Pros

Right away, the software feels very natural to use when creating cards, whether you call them stories, tasks or something else. The checklist feature inside each card is especially helpful for keeping up with smaller sub-tasks and the option to copy a card saves a lot of time when setting up similar work. Clicking on your profile picture brings up every card currently assigned to you which makes it much easier to stay organized. I also appreciate that the menu has an Activity section showing a quick snapshot of recent updates and changes. Another big plus is how flexible the boards are. The status lists can be fully customized, both in how many you want and what you name them. The search tool is also useful especially with built-in filters like due date. Being able to pin the Boards list on the left side makes switching between multiple boards really convenient. This tool also connects nicely with other tools like Google Drive through Power-Ups and uploading custom background images for each board adds a nice personal touch. On top of that, the interface is very clean and visually appealing and the mobile app is user friendly while staying consistently in sync. It is also reassuring that two-factor authentication is available on every pricing tier. The free plan is generous too, with unlimited personal boards and up to 10 team boards.

Cons

A couple of things could be better. Usernames seem to have to be globally unique across all of this software which was frustrating because nobody on my team was using "john" yet I still got a message saying the username was already taken. Also clearing or marking notifications as read in the mobile app is a bit confusing.

Pros

The software really clicks if you're a visual planner. It uses categories with individual cards underneath which makes it simple to break everything down in a way that makes sense. I love being able to add links, images and colors to each card so everything stands out and feels even more organized. Another thing that works really well is how I can create different boards for different parts of my life. I use boards for everything from blog planning to kids' activities to brainstorming future work ideas. Moving cards around and re-sorting them after tasks are finished is also really convenient. One of the best parts is that the cards can sync with Google Calendar so everything stays in one place and helps me stay very organized.

Cons

I do wish this software offered more features and a bit more customization inside each card. There's also a small learning curve at the beginning when it comes to figuring out where certain features and add-ons are located in the menus.

Pros

More than anything else, the biggest advantage here is the simplicity. Whenever a new person joins our team, they pick up the software almost immediately. They can create cards, work through pending tasks and I'm able to track what they're doing without having to keep checking in. We also use it to keep project documentation updated and manage bug reports.

Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about the platform. It works very well for our team and the UX and overall usability are excellent.

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very easy, it works fast and the add-ons are really useful. The web app also feels just as good as the desktop experience which makes it much easier for customers to use without dealing with the security restrictions that often come with installing software on corporate computers.

Cons

Something still missing is a Gantt chart and a WBS that can be attached and linked to Kanban activities. Reporting features are also lacking.

This software has been a massive time saver for our team. It keeps everyone aligned without having to constantly update staff on every project. The platform is simple to use, keeps tasks organized and current and makes collaboration feel very easy. One thing that works especially well is how clearly you can track the progress of each card so it's always obvious where a project stands in terms of completion. Extras like checklists and notes also make a big difference since they help ensure everyone has the details they need to complete their work.

Boards can start to feel messy and overcrowded if completed tasks aren't archived regularly.

Across our organization, this platform has been a really effective way for both individuals and teams to manage projects and processes in a colorful, user friendly format. Each board can be customized so well and the color-coding and images make everything feel more organized and visually appealing. Sharing work and collaborating with others is also very easy. I regularly use features like checklists and due dates and the email reminders have honestly been lifesavers. There's something especially satisfying about checking a task off or moving it into my DONE list. It has been especially useful for recurring workflows. Since we work in education, we deal with many tasks that repeat every academic year and the tool has handled that really well for us. At this point, most of our team uses it and it has fit nicely into how we work.

Cons

There's honestly not much for me to complain about. One very minor thing is that the pinkish color used for overdue due dates feels less urgent to me than the regular red due date color. That might just be because I have enough overdue items that I've become a bit numb to seeing it. I also wish there were a way to keep lists automatically sorted by due date all the time, instead of having to manually sort them whenever I want everything organized.

Pros

This platform has been excellent for keeping track of projects. I can attach plenty of documents, build lists, add team members and do a lot more with it. Since I began using it, my productivity has definitely improved. It's also free which is a big plus and the platform feels very user friendly.

Cons

At times, it won't let me upload larger documents which can make things a little harder to manage. It also occasionally takes a while to load.

Pros

One thing I really appreciated about the software is its free plan especially considering how much it includes. Setting up different projects and activities as boards made everything quick to review and simple to keep track of and being able to assign team members to subtasks within each card was very useful. The tool genuinely helped boost our team's productivity when it came to managing projects.

Cons

It does fall short in a few areas though. There are no Gantt charts, time-tracking features or progress reports which are tools project managers often need to define scope clearly and establish performance measurement baselines.

Pros

This solution works well for project and task management especially since it's free to use. Anyone can get started without paying anything. It helps organize work with columns like Backlog, To Do, Ongoing, QA and Done which makes it useful for maintaining a backlog and structuring a roadmap. The interface is simple so people can start using it quickly and the different labels and colors make task categorization much clearer.

Cons

A limitation is that there's no proper way to keep a separate backlog for a board. Once a project board is created for a project, backlog items, in-progress work and completed tasks all sit within the same board which can make specific tasks hard to find at times. When creating a task, there's no visible task ID and it also doesn't support subtasks or clear work item types like story, task and subtask. Time tracking by user isn't available either so checking how much time each person has spent requires going through tasks manually. On top of that, there's no option to add task complexity such as story points, reporting is difficult and sprint management is missing too, like moving tasks from backlog into sprints.

Pros

Running projects in a fast-paced marketing office is much more manageable with this platform. Being able to assign tasks, track progress and keep everything visible to the whole team is incredibly useful. The interface is simple and pleasant to use and the app has a fun personality too, from Taco's helpful tips to the little "wiggle" when moving a card from In Progress to Done. It's also a big plus that everything works across both desktop and mobile. Two features I rely on a lot are creating a card directly from a webpage with a bookmark and using the "send to" option on mobile devices.

Cons

Since this solution is so user friendly, I ended up creating too many boards at one point and it started taking extra time to keep all those boards and lists organized. Once I slowed down and planned projects a little more before setting them up though, everything became organized again.

Pros

After trying a bunch of other productivity apps, this platform is still the one I come back to and use every day across pretty much every part of my life. I keep separate boards for work, my business, a shared one with my partner, a personal board and even one for topics I want to study. I also use each board in a different way depending on the need: one works like a Kanban board, another is more of a running list and another helps me organize categories. The best part to me is how simple it is.

Cons

I wish this tool included a calendar view by default. I know the premium plan gives access to extra plugins with different views and added tools that work alongside it but I'd still prefer to have more of that built in. As much as I appreciate the simplicity, there are still a few things I wish I could do directly inside this software.

Pros

Being a free tool is probably its biggest advantage especially for a platform that does so much! We use it to track development progress across all of our projects! Creating a board is pretty easy and once you build a template, copying it for new projects is really convenient. It's also very simple to use overall, I only needed about 15 minutes to get team members with no Agile background comfortable with it.

Cons

A few features are still missing although some can be added through extensions. Things like time tracking and exporting would be useful to have built in. It also lacks batch selection for modifying multiple tickets at once which would make updates a lot more efficient.

Pros

Using the tool feels like more than just managing tasks,it's genuinely enjoyable and that makes people want to keep moving work forward. Its kanban approach naturally supports a steady, ongoing workflow. There are tons of excellent integrations available and the API is very flexible which we rely on heavily.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. A few things can be annoying, like the fact that it doesn't support all Markdown options which makes formatting more difficult. It can also be a little awkward to apply the same action across multiple cards unless you use the API. That adds some extra effort but once you understand the workaround, it's usually manageable. Overall, these are pretty minor frustrations and mostly come down to occasional missing features.

Getting started with it was simple and it's been an excellent way to assign tasks to different people and keep an eye on the status of ongoing work. We also rely on it to organize all of our company information so if someone needs to reach a support agent, everything is already in one place :)

It can start to feel pretty cluttered when there are too many tabs or pages. It's also fairly common for someone to forget to move a ticket which can create confusion later on.

After using the platform for years, it's hard to imagine going back to anything else. The customization options feel endless and for a free platform, it offers an impressively wide range of features.

Creating task lists and cards in this tool is very easy which is something I really appreciate. I also like being able to add checklists, links and other details inside each card since it helps break work down clearly. That makes tracking tasks much simpler and I still have plenty of freedom to organize everything however I want.

Cons

Part that feels a little confusing is deleting a card. If I create one by mistake or end up with a duplicate, I have to archive it first before I can actually remove it. To me, archiving makes more sense for tasks that are completed or no longer relevant. It would be better if there were a more visible delete option, with a confirmation step for safety.

This tool has been awesome to use! I enjoy it so much that I even started using it to keep my personal life organized. It's one of the most user friendly tools out there and it also offers extra functionality through plugins whenever needed.

I don't have any real complaints. I'm a huge fan of the software and it feels nearly perfect to me. A few features took a little time to learn but it was completely worth it in the end.

After relying on Post-its for my Kanban boards, this felt like exactly the kind of tool I had been waiting for. It gives me the same simple but powerful workflow online and I can easily share everything with my clients. The interface is colorful, user friendly, free and it also connects nicely with other tools like Slack.

Overall it's a very well designed platform. The only thing that gets a bit annoying is when working with a large group and trying to add someone to a card because it pulls up every available name including people assigned to other tasks who I may not even recognize.

From the start it felt very easy and simple to work with. It helps keep my clients' projects moving forward without a lot of friction. Different teams use this software in their own way but for us, we create cards for each task, assign them to a specific person and add a deadline. Those cards then move across different boards until they finally land in the completed column. That setup keeps everything organized and makes it much easier to keep work progressing.

There really isn't much to complain about. If anything, I'd say the integrations with other tools and software could be better. We were trying to set up a Gantt chart and that integration didn't work as smoothly as we expected.

Pros

Right away the clean interface makes this platform feel very easy to use. Our team can quickly see who is working on what, what is sitting in the backlog and the overall status of tasks at a glance. The email integrations are also simple and useful since we can forward tickets directly from our ticketing system without much effort.

Cons

Accessibility could definitely be better. Drag-and-drop is clearly the simplest way to move cards between lists but if you need to do it without manually dragging them, that option is buried pretty deep in the card menus.
