“boards for everything”
Pros
Has become a really powerful way to keep everything organized, whether it's team projects, task management or other day-to-day work. I use it every single day for both personal and professional boards. The interface keeps things very simple to navigate and the platform is flexible enough to adapt to different workflows. Even the free version includes almost everything most users would need while the paid plan adds valuable features that make it even better for professional teams.
Cons
I honestly don't have any major complaints but if I had to point out one thing, I'd say it would be nice to have more tools built directly into the software. There are plenty of integrations available but most of them are external and sometimes that means paying separately for additional tools.

“helps with sprint planning”
Pros
Makes it quick to map out projects and it works especially well for sprint-based workflows. The boards are flexible enough to use across different parts of the business or each person can keep their own board if that fits better. I also really appreciate being able to assign tasks and move them around easily when priorities change. The Chrome plugins add some extra functionality too.
Cons
I still wish it had stronger built-in plugins especially for time tracking. There is a Chrome extension for that but it's not the best option. It would be much better if you could assign time directly within a checklist, have that total roll up into the card title and then also be reflected again in a card column.

“Essential for every team”
Pros
The tool has been a standout for me in every way. I use it for Kanban-style productivity, planning my team's roadmap, keeping random notes for new ideas and plenty of other functions as well.
Cons
There's hardly anything negative I can say about this software. Nearly everything about it feels positive. This tool is like air when it comes to Kanban tools, it feels like something everyone needs. Sorry if that sounds overly enthusiastic but that's honestly how I see it.

“task tracking”
Pros
Keeping a project organized with this tool feels very easy. It lets you create clear lists for the tasks you need to do, the ones you have already finished and the ones still pending. The part I appreciate most is the way it alerts you when a task is still outstanding and getting close to its deadline since you can assign a specific amount of time to complete each task when you create it.
Cons
I do not enjoy having to drag cards from one column to another all the time. I am also not fully satisfied with how slow the synchronization can be, both when receiving emails and when it comes to displaying events in my calendars.

“budget-friendly”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that it's free which makes it especially appealing when budget matters. It doesn't take long to learn so it becomes useful pretty quickly. For small teams and smaller projects, it works really well and helps keep track of what has been completed.
Cons
It works well for smaller projects because of its simplicity but handling large projects or several projects at once can get difficult. The feature set is fairly limited and once too many cards build up, things start to feel crowded and less clear. You also end up scrolling a lot just to view all the cards.

“Best tool to have!”
Pros
Creating new tasks in this software is really easy and adding checklist items for everything that needs to get done on a project makes it even more useful. It also saves a lot of time being able to drag and drop individual tasks between different buckets or move them around to change priorities. The due date feature is a big help too since it lets you or your team quickly see when work is scheduled and the email reminders do a good job of keeping time-sensitive tasks from slipping through the cracks.
Cons
More power ups should be included in the free version instead of sitting behind the paid plan. Also if you don't use certain menu options very often, the navigation can feel a bit less approachable. Once you finally locate what you need, it's worth making a note of how you got there for next time.

“Very approachable”
Pros
One of the things I enjoy most about the software is how closely it feels to working with a physical board. That makes the interface much more approachable and actually enjoyable to use. Because of that design, it's also very quick to learn and comes with a minimal learning curve. Our team works across different software platforms so the tool's integrations are a big plus for collaboration and make communication between teams much more smooth.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the left-side navigation. Even though most of the tools are accessible there, it can start to feel crowded and a bit messy. I'd really like to see updates focused on reducing the clutter and making it faster and easier to scan through the items in that menu.

“Clear and accessible”
Pros
Right away, the visual layout makes this platform work really well, lists, cards and boards are arranged in a way that's clear and accessible. The power-ups and extra features give you plenty of ways to customize it to your workflow and the Google Drive integrations are especially helpful. Notifications, due dates and threaded comments have also reduced a lot of back-and-forth over email for our team. On top of that, the search function is powerful and genuinely useful.
Cons
A few of the power-ups are not as useful as the others and that's really the only thing I don't love about the software.

“boosts teamwork”
Pros
The software is a highly visual project management tool and we use it for far more than just client work. It also helps us internally with team-building initiatives and personal development planning. The drag and drop task feature fits really well in an Agile setup and makes organizing work feel very natural.
Cons
Moving tasks between statuses like To Do and Done without any confirmation pop-up can be annoying. When you're rushing, it's pretty easy to shift something by mistake and that can lead to confusion.

“Organized tasks”
Pros
Keeping my to-do items and customer notes in one place has been really helpful. It lets me review everything and check tasks off before the due date and the deadlines are displayed clearly so it's always obvious when something is coming up.
Cons
I'm still missing an easy way to create a full customer list that can be updated from the original shared card. It would be much better if I could view all tasks in one place while other team members add their own updates.

“custom boards”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was very easy. It uses multiple boards, lists and columns to organize tasks by assignee and by the current stage of progress which made it really practical to manage work. The visual interface also helps a lot because you can quickly check how the project has been progressing just by looking at what was completed or updated over the previous week. Another thing I appreciated was how customizable it is. You can personalize boards and backgrounds with whatever image you want and from a productivity standpoint, it also lets you set up email and app notifications for key events like task assignments and completed tasks. On top of that, it's free to start using. I used the tool during my senior year as a student for a group project and everyone on my team felt it worked very well as a project management tool.
Cons
A few features are harder to reach than they should be. The clearest example is deleting a task since you have to go into the archived menu and then open the task from there before you can remove it. It is not a huge problem but the process does not feel very user friendly. Another limitation is that the free plan works best for smaller projects, like college group assignments while more advanced features require upgrading to the paid version. It also lacks a proper dashboard view. Right now, there is no built-in way to show updates such as "Project is 87% complete" or similar high-level progress indicators and that would be a useful improvement for anyone who wants to understand overall project status at a glance.

“delightful design”
Pros
The UI/UX is incredibly accessible to navigate and the little Easter eggs and thoughtful details make using this tool genuinely enjoyable. It has a charming feel to it and its flexibility makes it simple to adapt to whatever workflow or setup you need.
Cons
A limitation is that tracking developer productivity especially point tracking, is not all that easy. Other tools offer more automated ways to monitor vendor productivity but considering the platform is free, it still does the job well enough.

“visual workflow tracking”
Pros
The visual layout is the biggest advantage for me. I can scan a full list of tasks without getting overloaded with details and then open something up when I need more context. As a workflow tool, it makes it really clear where each item is in the queue and how it is progressing toward completion. That setup especially clicks for me because it feels a lot like how air traffic control manages flights and I've organized my boards in a similar way. For video production, projects begin in a pre-production list and then move step by step through the process while still letting me see who on the team owns each task and which color tags mark priority or other concerns.
Cons
I wish it offered more color customization. Being able to add more color to both lists and cards would create even stronger visual signals. I'd also like the option to resize cards into a longer format along with more icons or quick-view details directly on the card so a little more useful information is visible at a glance.

“And it's free!”
Pros
Being free is honestly the biggest win. I run a small company and even with a smaller team, communication still gets delayed because everyone is short on time. The tool has helped us stay updated on projects, assign tasks clearly and keep everyone in the loop without having to chase people down just to explain what needs to be done. We use it across every department, including warehouse, creative, sales and marketing.
Cons
Getting started with embedding Sheets or Docs was a little tricky at first. That said, this software keeps improving its usability all the time so issues that are frustrating now usually get addressed before long. The platform feels very responsive and clearly built by a team that is thinking ahead.

“love the setup”
Pros
The Kanban-style setup is exactly what I want in a task manager and the software covers everything I need to handle all kinds of work. I use it for content planning, coordinating with outside collaborators and keeping multiple projects organized and it makes staying on top of everything feel effortless.
Cons
I really don't have any specific complaints. I'm a fairly basic user so I don't tap into every feature it offers but for what I need, it works perfectly. Nothing to criticize here.

“Fits anything!”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this platform is how customizable the boards are. They're not locked into a rigid template which is perfect since what I need from a board can change pretty often.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about the software itself. If I had to pick something, it would be the constant notification emails from the tool about the service.

“projects stay moving”
Pros
Juggling multiple audiovisual and radio projects is much more manageable with this program. The board setup helps me keep everything organized, track progress and see clearly how much time or attention each project needs. I can also build work teams and assign tasks directly which has cut down the amount of time we need to spend in face-to-face meetings to almost nothing.
Cons
Bringing a new person onto the team usually means setting aside extra time to teach them how the software works because not everyone immediately understands the board-and-list system it uses. That often means someone on the team or sometimes me, has to help them set up their profile and walk them through how the workflow is handled inside the platform.

“Totally transformed teamwork”
Pros
Kanban boards have been a fantastic addition to our office workflow. We originally handled everything manually with post-it notes on a large board but it quickly turned into a cluttered setup that was difficult to maintain. This tool changed that by moving all of our boards online. We mainly rely on it for managing project action items and it works really well for that. We can create multiple boards, invite the whole team, assign tasks through platform cards and add deadlines, notes, comments, checklists and updates as work progresses. Moving items around is also very convenient. One of the newer updates to the Home screen has been especially useful because it now acts a bit like a social feed making it much easier to track which boards and cards were updated and which items are due or overdue. On top of that, this tool looks excellent. The boards can be customized with attractive background images that match the project style. It is also flexible when it comes to sharing since boards can be shared with people outside the company, kept private for personal or team use or even made public online through a searchable link.
Cons
Problem is that there still isn't a way to export board and card data into a spreadsheet format. I also haven't come across a true dashboard view with charts or gauges that gives a visual summary of board status such as completed versus incomplete tasks or due versus overdue items.

“keeps me on top”
Pros
The platform has been really helpful for keeping my work organized and making sure I stay on top of everything I need to do. It lets me clearly move tasks from pending to done which helps me track progress and avoid things slipping through the cracks. I also use it to prioritize office tasks by sorting them from lower priority items to the ones that need immediate attention and that has made planning my workload much more manageable.
Cons
Dragging items from one card to another does not always work smoothly for me and sometimes it takes several tries before it goes where I want it. It definitely takes some patience and practice at first but once you get used to how it works, it becomes a very useful tool overall.

“powerful integrations”
Pros
Among activity management tools, this one has delivered the most value in terms of user experience for me. There are a lot of things I appreciate about it: the interface can be customized without losing the overall structure and organization and you can unlock additional features by inviting friends to use this software. It also connects well with other apps like Drive, Mailchimp, Calendar, Zendesk, draw.io and Hangouts. The mobile app is excellent too and I can comfortably keep track of activities from any device. I also like being able to add time estimates, include everyone involved on the same board and rely on the online support when needed. The guided tours are helpful whenever something is hard to find and it's clear the team listens to users to improve the product and add features. In my organization, we use Zendesk and the integration has been an excellent way to help the team manage incidents. The attention to user experience and interface details makes the platform very accessible, to the point that no manual is really needed. I also appreciate getting updates from the blog about progress and product changes, being able to switch languages and seeing notifications directly from the dashboard in the new platform version.
Cons
Since I manage software projects and depend on this tool to guide the team through the tasks for each project, there are still a few additions I would love to see to make project management stronger. It would be very useful to turn checklists into a Gantt view, set both start and end dates for activities and display a complete Gantt chart with all tasks included. It would also help if all task dates could appear clearly on the calendar. Within that same Gantt diagram, I'd like the activities to show more detail such as members, labels, label colors and task titles. Another improvement would be the option to configure how often notifications are sent when an activity is close to its deadline. It would also be valuable if team members could enter the percentage of progress for each activity, similar to a checklist line and have the Gantt update automatically once that percentage is added. I'd also like support for different project methodologies, whether agile, traditional or others. Another interesting enhancement would be for the board to ask what kind of activities the user plans to manage and then offer more customized elements for that specific workflow while still allowing access to the rest of the available features. Even with those wishes, I still recommend this application to colleagues and friends.
