“clear tracking”
Pros
Getting started with the software is extremely simple. It offers a lot of flexibility for handling labels, roles and workflows and the change history plus notification settings are very easy to manage.
Cons
The free version limits the number of users allowed per dashboard. In the web version, if I leave a tab open and come back later, it sometimes gets out of sync and needs a refresh. There are also occasional bugs when dragging cards or editing them too quickly.

“works well for solo planning”
Pros
The software is quick to pick up, fast to organize and the drag and drop functionality works really well. It behaves the way you expect it to which makes getting started and managing tasks feel very natural.
Cons
I've used the platform for both personal and work-related projects. It works really well for individual use but it starts to fall short for a cross-functional product team with developers, designers and PMs trying to follow agile practices. Linking stories is tough, blockers aren't very clear and moving stories across separate projects can be frustrating. It also doesn't offer tracking for story points or team cadence.

“organized teamwork”
Pros
Right from the free version, this tool gives access to a lot of really useful features. We use it across different teams as well as within our own team to keep everything organized. It makes it much clearer for everyone to see where things stand and keeps work structured.
Cons
At times, I wish integrating it with other services was more easy. It would also be helpful to have a lock feature so only specific users are able to move cards around.

“team progress made effortless”
Pros
Keeping up with my team's progress is no longer something I have to stress over because this software comes with incredibly useful features. The integration with my messaging app makes everything feel much more convenient and easy. On top of that, my team can tag one another on cards and assignments whenever help is needed which is such a nice touch. And I can't leave out the deadlines and due dates feature, this app honestly saves me every single day!
Cons
It's hard to find much to dislike about this software because almost everything about it works so well. If I had to point out one thing I'm not too fond of, it would be that attachments can't be downloaded automatically. That's probably the only part I don't really like.

“Highly effective”
Pros
This software keeps task and project management really simple while still being highly effective. The interface is clean, clear and very easy to understand. Even as a new user, it only takes a few moments to get the hang of how everything works.
Cons
A lot of the features are tucked away and I only recently noticed that I'm probably using just about half of everything this tool actually offers.

“Pros and Cons”
Pros
The platform is a solid option for keeping track of important personal or business tasks with a team. It adds a bit of fun to the process too or at least makes it more enjoyable than digging through emails or hunting through cloud folders for specific documents and files.
Cons
I began using this software before I was familiar with tools like Asana, DaPulse or Monday.com. Although it offers a very visual way to set up a project workflow, it feels a little too list-focused to me and has a kind of pinboard-style interface. It reminds me of a bunch of sticky notes scattered across a whiteboard and that takes away from the overall user experience in my opinion. The layout ends up feeling visually overwhelming and I often spent more time searching for things than actually working through the tasks assigned to me. That was really the main reason I moved to another tool after using it daily for about two to three weeks.

“Stands out!”
Pros
This tool stands out for its versatility, design and set of tools. It works well for handling anything from basic tasks to simple or even complex projects. Back in August 2017, I used this software to manage a remote health and care project with a team of 18 people based in Brazil, Portugal and Venezuela. We were able to work with SCRUM using the app, creating boards for each sprint with participation from the whole team and it adapted very well to the SCRUM workflow. You also get extra free benefits when you invite more people to use the platform. In my case, I was able to upgrade my account to the premium plan that way which gave me more features than a standard account. I could add custom photos to my boards, enable 3 power-ups and use personalized emoticons, among other options. One of the best parts is that this tool has a mobile app that lets you work online from anywhere, along with a web app and together they make the platform very complete. Every change is visible online right away which is very important when you are working with a team. On top of that, the software sends notifications for every change your team makes, giving you better control and follow-up of the activities planned in the project.
Cons
Even though the software is very useful, there are still some areas that could be improved. For example, when I want to upload a new attachment to a specific task from the mobile app, I can't choose the exact task or column on the board because it always assumes I want to create a new task instead. Also while this software offers Power-Ups to create a Gantt chart, they do not work very well so they are not really reliable for planning and controlling a project. On top of that, those Power-Ups feel heavy and take too long to load. This software really needs a better way to build a timeline similar to MS Project. Another limitation is that the platform does not allow printing cards along with their full content.

“practical for every team”
Pros
Back when our team adopted this software four years ago, we set up multiple boards to manage each team and all of our projects. That setup made it possible for everyone to stay updated on the progress of every project across every team. The software has been really useful for us, practical, efficient and simple to work with.
Cons
It's available on both desktop and Android which makes it very convenient. People can access it whenever and wherever they need to. Honestly, there's nothing to complain about.

“task organization app”
Pros
The app has become my go-to for organizing just about anything I can think of, both at work and at home. It makes it really simple to sort things out and assign tasks in a way that works better than anything else I've used.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the integration with code repositories like GitHub, Bitbucket and GitLab which feels like it could be a bit better.

“Keeps projects moving”
Pros
Across our company, different teams rely on this tool to stay on top of projects. It works well because it gives you virtual note cards or post-its that you can sort into categories like "not started," "in progress," and "completed," which makes organizing work very practical.
Cons
It probably isn't the best fit for people who don't think visually and would rather keep a easy list of tasks. The interface can also feel a bit busy at times which can make it distracting.

“quick to get used to”
Pros
The platform is built around a very easy idea, text items organized into cards and lists. Because of that, it's fast to jump in and start planning a project or mapping out ideas without overthinking the setup. From there, its wide range of integrations makes it possible to connect with other tools and build a much more capable workflow.
Cons
Even though the basics are simple and quick to learn some of the more advanced features are not immediately clear and take a bit of trial and error to fully use effectively.

“Capable and reliable”
Pros
This tool keeps things easy while still doing exactly what it's supposed to do. It offers about as many features as you can ask for without making the platform feel complicated. A few of the integrations are especially useful and connect with very little effort. The free version is usually more than enough and if you reach the point where you need to pay, that may be a sign you've grown into needing a tool with more room to scale.
Cons
There does come a point where a team can outgrow it which is what happened for us. We ended up managing too many IT-related tasks and once you're checking multiple boards several times a day and constantly scrolling around just to find what you need, it starts to feel limiting. That was the point when we realized we needed something more effective. We switched to an IT ticketing system and that works much better for our needs. Even so, I still use the software personally for things like home projects, vacation planning and gift ideas with my spouse.

“fantastic for workflows”
Pros
Getting started with this software is easy right away. It works really well for visualising packages of work, mapping out processes and laying out a sequence of steps clearly.
Cons
Although it excels at visual planning, it is only average as a task management app. Tools like Todoist or Asana are a better fit for people who mainly want to check off daily tasks.

“love the card progress tracking!”
Pros
Around the house, this has genuinely helped me stay on top of projects and actually finish them especially with remodeling tasks. I recently redid my wife's garden boxes in the front yard and even though the work was already finished, dragging that card from doing to DONE gave me an extra sense of satisfaction. On the work side, it's also really useful for keeping my personal to-dos separate from our actual sprint items. I can park tasks there that I want to tackle when I have spare time, even if the company doesn't need me working on them yet and then I can track everything and show my manager the progress once it's completed.
Cons
My only real complaint is that some of the features could be refined so moving around boards feels more natural. Navigation can be a little outdated at times but even with that, I still really enjoy using this tool.

“Good for small teams”
Pros
As a new user, it's pretty quick to understand the interface and begin adding tasks or projects. The boards are flexible enough to work for just about any kind of project and the color-coding plus assignment features make it simple to track different tasks and see how they're progressing.
Cons
A minor frustration is that creating new tasks can sometimes result in duplicates or cards being made before you actually mean to submit them. I wish the save/submit flow were a bit more accessible. That tends to be more noticeable on boards with very long task lists so it feels better suited to smaller teams or smaller-scale projects. I'd also say the flexibility can be a downside at times since there are so many ways to set things up that it doesn't always feel like there's one standard way to use it. Because of that, teams really need solid internal documentation or guidelines so everyone follows the same process and labeling system.

“love coming back to this software”
Pros
This software keeps winning me over because of how simple it is to use. I've tested other project management tools yet I always end up returning to the platform. I'm not even using all of its integrations and add-ons yet and once I start taking advantage of those, I can see it becoming even more valuable.
Cons
The design could use a bit of improvement although that may just be me being a little picky. One thing I'd really like is the ability to use multiple templates within a single project so you could choose the ones that fit a specific project instead of being limited in that way.

“clear boards and team visibility”
Pros
This tool's biggest strength is how well it handles the basics. Even on its own, it's incredibly useful and that simplicity is exactly what makes it so enjoyable to use for more boring things like tracking time and managing work in progress. Keeping TO-DO lists organized feels much more manageable because the whole system stays easy instead of overcomplicating things. The interface is clean, clear and very easy on the eyes so it's simple to see what needs attention at a glance. Sharing boards with other people also makes teamwork much better since everyone can clearly understand which tasks need to be completed. The color labels are especially helpful for visually showing priority levels and the ability to add comments to tasks keeps communication visible for the whole team. On top of that, the tool community is excellent especially for new users who want inspiration by looking at how other people structure their boards.
Cons
Needs stronger integration options. I also wish due dates could be assigned to individual items inside a card's checklist since that would make task tracking more precise. The iOS app can also be frustrating because it sometimes runs slowly and gets buggy particularly when you're working across multiple boards a lot.

“stay on top!”
Pros
Keeping multiple client lists organized is incredibly simple with this software. I use it to manage everything from new business quotes to follow-up items and it helps me stay on top of all my ongoing work. Team interaction is also very easy which makes it an essential tool for just about any organization.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. The software delivers exactly what it promises and even the free version comes with plenty of built-in features that make it well worth having.

“Appreciate this a lot!”
Pros
There are plenty of things to appreciate here. The freemium model is a big plus since I can keep using this tool for free with unlimited users and unlimited projects and only pay if I need extra features. The referral perk is nice too because bringing in other people gives you a month of the premium plan. The team functionality works really well and paid team plans give much better visibility into who is handling what. I also enjoy the background images since they let me personalize each board and the power-ups are excellent for connecting the software with external tools.
Cons
The one feature that feels missing is a clearer way to view only the tasks assigned to me. I'd really like to have a dedicated list of pending work that I personally need to focus on. The mobile app notifications also need a lot of improvement.

“useful integrations”
Pros
Working across multiple clients is much more manageable with the software because it lets us share different types of content with the right people without mixing everything together. The permission controls are clear enough to keep work separated and we can limit each client's view to only the boards and cards they need to see. Its integrations are a big plus especially with Slack. Setting up recurring cards and timed events is easy, checklists help keep tasks under control and having multiple columns on a board makes project progress very visual. We use versions of columns like "Pending," "To-Do," "Doing," "For Review," and "Done" depending on the client and the project.
Cons
Part I'm not especially fond of is the built-in notification system. As your team gets bigger, it becomes less useful because the number of notifications piles up quickly and it's hard for individuals to stay on top of them. That said, this issue can basically be avoided by relying on email notifications instead, as long as team members remember to tag the right people in notes and project updates.
