“organized projects”
Pros
This platform is easy enough that even clients who aren't very tech-savvy can jump in and use it without much trouble. It helps us keep track of projects and tasks in real time and the card system makes it much easier to stay organized when we're handling larger projects.
Cons
Starting templates could be improved. The tool would be more helpful with stronger built-in options or a wider variety of templates so new users can better understand the best way to set everything up and use the platform.

“powerful for campaigns”
Pros
Running my sales work and campaign planning through the software all day has been a huge help. I can keep track of every social communication I make, follow the progress clearly and improve things without problems. This tool offers plenty of ways to use it and it keeps getting new and exciting features over time.
Cons
Even though this platform has strong features and lots of useful options, the screen customization can be a bit tricky. I'd like to arrange some social alerts according to my own priority but the tool often changes the layout and rearranges everything differently. Having to set it all up again almost every time I log in is really frustrating.

“fantastic team task tracking”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a really good experience for team collaboration. Creating tasks and sharing them with others from anywhere is very convenient and it includes useful features like checklists, labels and the ability to add new updates or progress to tasks. Even for someone using the platform for the first time, it does not take much time to understand how everything works because it is very beginner-friendly. As a task management tool, it is excellent for tracking ongoing projects and specific tasks and it is especially helpful for teams because everyone stays updated through this software. On top of that, being able to customize boards and backgrounds so easily makes it even more enjoyable to use.
Cons
The platform offers both free and paid versions but honestly, there is no real need to pay because the free version already includes plenty of useful functionality.

“Keeps work moving”
Pros
This software stays open on my work laptop all the time. It does a really good job of helping me organize both personal and team tasks using Japanese-style boards which makes everything much easier to track without feeling messy. I can assign cards to different teammates, even people outside our organization which is very useful. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to set deadlines and receive notifications when a card gets updated or is close to its due date. There's also a complete history of changes and the checklist feature is a huge bonus. I recently installed the native app on my Windows desktop and I was genuinely impressed by how fluid it feels and by the new Facebook-wall-like home screen. It makes keeping an eye on every card activity even faster and more convenient.
Cons
Anyone using the free version should know that exporting cards or boards to CSV or a spreadsheet isn't available. That's a feature I'd really value because it would add a lot more flexibility when working with the raw data. I'd also like to see a dashboard that gives a quick visual summary, ideally with graphs, showing things like overdue cards, unassigned cards and similar metrics. The reporting and analytics side could definitely be improved.

“flexible teamwork”
Pros
Using it across different teams feels very natural and the level of customization makes it fit a wide range of workflows really well.

The only thing I'd add is a timeframe feature since that would make task management more effective and easier to track.

“powerful social media management”
Pros
I haven't come across many tools that offer everything the software does. It's fast, reliable and built really well for social media work. The platform is simple to use, quick to put in place and flexible enough to fit different situations. If you need to monitor your company's presence across social channels or improve your brand image online without wasting time, this platform does the job. The built-in tools and overall management features make handling tasks much more practical and once you start using it, it's hard to stop.
Cons
There are still a few areas that could be better. The translations need improvement and it would help to have more tools for handling simpler tasks. Macro support for automating jobs is also missing and would be very useful. I'd also like to see more workspace design options especially for setups with multiple screens. Mobile integration could definitely be more user friendly as well.

“For planning”
Pros
An amazing project management tool for keeping everything organized through boards and lists. Every item can also hold comments and attachments, whether it's text, PDFs or photos. The feature I use the most is setting and updating due dates which makes planning my day, week and month very convenient.
Cons
This platform has worked really well for me on both desktop and web and after using it for more than three years, I honestly can't think of anything I'd want changed right now.

“Clear team visibility”
Pros
One of the best things about this tool is that it's free. We organize all client-related work in separate boards, then assign members, due dates and labels to each task so progress is much easier to follow. It does a solid job of managing our team's workload in one place and being able to reassign tasks while keeping visibility across the whole company has been really helpful.
Cons
The task space can feel pretty limited. Once you start dealing with hundreds of tasks, things can become cluttered and harder to manage. In that kind of situation, Asana may be a better fit but for shorter, quicker task lists, the tool is very simple to work with.

“keeping every team aligned”
Pros
Working with a small sales and marketing team meant I had to stay coordinated with several other groups, including development and accounts payable and this tool really helped keep everyone moving toward the same goals. It made tracking what the dev team was building during each sprint incredibly easy which helped me share updates with clients, keep our collateral current and stay aligned across teams. Overall, it's an excellent tool for staying organized.
Cons
A few people on our team needed a little time to get used to the platform but that felt more like a change-management issue than a problem with the platform itself.

“Stay on track!”
Pros
The tool has become part of my daily routine for both personal tasks and work projects. The Android app is especially helpful because it keeps me updated in real time with the people I'm collaborating with.
Cons
The way cards relate to projects could be clearer. A card can sometimes represent an entire project, while a project can also feel like just a card so the structure could be made a bit more accessible.

“lifesaver for client tracking”
Pros
Getting the hang of this software took a little time but now I absolutely love using it. It has made managing tasks and keeping up with all of our clients at work so much more manageable. We usually handle anywhere from 8 to 20 clients during an election cycle so being able to set up a separate board for each client makes a huge difference. I also appreciate that the software comes with plenty of features, along with online videos and shortcut tips that help you learn the system better. Honestly, it has been a lifesaver for our company. It is also excellent for covering ourselves because everything is documented. There have been plenty of times when clients claimed, "You never did this" or "I never said that," and thanks to this platform, we have a clear record of it all.
Cons
Nothing to complain about right now. I'm always interested in seeing new updates and tools they add though!

“broad integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages here is how widely adopted the tool is. Since so many teams use it, a lot of third-party tools already connect with it which makes it even more useful. Our team relies on it to share a public to-do list and it gives everyone clear visibility into who is handling what and how overloaded each person might be. At this point, it's a core part of how we work and we've even used it for ticket tracking on smaller projects.
Cons
Its simplicity is probably this software's strongest selling point but that same simplicity can also feel limiting. There are plenty of moments when I wish it offered just a bit more functionality. I'd love options like adding sub-descriptions to tasks or creating true subtasks inside checklists. None of this gets in the way of getting work done but they would definitely make the tool better. On top of that, it can sometimes be slow to load and if a board hasn't been checked in a while, I occasionally need to refresh it manually.

“visual boards that stay synced”
Pros
Across the iPhone app, desktop app and web version, everything stays in sync all the time which makes it really convenient. It also offers a good variety of boards for both personal and business use. The layout is very visual and adding or moving cards around is simple and quick.
Cons
I'd still like to see more automation around notifications. For example when a card gets moved from the In Progress column to the Ready For Testing column, it would be helpful if an email or alert could automatically go out to the test team so they know it's ready.

“colorful boards”
Pros
This tool lets me arrange and sort my tasks exactly the way I want. I can move cards through different stages like planned, in progress and done which makes everything feel clear and organized. It's really useful for prioritizing my daily, weekly and monthly work and the reminders help me stay on top of deadlines. I also appreciate that boards can be shared with others or kept private when needed. On top of that, being able to customize the boards with different colors makes it more pleasant to use and adds a bit of personality.
Cons
Something that's missing is a search function especially when I need to locate one card among many others. I also wish there were a way to export the information into a spreadsheet since that would make meeting preparation much easier.

“simple boards”
Pros
Getting started with this tool takes almost no effort since the layout is easy and easy to understand. Teams can organize work with boards, create checklists and assign tasks for different projects without needing much training at all. The fact that it's free is a big plus and being able to access everything right from a browser makes it even more convenient.
Cons
Mobile app feels pretty limited. It doesn't offer the same experience or functionality as the desktop version which gets frustrating when you're trying to keep up with work while away from your computer.

“solid task tracking and offline access”
Pros
A good experience overall! It works well as a task-tracking app and the offline mode is really useful when there's no Wi-Fi available. The drag and drop feature for managing tasks is excellent and the interface feels polished and responsive so it's simple to move around and find what you need.
Cons
The mobile app still needs improvement though. It's missing quite a few features compared to the full version.

“generous free plan”
Pros
This software was one of the pioneers in online agile project management and it still offers a feature-rich platform that's simple to pick up and makes a lot of sense as a first tool in this space. Their free plan also remains one of the most useful and generous options available in project management software. For smaller teams in particular, it's still the top platform I'd suggest when starting out.
Cons
At the same time, I don't think the things that originally made the platform successful are enough to keep it relevant going forward. After a while, it can start to feel a little inconvenient to work with. The interface also hasn't changed much since the early days and that becomes more noticeable as needs grow. If you only need one board per project or just manage a small number of boards, it does the job well. But once multiple teams need separate boards across different projects in the same organization, the layout makes navigating a more complex setup much less efficient.

“productivity boost”
Pros
The Kanban board setup is so clear and accessible at a glance that you can start getting things done right away. The ability to add files, comments and images to cards turns it into an organizational and management tool that's surprisingly useful and genuinely effective.

There are times when a bit more flexibility in board sizing, screen layout and the overall visual presentation would be nice though it's only a small issue.

“Works well!”
Pros
Has an incredibly easy interface that makes organizing tasks feel effortless and it helps teams of any size stay productive and efficient. The way boards, lists and color labels are set up is genuinely brilliant, letting you sort tasks or content in just seconds. The mobile apps are also a big plus and the free plan makes it even better. I absolutely love it.
Cons
Honestly, there's really nothing to dislike about this software. Sometimes the interface can come across as a little too simple or even slightly childish but that's also part of what makes the software so smart. I wouldn't change anything.

“Clear workflow”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is how much you can pack into a single card. It handles checklists, attachments, notes and team member assignments all in one place which makes staying organized much easier. Creating new cards, pages and lists also feels very accessible and easy.
Cons
The only part that feels a bit less polished is removing or archiving cards since that process isn't quite as smooth as the rest of the software's features.
