“stress-free task management”
Pros
Using this platform is incredibly easy and it does a really solid job of keeping tasks organized in an efficient, low-stress way. It feels much better than trying to manage everything in something like Outlook.
Cons
The visual customization feels pretty limited and not especially creative. It would be nice if the tool added more advanced, detailed themes to give it a bit more personality.

“flexible boards for any project”
Pros
Setting up lists and cards in this tool makes organizing projects and workflows feel very natural. It's simple to pick up yet flexible enough to fit all kinds of uses, whether that's SCRUM development work or something as casual as planning a bachelor party. The software adapts really well to different project styles and handles a wide range of needs.
Cons
A frustration is that formatting card text and descriptions with bold, italics, headings or bullet points feels outdated because it relies on platform-specific shortcode instead of a more familiar Word-style editor. A lot of the add-ons also come with extra costs and I still haven't found a scheduling option that fits the way I prefer to manage tasks. There are calendar and due date add-ons available but none of them match my workflow exactly. Still, for projects and tasks that aren't heavily driven by strict timing, the platform works extremely well.

“Stay structured!”
Pros
Keeping track of every project in my life is much more manageable with this software. I've always relied on lists and this takes that habit to a whole different level. Being able to open my platform boards from anywhere and on any device is a huge plus. I also really appreciate that I can share login access with other people so they can add to my projects too which works really well for both coworkers and family planning. Whether I'm at the store picking up groceries or at work handling a larger project, I end up using the software on my phone or laptop all the time. Moving between different boards and projects is simple on both the app and the website and it also feels like this platform is always getting updated with helpful new features.
Cons
Can't think of any real downsides. If anything, my only regret is not starting with the tool years earlier instead of spending time trying out other list and organization tools.

“Helps with personal and work tasks”
Pros
It is really flexible and it helps me keep both personal tasks and work projects organized in a bunch of different ways. I can use the classic board setup for most things, switch to kanban for collaborative creative workflows and adapt it depending on what I need. The Power-Ups are genuinely useful and the Zapier integration feels essential now and works very well. Overall, it's a very solid project organization tool.
Cons
The iOS app hasn't been the most stable for me and it's also missing some features that are available in the full version. That's understandable to a point but there are still a few mobile-specific features that would make a big difference. For example, being able to hide "done" items in checklists would help a lot because scrolling through long lists on a phone can be pretty frustrating.

“simple to work with”
Pros
Using this tool has been fantastic because it's so simple to work with and available across different platforms. I can check my tasks and boards from any device, whether I'm in the office at my desk or working remotely. I previously relied on it with my facilities management team by displaying it on a large TV to assign tasks and requests across the group. It also makes collaboration really effective since multiple people can work from the same list, add updates and keep track of notes on shared programs and projects.
Cons
I'd still like to see more built-in variety in the way boards can be displayed. There are plug-ins that can handle alternative layouts but they never feel quite as easy or polished as having those options natively included.

“offers many integrations”
Pros
Keeps list-making simple and low-friction while still offering plenty of integrations. I use lists a lot and it gives me what I need without all the extra complexity that most project management tools tend to add. It works especially well for personal kanban and similar workflows.
Cons
Every now and then, it runs into minor network connection hiccups but it's usually nothing too serious.

“excellent software”
Pros
This tool keeps things refreshingly simple in both the website and mobile app and the Kanban-style setup is an excellent way to organize and build a workflow. Another big plus is the wide range of plugins which makes integrations feel pretty smooth.
Cons
A part that gets frustrating is the badge notifications in the platform's iphone app. Notifications overall can become a bit overwhelming when using the platform.

“Keeps me on track”
Pros
The platform is fantastic for setting up all kinds of goals, checklists and progress tracking. When you structure it in a way that fits your project or personal goals, then keep it updated and actually use it regularly, it really helps you stay focused and on track.
Cons
I seriously don't have any issues to point out, I really enjoy using this software.

“so easy to use!”
Pros
Was incredibly easy to get started with and it felt usable from the very first day. It follows agile principles really well by breaking larger goals into manageable task buckets which makes organizing work much clearer. The collaboration features are excellent too since everyone on the team can check progress and update statuses at the same time without confusion. The interface is accessible especially with the drag and drop workflow that makes moving tasks through different stages quick and natural. I also appreciate the plugin options for extending functionality, the good value offered by the paid plans and the mobile app on both Android and iOS which makes it practical to manage projects while away from a desk. On top of that, support for rich media cards on boards is a nice bonus.
Cons
This software is less suitable for projects that do not follow an Agile approach or for teams that need more advanced automation in their workflows. It also falls short when it comes to source code management and integrations in that area especially compared with more advanced project management platforms.

“visual teamwork done correctly”
Pros
Amazing to use! Moving through boards, lists and cards feels very accessible and it makes it simple to see at a glance what you and the rest of the team are working on. The visual layout is one of the biggest strengths of the platform. I also enjoy the Unsplash integration since it lets you add beautiful backgrounds to boards. Being able to tag teammates for communication is really useful and I appreciate that each card keeps an ongoing conversation saved in one place. It's also helpful that you can organize separate teams by board. Another feature I value is the option to attach projects or materials to cards for review.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see improved is the calendar feature since stronger calendar functionality would make it better for managing projects more completely.

“Love this!”
Pros
This platform gives a clear view of what needs to get done and lets multiple people update and manage the information at the same time. The usability is better than expected. Even someone who has never worked with a task board before can jump in quickly and build a workflow that fits their needs. We use several platform boards for all kinds of purposes, from planning our weekly content schedule to keeping track of longer-term projects and responsibilities.
Cons
Since you can display so much information on one board organizing everything can sometimes get a little tricky. If there were a way to pin a certain row or section so it stayed fixed on the screen while scrolling, that would be an amazing addition. Honestly, I'm really stretching to come up with a downside here.

“everyone can stay aligned!”
Pros
For software teams, this platform feels like one of the most useful tools for organizing resources and keeping everyone aligned. It helps track the tasks each team member is handling and it also gives managers a clear view of what everyone is currently working on. The part I enjoy most is how simple it is since it works very much like a Kanban board.
Cons
At times, sharing a board with another team member can be a bit difficult.

“Stay on top of everything”
Pros
The tool is how I stay on top of every project I'm juggling, from client work to personal tasks. As a freelancer, it's the most flexible and budget-friendly project management tool I've used and I've tested plenty of them. I regularly recommend it to other freelancers and usually suggest they watch a few tutorials to see all the different ways it can fit their workflow.
Cons
Some of the more advanced integrations require a paid plan. It feels like a minor complaint considering how much the tool offers for free but once you start using it, it's hard not to wish you had access to everything.

“A dependable option”
Pros
Over the years, this tool has been the dependable place where I keep track of everything I'm working on. I organize basically my entire life in it, from client projects to personal work across multiple teams. It's one of the few tools I rely on all day, every day to keep my business running and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
Cons
The only feature I really wish it had is a completed date.

“versatile project planning companion”
Pros
This tool lets me organize all my projects, jot down notes and work together with others in one place. It's honestly one of the most useful tools I have as an entrepreneur.
Cons
Power-Ups (like integrations with other apps) aren't part of the free plan. Still it makes sense since the free version already offers a lot.

“productive boards every week”
Pros
It's an excellent spot to keep track of everything I need to finish during the week or month. I set up separate cards for each day which helps me organize my workweek and stay on top of all my tasks. I also share my boards with my boss and coworkers so everyone can stay updated on what we're each working on throughout the week. It's not just useful for my job either, I use it for personal planning too. It really helps make the whole week more productive. One of the biggest benefits is that I never have to worry about losing my to-do list the way I used to when I kept everything on paper.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about the platform. It's user friendly and the features fit really well with the weekly tasks and responsibilities I manage.

“visual task tracking win”
Pros
Fits perfectly with how I work since I'm very organization-focused and tend to learn visually. Having everything laid out in a visual format makes it much easier to see what's on my plate, as well as what the rest of my team is handling so I can plan and prioritize my day better. In a management role, it's really helpful to monitor progress as tasks get completed, assign work to specific team members and communicate directly through the comments. We've also used this software to build out internal processes across the organization so nothing gets missed and all the small details stay accounted for. The feature I've appreciated most has been our public boards especially the Team Member Manual board which covers all the details of how NS4L operates and the Scooter Troubleshooting board that we share with customers when they run into issues with their vehicle.
Cons
A few of the Power-Ups can be tricky to configure especially when you're trying to use them alongside other ones and if you're not on a paid plan, they're not very practical anyway. Board management can also require quite a bit of upkeep if the setup isn't thought through carefully from the beginning.

“helps with coordination”
Pros
Has been really useful for coordinating a web-based side project I'm working on with a team. It's simple to set up separate boards within the same project for each person, along with sublists inside every board. That setup works really well because it helps us keep all assigned tasks organized. It also includes due dates which is really helpful when we're trying to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
Cons
I've noticed that archived cards can be a bit hard to track down later. On top of that, you have to invite team members into each individual board manually and it feels like it would make more sense if everyone involved in the project were automatically added by default.

“workflow tracking”
Pros
A fantastic way for our team to keep workflows organized when multiple people are involved. Everyone can quickly see exactly where a task sits in the process at any given time. It's also really easy to update the board whenever we improve how we work, like adding extra columns to show a more detailed task flow.
Cons
If you end up creating a lot of boards, things can start to feel a little cluttered. That said, it's pretty simple to clean up by closing boards that haven't been used in a while.

“boards for every project”
Pros
The tool feels like a Swiss army knife for organization. It has helped me a lot across most of the projects I've worked on. Whenever I join a new project and suggest using the software, people usually end up very pleased with what it can do and how simple it is to use. I especially recommend setting it up with a "TODO-DOING-DONE" board system to keep tasks organized and visible.
Cons
The best part of this software is really its simplicity. If you're looking for heavy automation, this platform probably won't be the right fit. But if you prefer having direct control over how you organize your work, it's an excellent place to begin.
