“clean layout”
Pros
Right from the start, the software being free already makes a strong impression. It gives you exactly what you need without feeling bloated. The interface is simple, interactive and accessible and the layout makes it very easy to find features and get to what you need quickly.
Cons
On the downside, its functionality is somewhat limited. It doesn't include reporting tools or Gantt charts and there's still a bit of a learning curve until you get comfortable with how it works. You also can't assign deadlines to tasks inside a checklist. There are probably stronger project management platforms out there especially for teams since this platform works excellently for personal use but feels less productive for organizational needs.

“versatile task management companion”
Pros
This is something I'd definitely recommend for managing both personal projects and team work. It fits really well with just about any type of organization and the integrations with lots of other tools and add-ons make daily task management much more practical and efficient.
Cons
The checklist feature still has a few flaws and the permissions settings are a bit too buried compared with other task management platforms.

“easy and simple”
Pros
Handles boards really well! It's easy, simple to use and free which makes it even better. Adding items to boards and dragging them around is very quick and for project management it has worked really well for me. It also holds up much better than Google Sheets when there's a huge amount of data involved.
Cons
My only real issue is the interface can feel a bit cluttered. I usually prefer cleaner layouts and the board editor feels a little scattered and unorganized.

“deadlines and reminders that help”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is being able to set deadlines for your work. No matter what field you're in, you can use it anytime and from any device. It also sends email reminders when a deadline is getting close which is really helpful for anyone juggling a lot of tasks, both big and small.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this software. I'd recommend it to anyone with a busy daily schedule who wants to stay on top of their activities without running into problems.

“good for team tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of everything happening in my area is much easier with this program. If a task has multiple sub-activities, I can list them one by one and update them as they get completed. It also connects and syncs with different software which is really useful because it lets me manage all my requirements from a single place. Another big advantage is being able to share a board with coworkers or friends when working on a project so everyone can follow the progress and see what others are doing. The notifications are also helpful especially when scheduled activities are due.
Cons
Even though the program is simple to handle and use, it starts to feel repetitive and routine after a while. Moving an activity from one stage to another requires going back into the program and manually dragging each card to where it needs to be and over time that process feels too mechanical.

“project management tool”
Pros
Keeps project management easy while still offering plenty of useful features. It helps organize work efficiently by letting you create tasks, track overall project progress and follow each task individually. The cards are especially helpful since they support attachments, checklists and color labels by priority which makes task management much more organized. It's also available on the web as well as on iOS and Android so accessing your projects from anywhere is not a problem.
Cons
The interface is very simple to navigate but it doesn't really have the polished, professional feel you might expect from a project management platform. On top of that, the platform is missing a number of app integrations that would make it more versatile.

“I rely on this daily”
Pros
The platform is something I honestly can't do without. It's always open in my browser because I use it constantly throughout the day. It's incredibly simple to work with and helps me stay on top of as many tasks as possible. One of the best parts is that the free version is more than enough for most people. But if you really get deep into using it, the premium power-ups are absolutely worth it.
Cons
It can feel a bit slow at times although that may be because I have more than 1,000 cards and I'm definitely pushing the product to its limits.

“simple to learn and share!”
Pros
Getting started with it is really easy and showing teammates how to use it doesn't take much effort either. Even people who aren't very tech-savvy can pick it up quickly because the learning curve is minimal.
Cons
Needs a clearer way to spot which tasks or cards are at risk of falling behind or missing their deadlines when due dates are set. Right now, it takes too much time to open things one by one and check each deadline so a side panel highlighting items that need attention would make it even more powerful.

“Soo good!”
Pros
Is powerful because it keeps things simple. It works well across platforms, is easy to carry from one device to another and the option to email directly into a board or card adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Collections haven't been useful for my workflow, mostly because I don't use them. The distinction between archiving and deleting can also be a little unclear.

“custom boards”
Pros
The kanban boards are completely customizable and the interface is designed in such a simple, clear way that even kids could start using it without any special training or digging through long manuals.
Cons
It doesn't come with a built-in time tracking module and I think that needs to be addressed.

“adaptable for every team”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how usable it is. Our team includes all kinds of roles and personalities some are more technical, others are more creative and everyone was able to adjust to it without much trouble.
Cons
It does feel different from other tools and it may not include every feature you can find in some alternatives.

“easy interface”
Pros
Working with a team in this software feels very visual and organized. It's simple to tag people whenever you need to bring something to their attention and the interface is quick to learn and comfortable to use. There are also plenty of add-ons available although the free plan only lets you use a limited number of them.
Cons
Issue is that the free version of the software restricts how many add-ons you can keep active. Since there are quite a few really useful add-ons, needing to pay to access more of them could be a deal-breaker for some users.

“affordable boards clients actually enjoy”
Pros
After trying more apps than I can count over the last ten years, this platform is still one of the few organization tools I keep returning to. It's affordable, with both free and paid plans and honestly the free version covers more than enough for most people. It doesn't take long to learn either, spend a day using it and the setup starts to feel natural pretty quickly. Low cost and simple to pick up is already a win but the biggest plus is that my clients genuinely enjoy using it too. The software uses a Board/List/Card/Note structure: the board is basically your workspace, you can create multiple boards, then add lists inside them and cards within those lists. It's all very visual and once you see it in action, it feels much more accessible than it may sound on paper. It also connects well with current tools like Slack, Google Drive and Jira. If you haven't given it a shot, it's worth checking out. Just don't use it to store company or personal usernames and passwords, that's a mistake I've actually seen happen. =)
Cons
There's a lot here to appreciate and not much to complain about though I would definitely welcome more integration choices. It feels a little limited when it comes to CRM connections in particular something like Infusionsoft would be nice, if I can wish for it. Overall, the tool covers nearly everything most people would want from a notes and organization app.

“keeps us organized”
Pros
Using the free version has been a fantastic experience for our team. We've set up several boards to stay on top of tasks across every area of the company and it's done the job really well. This platform gives you a lot of flexibility in how you structure project management and features like checklists, due dates and color coding make that organization even better. It also connects nicely with tools like Slack so we can see recent activity and completed cards right in our custom channels without needing to log into this tool every time.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about since this software really depends on how you choose to set it up. That said, the onboarding could be better when it comes to helping new users understand how to use it properly. It would be helpful to see more use cases or examples from similar companies. When I first signed up, I had to search around online to see how other people were using it and then adapt those ideas to fit the way we work.

“At the top of my list!”
Pros
After more than two years of using this software regularly, it still sits at the top of my list whenever I compare it with other tools for managing small team projects. The setup is simple, the design is clean and it does exactly what I need without feeling complicated. I use it in a few different ways. For client work, I create boards for individual team members or separate projects, then assign tasks through platform cards that can be updated or archived whenever needed. I also use it for personal goal setting since it's really helpful to keep an ongoing list of life goals and track the tasks tied to them. Even grocery shopping for my family goes into the software. At this point, it has become my go-to digital to-do list for both personal and business planning.
Cons
This tool does have its limits though. If you're working with a medium or large team and need a stronger project management and delegation tool, it may not be the best fit. Once you start creating a lot of boards across multiple projects, the workspace can begin to feel a bit crowded and harder to manage.

“boosted efficiency and teamwork”
Pros
Whether you're building a game, working on the next big AI project or just keeping up with chores at home, this software really helps improve efficiency. Tasks are presented in a clean, easy way so they're simple to read, move around and reorganize when needed. The platform also has a very solid free version and being able to invite other people to your boards makes collaboration even better since they can add tasks or remove them once they're done.
Cons
Even though I'm a big fan of this platform, it can start to feel messy and less effective once a board fills up with too many cards. As more lists, tasks and existing cards pile on, the layout can seem cluttered and harder to manage. That's just how it feels to me though and others may not see it the same way. Even with that, I'd still absolutely recommend giving it a try. Since it's free, there's really nothing to lose and quite a bit of productivity to gain.

“fantastic task tracking companion”
Pros
Using the tool feels very accessible. The interface is clean, simple and user friendly and the different card tag colors make it much easier to keep everything organized. I rely on this tool for managing both my everyday tasks and bigger collaborative team projects.
Cons
On iOS, moving around the app feels a bit slower than I'd like. Faster transition animations would go a long way toward reducing that laggy feel.

“smooth project handoffs”
Pros
Being able to gather all the project assets in one place along with every related detail is a big advantage and it makes handing work off to other team members feel smooth. On top of that, the add-ons, modules and extensions let you add just about any functionality you can imagine.
Cons
I may have overloaded it with too many extensions but at times it gets pretty slow and laggy to respond. Occasionally it even becomes unresponsive and I have to refresh the page.

“Handy integrations”
Pros
I can access it from anywhere whether I'm on a PC, mobile or tablet! The way it's designed also makes project organization clear and easy to follow and the integration with Google Docs is a big plus.
Cons

“simple boards that just work”
Pros
Keeps things easy which is a big plus. Getting started didn't take much effort and the whole setup follows a very common-sense workflow. Creating a card and moving it from one column to the next as it advances through a process feels about as accessible as it gets. I've used it for prospecting and also for keeping my work-related activities organized and it has handled both really well.
Cons
There really aren't many problems that come to mind. The only issue I've run into is that the desktop app on my laptop will occasionally disconnect so I have to refresh it or switch over to the web browser instead. Other than that, the iOS app and the web version have both been excellent.
