“I love it!”
Pros
Keeping tabs on project progress, sharing information clearly with others and laying out short-term projects in a visual format all work really well in this software. On top of that, it comes with tons of integrations which makes it even better.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind here. It's been a really useful tool and hasn't disappointed me at all.

“digital sticky notes!”
Pros
Keeping projects, ideas, students and other work in one shared place is what makes the software so useful for our team. Everyone can see what's going on and updates reach the right people automatically. I also appreciate being able to customize cards so notifications only come through when I'm actually assigned to them. Each card can store links, documents and images which makes it simple for people to find whatever a project needs without digging around elsewhere. The checklists help keep everyone on track and moving or copying cards takes almost no time. The integrations are a big plus too especially with Zapier and Jotform. When someone submits an application to us, Zapier automatically sends the details into this platform and creates a card right away. It has made tracking students much more manageable.
Cons
Cards can start stacking up quite quickly and that's something to look out for. In project work, items can keep getting added to long lists until they slip out of view and eventually get forgotten. Because of that organizing boards and lists carefully really matters. It works best when cards are used thoughtfully instead of constantly creating new ones and letting them pile up.

“Stay structured with this tool”
Pros
The platform immediately feels like a really capable way to organize tasks and projects. It's very user friendly, highly practical in a work setting and it brings together a lot of useful features that support day-to-day team operations. The boards are especially valuable because they let us arrange different kinds of activities in one place, including tasks to complete, pending items, reminders, photos and more. On top of that, the visual cards are attractive and interactive which makes tracking the progress of tasks and activities much more engaging and effective.
Cons
There are two areas where the tool could improve to become more competitive and efficient. The first is keyboard shortcuts since having a more complete set of them would make daily work faster and more productive. The second is the ability to combine multiple cards into a single activity. Right now, each visual card only reflects one task and it's not possible to connect it properly with other cards that contain related activities. That limitation reduces the overall flexibility and usefulness of the software.

“helps a lot”
Pros
This software gives you a lot of freedom in how you build your digital work board. You can customize the categories on each card, assign cards to different team members, add due dates and organize the cards into whatever groups fit your workflow. It also makes it simple to manage multiple boards and move or copy cards between them without any hassle. Since I work on my own, I don't really use this tool for team communication but I do rely on it to keep all of my tasks in order and it does that really well. It feels like having a corkboard on my computer that I can pull up from anywhere.
Cons
The most frustrating part for me has been syncing the platform with my calendar. I connected it to Google Calendar but some of the recent updates I made on my platform board never showed up there. I tried relinking everything and even after that, later changes were still missing. That was especially irritating because I depend on Google Calendar through my Amazon Echo and this software still doesn't offer a skill for that.

“customizable task tracking”
Pros
Within less than 10 minutes of clicking around, I already understood what each feature did and was completely into it. I can organize my to-do list however I want and even personalize it by changing the background image. The Google Chrome extension is also really handy when I need to add something quickly since I can just click the button, type in a task and save it without leaving the page I'm on. Another big plus is the team feature which is especially useful in remote work settings because coworkers can assign tasks from their own accounts and keep track of when they're finished. I'd absolutely recommend it for staying on top of tasks.
Cons
I haven't run into any real problems using it so there isn't much to complain about. The only minor limitation I can point to is the Google Chrome extension since it lets you add a task but doesn't let you view your full to-do list or mark items as completed from there.

“better for simple organization”
Pros
Even brand new users can figure it out within minutes, at least for basic organization. It does a really nice job of keeping things organized, the core features are free and customer support has been reasonably responsive when needed. The integrations are also a big plus especially third-party apps and bots like Butler Bot which ended up being extremely helpful.
Cons
The software fell a bit short when it came to the level of detail needed to properly manage group projects. Features like due dates on cards and adding people to shared boards do help but they still don't provide the built-in accountability that some competing tools do, Asana's nesting options are a good example of what feels missing here. It also doesn't have an auto-archive feature so clutter builds up fast unless someone is consistently clearing out completed cards and lists.

“powerful project tracking toolkit”
Pros
This platform keeps things simple and quick to pick up but it still packs plenty of power. It includes all the key features needed to manage projects and keep track of progress. The interface feels very accessible which helped our team get comfortable with it in no time. On top of that, it offers solid value for the price and connects well with other tools we already use.
Cons
I honestly don't have any major complaints. If anything, I'd like to see it become more complete when it comes to team conversations so it could better serve as a single tool for everything we need.

“simple planning”
Pros
The tool really works for me because of how simple it is. It's excellent for high-level planning and bringing someone new into a project is quick since they immediately understand what's going on. I also enjoy the playful design, from the dog mascot to the stickers. Being able to change the background is a nice touch too, it makes the workspace feel more personal and actually makes me smile when I log in. It's easy to keep using and customize and the free version is a big plus:)
Cons
Where it falls short for me is in how limited it feels with tagging and filtering. I also don't always get a clear sense of what my next task should be or what needs to take priority. When there are a lot of moving pieces, it doesn't really work that well for day-to-day task planning, at least not in my case.

“My favorite”
Pros
Whether it's for work or personal tasks, the tool feels just right for tracking projects, details and team communication. The customization options are a big plus and we're constantly coming up with new ways to organize and monitor things with it. On a personal level, I also love using it for to-do lists and keeping important items on my radar. It's flexible enough that you can really make it do whatever you need.
Cons
A few of the Power-Ups would be incredibly useful but I'm only on the free version right now. That makes sense, of course though it would still be nice if some of the more advanced features were included for free.:)

“responsive and accessible boards”
Pros
This tool feels incredibly responsive, user friendly and accessible. I've used it for both work projects and personal planning, even organizing my own wedding. The drag and drop setup for moving items from doing to done and between stages is especially helpful since I'm a very visual person. I also really appreciate being able to assign tasks to other users and invite people to specific boards without giving them access to everything. The tags for separating different task or card types are useful too.
Cons
There isn't anything specific I dislike about this tool.

“fantastic boards for daily planning”
Pros
The platform has been a big help in keeping up with my day-to-day tasks, whether it's for work or things I need to handle at home. I can set up boards for everything I'm working on which keeps things organized and it's also really useful that I can invite friends, family or coworkers to collaborate with me.
Cons
A downside is that the amount of information shown on each card is pretty limited. I usually have to open the back of every card just to view the full details and that makes it harder to get a clear overall picture of everything I'm currently working on.

“Boards for every list”
Pros
Dragging cards around on the boards feels really accessible and the card descriptions support plenty of detail and formatting. I've used the platform not just for project management but also for organizing personal lists like books to read and recipes to save.
Cons
Even with all the features this software offers, it hasn't been very helpful for tasks due within the same day. The reminder system only alerts you 24 hours before a deadline so if a task is set for less than 24 hours out, no notification comes through. If you don't remember to open the app again later, that task can easily slip by.

“Best organization tool”
Pros
Takes almost no time to get started because the interface is so clear and accessible that new users can usually understand it within about 30 seconds. I use it as an extra layer alongside other task management tools especially JIRA since it works really well for tracking one-off tasks that are not tied directly to a specific project, like emailing Frank or finishing project documentation.
Cons
That flexibility is helpful but it also has a downside. Because the structure is pretty loose, things can quickly become messy if you do not regularly take time to organize it and keep everything under control.

“Helps with tracking”
Pros
Using this platform feels very easy especially since I can build multiple lists and fill each one with as many cards or entries as needed. Having separate boards is really useful for keeping projects or teams divided in a clean way. Features like due dates, checklists, color labels and assigning members to cards add a lot of value to whatever is being tracked. It's also a big plus that I can attach images instead of relying on text alone which makes it more useful than a basic text-only tracker.
Cons
Needs a more accessible way to group cards by the background color of the entire card itself. I think that would work better than only showing a small colored bar on the card. It also misses the ability to multi-select cards and apply an action to all of them at once.

“visual task planning”
Pros
Keeping clients and tasks organized is really easy with the platform's user friendly interface. The card layout gives me a clear view of my day, the upcoming week and even longer-term plans in a way that feels simple and visually appealing. On top of that, the free version already covers everything I need though I'm planning to move up to Gold for useful integrations like Google Drive. I can also schedule an email from GSuite directly into the tool with their excellent Chrome extension which has been a big help.
Cons
Only a very small issue here and there: sometimes I need to refresh my GSuite screen so the extension attaches the correct email instead of the previous one.

“modern platform”
Pros
This software feels like a modern collaboration platform with a really strong visual approach to task management, project planning and working across different teams. One of the biggest advantages is that it's completely web-based so there's no need to install anything new and it runs perfectly well right from a browser. It also offers useful integrations with established tools like Google Drive and JIRA which are already commonly used in many organizations. On top of that, the card system does a very good job of keeping everything organized which also makes reporting much more manageable.
Cons
It would be even better if the document integration were stronger with tools like Box or SharePoint.

“no guides needed”
Pros
Starting off with this tool takes practically no instruction at all because the interface is very accessible. It's a capable project management tool whether you're working solo or collaborating with a team. If other project management platforms feel overly complicated, the platform is a refreshing alternative. The mobile app is excellent too and just as easy to use.
Cons
Teams that need more advanced project management capabilities may end up feeling that this software is a bit too basic since it doesn't include some of the features you get with more full-scale project management platforms. Its simplicity is exactly what makes it appealing and it works well for most use cases but some users may still want something with a deeper feature set.

Pros

“simple interface, powerful workflow”
Pros
It has a clean, easy interface that makes it approachable for just about anyone. It feels simple on the surface but it still offers plenty of power once you start using it regularly.
Cons
The limited number of extra integrations won't suit everyone. I understand the business reason behind that setup but offering a lower-priced option could be a better alternative.
