“powerups and automation standout”
Pros
Powerups are a huge part of why the tool works so well for me. I rely on this tool Butler all the time, both the bot and the power-up, to automate almost everything I do in the platform and I especially love the dashcards. I also connect it with Zapier to parse leads on my platform board and track everything that happens in Google Sheets. On top of that, I use a wide range of custom fields and when combined with Butler, they can do some really powerful things. Another feature I enjoy is being able to attach an image and have it display directly on the card and on some of my boards, every single card includes an image.
Cons
This is a pretty minor issue but I keep some very personal boards for my private life alongside business boards for work and that creates an awkward situation. I can't comfortably show my business boards to others without the risk of them noticing my personal boards in the menu. It would be really helpful to have a clear folder or hiding option so I could present this software on a projector without worrying about exposing private parts of my life.

“brilliant free collaboration tools”
Pros
This software has been fantastic to use, it's very user friendly and packed with features. The best part is that it's free. You even get access to one of the powerful Power-Ups at no cost which is more than enough for most people and there are plenty to choose from. The Google Drive integration alone saves a lot of time when working with others since documents and even full folders can be attached to cards in just a couple of clicks.
Cons
Notifications are occasionally a bit unreliable although the team has said they're working on improving that and the app also includes an option to send feedback about the feature.

“fantastic for teamwork”
Pros
Is a really user friendly project management tool with a clean, enjoyable interface. It makes it simple to break a project into smaller pieces and organize tasks into different sections. On top of that, I can drag cards around to shift tasks from in-progress to completed which keeps everything clear and manageable. It has been incredibly valuable for working with teams on large projects and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
Cons
A setback is that some of the tool's more advanced features, like integrations with other tools, depend on power-ups. On the free plan, you only get one power-up per board which is a little disappointing.

“stay organized”
Pros
Between running a music school as an owner and music director, while also writing and producing music and sound effects for mobile games and film, the software keeps all my responsibilities organized. I use separate boards for each project, plus additional ones for errands and everyday personal tasks. Being able to get everything out of my head and into the software honestly helps me relax and sleep better at night. The real-time updates are fantastic and I also appreciate how well it works across different platforms with solid integration.
Cons
It does let me assign due dates but I still wish the calendar side of it were more fully developed. I haven't connected it with Google Calendar because the last time I tried, it didn't handle what I needed although I haven't revisited that in a while.

“accessible boards”
Pros
Getting started with this platform feels very natural. Kanban boards are already simple to follow and the tool makes them even more accessible to pick up right away. On top of that, the added features are introduced and organized in a way that adds functionality without overwhelming users and you can decide which ones you actually want to use. Because of that, this tool ends up being a tool that helps you stay productive instead of making you spend time figuring out the tool itself.
Cons
That said, it also seems like the platform gets used for plenty of things that are not really the best fit for it or where a more specialized tool would make more sense. Things like organizing recipes or trying to run large-scale project management with huge numbers of tasks, are examples where it can feel less well suited.

“Useful features”
Pros
This platform has been a fantastic project management tool to use. It's easy to get started with and it comes packed with features that are genuinely helpful. Being able to attach files and photos to projects and deadlines is a big plus. The interface is clean and simple but still gives quick access to the tools and utilities you need. It also lets you set task priorities so the most important work stands out. The biggest advantage is how easily this software fits into almost any workflow.
Cons
There are a few minor bugs and occasional glitches in the software. That said, I haven't run into anything serious that actually breaks how it works. On the positive side, most of those issues tend to get fixed pretty quickly.

“indispensable team tracking tool”
Pros
This tool's setup does a really good job of helping everyone on my team, from employees to managers, stay on top of tasks and progress. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at first but once you get comfortable with how it works and really tap into its features, it becomes an essential part of the workflow.
Cons
Getting started can take some time because of the learning curve. I also feel that a few of the paid features should be part of the free plan, with more advanced options reserved for the upgrade. When key features are locked out of the free version, it can make testing the platform properly or deciding whether to upgrade a lot more limiting.

“task assignment that really helps”
Pros
Handling projects with this tool has worked out really well for me. I'd say it's one of the best options for team management because it gives me plenty of ways to organize and manage other members in a group project. Since I often take the lead as the project manager, it helps a lot when I need to split responsibilities clearly among team members. Another part I appreciate is task assignment and reminders. Instead of constantly chasing people or pushing them every time, I can assign work directly and the tool helps remind them before the deadline which makes managing the team much more efficient.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is more features added for managing and maintaining group members because that would make the tool even more useful.

“flexible task tracking for teams”
Pros
Our team relies on this platform internally to plan decisions and move effective modules into production and it has been a really solid tool for task tracking and time management. We've especially enjoyed the newer design and how simple it is to add tasks and notes. Managers and QA leads can add items and the rest of the team is able to review each task, manage the workflow and decide which modules are ready to go live. We don't run every part of the project through the tool but we do handle many of our internal modules with its task management features. It also works well with external systems and can connect with our internal CMS API. Overall, this tool has a broad range of uses and works well for teams of different sizes.
Cons
A major issue comes up when we load a very large project into the platform because it starts to become difficult to manage and locating individual tasks turns into a hassle. For smaller projects though, it works well.

“Perfect for growing teams”
Pros
When it comes to planning and carrying out project work, this software handles a lot of common challenges really well. Compared with pricier alternatives, it gives you enough functionality to support just about any small to mid-sized project without feeling overdone. It also connects with plenty of other apps which adds a lot of value. With multiple workspaces, team options and several practical features, the software feels like a go-to tool for small and medium project management.
Cons
Once a project starts getting much bigger, this platform can become harder to keep under control. You end up managing a lot of interface elements inside the app and things can feel crowded and complicated pretty quickly. I still have not seen many medium-to-large projects rely only on the tool for their full development workflow so I would be interested to see how teams make that work at scale.

“drag and drop task tracking”
Pros
The tool is incredibly simple to work with which is a big reason I enjoy using it. Moving cards around with drag and drop feels very natural and being able to add checklists to each card is especially useful. The free plan still includes one power-up and I usually stick with recurring cards though I switch to the Calendar at times. It also works really well for communicating with other people involved in tasks and I appreciate having a full record of everything saved directly on the card.
Cons
I do wish that those of us who had free accounts for years could have kept the features we originally had before some of them were moved behind paid plans. It would have been nice if longtime users had been grandfathered in.

“Love this!”
Pros
Setting deadlines is simple and moving tasks around the board is as quick as dragging and dropping them wherever they need to go. Collaboration is also very convenient especially with coworkers across the company. Since a lot of our team works remotely, this tool has become essential for us because multiple users can be added to the same project without any hassle.
Cons
This tool could feel a bit more accessible and polished visually. It offers plenty of features but the interface still seems slightly behind compared with the rest of the experience.

“visual boards with limits”
Pros
The platform works well if you prefer organizing tasks visually. Instead of the usual checklist approach, it uses cards that you can move between different categories. That setup can be really useful for creative workflows or for people who think more visually. I can definitely imagine it being helpful for things like storyboarding.
Cons
If this style of organization doesn't fit the way you work, it probably makes more sense to consider other task management tools. Platforms like Asana seem to offer more customization and integrations. On top of that, when you're collaborating with a team, it helps to use something everyone is comfortable with and not everyone wants to manage projects through a card-based system.

“I rely on it a lot”
Pros
Has become one of the apps I rely on most for managing internal projects. As a smaller SaaS company, we needed a consistent process for how we build and develop our products and the platform turned out to be the best fit. It gives our project managers, designers, consultants and tech support team one place to jump in and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to anything I dislike about this software. The pricing tiers feel fair, well balanced and very reasonable for what you get. I prefer it over most other project management CRMs and it works so well that I even use it to organize parts of my personal life.

“collaboration that clicks fast”
Pros
Feels accessible right away and the benefits become clear almost immediately. Its biggest strength is how well it lets a large number of people collaborate and keep projects moving forward together.

“So helpful for me”
Pros
It has become the glue that holds my more complicated projects together. Some collaborators are in Dropbox, a lot of prospects only communicate by email and prospect research means saving plenty of URLs. On top of that, I draft pitch emails that might live in Google Docs, Evernote or another text-based writing tool. The tool is the one place where I can pull all of that together so I have everything I need for follow-ups and for getting ready for a podcast interview, whether I'm the guest or the interviewer. The reminders are also really useful because they help me stay on top of follow-ups before leads go cold. I've tried managing this in a spreadsheet but it's much harder to visualize and process progress there than it is when I'm moving cards across a platform board.
Cons
It can get fairly complicated at times and my Dropbox integration doesn't always work reliably.

Pros
From business tasks to things at home, church and all the random odds and ends in between, this platform has kept everything organized and clearly communicated. It's made a real difference in how I manage my life and I can pull it up anytime from a computer or any smart device. Absolutely love it!
Cons
I haven't run into any issues at this point. I'm still using the free version and love the program so much that I'm seriously considering paying for it because it's been such a blessing.

Pros
Using the tool feels very easy and I really appreciate that the free plan includes unlimited boards. As a basic user, I'm able to get plenty out of the free version and make full use of its features without ever feeling pushed into paying for an upgrade just to use the product properly.
Cons

“No effort needed!”
Pros
Getting started with this software takes almost no effort, you just create a board and begin organizing your work. The interface is very clear and the cards come with plenty of options to sort and manage everything you need to do. It also works really well for collaboration since it's simple to see which tasks are assigned to each person.
Cons
A limitation is that cards can't exist across two different boards and that becomes inconvenient when separate teams use different boards but still need to collaborate on the same project.

“fantastic for team task visibility”
Pros
Being able to create separate task lists is something I really appreciate. We can clearly track what's already been completed, what's in progress and what still needs to be done. Since I work with a pod that has different schedules, this has been really helpful for keeping communication clear when not everyone is in the office at the same time.
