“Everything kept organized”
Pros
Being able to open it anywhere from my phone has been a huge plus. My whole family has access so everyone stays on the same page. I can set up multiple boards for every part of my life that needs organizing and honestly, I wouldn't be able to keep my business in order without it.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about, if anything, I just wish I had started using it earlier. Once in a while, updates I make on my phone don't appear right away when I open the platform in a web browser. That may not even be something the developers can fully control and it only happens occasionally. It's very minor to me.

“fast workflow”
Pros
Getting started with this tool feels very natural once you understand how boards, lists and cards work. It runs quickly, includes helpful keyboard shortcuts, connects with many third-party tools and lets you assign a task to more than one person which is really useful for team collaboration.
Cons
Since everything is arranged around boards, it can become harder to manage when you have large projects or teams with many members. It also lacks global labels and for business use the software can end up being quite expensive especially since there is no free trial included.

“Project tracking”
Pros
It is very easy to use and it lets you handle plenty of projects without running into issues. It also connects well with many other apps and both the desktop and mobile versions make it easier to stay updated on anything happening in a project at any time. Another big plus is being able to set up as many different columns as needed to match the way you work. It's especially helpful for project managers.
Cons
It does feel a bit limited when dealing with very large apps that have lots of features, mainly because of the way tasks are displayed. There's also no desktop app for Linux-based operating systems and at times the mobile app doesn't automatically show notifications when something changes.

“Quick to figure out”
Pros
The interface is very accessible, it functions just like a kanban board and it's also highly customizable. I keep separate teams set up for each project and client and even with the free plan, I'm able to create unlimited teams for everything I'm managing. It makes collaboration really simple and helps keep everyone aligned especially with the mobile app since it lets us stay connected and work together while on the go.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about it. If I had to suggest one improvement, adding a built-in chat feature would make it even better. Aside from that, it already works very well and feels like a perfect fit for what we need.

“My review”
Pros
It lets you set up workgroups based on whatever needs come up. It also makes it easy to share information with the rest of the team and get immediate access to updates. You can attach files created in other programs whenever needed and accessing them is easy. The boards can be organized to match the team's workflow and the platform works well for both professional and personal teams.
Cons
The program's design is not very visually appealing which can end up confusing users. In some cases, people are reluctant to use the software because of the impression its interface gives.

“positive experience”
Pros
Using the app has been a pleasure because the interface is so simple and accessible. The drag and drop setup makes everything feel natural, whether I'm creating tasks, adding comments, attaching files or moving cards from one list to another like from "In Progress" to "Complete." I also appreciate being able to choose exactly which notifications I want to receive. On top of that, the platform is reasonably priced and connects well with other popular tools such as Slack and Dropbox.
Cons
When compared with project management platforms like JIRA, the platform does not offer the same depth of features. That is understandable since it is built for a broader, more general audience. For instance, it does not let you track the amount of time spent on individual tasks the way JIRA does.

“fantastic task organization tool”
Pros
Since the basic version is free, this tool does a really nice job of helping organize tasks with tags, labels and categories and the drag and drop interface feels modern and accessible. Overall, it's definitely an app I'd recommend for all kinds of teams, whether in education or business. This software makes it much simpler to stay on top of processes and keep everything organized.
Cons
The only issue that comes to mind is that the software may not be the ideal project management option for very large teams with hundreds of users.

“comfortable task tracking every day”
Pros
This tool has been one of the most comfortable and convenient tools I've used for organizing and completing tasks. I rely on it every day at work and even when a new company uses a different task manager, I still keep the app for my own workflow. It's very simple to navigate, user friendly and clear for basically any kind of user. Team roles are set up well, with both limited and expanded functionality depending on the role. The visibility settings make it easier to manage and control projects and the gamified feel of moving tasks to completion actually makes the process enjoyable.
Cons
I can't really point to any significant setbacks. Overall, the balance between the quality and the price is very satisfying.

“Made things easier”
Pros
Keeping projects organized has been much easier with the platform. We have about 50 people in management using it to stay on top of their day-to-day work and it does a really good job for teams that need to manage tasks around due dates. The Slack integration is also very useful since it works alongside this tool and helps keep the whole team updated on project changes through a channel.
Cons
There's nothing we dislike about the software. It has really helped us improve productivity and stay on schedule with our deadlines.

“flexible boards for every workflow”
Pros
The most useful project tracking option I've used for small teams and even personal organization! It's easy and basic enough that almost anyone can get started without much of a learning curve. Another big advantage is how customizable it is since boards can be set up for anything from simple pinboards to full Scrum-style project tracking.
Cons
Right out of the box, this software doesn't offer the same level of functionality you get from larger project management platforms like Jira. On top of that, add-ons and power-ups come with extra costs and those expenses aren't always obvious when you first start using it.

“Useful power ups”
Pros
Boards and lists stay clearly visible on screen and I can customize them however I need, including labels, colors and other attributes. The Power-Ups are especially valuable because they let me view projects from different angles such as with Gantt charts and Calendar layouts.
Cons
The notification system is a major downside in this software. When a card changes, you often have to hunt around yourself to figure out what was updated. It really needs some kind of indicator that clearly points out where the change happened. The Calendar tool should also sync with Outlook since that would make the platform much more practical for SMEs and larger companies where Microsoft Office tools create a big barrier to adoption.

“Satisfying tracking”
Pros
You can set up a separate board for every project and inside each one create detailed cards for all the tasks so you can manage every part of what you're working on. It also lets you tag anyone involved in the project or assign a task to a specific person and they'll get a notification right away. Everyone on the board is notified too when comments, files or new tasks are added. For better organization, you can use colors, set different priorities, add deadlines, adjust privacy settings and upload custom covers like photos or designs related to each board and card. You can also create lists and drag cards through them like a to-do workflow. One of the most satisfying parts of using the software is being able to mark all your tasks as done.
Cons
As with a lot of project management tools, it does crash sometimes and in that moment it feels like everything has disappeared and you're completely lost, even though it usually comes back very quickly. It would also be much better if there were more space available for uploading larger files.

“accessible boards”
Pros
Most of the features are accessible and right there when you need them. The drag and drop functionality is especially satisfying and really adds to the overall appeal of the product, it just wouldn't feel nearly as good without it.
Cons
Once the workflow becomes more complex, it can be harder to manage effectively so it works best when you keep things simple. Lists can also become messy and difficult to handle when they fill up with too many items which is another reason to avoid overcomplicating things.

“Fits the way I work”
Pros
As someone who loves having everything neatly structured, the platform really fits the way I manage work. It keeps tasks from all my projects in one place which gives me a clear view of what needs attention now and what's coming up next. The interface is very user friendly and setting up teams, giving permissions, assigning tasks, adding due dates and creating checklists all feels very practical. That's a big reason why I enjoy using it so much. It's also not limited to work boards, you can set up personal boards too which is helpful if you're tired of bouncing between several different to-do list apps.
Cons
The part that feels missing to me in this tool is the timeline view especially in the free version where power-ups are limited. That makes it harder to track how tasks are progressing over time. I think Asana handles that feature much better. Also, the monthly pricing is something to think about if you want to really get the full value out of the software.

“handy chrome extension”
Pros
Getting started with the software is very easy and that's something I really appreciate. Another feature I value is the Google Chrome extension since it helps me open the platform faster and jump straight to the section I need.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. Overall, working in production, the only thing missing for me is that the program unfortunately does not include Material Requirements Planning integration.

“Amazing!”
Pros
This platform keeps tasks organized through a dashboard made up of customizable cards that can be modified to fit each project. That flexibility is probably its best feature. Inside every card, you can add checklists and reminders to stay on top of each stage of a project, along with related files, notes and due dates, all within an interface that feels accessible and visually appealing. It also includes file sharing and app integrations, even on the free plan. Moving cards through each step with drag and drop is easy and efficient.
Cons
A built-in calendar view would make it better. Due dates can already be added to cards but having a broader overview of how projects and tasks line up against each other would be really useful.

“Easy to use”
Pros
From the moment you open your first board, the software feels natural to use. It simply gives you a shared board for working with your team and it handles that job really well. The experience is frictionless, accessible and very easy to figure out without much effort. One thing I really value is that it does not force you into a specific board structure or workflow. You can adapt it however you want. I have used it in all kinds of situations, from planning a shared travel to-do list to managing a kanban-style product roadmap. Adding coworkers to a board is quick and painless. It also comes with plenty of ready-made integrations with tools and services like GitHub, Slack, Google Calendar and many others. Most of the important features are included in the free version and being able to create unlimited private boards is a huge plus. I also really appreciated this tool's library of example boards, both for learning features and for getting ideas on how to organize things.
Cons
This platform is pretty honest about what it is and what it is not. If you are looking for a full enterprise-level platform, this probably will not be the right fit. Still, it absolutely deserves consideration for personal use or small team productivity. I honestly cannot point to any major flaw in the user experience although I would welcome a bit more control over the interface especially options for adjusting things like fonts and colors.

“So adaptable”
Pros
Whether it's for work, school or personal projects, this software adapts really well to whatever you need. It's incredibly flexible and that's what makes it such a reliable tool for managing different kinds of projects. Adding items is fast, creating lists takes no time and being able to comment on and label cards keeps everything organized. I also enjoy customizing boards with background images since it adds a personal touch and makes the whole space feel more like my own.
Cons
In the app, a task doesn't really feel fully completed because the card is usually just moved to another list of checking it off. It can also start to lose its effectiveness when a project becomes too large or too detailed since the platform isn't always the best fit for that level of complexity.

“Collaboation made simple”
Pros
The platform does much more than keep me organized. It also makes collaboration with the rest of my team really easy and gives everyone clear visibility into who owns what and how each part of a project is moving along. It includes just about every feature I want in a productivity management tool, from attachments and color-coded tasks to due dates and plenty more.
Cons
Could improve the archive or "completed" task area. It would be more helpful if users could separate items that were deleted by mistake or created in error from tasks that were actually finished, kind of like having a recycle bin that can be emptied apart from truly completed work.

“Perfect for remote teams”
Pros
Running projects through the software has been a really positive experience for our agency and our clients especially with a fully remote team. It's very user friendly, flexible and works well for keeping everything organized. The integration with our time-tracking tool is useful, setting up checklists with due dates is simple and it's convenient to share notes or files with coworkers directly on the relevant card. I've ended up liking this software enough that I started using it for my own personal projects and even planning moves.
Cons
I've worked with a few project management platforms that are a bit more effective when it comes to file management and project-level commenting. Even with that, this software's checklist feature is far more useful than what I've seen in any other PM tool I've used.
