“I highly recommend”
Pros
I've recommended it to quite a few colleagues because the results have been excellent! It feels like a very complete platform and one thing I really appreciate is that even though some features are paid, the free version still offers a lot and doesn't feel overly stripped down like many other tools. It's also a big advantage that it works on the web as well as on iOS and Android since plenty of platforms are web-only and become inconvenient to manage from a phone. The tools it includes are very good too making it simple to organize projects properly, keep track of their current status, review changes and stay on top of everything else.
Cons
I don't have much negative to say about the tool because it has worked really well for me and I genuinely like using it. If I had to point out one small downside, it would be that the free version, while quite complete, does run into limitations from time to time. I don't think that should happen as much because the free plan is supposed to help people learn the platform and get a real sense of the experience before deciding to pay.

“makes things easier”
Pros
I can create tasks, drag them wherever I need, move them between boards, use color-coded labels, add checklists and sub-items and set due dates without any hassle. It works whether I want a very detailed setup or just something simple and easy. I use separate personal boards for grad school and shared ones for work and having both tied to the same account is really convenient.
Cons
Not a fan of the mobile app. I'd love to hit the enter button on my phone and instantly create a new task but instead it takes several taps and steps to get there. Another downside is that everyone on the team really needs to be trained to use this tool the same way. Since there are so many ways to organize things on the platform, it's important to agree on one consistent system so everyone stays aligned.

“flexible boards for every project”
Pros
Lets me customize each board to fit whatever I'm working on. Whether I'm mapping out the next shirt drop for my clothing brand or organizing my next PC build, it adapts really well to different kinds of planning. Being able to attach links and images and assign teammates to cards also helps speed up feedback and approvals which makes collaboration much more efficient.
Cons
While the platform has been a really positive experience, I have noticed that adding images in the iPhone app can be buggy and definitely feels less convenient than doing it in the browser lately.

“approachable software”
Pros
This software has been really approachable to use and it offers far more functionality than I even take advantage of right now. I set up a template for my mid-month and end-of-month tasks, then duplicate it each month so I can stay on top of everything my business needs. Since I manage several worksites, it's also useful having all of those separate to-do lists kept in one place. It's been incredibly valuable for special projects too, helping me track every task and note when each one is completed. I'm still on the free plan at the moment but as my business expands, I can definitely see myself making use of power-ups like calendar integration.
Cons
When a board starts filling up with a lot of cards, getting around it becomes less convenient because the cards can't be stacked. Even if there's unused space underneath, the layout doesn't create extra rows so you end up scrolling sideways instead of seeing more on one screen. That becomes even more frustrating when you need to drag something from one card to another.

“simple task tracking win!”
Pros
Compared with other project management tools I've tried, this software feels much more easy and far less outdated. My partner and I were able to start using it quickly without a learning curve which made a big difference. We also really appreciate being able to assign tasks to each other and set deadlines to keep everything organized.
Cons
I'd like to see another board layout option. A roadmap view for planning longer-term projects would be really helpful especially for seeing everything at a glance.

“Good fit for us!”
Pros
Running an agile workflow with the software has been a really good fit for my team. It does an excellent job of helping us track our work and see progress in a way that feels both visually clear and appealing. Using lists for project stages, cards for tasks and checklists for sub-tasks makes everything easy to follow and keeps the whole process well organized.
Cons
When it comes to uses outside of agile project management, the boards are harder to justify. I've tried adapting them for organizing other projects and brainstorming ideas but in the end other tools have handled those cases better. Another downside is that if you want more than one integration, you have to move to a paid plan. Since the paid tier doesn't offer much extra value to me beyond those integrations, it ends up feeling restrictive in how much we can really do with the boards.

“fantastic for projects”
Pros
Ever since I started working as a developer, this platform has been my go-to for managing client work and honestly, it's the best tool I've used. I rely on it for all sorts of projects and I even use it to map out my year. Big thanks to the team behind the platform for building such an awesome app.
Cons
When I gave the Gold version a try a while back, I realized I didn't really need most of what it included. It would be much better if the team added more worthwhile features to the Gold membership. Aside from that, they've done a really good job overall.

“Great design”
Pros
The software keeps pulling me back because it's so accessible to use and the design looks fantastic. I've tried plenty of other to-do apps but none of them really replace it and I always end up returning to this tool. The Power-Ups are a big plus too since they expand what you can do with the app even more.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints about the platform. It handles exactly what it's supposed to in a really attractive Kanban format and even the pricing feels fair considering the features that come with it.

“better teamwork with clients”
Pros
Bringing clients into the tool has made collaboration with our team much better. They can interact with us directly while we work through their projects and because of that, about 90% of the usual flood of emails has disappeared. That change alone has been fantastic and with the mobile apps included, it feels much more responsive and flexible than dealing with endless email threads.
Cons
A minor issue is that the mobile app doesn't always send me alerts when updates happen. That may just be tied to my device since I'm the only one on the team having this problem and I'm using an iPhone that's already three years old. No one else on my team has run into it so overall we really don't have any serious complaints.

“Amazing boards for planning”
Pros
It's tough to come across a tool that truly handles planning and workflows well across the week, month and year but this tool has done an amazing job for my project management. I use a different app for my daily, weekly and monthly tasks yet the platform is perfect when something new suddenly comes up and I need to drop a quick "digital sticky note" onto the right board. I also enjoy organizing my cards into different lists by priority and seeing them move step by step from To-Do to Finished. The checklist feature on each card is especially useful since I'm very list-driven and being able to check items off while seeing the completion percentage update makes tracking progress really satisfying.
Cons
At this point, I honestly don't have any complaints about the software. It handles everything I need very well.

“Collaborative boards”
Pros
Looks polished, makes sense right away and works really well for collaboration. I've been using it at different workplaces for the past seven years and it has been just as useful for event planning as it is for marketing campaigns.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is the Calendar view feel more fully integrated into the overall product.

“Quick setup”
Pros
Has been an awesome project management tool to use. Setting up a dashboard is really simple here especially compared with Jira. You can build lists, add cards to them and keeping those lists organized is very easy too. A couple of other big advantages are that there's basically no setup time and no installation hassle. The app is good as well although it doesn't include every feature available on the full version.
Cons
There are only a few features I'd still like to see in this software such as the ability to export a dashboard into a sheet or maybe a color-formatted PDF. Aside from that, everything has been excellent for me.

“works so well”
Pros
The platform worked really well for me especially when the team first agrees on a workflow and then uses the platform to support daily tasks. The way boards, lists and cards are organized is quite easy, even for people just getting started. It also offers plenty of customization options so it can be adjusted to fit different team setups.
Cons
The free plan does feel restrictive when it comes to some of the features that are actually the most useful. At the same time, I'm not completely convinced the paid versions offer enough extra value to make a big difference.

“Satisfied user review”
Pros
Feels like a stack of index cards holding my whole life together. Using the website alongside the app is incredibly helpful, letting me work through my to-do list and see everything clearly without feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
Cons
Working with other people in the software isn't quite as convenient as it is in some other task management tools.

“perfect for storyboarding”
Pros
The software works really well for storyboarding. It's an excellent way to lay out and visualize a sequence of events clearly.
Cons
My only frustration with this platform is that everything is arranged horizontally instead of vertically. When I need to build a very long to-do list, it just keeps stretching farther to the right. On the plus side, there are add-ons available that let you customize the layout which is a nice option.

“clean boards for team planning”
Pros
Collaboration feels effortless with this tool. The interface is clean and accessible and it helps a lot with managing tasks both on an individual level and across larger projects.

“focused task management done right”
Pros
Stays focused on project and task management and that's exactly why it works so well. I really hope it doesn't end up packed with a bunch of unnecessary extras later on. A few things I especially appreciate are the swimlanes that let tasks move through a workflow, plus the standard card details like attachments, notes, descriptions and comments when you open up a task. The Jira connection for linking tickets to cards is also useful, even though it has a few drawbacks. On top of that, collaborating with other people on a board works well and the fact that all of this is available for free is probably the best part.
Cons
A limitation comes with the Jira integration. While it's helpful overall, it automatically shows the platform link inside the Jira ticket. That works fine for teams openly using the tool to manage projects but it's not ideal when one person inside a larger organization is using it privately to keep track of a project. I looked for a way to customize the integration so the link could be hidden but it doesn't seem like that option exists.

“visual task tracking”
Pros
The tool is probably the most easy project management tool I've used. Adding tasks takes almost no effort so pretty much anyone can jump in and use it right away. The visual board layout is also a huge advantage because it makes it much easier to see what's happening across each project at a glance.
Cons
Switching between projects could definitely be more accessible. It also gets harder to keep track of tasks once a project grows too large especially when there isn't a consistent naming convention in place. Because of that, I'd mainly recommend it for smaller teams working on fairly small projects.

“Best application”
Pros
Getting a new project up and running in this tool is very easy. Assigning team members and creating the first cards takes little time and I also appreciate being able to customize the overall look and feel along with the details shown on each card. It works well if you want to keep everything simple but it also gives you the option to use extra features and add a lot more information to every card when needed.
Cons
I'd still like to see more built in functionality. Right now, I rely on a software extension to track work time and it would be much better if that feature, along with a few others, were included directly in the platform.

“simple workflow”
Pros
This tool works well for me because it has an app version and keeps projects organized while helping improve efficiency. You can set up separate boards for different projects, then create lists on each board and add cards for all the tasks you need to complete. It's also convenient to invite new members to project boards without much effort. Another thing I appreciate is the interface. It's clean and stays fairly consistent whether I'm using it on a phone or tablet. Overall, the platform is quite simple to use and the drag and drop functionality makes managing tasks feel very effortless.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see added is a numeric way to track the progress of activities within the cards.
