor. It focuses so well on the essentials that it ends up fitting a wide range of different projects.
Cons
This is not really a major downside but if you end up using this platform for lots of different purposes, keeping everything organized can become a bit difficult to manage. The UX is good overall though the visual design does feel somewhat outdated.

“fantastic for staying organized”
Pros
After years of juggling pages of lists, different setups and even whiteboards to organize my day and workload, the solution ended up being the one that really clicked for me. I originally paid for it but once I realized I was using it as a solo user rather than with a team, I found that the free version was more than enough. It's a really useful desktop and mobile app for keeping sticky-note style reminders for jobs and client needs and overall it works very well. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
Cons
A few of the extra features, whether paid or free, didn't really work well for me especially some of the add-ons and the integration with Windows and Google Calendar which was inconsistent. I also wish there were more options to customize tab colors beyond just the small colored bar and that was one of the reasons I stopped paying for the Pro version. I also tried getting some of my clients to use it but they didn't find it as useful or as accessible as I did.

“has handy add-ons”
Pros
Creating cards and moving them between boards is really easy which makes organizing work much simpler. It's also very useful that attachments and checklists can be added directly to cards. Another feature I really enjoy is the color-coding especially since you can choose more than one color. The Power-Ups are a big plus too, with the calendar integration being one of my favorites.
Cons
Without planning things out in advance, it can become difficult to track down specific cards and boards. Also some of the background images available don't display very well.

“versatile boards for team planning”
Pros
The tool turned out to be an excellent alternative for organizing and planning projects across all kinds of work. It's easy to understand, fast and efficient which makes it simple for an entire team to see the project plan and interact with it together. The biggest advantage is being able to build boards where cards can be added to break down the different stages of task progress, along with their activity lists and then check them off as they're completed. That gives really solid control over the full project plan. It also supports power-ups to connect with other apps like Calendar, Google Drive and Slack. On top of that, you can upload images and files and assign tasks to different team members.
Cons
It could improve on the lack of guidance when creating an account. A better tutorial at the beginning would help users understand how it works faster and make full use of all its features.

“keeps work moving”
Pros
Keeping up with both daily responsibilities and larger tasks feels much more manageable with this platform. It's a really practical tool for staying organized and keeping everything looking clean. Being able to set up multiple boards and fill each one with as many cards as needed gives both individuals and teams plenty of flexibility in how they structure their workflow. The labeling feature makes it much faster to sort through items, filter what matters and instantly spot important issues visually. On top of that, the interface is clean and pleasant to use and the option to change the background is a nice bonus because it makes the board feel less like a rigid work tool and more like a personalized space.
Cons
A limitation I've noticed is that while the solution works very well for everyday task tracking and simple to-do lists, it can start to feel a little too basic for bigger projects with more than just a few people involved. In those situations, the team really needs to stay disciplined about how boards and cards are organized, otherwise the whole setup can quickly become cluttered and difficult to manage.

“planning powerhouse!”
Pros
This tool does a lot for me when it comes to staying organized, both at work and in everyday life. On the work side, it fits our creative team really well because we're usually juggling a bunch of projects at once. It's especially useful for our company blog since we can map out content 30 to 60 days ahead without much trouble. The card system makes it simple to set up a calendar and schedule everything clearly social media posts for specific days, blog articles for planned publish dates and even coordinating photographers for certain locations, dates and times. Outside of work, it's also been a really handy online chore chart for my 8-year-old and honestly for my wife and me too.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve which seems pretty common with software like this. It can also get a little complicated when everyone on the team is trying to work in the same calendar at once sometimes it feels like too many cooks in the kitchen. On top of that, it took me a few tries to really understand all the features and how everything worked. Still, it's very user friendly overall and the small issues I ran into were limited and simple to fix.
