“best one I used!”
Pros
Out of all the to do trackers I've used, this has been the most easy one! It was also one of the first tools that introduced my team to visual Kanban boards and that made it much clearer for us to see where every project task stood. Atlassian made a smart move by acquiring it.
Cons
My only real concern is that Atlassian continues to invest in the product and doesn't let it get lost or become too absorbed within its own ecosystem.

“well designed”
Pros
This tool is really easy to use and the layout and interface are well designed. It makes collaborating with a team or department a lot more manageable and it gives everyone a central place to keep projects and updates together in one convenient spot that's simple to navigate.
Cons
A few of the formatting tools could definitely be improved since they can feel a little awkward and not as user friendly as the rest of the platform.

“colorful boards for task tracking”
Pros
Has been one of the most convenient tools for managing project tasks without needing any extra training and the interface feels very comfortable when working with boards. I can organize my projects as cards and inside each one, list all the tasks my team needs to complete. One of the best parts is how colorful and visual everything is which makes it much easier to track both my own progress and my team's. Because of that, I can stay focused on the key tasks instead of getting distracted by lower-priority items. Another nice advantage is being able to attach multimedia files to task items so the required actions are much clearer and the drag and drop feature makes organizing everything even more convenient.
Cons
The search feature in the tool is something I don't really enjoy because it becomes difficult to find items once I'm handling more than five projects. The color options are also quite limited in the trial version and the chat notifications only work at the task level.

“Quick setup”
Pros
You can create a large number of boards for free and invite other users to collaborate on them. Signing up is also convenient since you can quickly create an account using Google. It adapts well to projects that follow software development methodologies and the app is quite versatile overall. I also appreciate the email notifications for actions on the board and the ability to customize each board as needed.
Cons
The Android app is not available for version 4.4 which is a limitation. It also does not support synchronization with a GitLab repository. It would be better if it included board templates based on widely used software development methodologies and it should also offer a text messaging platform to send reminders for overdue tasks.

“perfect for smaller projects”
Pros
Over the years, I've used this software both for my own projects and while working as a software contractor. It's been easy to use and fast to get set up which makes it a really good fit for smaller projects.
Cons
Once a project starts getting bigger though, it can become a little messy to manage with too many columns since that leads to a lot of horizontal scrolling. For larger projects, I usually switch over to JIRA.

“complete visibility”
Pros
Keeping all my tasks visible in one place is exactly why I enjoy using the platform. It makes it simple to see everything coming up in the pipeline and I can quickly add all my information without making things feel cluttered. I also like being able to connect other tools such as Google Drive, directly within my cards. I use this software for both work and personal projects and visually it feels much nicer and less harsh to look at than Jira. ;)
Cons
I'd really like to have the option to send specific platform boards to different email addresses. Right now some of my personal boards are tied to my work email and there doesn't seem to be a way to change that.

“clean layout for new users”
Pros
Right from the moment you sign in to the tool, the interface feels easy and very simple to follow. There are only a few clear decisions a user needs to make to get started which makes it especially helpful for beginners. Once you're working in it, the layout feels accessible and gives quick access to the settings and tools you need.
Cons
A minor issue my team has run into is formatting text when posting updates or creating new cards. The software does provide shortcuts and codes for formatting but for people who do not post regularly, having to look those up can be a little frustrating. It is a small drawback compared with the overall value we get from the platform but it does come up now and then.

“Essential to have”
Pros
This platform feels incredibly accessible right from the start. The drag and drop setup is a big reason I enjoy using it and it works just as well on my phone too. There's barely any complexity to deal with which makes building and organizing lists really easy.
Cons
Honestly, for what I use it for, I don't really have any complaints. I can only see it being less ideal for someone who needs more advanced long-term collaborative planning.

“perfect for organized planning”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool worked flawlessly for me without any issues or interruptions. It does an excellent job of keeping multiple things well organized. One feature I really enjoy is the search function since I can quickly find what I need just by entering a keyword. The software is also very user friendly so almost anyone can use it without trouble. Its interface is easy and simple even for complete beginners. On top of that, the platform is very effective not only for work tasks but also for planning holidays, parties and plenty of other activities.
Cons
After using the platform for several years, I still honestly haven't been able to identify any real downsides. It continues to perform excellently, offering direct connection with graphic designers along with simple and effective ways to collaborate with teammates.

“Workflows made easier to manage”
Pros
Getting a business team organized is fast and easy with this software because the visual boards make work and workflows much easier to manage. It gives much better transparency into project and task progress so everyone can quickly see what's moving and what's blocked. There are also plenty of integrations and add-ons available which makes it flexible enough to handle almost any kind of project or team process. It's just not as strong when it comes to engineering-focused project management.
Cons
The tool isn't really the strongest option for engineering teams or technical project management. Bug tracking can feel less structured and it misses the level of history, issue linking and detail that engineering teams usually need. It also starts to get pretty messy when you're trying to manage a backlog of engineering work in the software. For that kind of use case, JIRA is definitely the better product.

“fantastic across every device”
Pros
The software keeps task management stripped down to the essentials which really helps with both productivity and team communication. Getting started takes almost no effort since there's basically no learning curve so anyone on the project can jump in and use it right away. The interface looks polished and feels accessible and I can use it on all my devices, MacBook, Windows, iPad and Android phone, without losing any functionality from one platform to another.
Cons
After a while, the interface colors can start to feel a bit dull. From what I understand, more background customization is available but only if you upgrade.

“simple boards with cool extras”
Pros
Starting off with the solution feels incredibly easy, it's basically an online sticky note board but with plenty of useful extras built around it.
Cons
Built-in time tracking for tasks is missing from this tool. There are plug-ins that can help cover that gap but it doesn't feel as smooth as having the feature included natively.

“excellent project tracking for anyone”
Pros
Even without being a project manager, the platform makes it simple to keep projects organized and under control. It takes a lot of the hassle out of managing work and even bigger projects feel much more manageable with it.
Cons
The only thing I'd really change is the notification system. After reading them, it's easy to forget to mark them as read so they continue showing up as unread. Honestly, I had to think pretty hard to come up with anything I didn't like.

“Try it out!”
Pros
Setting up a project management system and running it is incredibly easy with this especially if there wasn't one in place before. It's simple to start using right away yet it also has plenty of depth once you begin digging into the finer details. The power-ups and wide range of integrations make it a tool I can keep finding new uses for.
Cons
Honestly, nothing so far. I still haven't run into anything about it that feels frustrating.

“checklists keep everything on track!”
Pros
Being able to create checklists is probably my favorite part and I can also keep up with what my coworkers are working on at the same time. Because of that, I don't lose track of the work I've finished and I can look back at other projects in progress to see whether anyone needs help. It's nice feeling more aligned with the team and more accountable for my own tasks without constantly worrying that something will slip through the cracks.
Cons
What bothers me is how limited the board space can feel especially once it starts filling up and everything becomes harder to manage. I'm also not a fan of the drag and drop setup or the fact that I have to assign myself to a task every single time. Another frustration is that checklists aren't saved for repeat or similar projects so I end up retyping the same details over and over.

“flexible drag and drop boards”
Pros
The drag and drop setup across the whole platform is fantastic. It lets me arrange my dashboard exactly the way I want and if I ever need to change my workflow or reorganize how I do things, I can completely restructure it without any hassle.
Cons
Having to open a card just to view all the details or even to check whether any details have been added at all really slows me down.

“keeps my freelance work organized”
Pros
Between my main job and freelance writing, this software has been really helpful for keeping every task in order. Being able to attach files, add notes and build checklists right on each card makes a big difference. It has that agile-style workflow that does a really nice job of keeping everything organized.
Cons
A problem is that the mobile app can sometimes feel a little slow and somewhat outdated to use but aside from that, it's been excellent.

“organized teams”
Pros
There's a paid plan available but the free version already covers everything I need right now even though I'd absolutely consider upgrading later because I genuinely enjoy using it that much. It does a really good job of keeping my entire team organized. Each person has their own board to manage assignments, due dates and related tasks. I set up every assignment as its own card which makes it easy to keep all the details in one place. The drag and drop setup makes the whole system incredibly simple to manage. Overall, this platform helps us stay organized, work efficiently and be more productive. Customer support has also been really good.
Cons
There's really just one issue I have with this platform. It offers a "power-up" feature that's supposed to let cards repeat automatically which sounded perfect for recurring weekly tasks like client social media posts. The problem is that the card doesn't truly repeat, it just creates a duplicate. That becomes messy fast because the copied card keeps the same due date so you end up with multiple duplicate cards all showing the wrong date and then you have to go in and fix each one manually. That makes it inefficient and it doesn't actually solve the recurring-task problem. On top of that, removing the feature is frustrating because you have to disable it from the original card or it won't stop working and that wasn't explained clearly at all. It took me weeks and a lot of back-and-forth with customer support to finally understand it. Other than that though, this is the only real drawback I've run into.

“Mobile freedom”
Pros
Easy to use and the kanban-style lists and cards make it a really powerful way to organize work. There are also plenty of integrations through Power-Ups and third-party services which adds a lot of flexibility. The mobile app is fully featured too so it's possible to manage everything while on the go. Real-time collaboration is excellent and the free plan is very generous.
Cons
Problem is that the Windows app doesn't have proper Google Drive support although the web version handles those situations really well.

“My go to choice!”
Pros
The platform has become the board I rely on every day. I use it for everything, from quick daily to-dos to bigger long-term projects. It works well whether I'm managing things on my own or collaborating with a team and features like reminders, labels and prioritization help me keep everything organized. Being able to attach files directly to each task makes it even more practical. It's a tool I'd recommend to just about anyone, not only people working in project management. Their social media content is also really well done and absolutely worth following.
Cons
The one drawback with this software is that it can feel a little difficult the first few times you use it. Since there are so many features, it may come across as overwhelming at the beginning especially if nobody is there to walk you through it. That said, the tool provides plenty of tutorials so it's something you can get past without too much trouble. Once you understand how everything works, it's the kind of tool you tend to keep using.
