Across a lot of team projects, this software has been really useful especially because assigning cards to each task is so easy.

Cons

Sometimes things can slip through the cracks if you're not paying close attention. I'd recommend archiving everything.

This software gives us a clear view of everything currently on our plate and it makes delegating work really easy with deadlines, checklists and customizable color coding.

Cons

A limitation is that a card can't appear in more than one list at the same time. That becomes an issue when two people are working on the same item and we'd love the card,or the task it represents,to update dynamically across multiple lists.

Pros

The platform's interface feels exceptionally well designed and the overall experience really stands out. Instead of constantly jumping between different pages, you move through cards right on the board which makes navigation feel natural and never frustrating.

Cons

It does need a few external plugins to unlock more functionality. While it's already a very useful tool, it still depends on those extra features to really take it to the next level.

Pros

This platform has been incredibly easy to use. I first picked it up for work and now it's become something my whole family uses too,for to-do lists, project tracking and even shared shopping lists. The layout is simple and accessible so everyone can jump in and add to boards without any confusion. On the work side, I rely on it to manage projects, keep up with tasks, take notes and share those notes with my team.

At this point, I don't really have anything specific to complain about with the platform. That said, I still haven't explored every feature so my opinion could change once I've used more of its functions.

Keeping daily project work organized is where this platform really helps especially when it comes to managing sprint backlogs and seeing who is responsible for different tasks. The interface is feature-rich and practical, with useful options like creating multiple lists and cards to handle project activities in a structured way.

Trying to locate a specific card on a team member's board slows me down so the search function could definitely be better. I also appreciate the features it already has but it would be much more useful if it showed details for all board members on a single screen. For example, if a board has seven members and one is the project lead, it would be far more convenient for that person to monitor everyone's project activity in one place instead of opening each member's board separately.

Creating, editing and moving tasks around in this tool is really quick and the whole interface feels very user friendly. It works especially well for building project to-do lists and keeping different projects organized by category. The desktop apps run nicely and having the web-based version available is a big plus too.

Cons

The tool may not be the right fit if you need timeline views or want to understand how deadlines and projects connect with one another. That kind of information is hard to see in a clear, concise way. You can manage projects in list form and that definitely has its place but it still misses the bigger picture of how projects unfold over time.

This solution has been really easy to use and pretty much explains itself which made adoption easy for our team. We've been using it for the past seven years and have actually watched the platform grow over time. It's been very useful for managing work and I appreciate that they continue to roll out updates regularly.

One thing that's missing is visibility into how much time a user spent completing a task. Reporting also feels limited since it's a fairly simple tool and doesn't offer much in the way of detailed reports. It would also be helpful to have an option to download data into Excel.

Keeping projects organized is where the tool really shines. I've been using it for years across several different projects and it makes it simple to see everything in one place and figure out what to tackle first.

I don't have much to complain about with the software. I used to want a way to sort by date but they've added that now so I'm pretty happy. The one thing I'd still like to see is more formatting options in card descriptions and checklists so it's possible to add emphasis where it matters.

One thing I really enjoy about the software is its clean, easy interface which I can personalize with different visual touches like board background colors or images. The labeling system also works really well for quickly spotting cards that belong to certain categories and the search function makes it simple to pull up cards across multiple boards. I also added the Google extension and being able to create cards straight from the web without opening this solution separately has been a huge time-saver. Overall, it's an excellent visual tool that helps me stay efficient.

Right away, the platform feels clear and simple to work with. The free account is very generous and the whole platform is accessible enough that it doesn't take much time to get comfortable using it.

It's missing is some of the design touches that other tools like Asana have which make the experience more visually enjoyable. Features like visual rewards could also help motivate team members to complete tasks.

Getting started with the tool takes almost no time and the visual layout makes project management really accessible. It offers a wide and constantly growing set of features, while still feeling lightweight and fast to use. Moving between platforms and devices is quick and navigating everything stays simple and efficient.

A few additions would make it even better. It would be nice to have swim lanes as an option, along with fully customizable reminders instead of the current limited setup. An automatic rule to move a task into a "Completed" column when it's marked done would also be a really useful feature.

Using this software feels really polished across both the browser and mobile app and everything stays smooth between them. Moving cards around is incredibly simple and almost turns managing work into something fun and game-like.

That said, it still doesn't feel like a complete solution because integration with other workflows especially email, is limited. You can send emails to cards or lists but the generated addresses are ridiculously long and full of code. Because of that, it ends up feeling more like a manual, static place to store information than a truly live management tool.

Managing large projects feels much less stressful with the platform because it's so easy to use. I don't want to spend time worrying about the process,I just need the tool to work when I need it and this tool consistently does. Even on the free plan, it offers a really complete set of features and I genuinely appreciate that it doesn't constantly nag you to upgrade to a paid subscription :)

Honestly, it's hard to come up with a real complaint about this tool without stretching. For its intended purpose,handling projects of all sizes,it works incredibly well and when an organized person is leading things, it becomes an excellent option for teams of just about any size.

The platform is something I end up recommending all the time, whether it's for planning a wedding organizing a vacation or handling professional project management. One of the best things about it is how flexible it is, with plenty of ways to set it up so it fits whatever purpose you need.

I'd really love to see the Planyway extension built directly into the software because this kind of tool really benefits from having a calendar as a native part of the system. I'd also like more label colors and a spreadsheet-style view similar to AirTable. It's nice that the software works so well with IFTTT recipes and integrations like Slack but I still wonder how many useful native features could be added without making the platform feel cluttered especially if it would help teams adopt it more easily. On top of that, introducing anything new can take a lot of convincing, first with the user, then their bosses and after that the budget decision-makers and the rest of the team.

Setting up different columns on a board makes task organization really work well for me. The color-coded labels are another feature I rely on a lot because they help me quickly sort and track my cards. On top of that, the cards themselves are very customizable which is a big plus. I can add things like descriptions, activity, attachments, covers, due dates and more so it gives me a lot of control over how I manage my work.

Issue is that when I set a due date, I never seem to get an email reminder sent to my connected email address. I do appreciate that the card changes color once the deadline has passed but that is not always enough since it can still be easy to miss. I also wish this software offered more label color options because the current 8 to 10 choices feel a bit limiting.

Pros

Dragging and dropping cards in the Kanban board feels very natural and keeping up with task status is easy. There are also plenty of add-ons available which makes integrations really useful.

Cons

The downside is that it's mostly limited to the Kanban view so it doesn't adapt well to different project needs. It also misses simple shortcuts for basic content formatting like bold, italic and underline.

Getting everyone on the same page with this platform is pretty easy. It's simple to teach, simple to use and really helpful for keeping tasks organized. It also works well for breaking bigger projects into smaller pieces that can be assigned across a team with clear due dates.

A setback is that a project board can get overwhelming fast when there are too many tasks sitting in front of you. It would be really useful to have an option to limit how many cards can be placed in the "Doing" column because when everything is in progress, nothing is really being handled effectively which kind of defeats the purpose. I also wish deletions were soft so if something gets removed by mistake, there would be a way to recover it.

Using this product has been very easy for me and it feels quite user friendly overall. Another big advantage is that the free version is highly functional and comes with lots of useful features. It also offers some of the best guidance and support and the Power-Ups add plenty of features that make it even more appealing.

Its popularity and advertising still seem limited so that part could definitely be improved.
