“Handy comments”
Pros
The overall layout works really well for organizing all kinds of information whether it's visual content or plain text. The iOS app feels just as user friendly as the web version so switching between devices is smooth. The comment threads are especially useful and make collaboration much better.
Cons
Something that could be improved is text formatting which isn't as accessible or as WYSIWYG as it could be.

“clicked instantly!”
Pros
Completely changed how I handle projects! Before using it, I had never worked with a kanban board but the idea won me over right away. It feels like having a huge wall covered in sticky notes that I can organize however I want. Every card opens up to reveal a surprisingly rich set of features underneath. That mix of strong functionality and complexity, paired with a clean visual overview, makes the software both powerful and very approachable.
Cons
The chat integration felt a little awkward to use, at least from when I spent time with it though I haven't really used that part regularly in the last couple of years. Also some of this software's best and most useful features are locked behind a paywall that feels too expensive for me to justify for personal use.

“Smart notifications”
Pros
Each task can include plenty of options like deadlines, categories, reactions and other details that make the whole system feel really complete. Another part I value a lot is the level of customization. The variety of themes and color combinations is impressive and it helps the app feel more personal and comfortable to use. In a work setting, it has been especially useful because it keeps both my personal tasks and my team's work organized which makes much better use of my time. Being able to manage more than one board also adds a lot of convenience. I also really like that when I add something to my board, the notifications can reach my whole team through Slack.
Cons
It took me quite a while to really get to know the platform, mainly because I did not have anyone recommending it to me. I feel it deserves more publicity because that would probably help bring in more users. Another aspect I am not very happy with is the way the "activity" section looks since visually it feels unattractive and could definitely be improved. Aside from that, I still find the application fascinating.

“Gets the job done!”
Pros
Is a very easy web app and it does exactly what it's meant to do really well. The kanban-style to-do board is clean, simple and nicely laid out. You can set up three basic columns like To-do, Work In Progress and Done, then move tasks across as you work through them. It also syncs extremely well across devices which makes it especially useful as a to-do list. I used it that way and it was basically with me wherever I went.
Cons
A lot of the editing options require opening up the individual card which can slow things down. There also isn't currently a way to make edits in bulk. On top of that, the detailed task description isn't displayed very well at a glance so once again you have to click into the card to actually see it.

“simple to work with”
Pros
The best part of this platform for me was how simple it is to use! It's very quick to learn and adapting it to different needs and workflows doesn't take much effort. We used the tool to handle multiple modules within our project management process and to share resources across the team.
Cons
I wasn't very happy with how this tool integrates with people's calendars and personal apps for keeping them updated on activity happening in the platform.

“Great free tool”
Pros
Some days I spend 10 minutes in this software, other days closer to an hour and either way I come away feeling more organized and productive. It manages to be simple when I need something quick but still capable enough to handle more detailed planning when I have the time. Other project management tools I've tried have felt too overcomplicated and difficult to keep up with during a busy week. This platform works well because I can put in as much or as little time as I have on a given day and still see progress. Running an online business, that kind of flexibility is incredibly useful since no two days look the same and I don't always have hours to spend on admin.
Cons
The recent updates have been positive overall so I don't have any major complaints right now. The only thing that still feels a bit off is the notifications section which can be a little glitchy at times but it seems like the kind of issue that can be improved with future tweaks.

“fantastic for team collaboration”
Pros
This tool really delivers on what it's meant to do. For smaller businesses especially, it feels like an ideal collaboration tool because it helps you monitor progress across different teams, roles and employees without things getting messy. The interface is clean, easy and very simple to move around so getting to the features you need doesn't take much effort. The mobile app is also very reliable when you're away from your desk and don't have a laptop or PC nearby. On top of that, it connects well with other apps and those integrations are simple to handle.
Cons
There are still a few smaller features missing although it's clear the team behind the platform has been putting in a lot of work lately since new functions keep getting introduced with updates. If I had written this review a couple of years back, I would have had more negatives to mention but they've really stayed on top of improving the product.

“perfect for team projects”
Pros
Managing projects with the software works really well especially when a lot of people are involved. You can set up a board, list everything that needs to be done for a task and assign the right people to each part of it. It's also available across different devices which makes it very convenient to use. On top of that, you can track whether tasks are getting done and the team can communicate directly through the board.
Cons
A downside with this platform is that there are many Power-Ups I haven't been able to use because I don't really understand how they work. A tutorial or clearer guidance for these features would be a big help for users.

“quick adoption”
Pros
The software's design really fits its purpose as an organization tool. Being able to use it across all kinds of projects and lists has made a big difference. The collaboration features work really well and it's simple enough to walk new users through so people usually get on board quickly without much friction. It's also clear that the tool has focused on integrations with other systems and software which makes working with other apps practical for everyday use.
Cons
There was a short period where switching emails and handling user management caused some trouble but that was eventually resolved.

“instant organization”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool feels ready to use. Whether you're managing it as an admin or using it as part of a team, you can jump in immediately and start organizing without any hassle.
Cons
Customization API feels a bit awkward to work with. Creating custom apps can be a little unusual though it's definitely not a deal breaker and most people probably won't need to use that side of it anyway.

“Love this tool!”
Pros
Keyboard shortcuts completely changed how the platform works for me. Before I learned them, doing everything with the mouse got the job done but it felt slow and repetitive. Now I can move through tasks much faster and get a lot more done. The Android widget is also really handy for quickly capturing random thoughts on my phone so I can sort them out later. I also got a lot of value from the sample board layouts since they make it much easier to start different kinds of projects. The interface stays fast and reliable across platforms and the plug-ins for connecting with other apps and websites are excellent.
Cons
Issue is that photo uploads can be pretty slow so I usually avoid that feature now. It's also worth noting that exporting data or creating backups is limited to the paid version.

“handy power-ups”
Pros
Posting new items takes almost no time and the power-ups I've added have been really useful.
Cons
Bringing users onto boards feels more complicated than it should be. Card numbers not being included as a basic feature is frustrating and exporting cards with all comments really ought to come standard. Searching by number also matches partial numbers which makes the results pretty confusing.

“flexible integrations”
Pros
Stands out to me mostly because of how visually appealing it is compared with other productivity tools! The layout is clear, user friendly and very easy to understand. Moving a card into its own list or shifting it to another board is easy and getting around the platform feels simple overall. If permissions are set, multiple users can access the same board and work together without trouble. This platform also connects well with many other software tools through Power-Ups. That makes it convenient to pull in files or information from other platforms without having to leave the tool and it also makes jumping over to those tools through this tool very convenient. Cards support many different attachment types and comments can be added with time and date stamps. Board and card activity is also tracked with timestamps and notes about what changed. Collaboration across teams is very manageable and the whole application feels accessible. When you expect a setting or option to be in a certain place, it usually is. Setting up a new team and assigning access rights to specific boards is simple as well. The GUI and overall human-computer interaction are clearly well designed and thoughtfully put together. You can also add checklists to cards which is useful and creating a new team with board-specific permissions is uncomplicated.
Cons
A frustration is that text formatting does not work the way most users expect from other common applications. You cannot just drag to select text and apply formatting or rely on familiar keyboard shortcuts. Instead, you have to type special characters into the text itself to make words bold or italicized or to create headers, lists and other formatting styles. The tool uses Markdown formatting syntax for this so you need to remember the correct symbols if you want to format text properly. Workflow automation or automated task assignment would make the platform stronger although it does offer integrations with other apps that can help cover that need. Also, a calendar view is not included in the basic this software product so you need a third-party integration for that as well.

“teamwork made simple”
Pros
Using the software has been pretty easy and it's the best option I've come across for managing agile workflows in the projects we handle at the company.
Cons
Where it falls short is in features around notifications and exporting. It would be really helpful to have automatic download or upload options. Right now, you rely entirely on the platform and there's no way to keep working offline.

“fantastic boards for release tracking”
Pros
Out of all the project management tools I've worked with, this has easily been the best one and it has made my job much simpler. We can set up boards to plan different product version releases and keep everything organized without much effort. Inside each board, it's possible to create separate sections or groups and then add cards for new specifications under every release. Sharing boards internally or externally through links is very convenient and it makes collaboration across multiple team members much more manageable. Access rights can also be assigned and admins can be added to the board when needed. Anyone with access is able to leave comments or attach files with descriptions on each card which makes it much easier to add details and share knowledge with others using this platform. Cards can also be tagged and color-coded based on priority or current completion status which helps a lot with visibility. On top of that, archiving or deleting cards is very easy whenever required. It also gives the option to customize board background colors along with a few other settings which makes the UI and UX especially appealing for project management.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across any drawbacks yet and at this point it feels like the best project management tool companies can use to handle project releases more efficiently.

“secure teamwork”
Pros
Feels very accessible thanks to its card-based setup, where each card holds the key project details and lists can be created for specific tasks. That structure makes it simple to track progress, manage work and keep everything organized. The lists are highly customizable and quick to update as things change. Features such as drag and drop, inline editing and instant notifications also help keep project management efficient. Team members can add comments and labels, upload files, build checklists and assign due dates without much effort. On top of that, the platform feels secure since you can control who has access to each board and the data is protected through safe encryption technology.
Cons
An issue is that the drag and drop feature can occasionally move cards by mistake and those shifts are not always reversible which can make it harder to keep track of items. There is also a limit to how many tags can be used on a board. Another drawback is that new users may find the platform a bit difficult at first so having a user guide would be helpful.

“accessible boards for event planning”
Pros
This platform's interface feels very accessible and it has made a noticeable difference in how my team manages workflow. Having everything for our large events laid out in one place makes it much easier to see all the requirements and stay organized.
Cons
What really gets frustrating is the lack of a way to automatically move the "to-do" cards back into their original setup. Once an event is over, we have to drag every single card back manually to reset the board for the next event which feels unnecessarily ridiculous.

“Makes things easy”
Pros
After working with tools like Asana and Basecamp across different projects and teams, the platform has been a really convenient way to move tasks along based on their status. It's especially useful for cross-functional collaboration and keeping everyone aligned.
Cons
There isn't really anything major to complain about. The only small downside is that when too many tasks are running in parallel, the board can start to look a bit cluttered.

“keeps me on track”
Pros
Before this software, I relied on Google Calendar and sticky notes to remember what I had to do and which tasks needed priority but I still ended up forgetting things from time to time. Using the software has really helped me stop missing important tasks. The interface looks stylish and I really appreciate how I can move items around whenever I need to. Once a task is done, I just drag it into the completed category which feels very convenient. I can also organize my tasks by priority levels like VIP, mid-priority and lower priority and that has made me much more productive at work because I'm less likely to miss essential things I need to finish during the day.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about using this platform. Every now and then, clicking and dragging can be a little difficult but it doesn't happen often. That small inconvenience is easily outweighed by all the positive things the tool offers.
