Pros

Right from the browser version, this platform feels very easy to use because everything is neatly organized and the interface is simple to navigate. It does a really good job of keeping projects and tasks in order in an efficient way. When handling multiple projects at once, it also helps a lot with organizing work and setting priorities clearly.

Cons

We genuinely enjoyed using the tool but its simplicity can also be a limitation. At times, it isn't effective enough for full project management so we've had to rely on another tool to cover what the tool was missing.

Pros

This tool's biggest strength for us is how flexible it is when it comes to capturing, tracking, sharing and communicating tasks or ideas in whatever way our workflow needs. Work moves easily between the right people and teams and everyone involved can clearly update their progress as things move forward. It also helps team members stay aware of what others are doing before their own part is due. We rely on this software to handle thousands of very small micro-tasks and it still keeps everything tidy organized and manageable without becoming overwhelming.

Cons

A limitation right now is that the same card can't exist across multiple lists or boards at the same time. You can duplicate a card but updates made to one copy won't carry over to the others. I can understand why this solution leaves that feature out but there have been plenty of times when having it would improve efficiency and support ongoing projects. At the moment, we work around it by linking cards and boards instead.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that it's free. Most of the strongest features are available at no cost and unlike a lot of other project management tools, the platform gives you plenty without constantly pushing upgrades. There aren't repeated prompts getting in the way so it stays focused on the work. On top of that, it's easy and simple to use.

Cons

That said, it doesn't always feel very conventional. The card system works well but the calendar integration can be a bit inconsistent. The Power-Ups are a nice addition too although they don't always connect or function properly.

Pros

Everything feels very visual which makes it pleasant to work in. Being able to drag and drop cards between columns in the Kanban view or rearrange them within a column, is something I really enjoy.

Cons

A part that can get a little tricky is keeping track of all the cards assigned to you across different boards and staying on top of due dates.

The software has become our go-to place for staying in touch with our Graduate Assistants and keeping tabs on the projects they're handling. It works really well as a central hub for communication and helps us stay organized with everything they're working on.

A few of the paid features or the ones that require using power-ups, really feel like they should be included at no extra cost. At the very least, it would make sense to have integration with one email platform available by default.

Pros

Whether it's for work projects or a personal to-do list, this tool works as a flexible organization tool for almost any situation. You can set up a system that fits the way you prefer to work, upload photos and documents, add calendar reminders, monitor progress, build checklists and mark things off as you complete them.

Cons

I don't really see this as a major downside but if you're the type who prefers to jump in and start immediately, it can take a bit of time to uncover and fully make use of some of the features.

Pros

One thing that really works well with the platform is how customizable it is. You can customize the platform to fit just about any project management setup you need. After getting familiar with how everything works, it becomes much easier to take full advantage of what it offers. The free version is also surprisingly effective which is a really nice bonus.

Cons

A wider calendar-style view would be helpful although it's only a small issue. I'd also like to see some integration with social platforms but that's another minor concern.

Working in this tool feels incredibly fast and the keyboard shortcuts make a huge difference in day-to-day use. Being able to press the space bar while hovering over a card to assign myself, for example, is a really handy touch I haven't come across in other tools. Everything responds almost instantly too,a card opens within milliseconds,and I genuinely appreciate that speed.

Cons

It's not the most attractive project management software out there. It also doesn't offer a list view that works well for getting an overview of tasks across different boards. There is a version of that feature but personally I don't find it very useful.

The card-based setup works really well for keeping my work organized and it makes it simple to find tasks within a specific project whenever I need to check on something.

Something that would make it even better is a dependency feature so tasks could be linked in a way that feels more like a Gantt chart overall.

A clean interface was exactly what I needed when I was searching for a free tool to keep track of work with a remote team especially since we kept running into communication gaps. Once I came across the software, it was very quick to understand and start using. I moved my whole team over right away and began creating cards for their tasks. The biggest advantage is being able to collaborate on each individual card while keeping the brief, links, files and everything else in one place. On top of that, the checklist feature is a big reason I've stayed with it. Most of my cards include to-do lists so the software's user friendly multi-checklist setup fits perfectly into the way I work.

There honestly isn't much to complain about but one thing does bother me even though I really enjoy the interface overall. The comments section sits at the bottom of the card and since I often use checklists, it ends up being pushed too far down. I'd rather have comments placed on the right side because that would make the cards feel even more collaborative.

Pros

Right out of the gate, the software covers pretty much everything I need without charging me anything. There are paid plans available but I've never felt pushed to upgrade. It works really well as a modern project management tool and I can organize my workflow however it makes the most sense for me, using tasks, attachments, due dates, checklists and plenty of other useful features.

Honestly, there isn't much here to complain about. The only downside I've noticed is that when workflows get really complex, it can take quite a bit of time to keep moving cards around so nothing gets overlooked.

This platform's layout is one of my favorite parts of using it. Everything looks clean, polished and visually appealing which honestly makes me want to keep coming back to it. That alone helps me stay more organized. I use it to track active projects, follow each one step by step from start to finish and review progress with my manager.

When we first tried the free version, it felt very limiting in terms of what we could actually do. Once we moved to the paid plan, there were far more detailed features, better ways to organize everything and more flexibility around how many people could be included on our project board.

Switching from notebooks to this platform has been a really positive change for me. It's simple to use and has the right tools to help keep track of due dates, share project details and progress with coworkers and stay more organized overall. I can also add labels, checklists and assign tasks to teammates without any hassle which makes collaboration much better. Because everyone can participate more clearly in each project, work tends to move along faster and gets finished sooner than expected.

This software does require some care in how it's managed, otherwise it can start to feel overwhelming especially when too many cards build up at once. The best way to avoid confusion and disorder is to remove tasks or projects as they are completed so the boards stay organized and easier to handle.

Right away, the software feels simple and stays out of the way while still offering plenty of features and very easy integrations. The interface works really well, feels fast and responsive and the overall workflow is very accessible.

The power-up system throws me off and I'm not fully sold on how the value is presented. It doesn't seem overly expensive but the pricing model is hard to connect to what you're actually getting when different power-ups are involved.

At my startup, this platform became the tool we relied on to manage our weekly sprints. It gave the whole team a clear view of our priorities and showed us exactly how close or far we were from hitting key milestones. It's definitely a must-have for teams that want to plan projects in an efficient and organized way.

What would make it even better is a Slack integration so the team could update each other at the same time while managing tasks on the project board.

This platform gives me a really solid mix of features and the integrations are one of the biggest advantages. I can connect it with other apps through Power-Ups and third-party tools like Zapier which makes it fit nicely into the rest of my workflow. Butler is also very helpful for automating repetitive tasks and having the mobile app on my phone and tablet means I can keep up with work even when I'm away from my desk.

A drawback with the tool is that when a board gets filled with a lot of cards, it can become a bit harder to process all the information and quickly find what I need.

Sticky notes really aren't necessary once the tool is part of your office workflow. It's easy to use and you can access it easily from multiple devices which makes keeping up with tasks much more convenient.

The text formatting syntax feels a bit unusual especially without a programming background. I also wish this solution could automatically track work progress, maybe through a sync feature with other software I use.

The tool does an excellent job of keeping projects and initiatives organized and the kanban-style layout makes it really simple to track everything in one place. The third-party plugins also add a lot of value and make it even more useful.

One visual limitation is that only PNG and JPG files appear in preview mode. It would be much better if PDF and EPS files could also show thumbnails while working through projects.

This solution gives you a lot of flexibility whether you're working on your own or with a team so you can try different setups until you land on what works best. It was especially useful for me as a freelance designer because it let me clearly map out everything I needed to get done.

The platform is incredibly powerful. It comes with tons of features that let you track task progress in a very detailed way. Things like file attachments, task delegation, reminders and more are all built in and work together really well.

Because this tool includes so many features, it can feel a little complicated at first for new users. The help system is very good but it still takes some reading and hands-on experimenting to fully understand how everything works.
