“So valuable”
Pros
Compared with other project management tools I've used like Basecamp, Teamwork Projects, JIRA and other Kanban boards, the tool holds its own incredibly well especially for a free product. It covers all the core features I need and the drag and drop setup feels accessible and easy right away. Overall, it's a tool I genuinely enjoy using and it's hard to argue with a price point like free.
Cons
There are still a few areas where this tool falls short compared with some of the paid platforms. Collaboration doesn't feel quite as accessible as it does in other tools I've worked with and it can be harder to get a quick overview of what needs attention or where I need to respond. Task organization is another weak spot since I wasn't able to find a really solid way to structure everything or break work down into subtasks the way I can in other project management systems. Even with those limitations, they're not enough to keep me from recommending that people give it a try.

“cards make teamwork fun”
Pros
Getting started with the platform takes only a few minutes since it runs right in the browser. The interface is easy enough to catch anyone's interest and the card-based task system is a really smart idea. My team and I actually began using this software almost as a joke, just setting a few simple goals at first but we ended up sticking with it. You can keep adding tasks, everyone involved can jump in and contribute and then move items over to a "Finished" column when they're done. I use sticky notes way too often for quick reminders and the software gives me that same feeling but in a much larger shared workspace. Tracking everything has honestly never been this enjoyable.
Cons
I'd just like to see more features added to the app especially more Power-Ups included in the free version.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Three years after first being introduced to this platform, it's still the to-do list and project management app I return to the most. The layout is very accessible so getting started takes almost no time. Drag-and-drop works the way you expect, moving cards between lists is easy and setting up boards only takes a few minutes. That simplicity is a big part of why the tool feels so approachable and practical to use. At the same time, the tool's cards and lists let you get very detailed with project planning. Unlike a basic to-do list, each card can include its own checklist so a task can be broken down into smaller subtasks. Boards and lists also make it useful for people who want more depth in how they organize projects. It also has a lot of nice extras that aren't always obvious at first, like free downloadable boards, a Calendar view instead of the standard board layout, Power-Ups and handy integrations with email, shortcuts and more. You can adapt this tool to manage projects in a lot of different ways. To me, it feels like a Swiss Army knife for project management. Another big plus is that it's mostly free. That's hard to beat and the platform gives you access to most of its best features without having to pay.
Cons
The few issues I have with this software are pretty specific. First, there hasn't seemed to be much in the way of new features for a while and it often feels like most of the progress is happening through Power-Ups instead of the core product. Second, I tend to be picky about mobile support. The current apps are decent enough but I still think the lack of something like a dedicated Apple Watch app is disappointing. Other to-do list apps such as Things, cover more platforms including Apple Watch. Lastly, the software works really well for smaller teams but once you get into larger team collaboration, it can start to feel a bit inconvenient.

“my review”
Pros
Stands out for its clean design, user friendly layout and how adaptable it is. It has been incredibly helpful for working with others on projects and the flexibility feels almost limitless. I've used it to build online classes, set up onboarding boards organize project plans and a lot more. If you can imagine a workflow for it, there's a very good chance this platform can handle it.
Cons
The only downside is that people who aren't very comfortable with web tools may find it a little unaccessible when they first start using it.

“solid boards for sprint planning”
Pros
Works well for planning projects organizing sprints for product releases and mapping future versions of the product. Multiple team members can access the boards through shared access or invite links which makes collaboration easy. We can create several sections on a board, split them by product modules and add cards under each one. Those cards can store details about the CRTs/NRTs that need to be implemented, helping us stay on top of progress and timelines from one central place. It also lets us add a title, description, attachments and other relevant information to each card. When a task is completed or no longer needed, the card can simply be archived. Overall, it's a very useful way to manage and monitor projects while building a structured plan for current and future product versions.
Cons
At the same time, it feels limited in terms of features and integrations with platforms like JIRA and Azure DevOps which puts it behind some competing tools. The interface also lacks stronger UI-based visuals for representing work more effectively. It has the potential to be designed in a smarter and more capable way.

“handy backups”
Pros
Gives you a lot at no cost for handling business tasks or even day-to-day work. The drag and drop card management is a nice touch and makes organizing content feel effortless. Since it works across platforms, I can open my boards anywhere and stay on top of things from any device. The checklists and progress indicators are really useful for tracking tasks and the filtering options help bring urgent items to the front when needed. Email alerts are also helpful as quick reminders especially if you rely heavily on email during the day. Card labels make it simple to organize work in whatever way fits your business and one feature I really appreciate is the ability to retrieve information and restore data if something gets deleted by mistake from a platform card.
Cons
Customization is fairly limited and there are not many options to customize it the way I'd want. I've also noticed that images uploaded to cards sometimes appear in black and white instead of full color. There's still no dark mode which is more of a personal preference and the interface could definitely be made more responsive.

“planning powerhouse!”
Pros
The software has been fantastic for keeping just about everything organized and on track. It works for planning projects, arranging content, mapping out events, really, almost anything that needs structure. I use it to manage our detailed work schedule, track social media content organize the different projects we're handling and plan ahead for future events. It can function like a checklist, send emails, store notes and more. To me, it feels like having Evernote, Apple Notes, a calendar and a messenger app all combined in one place. I genuinely think it boosts productivity, helps teammates stay accountable and gives clear direction for focused work. I've really enjoyed using it.
Cons
The tool is very detailed and the people who seem to benefit most from it are planners organizers and list makers. Since I'm very detail oriented, that works well for me but I've worked with plenty of entrepreneurs who weren't nearly as structured and this tool just didn't seem like the right fit for them. While I used it as a map for my work, keeping detailed logs, to do lists, notes and visible records of my time, it felt overwhelming to people who didn't share that same love of detail. In most cases, I ended up keeping it more as a record and reference point for showing progress or documenting time rather than as a collaboration tool for less detail focused teammates. That's something worth keeping in mind. It works extremely well for some people but for others, it can feel daunting and unappealing. Hope that helps.

“So adaptable”
Pros
Being able to turn an email into a card is a really handy way to add things quickly from my phone when I'm out and about. Custom fields are also very useful because they let important details show directly on the card without needing to open it every time. It's nice that only one person on the board needs to be a Gold member to set them up, while everyone else can still fill them in without needing Gold themselves.
Cons
The background color options feel too limited, with only 9 available unless you pay for Gold and it seems like offering more free colors would be a very small thing to do. Another annoyance is that if a custom field contains a link, you still have to open the card before you can click it. The biggest frustration though, is the search feature. It feels awkward and doesn't give enough detail. After using the platform for years, it's common to have cards with nearly identical names every year, like "pay yearly xyz fee," but the search results don't make it obvious which card belongs to which year unless you open them one by one. Then if you click the wrong card and go back, the search is gone so you have to enter it all over again.

“color-coded project organization”
Pros
Right from the moment you sign in, this software feels very simple to use. It works really well for keeping projects organized and you can split everything into tasks and labels with different colors which makes things much clearer. It's also very useful for sharing documentation with coworkers and the community is excellent for finding tips and getting support when needed.
Cons
I just wish it offered more ways to rearrange projects and tasks.

“organized boards clients enjoy”
Pros
The checklists and drag and drop boards are a big win for me. We use the software to manage our marketing business and also keep separate boards for each client which helps everything stay really organized. Our clients have enjoyed using this platform too and many of them have even started using it for their own businesses.
Cons
Every now and then, the notifications act a little buggy. I also wish the comment section inside each card worked a bit differently something like the ability to star important comments would be really helpful.

“works for everything”
Pros
This platform gives you a lot of flexibility in how you set things up. On your boards, you can organize, search and filter using all kinds of tags and headings which makes it useful for a wide range of needs. I've used it for planning personal projects, managing work tasks, keeping shared shopping and grocery lists with family and even saving websites, pictures and ideas related to my hobbies.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I genuinely dislike about the tool. It has handled every kind of planning and idea organization I've needed it for. There are probably plenty of features I still haven't explored which just shows how much depth the platform has.

“keeps life on track”
Pros
The tool works with separate boards and that makes it really handy for organizing different parts of life. I use it for personal stuff like shopping lists, home tasks such as cleaning or repairs and work items like business leads. On my personal board, for instance, I keep a shopping list card with everything I need to pick up and I can share that card with someone else if needed. If I can't make the shopping run and send it to my partner, he has no excuse for forgetting the milk. It's also nice that you can add power-ups and connect the board to things like Google Calendar.
Cons
The layout of the board really bothers me. You can only arrange and move cards from left to right, instead of stacking them vertically on top of each other. My personal board fits fine on one screen but my work board forces me to keep scrolling sideways to see everything, even though the cards could fit on a single screen if they could be stacked. I'd also love some kind of KIV area on the screen where I could park cards temporarily because archiving them feels like sending them into oblivion, once they're out of sight, they're out of mind.

“I stay organized”
Pros
Juggling task requests through emails, chats and verbal conversations used to be a complete mess for me and tracking everything properly felt almost impossible. A friend recommended this tool and since then it has honestly been a lifesaver and one of the most useful tools I rely on every day. At this point, I can't really imagine managing my work without it. The board system is incredibly effective for organizing everything from routine to-dos to urgent, high-priority work. It also comes with a strong set of features, plenty of flexibility, customization options and solid security, even in the free version. For anyone who wants to stay organized and work more efficiently, it's a must-have tool.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints, as it meets all of my requirements.

“Love the free plan”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the platform is the free plan. It doesn't feel heavily restricted so I can actually use it properly without constantly running into limitations. The interface is clear and user friendly which makes everything simple to manage and it even works when I'm offline. I use it across multiple projects and genuinely enjoy working with it. My clients like it as well because they can easily check the project's progress. Another helpful feature is the ability to connect this software with developer tools so I don't have to update progress manually every time.
Cons
Since the software is built to fit many different types of project management, its reporting features are fairly limited. If you need detailed reports, you'll have to rely on third-party apps to get that done.

“A lot of flexibility”
Pros
This tool gives a lot of flexibility which is what I enjoy most about it. It never boxes you into a single way of organizing your work. Our team uses it to manage design and development projects with people spread across different time zones and it handles that really well. Compared with a tool like Asana, it fits process flows much better since it goes beyond being just a checklist. I also rely on it for personal to-dos and even keeping things organized at home. The integrations are a big plus too.
Cons
The newer notification system is pretty bad. I hardly use it anymore.

“simple lists that keep work moving”
Pros
Works well because it keeps things simple and uses a system most people already understand: making lists. Before I started using it, I had sticky notes scattered everywhere. Since I use it with my business partner, we assign labels to our responsibilities which makes it much clearer to see who handles what. There's also something really satisfying about moving cards from one column to another especially from "to do" to "done." On top of that, syncing it with other calendars like Google Calendar is pretty easy and that helps a lot when scheduling client appointments.
Cons
Something that feels a bit stale is the design. Even though you can change colors and backgrounds, the overall layout hasn't really evolved much so after years of using it, it can start to feel repetitive. It also doesn't offer any real data analysis which makes it harder to measure how productive I'm actually being at work. We store client comments there as well so we can keep them in mind for future projects and it would be much better if there were more structure or built-in formulas to help organize that information and turn those notes into useful insights.

“organized teams and better results”
Pros
It gives you solid control over tasks and being able to assign responsibilities clearly helps reduce the workload, lowers team stress and leads to better overall results. On top of that, the interface feels bold and stands out from a lot of similar tools because it looks pleasant, creative and well put together. I'd absolutely recommend it 100%.

“no effort to figure out”
Pros
Getting started with this platform takes almost no effort and the range of built-in integrations is excellent and simple to connect right away. It works really well for collaboration so teams can manage the same to-do lists together through its boards. This tool's biggest advantage is how approachable it is for brand-new users, while still offering plenty of features people can dig into as they become more familiar with it.
Cons
This platform is a strong starting point for Kanban-style board management but it can become messy once a board fills up with too many tasks. The same simplicity that makes it appealing at first starts to work against it when there are a lot of items to manage. You can apply filters by assigned user or category but doing that over and over gets boring especially when you need to check tasks assigned to other teammates. Constantly switching filters on and off becomes frustrating after a while.
