“custom boards that handle everything”
Pros
The tool really shines when it comes to customization and the depth of features for keeping tasks under control. I use it for every separate project and client I handle and I open each one up so teams can collaborate together. We split every goal into its own board, assign tasks, set deadlines and probably use way too many emojis along the way. The best part is how flexible it is, you can customize this software to cover pretty much anything another task or project management tool would normally do on its own.
Cons
There's honestly not much I dislike about the software but the iPhone app makes simple actions feel more complicated than they should. Something like archiving a card or a list, for example, takes too many steps.

“Had a big impact”
Pros
It feels very accessible so bringing new people onto it is quick and painless. There's definitely a lot more under the hood if you want to explore it but even with just the basics, it can make a huge difference in how a team organizes tasks and keeps work moving. And the fact that it's free is a huge bonus. #Winning
Cons
A few important features still feel like they're missing and it would be nice to see those added. Other task management tools, like The First Day of the Week for example, offer a lot more in certain areas. Even if they don't match the software's level of compatibility with other software, they do provide more detailed options for filtering and categorizing tasks.

“Calming design”
Pros
Being able to create boards for absolutely everything is what I enjoy most about the tool. It gives me so much flexibility to organize and break projects down in different ways depending on what I need. The power-ups are another big plus since they make each board much more useful with things like calendar reminders and the ability to attach documents, links, images and more so everything stays together in one place. I also appreciate that I can customize the background images which makes my boards feel not only practical but visually beautiful too. As a relationship coach and meditation teacher, that really matters to me because it creates a soothing, peaceful feeling while I work.
Cons
Starting off with this tool was definitely challenging for me because the learning curve felt pretty steep at first. The very first time I tried using it, I actually didn't enjoy it and chose Asana instead. Later on though, I worked with a client who relied on the platform so I had to learn how to use it in order to collaborate with her. It still took some effort to get comfortable with but eventually I was able to figure it out.

“better visibility across teams”
Pros
This tool has made a big difference in how we organize company priorities and keep everyone aligned across departments. Being able to attach links, documents and other important files has turned it into more than a simple task tracker, it now works like a small resource hub for us. It's been useful enough that I've started using it in my personal life too.
Cons
Now that every team and department is using it, I'm having to manage well over a dozen boards. A lot of the same tasks show up across multiple boards since they matter to different groups. I'd really like to see stronger connections between cards, lists and boards so they work together more smoothly.

“A must have for remote teams!”
Pros
I first used this software during a temporary remote job with a company and it turned out to be such an effective way to track what had been completed and what still needed to be done that I ended up bringing it into my own workplace as well. Much like Slack, it feels essential for teamwork these days especially for companies spread across multiple sites or floors and for teams that include remote employees.
Cons
File handling is where the software feels weaker. When adding screenshots or similar files, there should be a simpler way to place a note directly with the image but instead everything ends up as a message inside the card. That makes it feel less accessible, less organized and not very clean visually. Replies work in a similar way since they do not stay attached to the original message and instead appear as separate messages on the card.

“love the interface”
Pros
Has a very simple interface to navigate and customize. I'd even say it's one of the best-designed interfaces out there.
Cons
Honestly, it's tough to point out a downside with this platform especially with all the integrations it offers. If I had to mention one, it would be that attachments can't be renamed after they're uploaded.:-)

“simple boards that teams love”
Pros
Keeps things very clear and uncomplicated. There is nothing overly complex about it so pretty much anyone can understand what they need to do on a platform board without much effort. It works well for organizing to-do lists, team processes and workflows inside an organization. I have also noticed that software engineers tend to enjoy using this platform so if your work involves collaborating with engineering teams, it is definitely a project management tool worth considering.
Cons
Once the workflow becomes very layered or you are dealing with processes inside other processes, the tool can start to feel harder to manage. It is not impossible to make it work but it does require quite a bit of time to open individual cards and build out all the necessary checklists. If your setup depends on meta-checklists or more deeply nested structures, it is probably worth thinking twice about whether this tool is the right fit. I mainly use it for process tracking and team organization and it does that job really well. That said, I would still love to see a dashboard with statistics showing how fast cards move from started to completed, along with a better way to monitor contributor activity overall.

“my favorite planning app!”
Pros
Covers just about everything I need! I rely on it both in my personal life for things like grocery lists, meal planning and everyday to-dos and in my professional life to stay organized. It's easily my favorite app for planning and organization.
Cons
This isn't really a complaint, more of a suggestion. It would be very helpful for team management if a task and due date could be assigned to a specific item within a checklist.

“All in one!”
Pros
It has become my go-to for organizing just about everything. I use it for major team work projects where collaboration matters but also for personal things like grocery lists and my kids' school assignments. It keeps everything I need to manage in one place and I can get to it from anywhere whenever I need it.
Cons
I have no complaints. I love using this product and depend on it all the time.

“clean boards for daily teamwork”
Pros
The tool keeps my team organized every day and the interface is both simple to use and visually appealing.
Cons
The cards themselves feel a bit limited in terms of features. I'd love to see more built-in options and add-ons included in the tool instead of relying on Power-Ups that mostly just export your work elsewhere.

“You need to have this”
Pros
Really fits the way I organize work because it's so flexible and can be adjusted over time as my needs change. I'd had a hard time finding a task manager that matched how I think about my to-dos without burying me in features I don't need. The board-and-card setup feels like a bulletin board with index cards but each card does far more than paper ever could, with due dates, team members, comments and attachments all built in. I've recommended it to plenty of other people and some of them started using it too. I ended up liking it enough to move to the paid plan so I could take advantage of the extra add-ons.
Cons
My biggest missing feature is email follow-up. I can forward an email into the platform but I can't then jump back from the platform card to the original message in my email client. I know some other task managers support that kind of link and having it here would make it much simpler to manage email-related tasks alongside everything else on my list.

“fantastic visual project tracking”
Pros
The platform has been amazing for keeping my projects and every stage of production organized. I work as a video producer so I'm usually managing a lot of different projects that are all in different phases and it really helps to see everything laid out visually so I always know where each one stands in the production process. The mobile app is accessible and easy to use and it also works really well when collaborating across different organizations.
Cons
Not much to complain about with this software. It's one of my favorite platforms and almost every company I work with uses it. There are plenty of plugins available but it would be nice if the platform occasionally offered a quick tutorial or update walkthrough when logging back in after some time away especially to highlight new features and plugins.

“organized boards that deliver”
Pros
Breaking up and assigning my workflow and tasks is very easy with the software. The organization is really solid, whether through customizable boards by theme or through the cards which can be as detailed as needed with checklists, notes, attachments and more.

“boards for every team”
Pros
Using this has been a pleasure because it's so simple to work with. I really appreciate being able to create tasks for myself as well as for teams. We rely on it for business planning, brainstorming ideas and managing tasks overall. There are individual boards for each employee, along with separate shared boards for group work.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the fact that tasks can't actually be deleted and can only be archived although it's not a huge issue. While setting everything up, I made a few items I didn't end up needing and would have preferred to remove them completely instead of just archiving them.

“Time saving”
Pros
Getting started with this platform takes almost no effort which is one of the biggest reasons I enjoy using it. It's flexible enough to handle just about anything, from planning holidays, parties or a wedding to keeping business and work tasks organized. If you need one place to keep all the little pieces of information together, it fits really well. The power-ups add a lot of value too. They let the tool connect with tools many people already rely on, like Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, CRMs and customer support platforms. Because of that, this tool can act as a central hub for a lot of business activity. You can invite your whole team onto a board and avoid the usual problem of people losing track of notes or ideas they jotted down during meetings. One of the best ways to use it is for documenting business systems and processes. Keeping all your standard operating procedures in one board makes it much easier to scale and it also helps a lot when onboarding or training someone new. It's just as useful on the personal side as well for project ideas, shopping lists, wishlists and bucket lists. Overall, it saves a lot of time and keeps everything organized.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any major complaints. At times I do wish boards allowed more power-ups instead of having a limit but I can also see why that restriction exists. Too many add-ons on one board could make things feel cluttered and overwhelming and from a technical standpoint, trying to connect too many tools at once could create stability issues.

“flexible cards”
Pros
Setting up separate boards for different topics, then breaking them down into lists and cards, really helps me stay organized. That level of structure and detail makes it much easier to keep everything in its place. I also appreciate being able to invite specific people to different boards when needed. The card customization is another big plus, you can add checklists, assign teammates and due dates, mention people on items they need to notice and attach files which makes the whole system really useful.
Cons
Notifications tend to get buried. I have desktop alerts turned on but they don't stand out enough. If I'm away from my desk when something is due, there's a good chance I'll miss it. I also wish there were a true delete option instead of only being able to archive items.

“Effective tool”
Pros
This software gives you a effective project management setup built around the Kanban approach and it's flexible enough to fit projects of any size. It works just as well for detailed bug tracking as it does for higher-level project oversight and it can manage multiple task pipelines at the same time. On top of that, the commenting and discussion tools are rich and the collaboration features are a real plus.
Cons
The notification drawer can feel a bit overcrowded at times and it would be better if there were filters to surface more relevant alerts. That said, the main interface already helps cover this need to some degree so it's not really a major issue.

“visual boards that keep me organized”
Pros
Even the most complicated or contentious projects feel manageable with this tool because it lets me split everything into smaller, workable pieces. That makes planning much simpler. I also use it outside of work for personal things like budgeting and organizing tasks around the house. This platform's interface is very visual and there's something satisfying about dragging cards around.
Cons
Although the interface feels satisfying to use, it does come across as a little outdated. Other than that, the platform is simple to learn and easy to use but visually it doesn't look as polished as some competing tools.

“handy planner replacement”
Pros
Using this software for personal tasks and small projects has been more than satisfying. I used to keep a planner with me all the time and this app has completely replaced that for me. I can work from my computer when I'm at home or at work, then switch to the app when I'm out and about. It's very simple to use and I appreciate how consistent it feels between my phone and computer. I also enjoy being able to update the status of a project so I can quickly track its progress. It helps me stay organized, focused and on top of everything.
Cons
At times, the app can be a little slow but overall I really do not have any major suggestions or complaints about the software.

“fantastic for daily teamwork”
Pros
Every day, I rely on the software to keep my work organized and collaborate with others on products. It's enjoyable to use and comes with plenty of features. It handles multiple projects and users really well and the email notifications for tasks I need to complete are especially helpful.
Cons
