“good for feature requests”
Pros
Has been useful for me in several different work settings, from personal to-do lists and blog planning to sales follow-up but where it really works best is feature request management. I keep one card per feature, gather every requester into that single card and then move it along as the feature gets built or officially declined. Because the interface looks good and feels accessible to navigate, that setup works really well.
Cons
Outside of handling feature requests, I don't see the platform as a particularly strong project management tool. It also isn't my favorite option for task lists. The color-coding can be confusing and the platform feels fairly limited although I assume that design choice is intentional. Another long-standing frustration is that Twitter embeds are no longer supported, even though they used to work back in 2013 or 2014. Since I rely on this software for feature requests and many customers send those through Twitter, that missing functionality matters a lot. It has been years and they still haven't addressed it which is hard to understand especially since the request seemed to go nowhere. This software is also a bit too stripped down to offer much built-in value beyond the specific use case where it works best although I still wouldn't say competitors like Asana are better. Performance is another issue: once a board has a large number of cards, it gets very slow. At my company which has more than 500 employees, one heavily used platform board can take close to a minute to load. That may be understandable at that scale but it still ends up being a major drain on resources.

“fast updates and modern boards”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is that it's free while still offering a lot of value. The real-time updates are impressively quick and that matters a lot when you're working with larger teams because everyone sees changes almost instantly. The interface also feels modern and accessible so it's very user friendly and you don't waste time figuring out where everything is.
Cons
A setback is that cards and tasks are tied to just one board or project which can feel limiting. The freeform tags are also somewhat restricted and depending on the type of project, you may end up not having enough tagging options. Another drawback is that you can't create a proper wiki for boards, only a short description which sometimes isn't enough for documenting everything that's needed.

“Powerful tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with tickets and ongoing projects has been much better with the software for our team. I have to give credit to the team behind the platform for putting together such a visually appealing interface. The dashboard right after login looks simple and easy yet it still offers a lot of power. It feels very user friendly and works really well as a project management tool, even for people who have never used this kind of software before. Adding cards, tagging teammates, creating events and updating ticket statuses are some of the features I rely on the most.
Cons
This software has worked really well for both me and my team and I honestly don't have any complaints.

“effective integrations”
Pros
This platform keeps things very easy to use while still being powerful especially with its solid integrations with Jira and other platforms.
Cons
I honestly do not have any major complaints. The only thing that used to bother me was that cards cannot actually be deleted and can only be archived but it becomes something you get used to over time.

“boards for everything”
Pros
Across all my devices, everything stays in sync and moving cards around is incredibly simple. Adding images, building checklists, sharing boards with a team and getting so much from the free plan all make it really useful. I also get a lot of inspiration from how other platform users set things up and the integrations with other tools add even more value. Being able to rearrange lists and ideas as freely as if they were written on paper but without worrying about losing anything, feels amazingly powerful. The tool has genuinely changed how I organize both my business and personal projects.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind right now. If I had to suggest something, it would be smart lists for cards that belong to more than one area.

“fantastic team collaboration hub”
Pros
This tool is a really user friendly online collaboration platform that helps teams manage multiple projects, whether you're in a small group or a larger organization. Each team member can update their own part of a project, add files, images, notes and comments and keep everything organized in one place. All in all, it's a dependable tool for making sure everyone stays aligned.
Cons
The lower-tier pricing plan can feel a bit restrictive when it comes to features. To unlock everything this platform is capable of, you'll need to spend more and that extra cost may be tough to justify for very small teams of 1 to 3 people.

“this tool is a total lifesaver!”
Pros
From managing sales teams to running my own business and even organizing family vacations, the tool has been the most useful tool I've had. It starts off very simple but the functionality expands as your needs grow and the whole team can view a fully tracked board with cards for any type of project. The ability to duplicate everything so easily is also fantastic, you can copy an entire board, a list or just a card for a new project which is perfect if you like building systems and repeatable processes.
Cons
I really can't imagine someone spending real time with it and having actual complaints to point out.

“clean boards”
Pros
The platform feels very easy to use and the interface stays clean and uncluttered. One of its biggest advantages is being able to attach files directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive which makes team collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
The free plan would be better if it included a few additional features that are currently limited to the paid versions.

“Has plenty of features”
Pros
This software feels lightweight, offers a generous free plan for most users and still packs in a lot of features. Creating and updating cards is easy and the layout makes really good use of the available screen space.
Cons
We previously relied on this tool for story and issue tracking in software development but it doesn't integrate with our source control system.

“A full score from me!”
Pros
There are so many ways to organize projects here which is exactly why it works so well for me. I'm extremely detail-oriented so being able to sort everything across my dashboard by labels, due dates, users and more feels amazing. It really scratches that efficiency itch.
Cons
Even with all the sorting and organization features it offers, I do wish the cards included more upload space at the current price point. That said, it doesn't come up often enough to be a major issue.

“standout customization”
Pros
It has a clean, accessible interface that feels very natural to use. The option to pick from lots of polished background images makes it much easier to tell boards apart at a glance. It works well for many different purposes and the large selection of add-ons gives it plenty of room for customization, including a free one. The freemium approach is handled really well.
Cons
A few people I know have struggled to locate their cards on a board because the filters are tucked away and easy to miss. Once a board gets overloaded with cards, it can start to feel confusing even when labels and members are used thoughtfully. In the free version, it's also hard to properly test different plugins to figure out which one fits best, like choosing between calendar options. It would be really useful to have a single board or dashboard that shows every card assigned to you across all boards, including cards from boards you own yourself so you can get a clearer view of what needs attention across different projects.

“clean UI”
Pros
Biggest advantage is how simple it is to get started with. There's basically no learning curve, the interface is clean and everything feels very accessible. I also appreciate how customizable it is since you can adjust the look and setup to match your needs. On top of that, the platform connects well with other tools I already use, like Hangouts and Mailchimp.
Cons
My only real complaint with this software is the Android app which doesn't run as well as I'd expect. It can feel sluggish from time to time. Hopefully that's something future updates will improve.

“Clear tracking”
Pros
The most helpful thing in this software is the card management. Tasks can be organized really well just by moving cards from one column to another. Another feature I appreciate is the activity history since it makes it simple to see what actions each individual team member has performed.
Cons
At this point, I still haven't seen a proper option to assign a card directly to a team member. Right now, the only workaround is using @tags but when several members are tagged on the same card, it becomes difficult to assign responsibility to one person clearly.

“organized reminders”
Pros
Keeping project tasks in order is much more manageable with the software especially when the work needs to follow a clear sequence. It's a really solid tool for bringing together information from different team members quickly and in an organized way. It also helps a lot with setting reminders for carrying out tasks, as well as planning events and meetings.
Cons
The biggest downside I've noticed is that the free version is missing some add-ons that feel pretty necessary for completing certain tasks. In some situations, it also creates compatibility issues with other platforms and offers limited customization.

“handy subtasks”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is very easy and the free version offers a lot of value. The drag and drop setup works really well and I like being able to customize the board and add cards however I want. Being able to create subtasks inside each task is also really useful.
Cons
The biggest limitation on the free plan is that you can only use one Power-Up. It would also be better if there were a way to set a default board layout and reuse or adjust it each time instead of having to build it again from scratch.

“Has come a long way”
Pros
Has clearly come a long way as a project management and project planning tool, mainly because of its powerful features and capabilities. For my team, it has turned into an excellent collaboration platform. We manage our projects in a very simple organized way and the cards are incredibly useful since we can create them and attach any type of file we need. One feature I especially want to mention is document collaboration which is very easy to handle. Task management, teamwork, communication and content organization all work amazingly well and have proven to be extremely valuable for us.
Cons
As far as I can tell, the tool is doing an outstanding job. The things it allows us to do already feel impressive and more than enough for what we need. Since I started using it, I have not run into any real problems or errors worth mentioning here. It has been performing extremely well and honestly, I would say it is a very well-built application.

“perfect for planning”
Pros
Excellent for planning goals and staying organized, whether it's for work or personal life! It's very user friendly and sharing boards with other people makes it simple to keep everyone updated on the progress of any task. The flexibility is one of the best parts since you can build your own custom boards or start with one of the useful templates. I use the app every day for personal tasks and even share it with my wife so we can both update things from our phones and keep up with our busy schedules. The free version already offers a lot and I honestly don't feel like I need Business Class although the pricing is affordable and definitely worth it if you want stronger integrations with other tools.
Cons
It can get a bit cluttered if you're not staying organized but that really depends on how you manage it. Also, if you're not very familiar with the platform yet, moving between different boards can feel slightly confusing at first though it's not a major issue.

“fits personal needs too!”
Pros
This tool has been really useful for organizing work at a startup and it also fits plenty of personal needs like planning a wedding, managing a trip or building a simple to-do checklist. It works well for almost any kind of task planning. One of the features I appreciate most is how it connects with other apps like Drive, Calendar, Hangouts and similar tools which makes everything much more convenient. For each task, you can include time estimates, assign team members, add checklists, links, attachments and other details. It's very user friendly so there's no real need for a manual or a long learning period to understand how it works. I also like being able to receive updates on task progress and quickly see which activities are currently in progress and which ones have already been completed.
Cons
An improvement I'd really like to see is the option to export data from the platform into a document or Excel file, along with the ability to set both a start date and an end date for each activity.

“works well”
Pros
Everything stays organized through individual cards that can be sorted across different boards which makes it really helpful for our teams and our graphic designer to track projects and see the progress on each one. Unless something is intentionally deleted, it stays there which has been a huge plus. I've gone back through more than two years of projects and still been able to find exactly what I needed. The search feature is especially useful. Even when I can't remember the exact project title, I can search by keywords and pull up the right items. For example, if I need to find a specific shirt design, I can type in words I know were associated with that project and get a list of matching projects. It's a simple feature but it saves a lot of time. Another big advantage is how quickly people can learn it. It only took me a few minutes to understand the system and I felt comfortable using it almost immediately. A lot of my coworkers have had the same experience and that cuts down on training time and keeps people focused on their actual work.
Cons
Even after using it for around two years, I really can't point to any true downsides with the software. The only thing that can feel overwhelming at times is juggling a lot of projects at once and sorting through a high number of notifications but that feels more like a result of how busy things get than a flaw in this tool itself.

“keeps every project on track”
Pros
Helps me stay organized in a way that really works for me. Since I have ADHD, having one place to collect my thoughts and keep up with everything makes a huge difference. I can juggle multiple projects, clearly see what's already done and know exactly what still needs attention. It's also simple to use and the mobile version syncs reliably with the app.
Cons
There's very little to complain about. If I had to point out something, I'd say the interface could look a bit nicer visually but that's only a very minor issue.
