“visual planning that clicks!”
Pros
Works really well with my Google Calendar and I love how visual the whole platform is. It's been fantastic for planning my social media especially because I can easily look back and keep track of what I posted or worked on previously.
Cons
When a project has multiple layers, it works best to build out a separate board for it so you can properly manage due dates for all the tasks that need to be completed.

“simple boards that keep tasks moving”
Pros
Standout here is the sheer simplicity. This software really captures the kanban or post-it style of task management, where you move items across columns based on their status. You decide what the tasks are, what the stages look like and where each card goes since you can drag and drop it anywhere. For personal task management, it has been a lifesaver. I get distracted pretty easily so being able to add a task quickly without dealing with extra steps is exactly what I need. I can organize it later or jump right into doing it and if something is urgent, I just set a reminder.
Cons
That same simple concept is harder to carry over to more complex projects. Once the work grows beyond a small team handling immediate tasks, the tool starts to feel like it loses direction a bit. In a way, that is useful to know early rather than after forcing it to fit. For bigger, more complicated project management, it makes more sense to switch to something like Jira, Rally or another tool built for that level of work.

“easy to use”
Pros
Makes it simple to get tasks up and running and share them with your team or even with clients. Its visual layout is really helpful for quickly seeing where projects are in the process, what stage they're at and what still needs to be done.
Cons
I noticed that this platform isn't especially accessible at first so it takes a bit of time to learn how to use it properly and feel fully comfortable with it.

“handy boards with power-ups”
Pros
Helps keep track of a project from start to finish without much trouble. The boards make it simple for everyone involved to see the current status at any point and the power ups are a nice way to extend the board with extra features when needed.
Cons
A limitation is the free plan for a specific board, where you can't add more than one Power-Up. Teams only get a single free Power-Up per board so increasing that limit would make the tool a lot more useful.

“user friendly boards”
Pros
Getting started with the platform is incredibly simple and it's surprisingly versatile especially for a free tool. Compared with other project management software, the barrier to entry is much lower.
Cons
Its lack of attribution and accountability makes this software feel less sticky for both teams and personal use.

“team planning made better”
Pros
Keeping projects organized with the team is really easy with the tool. It gives us a digital board where we can create tasks, arrange them clearly, assign responsibilities and keep track of follow-ups in a very structured way. Learning how to use it was simple and managing work inside it feels very user friendly. We rely on it for planning and executing all of our online projects.
Cons
There is very little to complain about considering how much the free version offers. The only downside is that the paid Gold plan feels a bit expensive even though it does add useful extras like larger file uploads and more power-ups that can make the platform even faster and more capable.

“perfect syncing and smart features”
Pros
Picking just one thing I loved about this platform is impossible. Looking at it overall, it had the features I was already hoping for, plus a bunch of things I didn't even realize I needed until I started using it and it completely changed the way I stay organized. I can create cards, add photos, labels, lists and all the other details I always want close at hand and everything syncs perfectly across all of my connected devices. A++!
Cons
This is the first time I've had absolutely no complaints about a tool. Even the tutorial was charming and actually helpful!

“our daily team hub”
Pros
This tool has basically served as our team's daily home base for the last few years and that's simply because it does the job really well. We have a setup that runs from Google Forms to Zapier to the platform so new jobs get added automatically and come in properly formatted with due dates and all the other details already in place. Once a job is finished, it's moved to a done list and archived later. Being able to tag other users with @mentions is really handy and managers can keep an eye on alerts whenever they want to.
Cons
From time to time when the board gets really large, it can start to feel a bit overwhelming though that's probably more of a sign that we need to work through the backlog faster.

“keeps projects visible”
Pros
This software has been my project management tool for years and it was the only one our web design agency relied on for a long time. It's simple to use, flexible to customize and makes it really clear to see the status of the business at a glance.
Cons
There aren't many downsides especially since most of the features are available for free. That said, when it comes to managing very complex recurring processes, the solution's repeater cards power-up isn't as adaptable as some dedicated project management platforms.

“Good platform”
Pros
Being a visual person, I'm probably a little biased because Kanban really clicks with me and that's a big reason the software works so well for me. There are likely some issues somewhere but honestly I've loved using it especially because the web version runs really well across every browser I've tried including Safari, Firefox and Chrome. On top of that the official macOS app is also really solid.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues. During the time I've been using this software, I've genuinely enjoyed it.

“Simple to roll out”
Pros
The solution has completely changed how we work! My team is finally aligned, sharing updates in one place and collaborating without the usual confusion. It was also simple to roll out across the whole team, including both very technical people and those who are not tech-savvy at all.
Cons
A setback is having to test different plugins before figuring out which one actually fits your workflow best. I also wish the manager and admin dashboards were stronger especially for tracking team performance and spotting tasks that are starting to fall behind. It would also help a lot if moving one employee's work over to another person were more easy.

“convenient checklists and free access”
Pros
Having checklists built right into each to-do item makes it much easier to keep track of smaller steps and the free version is a really nice bonus too.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is having it connect directly with a few of the other tools I use although it hasn't caused many problems overall.

“priorities that keep me focused”
Pros
Using different task groupings has been a huge help for prioritizing my work. It keeps my attention on the most important items on my to-do list first, instead of letting me spend time on lower-impact or less productive tasks.
Cons
Getting my entire team to use it as a collaboration tool has been a challenge. That feels more related to how my team works than to the product itself but I still wish there were a better way to get everyone involved in projects. Our Engineering team has had success with it, while on the sales side we still haven't reached full team adoption.

“simple boards for group projects”
Pros
During my university projects, this platform has been a really useful app for team work. It helps us organize daily tasks and keep track of progress updates without much hassle. The interface is simple and clear so it doesn't take much technical knowledge or support to start using it. It also works well across different screen sizes which makes it convenient on various devices. Since the solution supports both Windows and macOS, team members can use it without compatibility problems.
Cons
A downside is that the solution requires an internet connection since there's no offline mode available. It can also become a bit hard to manage when a project is very large and has many members involved so it tends to work better for smaller teams and simpler projects. Another limitation is file sharing, as attachments larger than 10MB cannot be uploaded through this tool.

“fantastic task planning”
Pros
This tool does an excellent job of keeping workflows organized while making it simple to assign tasks and delegate responsibilities across the team. One feature I really enjoy is being able to label tasks by priority and add due dates and times which helps everything stay clear and on track.
Cons
Getting comfortable with all of the system's features and functions can take a bit more time than expected at first. That said, once the learning curve is out of the way, it becomes an excellent tool for both work projects and personal organization.

“made things more manageable”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized with this software has been amazing! The interface is really simple to use and it looks clean whether I'm on the web version, the mobile app or the desktop app. A huge plus is being able to start an idea on my Mac and pick it right back up on my iPhone without any hassle. It has made managing multiple projects across staff members so much more manageable and has genuinely simplified our daily work.
Cons
I can't come up with a single issue to this software and I'm usually pretty good at spotting flaws.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
I can walk people through it in about 10 minutes and they're already using it confidently right away. Moving cards around, adding images and organizing everything feels very natural. The whole setup is accessible and easy.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints. The only thing I'd really want is a way to export cards into an Excel format. That might be available through a paid plan or a Power-Up but it wasn't very clear from the Power-Ups what was actually included or possible.

“Great team coordination tool”
Pros
Keeping products and tasks organized is much simpler with the solution. I can add to-dos, build checklists and share everything with other people without any hassle. Cards can be color-coded or assigned to specific team members which makes responsibilities really clear. It also helps us talk through projects and track who is handling what without needing nonstop calls or meetings. Being able to use it on both desktop and mobile is a big plus and the Slack integration is especially convenient.
Cons
The toughest part with this tool is usually convincing the rest of the team or group to actually try it. Once everyone is on board though, I honestly do not have many complaints.

“so good for small teams”
Pros
The added colorblind label mode is a huge help when trying to quickly tell card categories apart. It's also simple to see who is handling what by tagging team members directly on a card. The platform works especially well for small teams and short-term kanban boards and the free personal plan is a big plus.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is the lack of card nesting or a way to link cards to parent cards. Once a board grows past 100 cards, it becomes much harder to manage efficiently. The label system is also a bit limiting since you can only choose from a small set of colors so you run out of distinct label options pretty fast.

“simple to manage”
Pros
Creating cards and adding team members is very easy. Task creation and assignment are flexible which makes organizing work much easier. Once a task is assigned, members receive notifications right away so they can notice it quickly and respond faster. Splitting tasks into lists and attaching files is also simple to manage. The tool is free to use and if you need additional features, you can move up to the Business version.
Cons
There are not many downsides to the software but a few things are worth mentioning. New users may feel a little confused by the notification system at first though regular use helps make the features clearer over time. This platform works well for small teams when it comes to managing and separating tasks but it can become harder to handle for larger teams.
