“customizable task planning”
Pros
Using the platform as a web-based tool and app makes managing to-do lists and priorities really easy. It's highly customizable and the more time you put into thinking through and planning your tasks, the more value you get out of it.
Cons
After years of updates, this software has become a polished and user friendly product. I honestly can't think of any downsides.

“can use for anything”
Pros
The tool feels like one of those tools you can use for practically anything, project management, sprint planning, onboarding and a whole lot more. It's easily in my top five favorite products, both for work and for personal use at home.
Cons
Year after year, this product has only gotten better from what I've seen. The one change I haven't been a fan of is the UX update that moved the invite section to the front of the board instead of keeping it in the menu. It really felt fine where it was before.

“user friendly”
Pros
Is incredibly user friendly and getting new employees up to speed on it doesn't take much time at all. We really appreciate the visual layout because it shows exactly where each project stands. It gives our department a quick, current snapshot that's simple to read and understand at a glance.
Cons
Some people might see the solution as a little too simple but in that case it's probably just not the right tool for their needs. For us though, it has worked really well for keeping projects organized and on track. It's honestly been the right fit for our team.

“Web and app use”
Pros
One thing that really works well is being able to use it on the web or through the app across all my devices and still keep up with projects and to-do lists. Being able to create and customize as many boards as needed makes it a really useful tool for both work and home.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about the software.

“Good for planning”
Pros
From planning daily tasks to managing full projects, this software has been the most powerful tool for our team. It covers all of our company's needs really well. Every feature is very simple to use, whether it's typing, dragging or dropping cards around. Everything feels well arranged and organized inside the tool. The interface is very easy and that simplicity also helps us communicate better and stay connected as a team.
Cons
Up to this point, the tool has been working really well for me so I honestly do not have any major complaints. Our team uses it without running into issues and its advanced features make task management much more convenient. If I had to mention one small thing, I would say the interface could use a few improvements since the current basic design could be a little more polished.

“flexible boards that just work”
Pros
Right from the start, the solution's biggest strength is how simple it is to view and manage work on a basic Kanban board or a set of lists. It feels extremely user friendly which keeps the workflow moving naturally. On top of that, each board can be adapted to fit a huge variety of use cases and that flexibility is a major advantage.
Cons
The downside is that once you need extra functionality, you often have to depend on power-ups developed by third parties. Since those add-ons are not always maintained very well, they can take away from the simplicity that made this platform so appealing in the first place.

“Best for visual planners”
Pros
As a visual planner, this works really well because you can lay out a project or task and follow its entire lifecycle from start to finish. It's also helpful for recurring work since the solution can automatically recreate tasks once they're completed.
Cons
It helps a lot to have someone highly organized handle the initial setup because this tool works best when users include plenty of project detail. If it isn't structured efficiently from the beginning, it just won't be effective.

“fast setup”
Pros
Takes very little effort to get started with which is a big plus for a project management tool. It's web-based so I can access it from anywhere just by logging in. Setting up a project doesn't take hours and that makes it convenient when you want to start working right away. I can create multiple lists and add cards under each one and the drag and drop feature is probably the best part because moving cards into the right list is quick and practical. It also includes useful extras like attachments, due dates, member assignments, reminders and even shortcuts for text formatting. Overall, it's a solid tool to work with.
Cons
An area that could be better is text formatting since it isn't very simple or accessible right now. Exporting data from this software into other file formats is also not available which can be limiting. On top of that, the overall look and feel isn't as appealing as some other tools in the same category.

“stay on top of priorities”
Pros
Something that really works well with this tool is how flexible it is for whatever you need at the time. In my case, it helps me stay in control of both software development projects and personal planning. For development work, I can break a project into stages and create cards for each feature which makes everything much more organized. It also includes very useful options, like inviting other users to collaborate on the project. On the personal side, I use it to manage my tasks and make better use of my time by creating lists with specific names and then adding cards for the things I need to get done.
Cons
The only part I do not really enjoy is that setting up teams for a specific board can be a little confusing especially when inviting other users and deciding whether they should be able to edit the content or just view the information. There is also the option to assign administrator permissions which adds to the confusion a bit.

“Amazing mobile app”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is very easy and doesn't require much of a learning curve. The interface is visually appealing and it continues to perform really well even when the board is packed with multiple tasks. The mobile app is excellent too which makes it convenient to keep up with work from anywhere. It also connects nicely with tools like Google Drive and Slack which is a big plus for busy professionals.
Cons
Any time I've had a question, a quick Google search usually brings up the answer without much trouble. The user community is knowledgeable and generally very willing to help.

“I'm impressed”
Pros
From day one, this product has felt spectacular to use and has given me a lot of support for organizing work and handling team communication. It comes with plenty of tools that keep collaboration active, help everyone stay updated on projects and assigned tasks and let us save progress along the way. I also appreciate being able to download important files and access what I need even without an internet connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend this platform to friends and colleagues.
Cons
One of the weaker points of this tool is that it can look a bit unprofessional and the customization options are fairly limited. Another downside is the number of stickers shown on the screen which can make everything feel cluttered and less organized. Adding a live chat feature would make the platform much better.

“perfect for me”
Pros
Coming from Evernote, I was completely hooked once I started using this software. It brings together notes, charts, documents and just about everything needed to manage projects in one place. The platform is very simple to use and it quickly becomes the tool you rely on for all your notes and planning. Creating notes and lists, then updating them whenever needed, is easy. It makes staying organized much easier, helps you keep up with everything and lets you share that structure with your team. Our workplace absolutely loves using it.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints about the software. It has been highly efficient and effective for what I need and it feels like an essential tool for doing my job.

“All in one!”
Pros
Having everything in one place is easily the biggest advantage of this software. Whether it's for work, personal tasks or anything in between, I can keep all my lists together, assign due dates so nothing slips past me and track project progress when working with other people. It's helped me accomplish more in less time. Another huge benefit is being able to capture thoughts the moment they come up instead of trying to remember them later for a meeting or waiting until it makes sense to send a text or email. I can leave a comment or update a checklist whenever I think of it, without worrying about whether my teammates are available at that exact moment. They can see it and reply when it works for them. This has helped me organize so many parts of my life. It saves a lot of time and even better, cuts down on stress. And I'm still using the free version. We'll probably move to the Pro version soon but even without upgrading, this app has been fantastic. Another detail I really appreciate is not having to use the bottom scroll bar to move through lists on a board. I can just click and drag or swipe on my phone or tablet.
Cons
The only issue I've run into is that I'd really like the option to add due dates to checklist items. That's been the one downside for me. It may be something included in the Pro version and I hope that's the case. If not, it would be a very useful feature to add. At the moment, we're just updating the due date on a list as tasks get finished.

“my review”
Pros
Working in corporate communications means juggling projects, content planning and plenty of moving pieces so having a platform that keeps everything in order is really necessary. At work, we've tested quite a few options because there are so many out there. With the solution though, we ended up with a level of organization and convenience that helps the whole team collaborate without losing track of what is still pending. It lets you assign leaders to specific tasks, plan meetings, share ideas for projects that are still being developed, upload images and even attach reference materials that help shape a specific concept.
Cons
The part that can make tools like this harder to adopt is not always the software itself but the resistance to change from the people who are going to use it every day. To me, that comes down to properly explaining the purpose behind using it and showing the team the benefits it brings to daily work. Once people understand that, everything else tends to fall into place pretty naturally.

“thoughts on the software”
Pros
The platform keeps things simple with an interface that feels very accessible right away. It has made it much less time-consuming to stay on top of multiple projects and organizing boards and tasks is quick and easy. The wide range of integrations is a big plus too.
Cons
I'd still like notifications on shared project boards whenever another user adds something. It would also help to have a completion date option for a sub-task but aside from those points, I've been very happy with this software.

“no difficulty getting used to it”
Pros
Right from the start, the tool feels very easy to use and almost anyone can jump in without dealing with much of a learning curve. It's also quite affordable for small businesses and works especially well for personal use. Setting up tasks and projects is simple since you can create separate boards or sections dedicated to each project or task, then break those down into smaller, more specific action items. The checklists and self-set deadlines are also helpful for staying organized and keeping projects on track.
Cons
At the same time, the feature set is pretty basic since the platform only supports fairly simple structures. One thing that bothers me is that items can't really be deleted and can only be archived instead. That's not very convenient when updates or changes need to be made to active tasks. In my opinion, it also isn't the best fit for larger businesses and I'd be more likely to recommend it as a personal productivity app than as a tool for running my business.

Pros
Is very accessible and easy to use. It works really well for assigning tasks among teammates, keeping updates simple and staying organized. I also appreciate that it's convenient on both mobile and web which makes it a very useful tool overall.

“fits our requirements”
Pros
This software gives us a lot of freedom in how we set up boards, cards and power-ups so we can organize work in a way that actually fits our process instead of having to adapt everything to the platform.
Cons
Something I really wish the tool handled better is the number of ways to add content to an existing card or create a new list. There are already plenty of options for adding a new card to a board or list but once the card exists, adding attachments or comments from emails and other tools is not nearly as convenient. You still have to open the card, grab its email address or manually link everything yourself. If a tool allowed me to search for a card directly from my email and connect to it, it would save us a lot of time. The billing changes around adding guests to a team board have also been frustrating. I understand that the change probably came from people taking advantage of the system but those of us who were not abusing it end up paying the price. We work with business partners who also use the software sometimes on only one or two projects and it would be much better if we could share the same board without both companies having to pay for the same user just to collaborate on more than one project.

“great dashboard”
Pros
Right away, the dashboard feels like one of the strongest parts of this application. It lets you manage organize and sort each team member's tasks very quickly. You can assign tasks and team members receive an email notification letting them know a task has been assigned. It also gives you the ability to set responsibility ranges, add tags, leave notes and upload media files.
Cons
It's a very complete application overall but handling projects from mobile devices like phones and tablets becomes difficult when you're managing a large number of projects. In those situations, finding specific information is not always simple.
