organized boards for every plan

Pros

Having one organized place to keep all my business ideas and plans has been really helpful. I also enjoy being able to sort cards into different categories which keeps everything clear and structured.

Cons

Creating a card can feel a bit awkward to navigate at times. I also wish there were simpler ways to make the cards look a little more visually appealing.

Excellent software!

Pros

The tool's visual card-based approach to managing tasks is excellent. It's also a big advantage that it works so well across different platforms. The Android app, Outlook 2016 desktop integration and the web email add-ons are all really useful options. Being able to collaborate with other people so easily in such a visual way is one of its biggest strengths.

Cons

The only area that felt lacking for my personal needs was the flexibility of the visualization features especially when it comes to card layouts and creating relationships between cards and lists which is something mind-mapping tools usually handle better. At least in the free version, this software seems to keep users locked into a single horizontal row of cards arranged from left to right. You can move cards around but I couldn't find any way to change that one-row, left-to-right structure. A mix of mind-mapping style visuals with this tool's cross-platform usability and its to-do cards would be ideal.

checklists and reminders shine

Pros

Having multiple checklists within a project has been really helpful and I can also reuse completed checklists from other projects instead of rebuilding them from scratch. The due dates on the platform board are another feature I appreciate because the email reminders alert me as the deadline gets closer. I also like that the reminder emails include a direct link so I can click straight through to the specific platform board I need to view.

Cons

I'd like to have the option to create template boards and template checklists that I can copy from directly, instead of having to pull them from a previous board that hasn't been archived yet.

drag and drop project tracking

Pros

Getting started with the interface is about as easy as it gets. You can drag and drop cards, create categories and move tasks through each stage of your process. It works really well for monitoring project progress especially for things like software development, website builds and similar workflows.

Cons

I've seen this software work well when it's set up the right way and I've also seen it become awkward when it's used the wrong way. In one case, it was used to track every project across an entire department and that made it inconvenient because I had to keep jumping between a lot of separate boards. A feature that would really help is the ability to link the same card across multiple boards.

It keeps getting better!

Pros

Every time I come back to my platform boards, I end up noticing another feature that's genuinely useful and something I'll actually keep using. I recently came across a few inspiration boards that showed off a lot of different capabilities and since then I've been taking advantage of them all the time. Between the checklists, photo uploads and everything else, it's been a really enjoyable tool to use.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike about it. The only issue I run into is when I try to drag an item from the bottom of a list up to the top and it occasionally seems to disappear or get lost in the process.

Easy to use

Pros

One of the platform's biggest strengths is how simple it is to use. It doesn't take long at all for a new user to understand the platform and most people can get comfortable with it within minutes. More importantly, it takes a task that can feel overwhelming organizing projects and managing task lists and makes it much easier through smooth collaboration across the board. Before switching to the software, I was juggling hand-written to-do lists, long email threads and Dropbox links. Now I can bring everyone involved in my organization onto one project board, map out the project in as much or as little detail as needed, assign tasks and deadlines and attach relevant files for the team. Since adding this platform to our workflow, the whole process has become much more efficient.

Cons

I would personally change the design side of platform boards. It is possible to create outlines, bullet points, bold text and similar formatting but the setup is not especially user friendly. I'd like the design tools to be a bit more effective so it would be easier to build cleaner outlines and organize that information for my team.

My favourite

Pros

The software has been one of my favorite tools for years, both for personal work and for collaborating with Agile teams in large enterprise environments. It adapts really well to teams of any size and offers an excellent setup for Kanban and Scrum workflows. At the same time, it's flexible enough that you can get very creative with how you use the cards so you're not boxed into a strictly Kanban-style process or limited when building a workflow that fits your own needs.

Cons

I've honestly tried to think of a downside but nothing comes to mind.

User friendly

Pros

Right away, the tool feels really user friendly and those little thoughtful features make it genuinely enjoyable to work with. Setting up new columns is easy and dragging cards from one place to another works exactly as it should. It also handles team communication nicely, with messaging, tagging, colour coding and customization all being simple to use. On top of that, it connects well with Slack and works perfectly fine on mobile too.

Cons

A few of the customization options are restricted on the free plan although there is a way to get a four-month upgrade for free by inviting other people to use it. Conversations can also be tucked away a bit too much and the dialog box sometimes feels a little tight, even though there is at least a small icon to show when messages are there along with an action log.

thoughtful design

Pros

Everything on this tool feels really well organized especially the way cards and boards are laid out so as long as things are labeled properly I can quickly find whatever I need. I use it for university and it's been really useful for accessing PDF files, sharing links and checking the relevant information and descriptions for assignments I need to submit. I also really appreciate the app's design details. The rounded corners and highlighted sections make everything feel softer on the eyes and simpler to scan and the colorful board backgrounds are a nice touch when you want to personalize and distinguish different boards.

Cons

Part I really don't enjoy is the newer home page feature that shows recent notifications and adds menus to both sides of the screen. The app felt much better when it opened straight into the main board area instead of making me go through extra steps in the interface. I preferred having immediate access to my boards rather than needing to click through menus and buttons just to reach them. Another issue is that some of the menu options inside cards are a bit confusing. It's not always clear what each button does and I've ended up archiving or deleting things by accident with no obvious way to restore them.

powerful boards and integrations

Pros

Setting up boards, adding tasks and leaving comments feels really easy. Being able to invite other people onto a board is a big plus too. The integrations with other tools are really important and the Power-Ups along with the system Gold features add a lot of value.

Cons

Sometimes the boards list can feel pretty cluttered and I've noticed occasional lag when loading boards or cards.

Great UX

Pros

There's basically no onboarding needed and the overall user experience is excellent. It works well for beginners because you can jump right in without any of the advanced functionality getting in the way but those deeper features are still there when you're ready to add more complexity. In that sense, it feels like the complete opposite of a traditional Office Suite. Another big plus is the long list of keyboard shortcuts which makes it even better for anyone who wants to work quickly.

Cons

At the moment, I'm using this software for project management since I'm on a Mac and can't use MS Project. I'm not expecting the software to ever include Gantt charts but I would really like an option to show card duration instead of only due dates. The Calendar Power-Up does a nice job of showing when cards fall but I also need visibility into how long each task is being worked on.

works well

Pros

This platform works really well for managing Agile projects especially software-related ones. It connects with cloud services like Google Drive and Dropbox which makes sharing files much more convenient. The board, list and card setup gives the whole team clear visibility into the project and the interface feels accessible to use. I also appreciate the access control through user profiles and it can even be used to run polls when needed.

Cons

A visible numeric indicator for activity progress is needed. Also, task statuses have to be updated manually which can be a bit inconvenient.

Awesome tool

Pros

When this platform comes to mind, the first word that fits is "organization." It's one of the simplest yet most capable tools out there for staying on top of projects, tasks and daily activities. I use it mostly for work and one of the biggest advantages is that it's completely free. On top of that, being able to share boards with other people is something I really appreciate since everyone can collaborate at the same time and keep track of every change each user makes. That's a huge plus.

Cons

If I had to point out a downside, it would be the desktop app because it doesn't feel as polished as the web version. This tool offers plenty of really useful features overall but the comments section is one part I'm not a fan of. It feels a bit old-fashioned and once a card has several comments, it can turn into a long, chat-like thread that doesn't add much value.

Very useful

Pros

The simplicity of this software is what makes it so useful. I can get a lot done without spending much time figuring things out. It works perfectly for organizing teamwork and projects.

Cons

There is a lack of interaction between group members and so improvements would include a built-in chat or a dedicated space where they can discuss ideas and debate.

simple boards

Pros

Biggest strength is how simple it is to use! Setting up columns, adding tasks, moving them through each stage of the workflow and closing them once the goal is done all feels very natural. You can quickly add tags, assign team members, include checklists for more involved tasks and set due dates so everyone knows exactly when a card needs to be finished. From the first time using it, the easy layout makes the workflow set by managers or employers easy to understand so nobody gets left behind.

Cons

Even after more than a year of using it, I really haven't come across anything that noticeably gets in the way of my team's workflow or productivity and there aren't any obvious problems that stand out.

Keeps everything moving

Pros

The board layout is what really makes the tool work for me. I use it for to-do lists, project phases, even office supplies that need to be ordered and setting everything up is very easy. My boards are usually organized into columns like Started, In Progress, Completed and Out of My Hands and I can move tasks around on cards as things change. It does a really good job of helping you stay on top of what's happening, as long as you keep it updated. The shared boards are also really helpful for team work since everyone can collaborate in one place. I also like how much detail you can add to each card, including photos, comments, due dates and more. Seeing the full project laid out at once makes it much easier to understand the current status which is so important when you're managing ongoing work. If you're someone who enjoys organizing through lists, this is definitely a good fit.

Cons

You can't really see the details from the top card at a glance so quickly scanning cards isn't as useful as it could be. I'm also not sure whether there's a simple way to print cards and that would be a really helpful feature to have.

team task organizer

Pros

Keeping tasks organized with this tool has been incredibly helpful for our team. It lets you set reminders and add everyone you work with and even the free version comes with a wide range of features that make daily work more efficient. You can move tasks once they're completed, upload files and tag specific coworkers so the right people can see each pending item. It's a flexible, dynamic tool that really helps boost team productivity. One of the features I appreciate most is being able to add reminders along with start and due dates for activities. Those reminders are also sent to your personal email which helps make sure nothing gets left pending. Another big plus is how functional and user friendly it is, you can start using it right away without needing a tutorial.

Cons

Honestly, I think it's excellent and I haven't run into any errors on the platform.

keeps my tasks on track

Pros

Juggling work, school and personal life used to make me forget all kinds of things but finding this software really helped me stay on top of everything I need to do. It keeps tasks from slipping through the cracks and honestly has made me more responsible and organized. One thing I really enjoy is how flexible it is when it comes to sorting my tasks the way I want for the day. I usually set mine up in three groups: things I need to do, things I'm currently working on and things that are already finished. The drag and drop setup of this project management tool is especially useful because I can quickly move items from to-do, to in progress, to completed. Because of that, I rarely forget anything now, whether it's for work, home or school.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints about this app. Once in a while, dragging and dropping an item can be a little tricky but it doesn't happen often and usually just takes a bit of patience so it's still completely fine overall.

better team coordination

Pros

This software has given our team much better visibility over everyone's tasks and responsibilities. After we started using it, communication with the development team improved noticeably and that helped us work more efficiently and boost overall productivity.

Cons

A limitation with the software is that linking dependent tasks is not very accessible. If task B depends on task A being finished first, that relationship is not always obvious unless you already know the workflow or understand exactly what the task is for.

Amazing free tool

Pros

Is a really efficient way to map out tasks and clearly show their current status on a project Kanban board. Being able to set up multiple stages and customize each task makes a huge difference. On top of that, the fact that it's free makes it an essential tool for pretty much any team.

Cons

It obviously doesn't offer as many features as something like Slack but as a free tool for helping teams see who project tasks are assigned to and what stage they're in, it does the job perfectly.
