Incredible!

Pros

This platform stands out as an excellent web-based project management tool. Its feature-packed setup makes it adaptable to all kinds of workflows and project management styles. Although the documentation is very well done and definitely worth reading once you want to get more out of the platform, I'd actually suggest new users spend some time clicking around and exploring first, almost like figuring out IKEA furniture without opening the manual right away. A lot of the functionality feels accessible once you start using it. The reason I'd avoid the docs at the beginning is that this platform really doesn't have just one "correct" way to use it. That flexibility is probably its biggest strength. It gives users the freedom to build a process that fits the way they work making it easier to organize tasks, organize projects, collaborate with others and monitor progress. On top of that, the tool includes a wide range of integrations, called Power-Ups, that extend what it can do even further. One good example is the Google Drive Power-Up which makes it much easier to manage shared files and documents in a collaborative workspace instead of depending on never-ending email chains. Overall, this tool is a very capable platform for project and task management, assignments and tracking and the mobile app is also genuinely useful for staying connected to updates wherever you are.

Cons

About the only real downside to the platform is that some users may give up on it too early. When they first start setting up their workspace and workflows, the number of options can feel a bit overwhelming.

helpful power-ups

Pros

Getting started with this software doesn't take long at all. Even as a first-time user, I was able to pick up the core features and understand how everything works within about 10 to 20 minutes. The interface feels welcoming and well organized, with a clean browser-based layout, clear menus, cards and labels, plus drag and drop support that makes managing tasks feel natural. It also works really well for team collaboration. You can create custom tags for better grouping and filtering tasks by team member or other criteria is very convenient. On top of that, it has been reliable and the free version already offers a surprisingly solid feature set, including Power-Ups for adding more functionality.

Cons

A few of the more advanced options sound better in theory than they work in practice. For example, automatically turning incoming emails into comments seems useful but it can be tricky to manage. Graphics and external links pulled in from emails also appear somewhat messy and unstructured when they show up inside the comments.

reliable sprint and release tracking

Pros

The tool has been central to how we manage onsite projects especially with the large number of tasks and subtasks our clients in the US keep adding. We review and approve those items directly in the software which makes it much easier for our developers and testers to pick up the right work. It also works really well for time tracking and helps the team finish tasks on schedule. Once your team grows beyond five people and you're running regular sprints, this platform becomes almost essential. It has also helped us stay on top of production release issues since everything gets tracked properly and resolved on time.

Cons

Since the new UI redesign, locating certain buttons and menus has become more difficult because their positions were changed. It would be better to update the interface while keeping the core workflow familiar.

sprint tracking for startups

Pros

Running sprints with the tool has worked really well for our company. Since we're a small team, it fits our needs completely. There are plenty of configuration options so you can build a task workflow, assign items to specific people and add custom fields to each task. One feature I especially appreciate is the ability to set due dates because it helps everyone see which tasks need attention first. It also has a free tier which is a big plus for startups that are just getting started.

Cons

The interface can be a little confusing at times. Even though this tool is meant to be a simple tool, the UI doesn't always reflect that simplicity very well. Another downside is notifications: users may have multiple boards for personal and work use but everything is sent to a single email which makes it hard to fully separate business and personal notifications.

simple to navigate

Pros

Managing projects feels a lot less stressful with the platform because the interface is simple to navigate, the features are solid and the collaboration tools work really well. It's a strong option for anyone who doesn't want to deal with a physical Kanban board or needs something the whole team can access without any hassle. Setting up boards takes almost no time and adding tasks is just as easy. It's also really useful that each task can include subtasks, documents and other details in one place.

Cons

The only small complaint I have is the UI design and even that feels more like a personal preference than a real issue.

creative teamwork with the platform

Pros

Each board had a really nice workflow to it. Our team would set up a fresh board every week for that week's project and the whole process was very easy, creating the board, sharing it with everyone, archiving the previous one and bringing over templates from older boards. The part I appreciated most though, was how much this software encouraged creativity and collaboration across the team.

Cons

A drawback is how posts can get overwritten and how board versions are handled. When several people are active on the same board, it feels less like a live shared document and more like a record based on time stamped updates. I get that real time document collaboration isn't really this platform's core function but it's definitely an area worth considering for future development.

fantastic boards for team priorities

Pros

This tool gives my team a clear way to see what needs to be handled next. It works well for both small tasks and larger projects and it makes assigning work and setting priorities really easy. The board-based layout is simple to use so we can create new boards quickly whenever needed and the mobile app is also really solid.

Cons

I'd really like the software to improve the way nested boards are handled. Having the option to create cards within cards would make a big difference for my team's workflow.

color-coded research collaboration

Pros

The platform has become my go-to for documenting research findings and synthesizing data. I use it to capture interview questions ahead of time for multiple personas and the color-coded cards make it really simple to scan everything at a glance. Being able to move cards within a list or across lists works well for grouping insights into the right buckets. We also rely on it for remote collaboration since teammates in different locations can add cards under specific topics and everyone can see all the information in one place. The comments feature is especially useful for keeping discussions going around particular findings or topics. Another big plus is that everything on the board can be exported as a PDF which is handy for offline viewing and sharing.

Cons

Real time updating is missing. It would be much better if everyone collaborating on a board could instantly see each other's activity. A condensed view of all the content would also help a lot when trying to review data on smaller screens. Access management can be a bit tricky too because when you add more people to a board, it sometimes takes a while before they're able to see and edit the content.

fits our workflow perfectly

Pros

Right from the start, this platform felt like a 10/10 when it comes to usability, simplicity and automation/integrations. It's a widely used tool for Kanban boards, to-do lists, roadmaps and even note-taking and I really appreciated how quick it was to get everything set up and running. A lot of the integrations come through Zapier which connects with thousands of other apps so the tool has become a core part of my daily workflow. Our whole team enjoys using it and it's the tool we rely on whenever we need to create new boards and tasks for our operations.

Cons

I truly don't have any complaints about this tool. It's simple to use, works really well and being free means there's basically no barrier to entry. There's also almost no learning curve when it comes to using boards and getting everything set up.

Satisfied user

Pros

Having tasks organized in a kanban-style board is a core part of how I manage both work and personal responsibilities. Seeing everything laid out visually and knowing exactly what stage each task is in helps me stay on top of anything from larger projects to simple shopping lists.

Cons

Issue is that collaboration sits behind a paid plan which makes it harder to use with coworkers on shared projects. If that part were available for free in some way, I honestly think the platform would attract a lot more users.

productive teamwork

Pros

This software organizes tasks and to-do lists in a visual card-style layout that works really well. Each project can have its own column and the tasks sit underneath as the individual steps needed to get everything done. Another big plus is that multiple people can work from the same board so everyone on the team can clearly see their responsibilities and due dates. It's a really useful way to keep people focused and help the team stay productive.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that it doesn't feel as visible in my daily workspace as it should. You pretty much need to keep the browser tab open if you want to stay aware of upcoming tasks. I'd find it much more helpful if there were a small desktop app or pop-up widget that could stay on screen and send notifications.

visual task tracking

Pros

Running a small company and building an app for one of our products, we use this software to keep our tasks organized without much hassle. It lays everything out clearly for the team, what still needs to be done, what's waiting for review and best of all, what's already finished. That visual setup does a fantastic job of keeping my development team aligned and focused.

Cons

At first the interface can feel a bit confusing when you're just getting started. Still, after a little tinkering and clicking around, both you and your team can pick it up pretty quickly.

powerful visual collaboration

Pros

Right from the start, the software feels like one of those browser-based tools that just gets out of your way. Setup time is basically nothing beyond creating an account and there's no installation needed if you use it in the browser which is what most people will do anyway. If you prefer apps, there are versions for Mac, PC and mobile devices although those usually come with slightly less functionality than the browser version. The interface is easy and quick to configure so even if you've never touched it before, it doesn't take long to get comfortable and start using it properly. Once you understand the basic idea, it all clicks: create a list for a topic or heading, then add cards under it. Where this platform really shines is in how visual it is. You can build multiple lists and drag cards between them, reorder everything however you want and shape the workflow in a way that makes sense at a glance. There's also a lot more under the surface than the simple layout first suggests. Cards can include labels, checklists, due dates, file attachments, reminders and assignments for other people so it ends up feeling like sticky notes with a serious upgrade. Collaboration is another big strength. Sharing boards with people is simple and teams can work together from anywhere. When someone moves a card, others can usually see that change happen almost in real time which makes it very effective for active teamwork. On top of that, there are add-ons available too, including ones for creating Gantt charts.

Cons

It's difficult to come up with a real complaint here. The platform feels polished, well thought out and I can't point to anything negative worth mentioning.

lightweight boards that deliver

Pros

The software still feels hard to beat for project management built around lists and cards. We use it to manage our company's content workflow and that setup continues to be incredibly useful across different kinds of projects. One of the biggest advantages is that the free version has never really boxed me in. I honestly still wonder how they monetize it because I've yet to run into a feature limitation that kept me from getting full value out of the platform. We even gave Asana a try for a period and while it offers a similar card-and-list approach, the tool has a real advantage as a lighter-weight tool. It stays focused on doing one job well without piling on extra distractions and the fact that it does that so effectively for free makes it even more appealing.

Cons

The user experience can feel a bit dated at times, almost like it follows design patterns from the mid-2000s rather than something more modern. A good example is creating a new card in a list: typing the title and pressing Return doesn't actually create and show the card right away. You still have to click a separate "Save" button which feels like an unnecessary extra step and an odd interface choice. That said, these are mostly minor annoyances rather than serious flaws. None of them really get in the way of getting strong value out of an extremely useful free tool.

All in one!

Pros

Having one all-in-one board where I can organize every detail and turn a project into reality is fantastic. This platform makes the whole process feel visual, accessible and fast to work with. It's also useful beyond business tasks, whether I'm planning a reunion, mapping out a vacation or organizing projects around the house.

Cons

For some people, this tool may feel like more than they need for very simple tasks. Even though it works well for both small and large projects, it can seem a bit overwhelming when you're brand new to it. I'd suggest starting with a smaller project first.

clean boards leading to excellent teamwork

Pros

From the first time we used the platform, it felt accessible and visually appealing. I've worked with it in both large teams and smaller groups and in each case it helps keep collaboration organized and efficient. Everyone can clearly see what stage they should currently be working on and they can also look ahead to understand what's coming next which helps avoid surprises. It's very user friendly so even people who aren't especially tech-savvy can use it without trouble. Another thing I appreciate is that the product owner keeps final control and is the one who moves the different work cards into the "done" column. That setup keeps accountability clear and leaves very little room for mistakes, even when multiple people are involved.

Cons

Up to this point, neither my teammates nor I have run into any drawbacks while using this software. We rely on it every day during our scrum meetings.

Keep projects on track

Pros

The visual board layout makes it really clear what I need to tackle next and what I'm already working on. Sharing boards with other people is also very helpful when collaborating on projects and trying to keep everyone aligned. I also get a lot of use out of the due date feature which comes in handy quite often.

Cons

Once in a while, I run into a problem where the app won't let me drag a card to another board and opens the card details instead. Thankfully, it doesn't happen very often and when it does, I'm still able to move the card by clicking through a few extra steps in the details view. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints about the app.

Pros

Pros

Keeping track of team tasks across different projects is incredibly easy with the software. It comes with a ton of useful features especially considering the free plan. I can organize all of my client work on separate boards without any hassle and both the desktop and mobile apps work really well. It's something I rely on constantly for both business and personal use.

use it across devices

Pros

The platform has been a really valuable way for our team to share information across the different projects we handle together. Being able to attach files and include email conversations makes it an important part of how we manage projects. It's also very helpful that we can access and review information from a range of devices.

Cons

User training resources are a bit limited but since the software is fairly accessible, it hasn't caused any major problems.
